A web based E-mail system consists of serves which supply mail accounts and service, and clients which take part of interfacing with users. The web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer are the popular clients. Users who cannot afford to get an E-mail id in general mail servers are, therefore, able to reach a e-mailing service in the web environment by using client programs in connection with a mail server. Although the quality of service has been upgraded a lot in recent days, it doesn't provide with satisfactory services anymore. In this paper, we intend to design a mail agent system based on the web environment. Through this system we could reach a convenient user interface based on Internet Explorer and could easily access administratory environment on the basis of NT Server 4.0. Using the service engine dominent in mail agent system, it could provide with convenient user interfacing tools like responding the absence of users, mail filtering and refusing messages, etc. And it would ultimately make possible a constant system security, by preventing system failure phenomena caused by extraordinary uses beyond its capability.

본 연구에서는 도서관과 정보센터에서 전통적으로 제공되어진 SDI 서비스와 함께 일부 기관에서 제공하고 있는 맞춤정보 서비스를 기반으로 한 개인화 정보 서비스 시스템의 기술요소 및 전체 시스템의 구조를 제안하였다. 제안된 개인화 정보 서비스 시스템은 이용자의 개인 프로파일정보를 바탕으로 이용자의 정보탐색행태 등을 추가 입력 값으로 해서 학습과정을 거쳐 이용자에게 가장 적절한 정보를 출력 값으로 제공할 수 있다. 이를 위해 개인화 정보 서비스 시스템에서가장 중요한 기능을 수행하는 학습시스템과 추천시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 요소에 대해 살펴보았다.

To investigate the effective scheme to secure the specialized instructors in the governmental officials training facilities, the authors made a survey on the opinion concerning the dispatching service system of officials as instructors to the Fisheries Officials Training Institute on the fisheries specialized officials in the Fisheries Agency and its affiliated organization. The obtained results can be summarized as follows : 1. The exiting personnel management system has a lot of difficulties to secure the specialized instructors. Even though the difficulties may be solved by inviting part-time instructors to some extent, it is remote from the goal. The active utilization of dispatching service system of specialized officials to the Institute as instructors during the limited term will be effective rather than re-arrangement of personnel system or amendment of laws and ordinances to secure the specialized instructors. 2. The response of specialized officials who are objected in the present survey on the dispatching service system to the Institute appeared to be affirmative considerably, and then the dispatching service system may be expected of high efficiency in its realization.

Purpose: Cloud-computing technology has several advantages, including maintenance, management, accessibility, and computing power. A greenhouse-control system utilizing these advantages was developed using a private cloud-computing system. Methods: A private cloud needs a collection of servers and a suite of software tools to monitor and control cloud-computing resources. In this study, a server farm, operated by OpenStack as a cloud platform, was constructed using servers, and other network devices. Results: The greenhouse-control system was developed according to the fundamental cloud service models: infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and software as a service. This system has four additional advantages - security, control function, public data use, and data exchange. There are several considerations that must be addressed, such as service level agreement, data ownership, security, and the differences between users. Conclusions: When the advantages are utilized and the considerations are addressed, cloud-computing technology will be beneficial for agricultural use.

방송 서비스 고도화를 위한 활성화 방안 연구의 주요사항과 필요성은 3분야의 카타코리를 통해 고찰되었으며 이러한 방안의 대안으로서 단순결합을 벋어난 융합의 서비스가 확립되고 있는 현실에서 방송환경 서비스 고도화의 작업으로 개념적 3단계 제안과 아울러 수요자 고도화 등의 구체적인 제안으로, 박물관 체험과 유적지 답사 등의 실시간 서비스, 기술 개발 모델 TV 수신기 및 정보 모니터를 생산, 개별적 자아개발 퍼스널 방송 통신 융합 프로그램 개발 등과 같은 내용 제안이 이루어졌다. 연구 방식은 방송 서비스 고도화 지원 사업의 전반적 내용의 연구를 통해 그 특성과 방향을 진단하고 활성화 방안을 위한 서비스 환경 개선을 위해 제안이 이루어졌으며 방송시스템 고도화를 위한 기술적 program적인 부분에서의 대 내외 서비스 고도를 위한 기대효과도 예측해 보았다. 단계별 주요단계수립 제안을 통해 수요자 및 방송 환경의 고도화의 중장기적 계획 진행이 이루어져야 한다는 내용이 결론으로 제안 되었고, 이것은 향후에도 더욱 구체적 단계의 계획 설계가 심도 있게 연구가 진행될 분야로서 남아있다.

