대전지역 대학병원의 서비스 품질이 전반적인 병원 서비스 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Qualities with University Hospitals in Daejeon on their Overall Service Satisfaction)

  • The study investigated the major factors in regards to the effects of service qualities with university hospitals in Daejeon on their overall service satisfaction. In regards to service qualities, the hypothesis was verified through multiple regression analysis in terms of professionalism, kindness, credibility, and facilities/environment. As a result, all professionalism(0.462), kindness(0.142), credibility(0.258) and facilities/environment(0.184) showed positive effects on their overall service satisfaction level. In particular, professionalism showed the greatest effect by 0.462. As patients' and caretakers' desire to service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future medical service management at university hospitals by analyzing the major factors which affect the service quality and by finding the methods to increase the service satisfaction.

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of service quality on customer satisfaction in education service industry, focusing on the opinion of dissatisfied customers who have decided to switch the service provider. Additionally, in professional service industries such as law, hospital, and education, customers expect visible results which are often ignored in earlier service quality studies. Customer's comprehensive assessment of the professional service depends on both process quality experienced during service delivery and service result perceived after service delivery. The hypotheses on the causal relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, intention to switch service provider, and service performance were tested by using Structural Equation Model.

  • 오늘날 사람들은 기존 IT서비스 보다 더 개선된 새로운 IT서비스가 등장하게 되면서 IT서비스의 전환을 고민하게 되고, IT서비스를 제공하는 기업들도 고객유지 또는 고객확보를 위한 전략을 개발하고 있다. 온라인과 오프라인 환경 모두에서 서비스 전환의도에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하게 다루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 IT서비스 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 이들의 영향정도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 서비스 전환의도에 영향을 주는 요인들 간의 직접적인 관계뿐만 아니라, 개인적 특성인 습관과 대안 IT서비스의 매력이 현재 IT서비스 만족을 통해서 IT서비스 전환의도에 영향을 주는 관계, 전환비용 지각 크기에 따라 IT서비스 전환의도에 다르게 영향을 주는 관계를 포함한 연구모형을 설계하였다. 설계한 연구모형은 구조방정식모형과 다중집단분석을 사용하여 실증하였다. 검증결과는 IT서비스 전환의도에 습관과 기존 IT서비스 만족은 유의한 영향을 미치나 대안 IT서비스 매력은 그렇지 않고 기존 IT서비스 만족을 경유하여 전환의도에 영향을 주는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 또한, 전환비용이 클수록 습관이 전환의도에 주는 영향력이 강한 것을 확인할 수 있다.

경기도 문화콘텐츠분야 창업보육센터 지원서비스가 입주기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 창업아이템의 사업타당성을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of Support Service of Gyeonggi-do Cultural Contents Area Business Incubating Center on Corporate Performance: Focusing on the Business Validity of Business Start-Up Items)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 창업보육센터의 창업보육 성과에 영향을 미치는 창업보육 서비스 관련 요인이 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 하며, 창업보육 서비스는 전통적인 물리적 서비스에서 비물리적 서비스까지 다양하다. 이러한 창업보육 서비스 유형들 중에서 실제 창업보육 성과에 영향을 미치는 변인을 규명하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 창업보육센터의 서비스와 입주기업의 성과와의 관련된 연구을 바탕으로 문화콘텐츠 분야의 기업 관점에서도 유의미한지 재 검증해보고, 또한 문화콘텐츠 기업의 특성상 창업아이템의 사업성이 입주기업의 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 또한 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육 시 필요한 서비스를 발굴하고 빠르게 변화하는 문화콘텐츠 시장의 성장에 따른 아이템의 사업성 평가에 따른 차별화된 창업보육 서비스를 통해 성과가 도출될 수 있도록 체계적이고 합리적인 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육시스템 구축의 중요성에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터 입주기업 창업자를 연구대상으로 하였고 2016년 10월 14일부터 31일까지 18일 동안에 총 180부를 배포하여 178부 중 30부를 제외하고, 148부를 최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 기술통계 분석을 통하여 표본의 특성을 파악한 후, 변수의 타당성 및 신뢰성을 검증하였으며, PLS(Partial Least Square)을 통해 연구 가설을 검증하였다. 가설검증을 통해 분석한 결과를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 창업아이템의 사업타당성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원서비스, 경영지원서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 창업아이템의 사업타당성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅 지원 서비스는 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나, 경영지원 서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 경영지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나. 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것을 분석한 결과 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과(재무적,비재무적) 성과에 모두 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

지역사회 재가 만성정신질환자 가족의 부담감과 정신보건서비스요구와의 관련성 (The Relationship between Family Burden and Mental Health Service Needs of Family for Home-based Chronic Mental Patients in Community)

  • = ABSTRACT = Objectives: This study was carried out to identify the relationships of family burden and mental health service needs of chronic mental patients in community. Methods: Objects of the study were 153 chronic mental patients in community of P. city in korea. Data were collected from December, 2007 to February, 2008 using structured questionnaire. Research tools of this study were family burden tool developed by Pai & Kapur (1981) and mental health service needs tool developed by Kim (2003). Results: The average grades for family burden was 1.62 points. And the biggest part of family burden was economic burden(1.74), followed by interrupt of daily life(1.67), interrupt of family relationship(1.64), interrupt of family leisure (1.57), effects of mental health(1.50), and effects of physical health(1.43). The average grades for mental health service needs was 2.72 points. And the biggest part of mental health service needs was rehabilitation service(3.09), followed by social service(2.87), and Psychiatric medical service(2.21). Positive correlation showed between all parts of family burden. And, positive correlation showed between psychiatric medical service and interrupt of daily life(r=.281, p<.01), psychiatric medical service and effects of physical health(r=.355,p<.01), social service and effects of mental health(r=.213,p<.01). Conclusion: The family burden for care giver of mental patients was related with all parts of family burden and mental health service needs of family. Thus, these results should be considered to reduce family burden for care giver of mental patients in community.

