기능적 속성을 고려한 DMB 서비스의 채택 결정요인 분석 (Determinant Factors Including Functional Attributes for Accepting Digital Multimedia Broadcasting Service)

  • In this paper we consider the Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) Service that starts recently in Korea and gains popularity. DMB makes it possible to watch high quality TV programs while we are in motion. The service provider or the service researcher are interested in the factors that influence the user's choice of new service such as DMB. Understanding the factors make them create the powerful marketing strategies and develop the new service or product that is attractive for users. We therefore find the factors influencing the user's choice of DMB service, and propose a model for analyzing the relationship between the factors and the intention of buying. The model is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). We extend the TAM by adding factors including functional attributes of DMB service. We survey the significant functional attributes influencing the intention of buying by using the proposed model.

지각된 의료서비스 품질이 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Medical Service Quality on Word-of-Mouth Intention)

  • Objectives : This study empirically verified the effects of service provided by medical service providers on customer satisfaction and favorable word-of-mouth intention. Moreover, it measured the mediation effects of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and favorable word-of-mouth intention and proposed implications in terms of marketing. Methods : The research hypothesis was verified with a structural equation, and the Sobel test was used to analyze of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and word-of-mouth intention. Results : From the hypothesis verification results, physical and human factors among the quality factors of medical service affected customer satisfaction.Additionally,customer satisfaction interacted as a factor influencing favorable word-of-mouth intention. Conclusions : Medical service providers should work to enhance the satisfaction of customers in terms of human and physical factors by providing quality medical service that is different from other providers and by improving the quality of medical service and the environment which could lead to effective word-of-mouth intention.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 마케팅분야의 서비스 질 이론을 활용하여 공공도서관의 서비스 질을 측정하고 평가할 수 있는 모형을 구축하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 우선 고객이 기대하는 서비스 질의 중요 요인을 측정, 분석하여 중요도에 따른 우선 개선 요인의 순위를 도출하였다. 또한 서비스 질 요인과 고객만족의 상관관계 및 서비스 질 요인과 고객행태의 상관관계 모형을 구축하고 이를 통계적 방법으로 검증하여 고객만족과 고객행태에 영향을 미치는 서비스 질 요인들의 우선 순위를 도출하였다.

군수지원 분야 서비스품질 평가 및 재방문의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of the Service Quality and Revisit Intention in the Defense Logistics Support)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of improving service quality in the defense logistics support. For this, this study compares and analyzes the perceived service quality between customer(using unit) and defense logistics support unit by using SERVPERF model. Supply, military meals, and maintenance are carrying out the mission as core function of defense logistics support and also encounter with customer. In this empirical analysis, the service quality is composed of four factors, and there are significant difference in perception level of service quality between them. Also, the relationship between factors of service quality and revisit intention shows significant difference statistically, and the customer orientation and responsiveness are key affecting factors on revisit intention.

A Study on the Determinants of Medical Institution's Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: Focused on the Effects of Service Quality Factors

  • Objective: The objective of this study is to provide medical institutions with theoretical basis by analyzing the effect of service quality-related factors. It will be helpful for hospitals to enhance service quality which will be of use to attain customer satisfaction and ultimately competitive advantage. Design: An empirical study. Methods: To verify the model, I conducted a questionnaire survey analysis. Items for measurement have been extracted from several related studies on medical industry. The survey target has been set by convenience sampling method and consists of citizens reside in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province, and total number of 161 samples have been analyzed. To verify validity and reliability, I conducted factor analysis and reliability analysis, and for hypotheses verification, multiple regression analyses have been performed. Results: This study aims to investigate the relation between service quality factors and customer satisfaction, and also those factors and customer loyalty. Service quality factors consist of Tangibles(X1), Reliability(X2), Assurance(X3), Responsiveness(X4), and Empathy(X5). According to the results of regression analyses, X1, X2, X3, and X5 have been proved to have positive relations with customer satisfaction and loyalty, whereas hypothesis related X4 has not been supported. Finally, customer satisfaction has been founded to affects positively to customer loyalty. Conclusions: Service quality factors are significantly related to customer satisfaction and loyalty. So medical institutions should aware of this and try to enhance service quality for attaining competitive advantage.

