Main purpose of national information circulation institutions is efficient service to the users in the rapidly changing information environment. This research suggests plan that how national information circulation institutions provide service more effective to the users. For the study, RISS(Research Information Service System) is investigated. This research examines current services of RISS and analyzes foreign cases which is being advanced. Also it is reviewed that see how thing could have been changed that information service of national information circulation institutions for better ways to develop plan for RISS. The result of this research could be the basic resources for new service plan in information service of national information circulation institutions.

Loosely coupled properties of SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) services do not guarantee that service applications always work properly. Service errors may also influence other services of SOA. These characteristics adversely affect software reliability. Therefore, it is a challenge to effectively manage system change and errors for operating services normally. In this study, we propose a SOA based framework using AOP(Aspect Oriented Programming) for reliable service applications. AOP provides a way to manipulate cross-cutting concerns such as logging, security and reliability and these concerns can be added to applications through weaving process. We define a service specification and an aspect specification for this framework. This framework also includes service provider, requester, repository, platform, manager, and aspect weaver to handle changes and exceptions of applications. Independent Exception Handler is stored to exhibited external Aspect Service Repository. When exception happened, Exception Handler is linked dynamically according to aspect rule that is defined in aspect specification and offer function that handle exception alternate suitable service in systematic error situation. By separating cross-cutting concerns independently, we expect that developer can concentrate on core service implementation and reusability, understanding, maintainability increase. Finally, we have implemented a prototype system to demonstrate the feasibility of our framework in case study.

In this study, we discuss the possibility of applying the group technology to the service area. We analyze student service system to improve college student service and constructed new service cells using the group technology. To do so, we build service cells for the information technology support and related business in college student service with the standard of service cell formation process. This naturally leads us to the way to improve or to solve those problems such as waiting time and complexity of the related department to provide service to the student. The application of the group technology means the increase of the investment in the view point of the owner. However, to stand against the infinite competition and the open of the education market, university have to prepare. This preparation can be helped by applying the group technology for improving the college student service quality.

To evaluate customer satisfaction of hotel food and beverage products, developing items for the measurement is necessary through studying the properties of food and beverage products. The properties consist of human service, physical and systematic service. Human service includes appearance and uniforms, courtesy and kindness, quickness and precision of the service, well-educatedness, moral sense and etc. Physical service includes the taste of food and beverage, diversity of food and beverage, outlets' cleanness and atmosphere, refinement of fixture, furnishing and table ware, the admission passage to the hotel and parking lot facilities, and etc. Systematic service includes passages of movement to outlet, arrangement of outlet, reservation management system, operation of events and package goods, temperature and ventilation system and etc. The price is also one of important variables to measure customer satisfaction index, so it is included to the investigating items. As shown some hotels have several satisfactory items but most items are unsatisfactory because expected service is better than perceived service. Therefore, the hotels which lack human service need the reinforcement of service education, the hotels which lack physical and systematic services need the improvement, the development and the renovation according to the unsatisfactory items. And the hotels whose price item is unsatisfactory need to consider the policy.

We have implement indoor positioning system to supply orientation information, We have used ultrasound in indoor positioning system for distance and orientation measurements, then propose a set of methods to calculate orientation from an array of well placed ultrasonic sensors operating in the indoor positioning system, We have design and implement a indoor positioning system using a combination of hardware and software and demonstrate end-to-end functionality of the system, We have implement ZigBee based home automation system using location-aware System.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a service system for a digital hologram video, which has not been published yet. This system assumes the existing service framework for 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional image/video, which includes data acquisition, processing, transmission, reception, and reconstruction. This system includes acquisition of color and depth image pairs from a image acquisition system with vertical rigs, rectification of acquired image pairs and generating digital hologram. Also it is designed to reduce the CGH (computer-generated hologram) generation time to 1/3. It also includes some additional and optional functions such as watermarking, compression, and encryption.

The purpose of this paper is to review concerns and activities related to the library of Germany as well as to look over recent trends referred to the maintenance of the library and its information service system since the unification of Germany in 1990. In fact, since the unification, many libraries in old East Germany have been closed with some precious books being lost. Also since most of libraries are short of funds and proper materials, it is real situation that they can not actively respond to the demand of information by library users who want to adapt themselves to changes, while only urgently requesting some support from old West Germany. In the meantime, the new government and libraries of Germany are giving a great effort to building an efficient document delivery system through financial support for the expansion of books and the purchase of urgently necessary library equipments in the poor libraries of old East Germany and support for the course to re-educate the in-service or unemployeed librarians, and also systematic organization between similar libraries, integration of national bibliographies, and maintenance of the interlibrary loan system. The nationwide interlibrary loan system, an expanded form of the system of old West Germany, allows the delivery of document to be easily performed, centered on both central cataloues for East Germany and West. However, in order to build an efficient information service system which covers whole Germany, it seems there needs more time required.

In this research, we analyze about the general service provided by Society of Korean journal articles of science and technology. Personalized retrieval services which are suitable to the articles service were developed based on this. That is, there are personalized retrieval system based on user's keyword, authors navigation system, automatic topic recommendation system based on author's keyword, and similar user automatic recommendation system. In this research, personalized service methods being suitable to the articles service of Society tries to be considered through the user survey.

The Distribution System consist of many tie-line switches and sectionalizing switches, operated a radial type. When an outage occurs in Distribution System, outage areas are isolated by system switches, has to restored as soon as possible. At this time, system operator have to get a information about network topology for service restoration of outage areas. Therefore, the searching result of restorative topology has to fast computation time and reliable result topology for to restore a electric service to outage areas, equal to optimal switching operation problem. So, the problem can be defined as combinatorial optimization problem. The service restoration problem is so important problem which have outage area minimization, outage loss minimization. Many researcher is applying to the service restoration problem with various techniques. In this paper, advanced Dijkstra algorithm is applied to searching a restoration topology, is so efficient to searching a shortest path in graph type network. Additionally, fuzzy rules and operator are applied to overcome a fuzziness of correlation with input data. The present technique has superior results which are fast computation time and searching results than previous researches, demonstrated by example distribution model system which has 3 feeders, 26 buses. For a application capability to real distribution system, additionally demonstrated by real distribution system of KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) which has 8 feeders and 140 buses.

Dielectric breakdown accidents have been mainly occurred in the vicinity of service entrance section in underground power transmission systems. One cause among them is due to the excessive component value of sheath located around service entrance of cable. In this paper, as one of the alternative to prevent these accidents, the change of cross bond grounding system and the location change of IJ(Insulation Joint) are suggested. Also, to evaluate effectiveness of this changing system, circulating current and induced voltage of sheath were analyzed in steady and transient state. By comparison of the analytical results for the several possible changing systems, a grounding system and location of IJ which has the smallest sheath component values is proposed. In this paper, analysis to evaluate the proposed system is carried out by EMTP/ATPDraw. It can be used as a valuable operational material to prevent accident of the service entrance section in underground power transmission system.
