The enterprises can reduce many risks of in-House ERP system such as excessive initial investment and operational expenses, lengthened constructional time, and the possibility of failure while achieving the benefit of ERP solution. However, there are many considerations which the enterprise carefully take into in order to implement the systems successfully such as selecting the system which is right for the enterprise's environment by setting the goal of implementing the system clearly, reducing the construction time by minimizing the customizing of the system, including the core people who knows the business process well, enough education before and after the implementation, and considering many aspect of ASP service provider. Also, the service provider should develop new way to provide customized service with cheap price while guaranteeing the reliability and supporting the customer's needs actively.

Consequently, the insurance companies must grope a new source of revenue and develop a new business model for a stability growth. At the forked road, the insurance companies must group the existing and new customers in order to find the royal customers, and develop a new service with them. Accordingly, it is the time to study the advance of PB field and the royal customer management that will maintain and expand the new relations with them. Besides, the PB was the service to begin in needs of the specific group, but now it is regarded as a new source of high profit in the age of universal financial service among the financial circles. As a consequence, the PB marketing is introduced in haste, and such trend seems to be continued. Therefore, the plans that help the domestic insurance company reflect the characteristic of the insurance and expand the scope of business into the scope of property management according to the needs of customers under a universal financial service trend will be studied.

The mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) is second most common tumor in minor salivary gland. It usually presents as a painless, rubbery-hard or soft mass, which may be fixed or mobile into the underlying structure. The predilection sites of intraoral MEC are palate, cheek, mandible, lip, and tongue, etc. There are very few published reports of MEC occurred in retromolar trigone. Only one case has been reported so far. Recently, we experienced a-70-year old man with a mass in retromolar trigone, which was finally diagnosed as MEC. We report the unique case with literature review.

  • The extranodal nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma was formerly known as lethal midline granuloma due to its most common clinical pattern like a destructive midline facial tumor. It often spread to other extranodal sites, such as skin, soft tissue, testis, upper respiratory tract, and gastrointestinal tract etc. For this reason, the term of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type is preferred. Its disease entity may have a prominent admixture of inflammatory cells and necrotic tissues, further causing difficulty in diagnosis. A 44-year-old man was visited to our clinic with complaints of dysphagia and odynophagia during six months. He underwent three times punch biopsies and then, two times incisional biopsies. Finally, He was diagnosed as extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type involving oropharynx and supraglottis. We report an extremely rare case of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type occurred in oropharynx and supraglottis with a brief review of literature.

  • Given the growing deployment of mobile offices, we need to understand the fectors which affect their successful use and implementation. We in this paper present a parsimonious model which integrates the IS success model and the TAM. The main feature of the model is that it allows one to explore the role of mobility of mobile office systems in determining the level of system usage and dependence. Although the mobility is the key property of any mobile system, there is little research effort exerted to understand how mobility affects the traditional IS factors such as perceived ease of use and usefulness. In addition to the system usage, this model also uses dependence as the dependent variable. This is expected to provide richer understanding of the study context. We collected survey data from 1,614 field service workers of a major domestic electronic company. They use PDAs to retrieve information regarding the specifics of the customer service requests and to report what has been done for each service job. The results from SEM analysis show that mobility improves the perceived ease of use which then leads the field service workers to depend more on the PDA systems. Interestingly enough, however, the workers' satisfaction does not cause more frequent use of the system.

Information technologies can be useful strategic weapons for SMEs by enhancing their competitiveness. Categorized as one kind of cloud computing, SaaS is a computing resource and software sharing model which can be accessed via the Internet. Based on virtualization technology, SaaS is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of the IT service level in SMEs. This study attempts to identify the determinants of SaaS adoption intention among Korean SMEs. Through the lens of the theory of planned behavior, this study adopts technological, organizational, environmental factors to explore the determinants of cloud computing adoption intention. The research population is the SMEs that have been funded by the Korean government. Partial least square method was used for empirical analysis of 190 samples collected through on-line survey. The results show that the positive attitude is influenced by business process improvements. Vender support and top management support are positively associated with subjective norm. Vendor support, top management support can relieve perceived behavior control factors. Government support directly influences adoption intention of cloud computing. • The purpose of the study was to investigate relationships among food safety training, knowledge, and practices of school food service employees. A questionnaire that identified employees' food safety training experience, knowledge, and practices was developed based on a review of literature. A total of 341 Korean school food service employees participated in the survey; the final usable responses were 293 (a response rate: 86%). Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS for Windows (version 10). Most of the respondents (> 86%) took training sessions on 'proper hand washing' and 'proper food storage temperatures', whereas less than 60% had training on 'monitoring procedures and corrective actions at critical control points'. The mean score of their food safety knowledge was 8.02 out of 11. The majority of the employees knew correctly 'potentially hazardous foods (93.2%)' and 'diseases and symptoms with which they are excluded from working (87.0%)'; less than 50% chose a correct answer for 'sanitizing food contact surfaces.' A chi-square analysis revealed that the employees' actual knowledge did not differ significantly by whether they had food safety training (at the level of a =0.01), except one topic 'diseases and symptoms with which they are excluded from working.' Their self-reported practice scores were rated as 2.98 - 3.39 based on a 5-point Likert-type scale (1-not at all, 5-always). Employees' food safety training should be conducted continuously and repetitively to improve the effectiveness of the training.
