With the development of artificial intelligence technology, interest in data-based product preference estimation and personalized recommender systems is increasing. However, if the recommendation is not suitable, there is a risk that it may reduce the purchase intention of the customer and even extend to a huge financial loss due to the characteristics of the financial product. Therefore, developing a recommender system that comprehensively reflects customer characteristics and product preferences is very important for business performance creation and response to compliance issues. In the case of financial products, product preference is clearly divided according to individual investment propensity and risk aversion, so it is necessary to provide customized recommendation service by utilizing accumulated customer data. In addition to using these customer behavioral characteristics and transaction history data, we intend to solve the cold-start problem of the recommender system, including customer demographic information, asset information, and stock holding information. Therefore, this study found that the model proposed deep learning-based collaborative filtering by deriving customer latent preferences through characteristic information such as customer investment propensity, transaction history, and financial product information based on customer transaction log records was the best. Based on the customer's financial investment mechanism, this study is meaningful in developing a service that recommends a high-priority group by establishing a recommendation model that derives expected preferences for untraded financial products through financial product transaction data.
Projects to deploy and diffuse smart factories in South Korea are aimed at enhancing national manufacturing competitiveness. However, a significant portion of deployed companies remain at the basic stage and struggle to utilize smart factories regularly. Existing studies have primarily focused on the technical aspects of smart factories, using data analytics and case studies, leading to a gap in empirical research on continuous use and upgrade intentions. This study identifies key factors influencing smart factory usage and user satisfaction, drawing on the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM) and previous research. It empirically examines the impact of these factors on continuous use intention, management performance, and advancement acceptance intention through smart factory usage and user satisfaction. A structural equation model is employed to validate the research hypotheses, using survey data from 287 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) that have adopted smart factories. Results demonstrate that system quality, information quality, service quality, and government support significantly affect smart factory usage, while service quality and government support influence user satisfaction. Furthermore, smart factory usage and user satisfaction have positive effects on management performance, continuous use intention, and subsequently advancement acceptance intention. This study provides novel insights by demonstrating the specific impact mechanisms of smart factory user satisfaction on the business and the intentions of manufacturing SMEs regarding continuous use and advancement acceptance, leveraging the ISSM.
It is possible to provide Smart Tourism Service through the development of information technology. It is necessary for the tourism industry to understand and utilize Big Data that has tourists' consumption patterns and service usage patterns in order to continuously create a new business model by converging with other industries. This study suggests to activate Jeju Smart Tourism by analyzing Big Data based on credit card usage records and location of tourists in Jeju. The results of the study show that First, the percentage of Chinese tourists visiting Jeju has decreased because of the effect of THAAD. Second, Consumption pattern of Chinese tourists is mostly occurring in the northern areas where airports and duty-free shops are located, while one in other regions is very low. The regional economy of Jeju City and Seogwipo City shows a overall stagnation, without changes in policy, existing consumption trends and growth rates will continue in line with regional characteristics. Third, we need a policy that young people flow into by building Jeju Multi-complex Mall where they can eat, drink, and go shopping at once because the number of young tourists and the price they spend are increasing. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide services for life-support related to weather, shopping, traffic, and facilities etc. through analyzing Wi-Fi usage location. Based on the results, we suggests the marketing strategies and public policies for understanding Jeju tourists' patterns and stimulating Jeju tourism industry.
Today, consumers are interested in branded apps as new marketing channels. Consumers do not have ready access to information that will enable them to judge the quality of a particular product or service before purchase, but they will gain such information with branded apps. As they need to be actively chosen and downloaded to users' smartphone by the users themselves, branded apps have greater marketing effectiveness and influence than traditional channels. Therefore, corporations that place emphasis on interactions with customers anticipate a new marketing effect with their branded apps. With previous research on smartphone applications as a background, this research finds key factors in branded apps that influence users' satisfaction. Additionally, the study centers on the relationship in which satisfaction in the branded app significantly influences the purchase intention for the branded product/service.
