Nowadays, the spread of electronic commerce using internet demands a large changes doing business with company to company and give that company a change to recognize logistics. To support logistics activity, all kinds of companies are using the computer and are recognized that the efficient using of Cyber Logistics Information will mainly play a roll to strength the companies competition power. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to suggest the following plans, the first plan is to research the companies which is offering the logistics information on the Web site based on the internet and to investigate the contents of Logistics Information, then the second plan is to give companies which is to get the logistics information on Internet, more efficient ways using internet based logistics information systems.

The purpose of this study is to research the investment environment of Vietnam and analyze the actual investment state of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and seek for the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in Vietnam shows both a positive side and negative side. However Vietnamese market is a attractive one as ever for direct investment of Korean enterprises considering their constant economy growth, investment increase of foreign company for Vietnam, China risk. And the point at issue in investment of Korean Enterprises is as follows. That is, inclining to manufacturing, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, preference of greenfield investment, restricted purpose of investment, insufficiency of infrastructure for logistics, electric power, legal system. The results of the study indicate mainly that the investment of Korean enterprise into Vietnam needs a switchover of the third service trade-tertiary industry, collaboration with Vietnamese enterprise through joint venture investment, a large-scale investment for Vietnam domestic market and neighboring countries' market, practical use of M&A with existing Vietnamese enterprise and diverse purpose for investment.

Electronic Commerce has become the leading method of business in many countries. And related laws are being established and is operating in Korea and China. In this circumstance, Korea's electronic signature law was enacted on February 5, 1999, and has been applied from July 1, 1999. But China's electronic signature law was enacted on August 28, 2004, and has been formally applied from April 1, 2005. This paper is to drive problems of the electronic signature system and law and to show the whole point to be considered in enterprise and the present status of internal and external service under the basis of electronic trade. The purpose of this study aims to present a comparative analysis on the Korean and Chinese electronic signature system and law. In addition to, another point of this paper is suggestions for improvement of legal problem.

In today's hospital-management, information system and the information by it will be a necessary administrative materials of organization with man-power, funds, equipment and resources. This study is for figuring out steps to utilize information-system, an important strategy to grow the hospital applying to the change of surroundings, improving the service for patients, accelerating medical examination, improving it in quality and suggesting a basis be able to manage it effectively by putting information system in practice such as economic effect by shorting time and the effect of medical study by computerizing clinical data. And the result of it is as follows: From the Nolan's 6 step - model about the degree using information system in hospital-management, the 1st group of hospital-size came to 1st and 2nd step, the 2nd group to the 3rd and 4th step and the 3rd group to the 5th and 6th step, which correspond to the survey- results that information system increases with the size of the hospital to propagation, regulation and integration step and that the number of the hospital developing to the step managing information is increasing.

An informatization evaluation is becoming a major issue among vocational colleges, as the 21th century begins. This century is characterized as Knowledge and Information era. Thus it is popular for administrative organizations to use Information Technologies as major tool to innovate themselves. The main objective of this study is develop evaluation indexes on applications of information technologies for vocational colleges because they must operate their education services by using management principles. Four major indexes were recommended to evaluate their information environment of educational service as follows. 1. Strategic Information System 2. Environmental Factors of Information System 3. Informational Resources 4. Utilization of Information Technologies Each index has 4 variables to identify the level of informatization and every variable is consisted of several questions. Such an evaluation system will be applied for vocational colleges to know their own situation of IT application and to develop managerial strategies by using IT. This system also will be useful to compare you with your potential competitors and to find appropriate polices of IT application by measuring the indexes at different points of time.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to discuss the need for translation studies in dementia care and current translational endeavors, and to provide recommendations for evolving evidence-based dementia care. Methods: A literature review yielded current evidence and translational efforts. Results: Dementia care interventions need to be implemented at various service levels. Barriers to translation include evidence gaps, lack of the use of a conceptual framework to explain the implementation process, and unsupportive funding mechanisms for applying innovations. Conclusion: There is clear evidence of the need for and benefits of evidence-based dementia care for patients with dementia, family caregivers, and care professionals. The urgent need now is finding ways to advance translational activities and facilitate future research into translation science.

Controlled transfer (CT) capability, a new ATM transfer capability (ATC) for high-speed data applications which using credit-based flow control, has recently been proposed and studied in ITU-T. In this paper, we review the existing dyanmic buffer allocation schemes and propose an improved scheme. Also, we compare the performances of the existing buffer allocation methods such as static allocation, flow controlled virtual channels (FCVC), and zero queueing flow control (ZQFC) with the proposed method through simulation. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme exhibits a better performance than the existing schemes in terms of throughput, fairness, queue length and link utilization.

This paper addresses the operation, problems, and development policy of Gwangyang Port, Korea. This paper aims to analyze the operation condition and problems of Gwangyang Port and suggest long-term policies for developing Gwangyang Port as a logistic hub in northeast period. It is made up of three main sections: the operation, problems, and forecast of freight volumes; analysis of operational results of Gwangyang Port; development strategies of Gwangyang Port as a Logistics Hub. This paper was mainly based on a review of current papers/reports, an analysis of secondary data, and questionnaire survey. The major development strategies identified consisted of expansion regular service sea-route, formation of inter-modal transportation system, strengthening of port sales for Gwangyang port's recognition, securing operation-profits by fixed cargo volume, and promotion of free tread zone.

As attention to the Internet from both companies and individuals is rapidly on the increase, hundreds of new websites are opening in a single day. Along with such a high attention to the Internet, to set up an effective website needs efficient evaluation and reliable evaluation criterions for the website. The existing homepage contests and evaluation models are limited to certain websites in a special field or to the systemic side and to the contents, which in fact weakened the development of detailed evaluation sections and items possibly measured. This study is designed to integrate and seek out methods and success factors that should be considered when a website is built up, discovering evaluation criterions and making evaluation models objectively possible to be measured. The study focused on investigation into a new measurement standard and model by considering the previous studies, in order to suggest the followings: Centering the 7 top evaluation sections by type of each website such as (1) Service, (2) Mechanism, (3) Structure & Navigation, (4) Usability, (5) Contents (6) Community, (7) Communication, the study suggests an objective and reasonable website evaluation model on a basis of common factors considered in an integral and optimum view.