병원급 의료기관 의료부대사업의 경제적 파급효과 (Economic Effects of Subsidiary Services in Hospitals)

  • This study is conducted to estimate economic ripple effects of subsidiary services of hospitals. Using the Input/Output Analysis, this study analyzes production inducement effect, added value inducement effect, and labor inducement effect. Also, it assesses potential economic effects of the subsidiary services of which the scope is expanded as the government's proposed in 2014. Data regarding hospital subsidiary services and economic effects are obtained from the hospitals' financial statements on the National Tax Services and the Bank of Korea. The major results of this study are summarized as follows; subsidiary service profits of hospitals are 466 billion won and rent profits of hospitals are 152 billion won. Of these, the rate of subsidiary service profits in tertiary hospitals is about 66% of total subsidiary service profits. Producement inducement effect of subsidiary services of hospitals is higher than that of total industry, service industry and medical service industry. Added value inducement effect of subsidiary services of hospitals is higher than that of total industry, manufacturing industry, service industry and medical service industry. Job position inducement effect of subsidiary service in hospitals is higher than that of total industry, service industry and medical service industry. Also, employment inducement effect of subsidiary service in hospitals is higher than that of total industry and medical service industry. The results may suggest that subsidiary services revenue in medical institutions contribute to improving operating profits. Facing with intense market competition and pressures to control health care costs, hospitals may need to determine whether subsidiary services help boost their profitability and improve customer satisfaction.

남해안 관광 지역 레스토랑의 음식서비스에 대한 고객의 지각된 가치와 만족이 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Customer's Perceived Value and Satisfaction with Restaurant's Foodservice on Loyalty Intention in Namhaean Tourist Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of perceived value and satisfaction with employees' foodservice on loyalty intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the mediating role of satisfaction in the causal relationships among perceived sacrifice, service quality, value, satisfaction, and loyalty intention. Results of the study demonstrated that the structural analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The direct effects of perceived sacrifice and service quality on value were statistically significant. The direct effects of service quality and value on satisfaction were statistically significant. The direct effects of value and satisfaction on loyalty intention were statistically significant. The service quality had a significant indirect influence on loyalty intention through value and satisfaction. In addition, the value played a mediating role in the relationship between service quality and satisfaction. The satisfaction played a mediating role in the relationship between value and loyalty intention.

스마트폰 애플리케이션의 서비스품질이 사용자 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Service Quality of Smartphone Applications on User Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • Recently, the number of smartphone users has skyrocketed because of a plenty of useful services that smartphone applications provide. In the Information Systems (IS) literature, however, there has been little understanding about the effects of the service quality of smatphone applications on user satisfaction and loyalty. Thereby, this study examined 1) the effects of the service quality of smartphone applications on users beliefs, perceived usefulness and easiness and 2) the effects of the user beliefs as mediating variables on users' attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty. A survey was conducted and SEM was employed to analyze the data. The results showed that the service quality of smartphone applications affect users' attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty through the mediating variables.

Potential Effects of Pigmented rice on Immunity: A Review Focusing on Anthocyanins, Gamma-oryzanol, and Arabinoxylan

  • Functional food ingredients from natural sources are gaining popularity for treating chronic inflammation associated with metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, and obesity) due to their lower toxicity and no severe side effects. Pigmented rice is a natural food source in Korea commonly consumed in the whole grain form to improve the immune system. In particular, pigmented rice bran contains various nutritional components involved in the immune benefits. Of many nutrients in pigmented rice bran, anthocyanins, gamma-oryzanol, and arabinoxylan have notably shown to enhance natural killer cell activity and reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines. Especially, pigmented rice has higher amounts of anthocyanins and gamma-oryzanol than white rice. In this review, to provide further insight into the immune effects of the pigmented rice, we have focused on the immune benefits of bioactive substances (e.g., anthocyanins, gamma-oryzanol, and arabinoxylan) from pigmented rice compared to white rice. The pigmented rice has potential effects on immunity, and it can be used as a functional food.

외식업체 종사원의 서비스 지향성 요인에 관한 차이 분석 (An Analysis of the Differences in Foodservice Industry Employees Service Orientation Factor)

  • A review of literature relating to the research topic and a survey method have been implemented in order to analyze effects of service orientation. For data analysis, a reliability analysis was performed to test the reliability of the construct and a series of an exploratory factor analysis was used for the validity test. The findings of the study were as follows: Classified into sex, service leadership factor and service skill factor showed meaningful difference between groups. Classified with age, service training factor, service leadership factor, service standardization factor, service technology factor, and service compensation factor showed meaningful difference between groups. Classified with scholarship, service compensation factor showed meaningful difference. Classified into working year, employees' discretion factor showed meaningful difference. Classified into work department, service training factor and employees' right factor showed meaningful difference. In addition, classified into monthly average incomes, employees' discretion factor showed meaningful difference.