최근 정보기술 발전과 컴퓨터의 고성능화에 따라 인터넷과 지리정보 시스템(GIS:Geographic Information System)을 연동하여 많은 웹 사이트에서 지도정보 및 POI(Point of Interest)서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 Web CIS는 시스템 구축이나 서비스 제공방법, 지도표현 형식에 있어 특정 시스템이나 환경에 의존적이며 제약이 많이 있다. 또한 무선인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 이동 환경에서 현재 위치정보를 적용한 실시간 서비스를 제공받기 원하는 사용자가 급증하고 있는 시점에서 이러한 서비스를 PDA와 같은 이동클라이언트에 LBS(Location Based Service)로 제공할 수 있어야한다. 본 논문에서는 국립지리원의 표준지도형식인 DXF 수치지도를 이용하여 모바일 웹 서비스가 가능한 GIS의 구축과 OGC(Open GIS Consortium)에서 권고한 벡터 방식의 SVC(Scalable Vector Graphics)를 이용한 지도 표현, XML 웹서비스를 이용한 개방형 서비스제공 방법, 이동클라이언트인 PDA에 GPS 수신기를 확장하여 이동환경에서 위치정보를 획득하여 실시간 LBS가 가능한 클라이언트/서버 시스템을 설계하고 서버기반 GIS 컴퓨팅 환경을 실용적으로 구현하였다.

세계적으로 가입자망의 고도화 및 광대역화가 경쟁적으로 추진되고, 이에 따른 신규 서비스도 활성화되고 있는 추세이다. 국내 광통신 산업의 저변 확대와 육성 발전, 차세대 장비 개발, 광가입자망 기반 고품질 서비스 및 플랫폼 개발의 일환으로, ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute)에서는 자체적으로 FTTH(Fiber-To-the-Home) 표준 BMT(Bench Mark Test) 테스트베드와 네트워크 운영센터 및 IPTV 서비스 장비로 FTTH 서비스센터를 구축하고, 통신망사업자를 통하여 규모 있는 상용 광가입자망을 구축하고 연동하였다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI의 FTTH 서비스센터와 통신사업자의 상용 광가입자망 구축에 사용되는 FTTH E-PON(Ethernet Passive Optical Network) 시스템에 대해 QoS(Qualiy of Service) 기반의 TPS(Triple Play Service)와 QoE(Quality of Experience) 측면에서 시험한 성능 평가 결과를 기술하였다.

As the technology developed, the system is being developed as the structure that is adapted to the intelligent environment. Therefore, the existing situation information system couldn't provide satisfactory service to the user as it provides service only by the information which it received from the sensor. This paper analyzed the problems of the existing user intention awareness system and suggested user intention awareness system to provide a stable and efficient service that fits to the intention of the user compensating this. This paper has collected the behavior data based on the scenario of the sequential behavior course of the user that occurs at breakfast time in the kitchen which is the home domain environment thai is closely related to our lives. This scenario course also showed the flow that the goal intentional user intention awareness system acted that it suggested, and showed the sequential course processing the user behavior data by tables and charts.

This thesis describes the development of a service system for small-sized shops which support not only music broadcasting, but editing and generating voice announcement using the TTS(Text-To-Speech) technology. The system has been developed based on web environments with an easy access whenever and wherever it is needed. The system is able to control the sound using silverlight media player based on the ASP .NET 2.0 technology without any additional application software. Use of the Ajax control allows for multiple users to get the maximum load when needed. TTS is built in the server side so that the service can be provided without user's computer. Due to convenience and usefulness of the system, the business sector can provide better service to many shops. Further additional functions such as statistical analysis will undoubtedly help shop management provide desirable services.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the status and problems of the e-Learning quality assurance system on e-Learning contents and service provider(institutes) in the field of enterprise education. In addition, the research is to suggest the direction and strategies for revising and developing the system. The research put emphasis on two systems of the e-Learning quality assurance(contents, service provider) which directly influence financial support of government. This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by expert panel meetings. In the case of the quality assurance system on e-Learning contents, the followings are suggested; (1)admitting the contents made of the combination of modules in the approved module set, (2)making easier the qualifying of modified contents for maintenance, (3)revising evaluation criteria, (4)providing substantial feedback. In the field of service provider, the followings are requested; (1)differentiating of qualifying system by industry and scale of company, (2)extending the qualifying cycle, (3)improving the feedback and sharing system.