웹서비스품질이 초기신뢰와 오프라인 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 중소병원을 중심으로 (The Effect of Hospital Web Service Quality on Initial Trust and Off-line Visit Intention: Focusing on Medium and Small Size Hospital)

  • Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among web service quality, customer satisfaction, initial trust and off-line visit intention in hospital website. Research object was limited to web service quality of general hospital. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, Questionnaire had obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 320 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and Structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Factors of web service quality have an effect on customer satisfaction and initial trust, both of customer satisfaction and initial trust have an effect on off-line visit intention. Also customer satisfaction affects initial trust. Especially, customer satisfaction and initial trust were empirically confirmed as the important factors preceding off-line vis it intention. Conclusion: Therefore, present study shows that customer satisfaction and initial trust are important factors that medium and small size hospitals have to emphasize to raise performance. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

SNS 관광정보 서비스품질이 사용자 만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향: 가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (An Effect of SNS Tourism Information Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Reuse Intention: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Value)

  • Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among tourism information service quality, value, user satisfaction, and reuse intention in social network service(SNS). Also, we intended to testify the mediating role of value in causal model. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, questionnaire has obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 272 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Two factors(ease of understanding and structure) have an effect on user satisfaction and reuse intention, and we found that value played a significant and important role in causal relationship. Therefore, value was empirically confirmed as t he import ant fact or preceding user satisfaction and reuse intention. Conclusion: Present study shows that two factors(ease of understanding and structure) in via of value, were important factors that related business companies have to emphasize to raise performance. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

A Study on Service Quality Evaluation Model and Priority of Quality Factors in Customer Center

  • 고객센터 서비스품질에 대한 다양한 연구에도 불구하고, 평가모형에 대한 연구보다는 고객만족과 충성도와의 관계를 살펴본 논문들이 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 연구들에서 다루어진 고객센터 서비스품질 요인들을 고찰하고, Brady and Cronin(2001)의 모형에 기초하여 고객센터 서비스품질을 측정하기 위한 위계적 모형을 개발하였다. 제1계층은 상호작용(과정)품질, 물리적환경(시스템)품질, 결과품질로 구성하였고, 제2계층은 친절성, 적극성, 전문성, 체계성, 편리성, 접근성, 정확성, 신속성, 신뢰성으로 구성하였다. 또한 개발된 위계적 모형을 바탕으로 고객센터 이용자들이 중요시하는 각 요인들의 우선순위를 AHP 기법을 적용하여 파악해 보았다. 연구결과 제1계층에서는 상호작용품질이 제2계층에서는 전문성, 친절성, 정확성이 우선순위에서 중요하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구는 고객센터 서비스품질에 대한 평가기준의 설정이나 실무에서 좀 더 중요하게 관리해야 되는 것이 무엇인지에 대한 지침이 될 수 있다.

대학급식 서비스 품질 속성 및 품질 개선요인 도출: IPA 모델 적용 사례연구 (Identification of Quality Attributes of University Foodservice and Factors Required for the Improvement of Customer Satisfaction: A Case Study Using IPA Model)

  • Our research consisted of a qualitative study investigating the quality attributes of university foodservices through focus group interviews and a quantitative study evaluating service quality of university foodservices through a survey. Sixteen quality attributes were derived and customer satisfaction questionnaires included these 16 quality attributes with a five-point Likert scale. An Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) model was applied in order to identify operational strategies necessary to improve service quality. The survey questionnaires were distributed to 600 university students enrolled in a university located in Kwangju and statistical analysis was performed on 555 surveys using an SPSS package. Overall customer satisfaction with the quality of university foodservices was relatively low (under 3.0) while the expectation was inclined to be high (over 4.0). The main reasons for using the university foodservice were given as inexpensive price (67.6%) and time saving (22.9%). A factor analysis of 16 quality attributes revealed two separate factors: food quality (Cronbach's alpha=0.911) and service quality (Cronbach's alpha=0.934). Variety of menu, convenient location, and sanitation of utensils and facilities were identified by an IPA model as factors needing improvement in operational strategies.

과정품질, 결과품질, 경영성과 연계 연구 - 보험산업의 서비스품질과 BSC 연계모형을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship of Process Quality, Outcome Quality, and Management Performance - Combination of Service Quality and BSC Concept for Insurance Industry -)

  • This study was designed to analyze the relationship of process quality, result quality and management performance in Korean insurance industry. For this study the linkage scheme of service quality concept is used on PZB model and BSC(Balances Score Card) system. In the linkage model, the 5 service qualitry factors used in PZB model are used as the result quality variables, and internal process factor, learning/growth factor in BSC are used the process quality variables affecting the result quality variables. And also customer satisfation factor and financial performance index are used as the management performance variables. In the ivsurance industry, the process quality variables were verified to meaningfully affect the result quality variables, and the result service quality variables were verified to affect the management performance indices. As the result, the process quality and the service quality must be emhanced for the competitiveness of Korean insurance industry.
