본 논문에서는 IT인력양성을 위한 산학협력을 위해 '업종기술' 매칭 테이블을 제안하였다. 업종분류는 ${\ulcorner}$정보통신부문 상품 및 서비스 분류${\lrcorner}$ 체계에 의해 ${\triangle}$정보통신서비스, ${\triangle}$정보통신기기, ${\triangle}$소프트웨어 및 컴퓨터관련서비스로 나누었고, 기술분류는 정보통신연구진흥원(IITA)의 기술코드를 이용하였다. 업종별 필요한 구성 기술을 제시하였고, IT인력양성을 위한 '기업(업종)-기술-대학(학부/학과/전공)'의 파이프 라인(pipe line)이 유지되도록 산학협력 방안을 제시하였다. IT인력양성 산학협력의 예를 제시하기 위해 부산지역의 기업(디지털콘텐츠개발서비스)과 부산지역의 대학(멀티미디어콘텐츠 분야)의 핵심 교육 프로그램을 도출하는 과정을 설명하였다. '업종기술' 매칭 테이블은 업종분류와 기술분류 방식에 따라 가변적일 수 있다. IT인력양성 측면에서 미래 기술 추세와 시장 변화 등에 맞게 산학협력이 되도록 '업종-기술' 매칭 테이블에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

In this study, we examined the prompted reflections of four middle school mathematics teachers after their lessons. We used Cohen and Ball's instructional triangle (1999) to investigate teachers' reflections. With this framework, we addressed questions of what characteristics in reflections the participant teachers have and how the reflections differ over time. Findings indicated that the teachers showed differences in the instances of assessing and changes over time in the ways they gained more insights about students' understanding.

At elevated temperature, very complex precipitations occur in STS316. To investigate the effect of the precipitation on mechanical properties in SIS316, tensile tests and fatigue crack growth tests were carried out at $650^{\circ}C$ using artificially degraded materials. The material degradation was simulated by aging for up to 20000 hrs. at $750^{\circ}C$, which is equal to 179000hrs (about 20yrs) of service life at $650^{\circ}C$, after conducting solution treatment for 20 min. at $11300^{\circ}C$. The result of the hardness test and the tensile test showed that both properties are closely related to the mean free distance of carbides. Also, from the results of fracture tests at $650^{\circ}C$, ${\triangle}K_{th}$, after values were found to decrease as aging time and microstructure, as the volume fraction of $\sigma$ phase increased.

Mobile Node has to maintain communication as they move form place to place, so it doesn't guarantee Quality of Service(QoS). Fast Handoff is important to provide multimedia and real-time applications services in mobile, and it is closely related to handoff delay. Therefore, handoff delay problem is actively studied to quarantee QoS as a main issue in mobile IP research area. Next generation Mobile IPv6 resolve this problem somewhat, triangle problem for first packet and handoff delay still remain. In this paper, we suggest SNMP Information-based routing that adds keyword management method to Information-based routing in active network in order to resolve such a problem, and then suggest QoS controlled handoff based on SNMP Information-Based routing. After modeling of suggested method and existing handoff method, simulations are carried out with NS-2 for performance evaluation. The results of simulations show the some improvement on handoff delay, and therefore on QoS improvement.

