상당수 대학은 자체 방송국을 운용하고 있다. 방송의 내용도 다양해져 학내 영상서비스를 제공하는 대학도 다수에 이른다. 본 고에서는 이러한 환경을 반영하여 효율적인 학내 방송서비스를 제공하기 위한 솔루션으로 멀티캐스트 서비스의 구현문제를 다루었다. 이를 위해 멀티캐스트 서비스의 개념과 특징을 살펴보았다. 또한 서비스의 시나리오, 플랫폼, 주요 기능 등 구현된 서비스를 서울 소재 S대학의 사례를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 고에서 소개된 내용을 기반으로 하여 학내 효율적인 방송서비스를 구축, 운영하는 실무에 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다. 본 고에서 소개된 멀티캐스트 서비스는 대학뿐아니라 일반 기업 및 협회 등 다양한 조직에서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 컨테이너항만의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 핵심전략인 서비스의 중요성을 제시하고 컨테이너터미널의 서비스품질을 측정하기 위한 도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째, 기존연구 고찰과 실증연구를 통하여 컨테이너터미널이 제공하고 있는 서비스항목들을 추출하였다. 둘째, 추출된 서비스항목들에 대한 전문가집단의 검증과정을 통하여 서비스항목을 정제하였다. 셋째, 최종적인 서비스항목들에 대하여 선사 설문조사를 통한 컨테이너터미널 서비스품질 척도를 개발하였다. 넷째, 고객(선사)들의 만족도와 서비스차원과의 관계를 알아봄으로써, 규명된 서비스품질이 고객만족과 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 실증분석을 통해 얻은 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 지역사회사례관리협의체가 협의체 활동의 정체성과 활동방향을 설정하기 위하여 참여주체들이 기대하고 있는 협의체와 사례관리 서비스 성과를 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 컨셉트 맵핑을 통해 알아보고자 한 것이다. 총 12명의 참여기관의 실무자들이 지역사회사례관리협의체와 사례관리서비스 성과에 대해 브래인스토밍 방식으로 자유롭게 의견을 표현·공유하여, 총 42개의 서술문을 생산해 냈다. 유사성에 근거하여 서술문을 분류화하였고, 이를 42×42 유사성 매트릭스로 전환하여 다차원척도법을 실시하였다. 사례관리협의체의 협의체 조직과 사례관리 서비스의 성과를 논의하는 의사결정과정도 합리적으로 운영하기 위해 컨셉트 맵핑이라는 도구를 활용하였다. 컨셉트 맵핑을 통하여 참여자들이 의사결정과정에서 임파워링되었으며, 그들의 의견이 소외되지 않고, 모두 수용되어 합리적으로 처리되는 과정을 경험하였다. 의사결정과정에서 참여자들이 동등한 위치에서 논의되도록 기회를 마련하는 것이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 사례관리협의체와 사례관리서비스의 성과에 대한 합의도출이 신속하게 이루어졌으며 이후 활동에 대한 방향성이 명확하게 설정되었다고 볼 수 있다.

본고에서는 도서관의 변천과 전자도서관의 출현, 개념 정의 등을 통하여 전자도서관을 구현하는데 필요한 개념을 제시하였다. 아울러 전자도서관을 구현한 실질적인 사례로서 현재 아주대학교에서 서비스하고 있는 학술정보 종합서비스 시스템의 개발 개념과 서비스 내용에 대하여 이용자중심의 서비스 구현이라는 관점에서 서술하였다.

Purpose : This study was conducted to investigate the extent to which the professional self concept between the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and general nurse in psychiatric ward was comparable. The results were expected to provide basic data for developing the construct of professional self concept and making awareness of the importance of the program increasing professional self concept. Method : The subjects of this study were 227 PMHNP and 436 general nurse in psychiatric ward. The instruments used for this study were PSCNI by Arthur (1990), PSI by Heppner and Peterson(1982) and the index of work satisfaction by Slavitt et al.(1978). With the aid of the SAS, t-test. two-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression were conducted. Result : 1. The average item score of PSCNI of PMHNP was $2.82\pm0.27$. and that of general nurse was $2.66\pm0.27$. Statistically significant difference between two groups was found(p=0.0000) 2. There was statistically significant difference between two groups in the score of professional practice(p=0.0000), satisfaction(p=0.0024), leadersbip(p=0.0000) , flexibility(p=0.0000) and skill (p=0.0000). 3. Statistically significant differences between the two groups were observed in terms of age(p=0.0003), marital status(p=0.0001). education(p=0.0005), religion(p=-.0144), motive (P=-.0001), length of service as a nurse(p=0.0121), the length of service in psychiatric unit(p=0.0143). However there were no significant interaction effect with group and age, marital state. education, religion, motive, length of service as a nurse, length of service in psychiatric unit. 4. Job satisfaction (JS) and problem solving inventory score(PS) were found to be the highest factor predicting the professional self concept between the PMHNP and general nurse. JS and PS accounted for $43.4\%$ in the professional self concept of PMHNP, whereas PS, JS, age and religion accounted for $53\%$ in the professional self concept of general nurse in psychiatric ward. In conclusion, this study suggested that we need to develop programs and polices to increase the professional self concept of nurse, particularly of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.