Emerging hotspot and trendy areas are formed into alleys and blocks with the help of viral effects among social network services (SNS) users called "Golmogleo." These users search for every corner of the alleys to share and promote their own favorite places through SNS. An analysis of hot places is limited if it is only based on macroeconomic indicators such as commercial area data published by national organizations, large-scale visiting facilities, and commuter figures. Careful analyses based on consumers' actual activities are needed. This study develops a "social big data analysis methodology" using Instagram data, which is one of the most popular SNSs suitable to identify recent consumer trends. We build a spatial analysis model using Local Moran's I. Results show that our model identifies new trend zones on the basis of posting data in Instagram, which are not included in the commercial information prepared by national organizations. The proposed analysis methodology enables better identification of the latest trend areas formulated by SNS user activities. It also provides practical information for start-ups, small business owners, and alley merchants for marketing purposes. This analytical methodology can be applied to future studies on social big data analysis.

This study aimed to propose a method for collecting and applying media platform based materials at the National Library of Korea. Firstly, we analyzed the current status and limitations of data collection based on domestic media platforms, including the National Library of Korea. Secondly, a literature review method was used to investigate the current status and types of digital content based on media platforms. Thirdly, we identified the types of materials based on media platforms that are not currently included in the National Central Library's online material collection guidelines through the examination of cases from major overseas libraries. Fourthly, after reviewing technical and legal elements such as the definition of collection targets and scope for each new media, and collection methods, we established collection criteria. Fifthly, based on the research results, the policies proposed in this study are as follows: 1) there is a need to establish a clear legal basis for the collection of media platform based materials; 2) the development and presentation of collection guidelines for media platform based materials is necessary; 3) the development of collection tools and infrastructure for media platform based materials is required; 4) for the collection of media platform based materials, it is necessary to obtain permission for collection from targeted social media organizations, and to cooperate in linkage with organizations that produce and service extended reality content; 5) for the service activation of media platform based materials, it is necessary to improve accessibility for the usage activation of these materials, to enhance the content extensibility and ease of use of the e-deposit system including extended reality content, and to advance and construct spaces for reproducing extended reality content.
This study explains consumers' showrooming which refers to the activities of visiting offline stores to check products in person and obtaining information offline and online via mobile devices before making the final decision to buy. More specifically, this study verifies key determinants of showrooming based on two dimensions of the mobile technology and user characteristics. Furthermore, the study examines the relationship of showrooming and purchase intentions and the moderating effect of perceived risks on the relationship. The key findings are as follows: firstly, service connectivity and time convenience of the mobile technology characteristics are positively related to showroming. Secondly, as the user characteristics, need for touch and personal innovativeness increase showrooming while impulsiveness does not. Thirdly, showrooming contributes to the increase of purchase intentions. Finally, moderating effect of perceived risks has turned out to be insignificant. This study has implications by providing the understanding of key determinants of showrooming and further proving the positive relationship of showrooming and purchase intentions.
This study aims to identify the problems of the current response system to tackle misconducts of social workers and develop more effective system for disbarment and suspension of social worker qualification. For this purpose, the disbarment and suspension of social worker qualification system of England, New York, Japan, and Australia, and of other professions in Korea such as health, education, and legal professions were reviewed. In addition, focus group interviews were conducted with 2 groups of 10 social workers in order to explore their opinion regarding the misconducts of social workers and the related system. The review of the system in foreign countries showed that the systems were different, and disbarment and suspension system was developed according to the nature of social worker qualification in each country. In terms of other professions in Korea, it has been found that there were unique response systems including procedure of disbarment and suspension according to the characteristics of each profession. As results of the focus group interviews, participants agreed that it is necessary to develop a response system because there are various kinds of misconducts in social welfare service field, and suggested strategies of response system, obstacles to its effects, and long-term plan for strengthening the ethical practice capacity of social workers. In conclusion, the system to address misconducts of social workers including the integrated report point and procedures are suggested. We argued that the establishment of a comprehensive response system based on the close corporation between the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korean Association of Social Workers is necessary in order to cope with misconducts and strengthen the ethical practice capacity. Further more, in the long term, we indicate that the qualification procedures of social worker should be reformed alongside of its management system, and the Social Welfare Service Act should be revised.