전라남도 지역 내에 서남권과 동남권의 지역격차가 심하게 존재하고 있으며, 이들 문제해결을 위한 방안이 필요한 시점이다. 이러한 지역적 격차를 해소하고 서남권 경제를 활성화하기 위한 방안으로서 배후단지 건설을 제시하였다. 이 배후단지에는 기존 서남권 지역이 지니고 있던 산업들 중 경쟁력이 있는 산업과 중장기적으로 육성해야할 신성장동력산업, 그리고 마지막으로 중국 등 해외에서 U-TURN하고자 하는 기업들의 산업유치 등으로 나누어 트라이앵글 산업 클러스터를 구성하는 것이다. 그리고 이 트라이앵글 코어 내에는 연구개발 중심의 비즈니스센터를 만들어 지원하는 역할을 하는 등 원스톱 서비스를 제공하는 것이 핵심이다. 목포 및 무안내의 기존산업들중 경쟁력 있는 산업 군을 알아보기 위해 여기에서는 LQ 및 변이-할당분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 식료품산업, 1차 금속제조업, 금속가공제품 제조업 등이 경쟁력이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 신성장 동력산업으로서는 정밀기기 및 첨단부품산업 등을 중심으로 공항만이 이점을 최대한 살릴 수 있도록 제안하였으며, 마지막으로 U-TURN 산업으로는 고부가가치 섬유 및 의류산업을 제시하였다. 그리고 이러한 지역경제의 성장기반을 바탕으로 고용을 창출할 있는 자생적 기반이 마련될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 양육미혼모 위기지원 프로그램 참여자들의 경험을 통해 사회복지실천 방안을 찾아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이에 KDB나눔재단의 트라이앵글 사업에 참여한 양육미혼모의 경험과 변화과정을 이해하기 위해, 12명을 심층면접하고 질적연구방법을 적용하여 주제분석 하였다. 분석결과, 트라이앵글 사업 참여 이전 미혼모가 살아가기 힘든 사회에서 삶의 위기의 악순환으로 살아갈 의지를 상실하였으나, 트라이앵글 서비스를 통해 '임신-출산-양육'에 대한 포괄적인 지원을 받고 이를 통해 미혼모와 그 자녀가 살아갈 의지가 생성되는 경험을 하였다. 이러한 경험의 기저에는 기업재단과 미혼모 당사자 조직을 비롯한 다전문가 집단의 참여, 공공-민간기관의 협력 체계 구축, 생활안정 지원금을 통한 자립 기반의 마련 등의 운영전략과 조건이 있었다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 우리나라 미혼모 지원 체계의 한계를 보완할 수 있는 실천적 정책적 함의를 제언하였다.

무선 단말기를 이용하여 단순한 문장 및 음성 전송뿐만 아니라 인터넷과 같은 멀티미디어 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 사용자가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 이동 망에서 Mobile IPv4 지역 위치등록(Regional Registration)을 개선하여 트래픽의 전송 지연과 메시지 발생양을 기존의 방법에 비해 낮출 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 CN으로부터 전송되는 패킷을 HA를 경유하지 않고 MN이 위치한 지역으로 전달하도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 각 방법에 대해 메시지 발생양과 패킷의 지연시간과의 관계를 보이고, 개선된 MIPv4 지역 위치등록을 이용하여 이를 최소화한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법을 위치 등록 비용과 메시지전송 비용에 대해 기존의 방법과 비교하여 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법이 우수하다는 것을 입증한다.

This test was performed to assess the correlation between insulation diagnostic tests and breakdown voltage strength of the stator winding of 6.6kV class induction motor in insulation deterioration condition which have been in service for 5 years after being installed in 1998. The insulation diagnostic tests include resistance, polarization index(P.I), dissipation factor(${\triangle}tan{\delta}$), maximum partial discharges(Qmax) and AC breakdown test. we evaluated the correlation between insulation diagnostic test and AC breakdown test for stator winding of high voltage induction motor.

본 논문에서는 3차원 스캔 없이 이미지 입력만을 사용한 개인 체형을 고려한 모바일 가상 착용 시스템의 전체 과정을 설계하고 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 이미지상 인물의 자세와 체형의 추정을 통하여 3차원 인체모델(SMPL)을 추정하는 최근의 방식을 이용하였고, 앞 뒷면 의상 이미지를 2차원 texture 매핑과 평면 triangle mesh로 복원하고 의상 봉제 (sewing) 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 3차원 의상 모델을 생성하는 방법을 새롭게 개발하였다. 또한 이를 활용한 3차원 개인화된 가상 착용 모바일 앱과 서비스를 Flask와 iOS 환경에서 SceneKit을 활용하여 개발하였다. 이를 통하여 단순히 의상의 매칭과 스타일 뿐 아니라 사이즈에 따른 착용 Fit을 구매 전에 확인할 수 있는 전체 서비스를 실현 및 검증하였다.
