This article describes a function and structure of access network equipment under BcN environment. Access network until now have constructed separately to offer voice, data service. However, simplifies network structure, function that can do traffic concentration, subscriber certification, individual charging, QoS according to service and routing is required in BcN. In this paper, compare method offering by separate system with existing access network and method that offer integrating function inside system for structure of suitable access network to BcN and search structure of access network equipment for desirable access network of hereafter. Composition of this paper is as following. In Chapter 2, establishment history and structure of access network until present. In Chaprte 3, define suitable requirement and functions to BcN. And compare structure for access net work that is new with present. Last Chapter 4, suggests direction of structure of BcN access network and concludes conclusion.

Kano model distinguishes three types of customer requirements, namely, one-dimensional quality, must-be quality, and attractive quality. There are a few methods for classifying a given customer requirement into one of the Kano's quality elements. However, the existing methods have a common limitation in that they are based on Kano evaluation table. Kano evaluation table is not always effective for the classification task, and suffers from a significant information loss. This paper proposes an alternative to Kano's evaluation table and a new classification scheme based on fuzzy set concept. The proposed method is illustrated using a case study on the ADSL service.

In the railway system, transportation plan corresponds to a m aster plan for transport services. This service plan must be constructed to minimize operational cost or maximize revenue considering transportation demands and resource capacities in the railway operation company, and it includes several sub-planning activities such as train operation frequency plan, train (schedule) plan, train capacity assignment plan, and rolling stock requirement plan. In these sub- planning processes, train can be con side red as a product for providing customer services, and customer demands and operational advantages must be considered. In this paper, we present an effect estimation system for the train capacity pattern in a train schedule, and the effect of capacity pattern can be expressed as minimum spilled demand, minimum train service cost, and maximum train revenue or profit.

The purpose of this paper is to present and establish a procedure to predict the prestress forces during the service life of the structure. The statistical approach of this procedure is using the in-situ measurement data of the post-tensioning system to develop a nonlinear regression analysis. The method of least squares is used to fit a certain function a set of data. Use of a nonlinear model is achieved by its logarithmic transformation and sunsequent use of linear-regression theory. The regression analysis result can be used to check the prestress force during the service life so that the remaining prestress force is equal to or exceeds the design requirement. Results from the measurement data of PSC box girder bridge structure were used to demonstrate the procedures.

Through the increment of requirement for EC(Electronic Commerce) oriented communication services, security multicast communications is becoming more important. However, multicast to EC environment is much different from unicast concept most network security protocols. On the network security, using mandatory access control of multilevel architecture which assigns a specific meaning to each subject, so we accomplish access control. In this way, access control security based on the information security level is proposed. A security protocol based on the architecture proposed in this paper would be utilized in security multicast communications, group key management service and leveled security service through multilevel EC security policy, Also we discuss and propose the security level scaleability and key management method on the network.

In this paper, we propose a new heuristic design algorithm for the virtual path (VP)-based ATM network with multiple traffic classes, in which QoS constraints associated with traffic class are taken into account. The minimum bandwidth of VP required to carry given amount of traffic is obtained by utilizing an equivalent bandwidth concept, and the route of each VP is placed so that the network cost is minimized while the QoS requirement is fulfilled To evaluate our design algorithm, we consider two kinds of traffic: voice traffic as low speed service and still picture traffic as high speed service. Through numerical examples, we demonstrate that our design method can achieve an efficient use of network resources, which results in providing a cost-effective VP-based ATM network.

In this paper, we propose methods for designing the Virtual Private Network (VPN) which guarantees a strict Quality of Service (QoS) over A TM networks. The required Quality of Service is a very strict Cell Loss Probability, and it is guaranteed by pro riding equivalent bandwidth which is computed so that the provided bandwidth is sufficient to guarantee that requirement. We consider two network architectures for constructing VPM, the customer pipe scheme and the Hose scheme, and we propose a method to compute the amount of the required bandwidth for the two schemes. Finally, we investigate the implication of the scheme via numerical experiments.

Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. To find the way to increase customer satisfaction, we must understand customer requirements. Kano distinguishes between three types of product requirements (must-be, one-dimensional, attractive requirement) which influence customer satisfaction in different ways when met. In this paper, potential customer satisfaction improvement (PCSI) index was developed using Kano model and CS coefficient. Timko has developed customer satisfaction (CS) coefficient based on Kano model. The PCSI index represents how much a service feature can increase the degree of customer satisfaction when the service feature is fully fulfilled. In order to explain the meaning of PCSI index, a case syudy of a Family Restaurant is done. It is also discussed how to use the index strategically.

The thesis examines the problems for innovation of export and import conditions and shows the various ways of overcoming them. The alternatives of export and import conditions are as follows. First, the government body including customs service should participate on positive lines for the construction of single window and standardization of the required documents. Second, it is required the development of efficient connection system among exporter and importer, customs service, requirement confirmation agency etc. to contribute the simplification of a operation. Therefore this research is intended to improve understanding of changes for innovation and to contribute in support basis, operation structure, legal and institutional side. Practical implications regarding the innovation of export and import conditions for electronic trade are discussed.

Management of internal Internet servers is increasingly becoming an important task. According to meet this requirement, they use service log analysis tools and network monitoring tools. But these are not enough to produce advanced management information considering contents of Internet services. Therefor we propose a system and let it detect Internet server systems existing in internal network and individuate those systems with providing profile. Internet server profile includes system's basic information, network traffic information, and Internet service usage information.