Recently the request of the patients to participate in the medical courses has been expanding due to the elevated sense of right on the people's health, merchandised medical treatment by mass supply, human right declaration of the patients, generalized medical informations by the mass media and the change of human relation between the medical personnels and the patients. Under these phenomena the patients have been in the thought of solving such accidents only by regulation of the laws which they think to be all powerful, Such trends are same in the area of nursing service. Also today the accident by the nurses have been increasing by the area of the nurses having been expanded and their independent roles having been increased. Such nursing accidents are the important subject which the professional occupation of the nurse has been facing but legal protective capability of the nurses has been very weak. Therefore this study has examined the degree of the experience of the nursing accident that happens in the clinical nursing scenes in the general hospital to provide the basic materials for the protection and the counter measures of the nursing accident. The following is the conclusion based by the above examination. 1) The experience degree of the whole nursing accidents has been appeared as 1.90 in average. And the degree according to service area has been 1.77 in the area of supervising management of patients, 1.54 in the area of the same management of patients by head-nurses, 1.84 in the area of doctors' treatment performances, 14 in the enforcement and education areas of the nursing technology, 2.04 in the area of observing patients and judgement and 2.07 in the area of nursing records and maintaining confidentials. Accordingly there has been higher degree of accidental experiences in the independent service areas of the patients than in the dependent ones directed by the doctors. 2) The perception of the nurses showed that the cause of the nursing accident has been due to the heavy work of the nurses with the 60.4% of the response rate, the highest rate. They report the accident to the head nurse first by 2/3 nurses after accident. And the hour of the accident has been frequently happened regardless of service hours with 48.1% in response rate, the highest rate, and the nursing accident happens in the night more than the daytime with the rate of 37.5% at night while 14. 4% daytime. 3) The nurses are in the perception that the patients are responsible for the accident with 48.2% response rate while 43.9% rate in response showed that it has been caused by many people. They are in the perception that 41.7% when the nursing power was lacking, 46.7% lower recognition of actual state about indivitual patient in the section of technical speciality and 35.8% when the patients were not cooperative and 37.8% when the wards were dirty and in disorder. 4) the attitude of the patients after the various nursing accidents has been violent words in 72.7%, violence in 17.4% and 3.9% in attending the court by the sue of the patient's side(18 nurses). 5) The action of the hospital has been : requesting the submission of the story of the accident in 22.8%, the report of the accidents in 14.4%, thus the written statement disposal was most, 4.5% was the transfer to the other departments when the accident was larger or the patients' guardians protested strongly and 0.6% of the dismissals of the nurses. 6) In regard to the responsiblity of the nurse accidents, 78.9% was the highest rate of supplying the nursing manpowers, 48.4% of mutual cooperation of the medical personnels, 37.2% of strengthening the education for the nurses and hospital facilities reformation in 32.7%. 7) The review of relation between the general characters of the object of the study and the degree of experience of nursing accidents showed the significant differences in ages (F=4.04, p=0.000).

This paper is based on the previous studies which had been researched in developed countries from late 1990s to early 2000s and the purpose of this study is to introduce the idea and operation system of e-Grocery business. Moreover, we suggest the alternatives on delivery service methods in order to satisfy the customers' needs through analyzing the current condition of e-Grocers in Korea. According to the result of this study, Korean e-Grocers offer only attended home delivery services. In our opinion, Korean supermarkets have to take hybrid model which Tesco.com is using. There are some alternatives to increase the profits of Korean e-Grocers and to provide better services to their customers as follows: As an alternatives for delivery services, picking service is the easiest and cheapest way to apply for supermarkets. This is very useful for working women and also it is possible to order by smartphone recently. They can order the goods to the closest local supermarkets from working place, and then they pick them up on the way home from working off. In order to improve the quality of delivery services, to use the reception box will be the way to provide better services to the customers. The reception box is a way to protect the quality of goods such as fresh-cut product, which require the freshness through the temperature adjustment, and also to keep the safety of ordered goods through locking system Through this system, supermarkets are able to use attended or unattended services under the customers' satisfaction. However, using the reception box is expensive, so shared reception box will be an alternative. As an alternative for development of e-Grocery business, the advertisement for e-Grocery business has to be supported in order to attract potential customers in e-Grocery business. Furthermore, the main concerns of e-Grocery business such as the sanitation and safety of goods, and convenience must be guaranteed in order to keep the loyal customers and to attract new customers.