Due to the development of technology and medical care following the 4th industrial revolution, the medical paradigm is shifting towards patient-centered medical services. Based on the development of smart home technology, the residential environment is changing into a residential space that cares for and heals the lifestyles and the healthcare of families. As lifestyle changes, the concept of supporting smart home care based on the residential environment is making it possible to build a smart home IoT service design with enhanced accessibility and convenience for medical appointments and well-being lifestyle care. This paper is a study on user-centered health care smart home IoT service design suitable for family members based on the health care, beauty care, exercise care, and customized diet care beyond the conventional concept of health care monitoring. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes a personal care coordinate smart home service design in a human-centered wellness clinic care smart home service design environment. Human-centered wellness clinic smart home IoT service design is meaningful in presenting a vision for research on smart home service design that links hospital-linked and care-linked service industries, which should be considered from the smart home construction planning stage.

이 연구에서는 중등학교 과학 교과서에서 도체와 전해질에 대한 정의와 사례를 분석하고, 4학년 예비교사 9명을 대상으로 도체와 전해질의 정의와 적절한 사례에 대한 이해를 알아보았다. 교과서 분석을 통해 개념의 정의보다 사례는 협소하게 제시되어 있어서 학습자가 사례로부터 제한된 정의로 이해할 가능성이 높음을 확인하였다. 예비교사들에 대한 설문과 면담을 통해서 도체와 전해질 개념에 대한 이해가 서로 다름을 확인하고, 토론을 통해 과학 개념을 합의해 나가는 과정을 경험하였다. 이러한 경험을 통해 예비과학교사들은 사회적 구성주의의 의미를 깨닫고, 교사로서 학생들을 지도할 때 과학 개념을 합의해 나가는 과정이 필요함을 인식하게 되었다.

본 연구는 수요 및 관심이 증대되고 있는 공간 빅데이터의 개념설정과 이를 기반으로 공간 빅데이터 기술을 활용할 수 있는 서비스 프레임워크를 개념적으로 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 공간 빅데이터는 정형 반정형 비정형 공간 빅데이터를 효율적으로 수집 저장 관리하는 동시에 공간정보와 융합된 다양한 속성정보에 대해 실시간 통합 분석을 수행하여 의미 있는 정보를 추출함으로써 미래에 대응할 수 있는 기술이라 할 수 있다. 또한 공간 빅데이터는 기존 빅데이터가 가지는 3V(Volume, Variety, Velocity) 특성에 4V(Veracity, Visualization, Versatile, Value)가 추가된 특성을 가지며, 저장 관리, 분석, 서비스로 구분하여 활용범위를 설정할 수 있다. 그리고 공간 빅데이터를 활용하기 위한 서비스 측면에서의 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 구체적으로 서비스 관리, 서비스 콘테이너, 서비스 모니터링의 구성요소로 구상안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 참조로 새로운 기술 및 기법들을 적용하여 수정 보완하고, 향후 개발예정인 저장 관리, 분석 기술개발과 연계하여 구체적인 서비스 제공방안에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

In this paper, we studied a new concept of wireless LAN service. Current service for wireless LAN has some weak points such as occuring a frequency shadowed area, high cost for setting a number of APs, electromagnetic interference by means of a large output transmission and weak security issues. To reduce those problems, we proposed setting antennas which are from one AP for each rooms, and designed a suitable antenna. After that we measured a PMA(Propagation Measurement & Analysis). Experimental results showed that a new concept of wireless LAN service is excellent to resolve interference and weak security issues by minimizing external propagation of a building.
