  • The purpose of a study was the present condition comparative analysis by the case of Bakery in Hotels. The sample was selected first grade hotels in seoul. The method of research was In-depth interview. The questionee were mamagers and chefs each hotel bakery. Interview was accomplished average 45minutes. The period of the research was from 1th of Februrary, 2002 to 28th of February, 2002. The survay was composed of product operation, employee operation, equipment operation, customer operation, sales and bakery characteristics. the data was analyized by SPSS10.0 mean, maximum value and minimum value were salected. Recently, as it is getting higher of importance of bakery in the food service market and many major companies run into a bakery industry, the researches about bakery have advanced, however in fact, materials or researches about hotel bakery are fewer than franchise. in-store bakery and mass production enterprise. Especially, each hotel exchanges their information through benchmarking but data analysis - accurate materials, sales, the present condition equipment is not easy to perform. The purpose of this study was to be helpful for studying hotel bakery for others by analysis. The data was analyzed by each hotel characteristics, employee, equipment, sales, productions and the present condition sales.

Accuracy Comparison of GPT and SBAS Troposphere Models for GNSS Data Processing

  • The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signal gets delayed as it goes through the troposphere before reaching the GNSS antenna. Various tropospheric models are being used to correct the tropospheric delay. In this study, we compared effectiveness of two popular troposphere correction models: Global Pressure and Temperature (GPT) and Satellite-Based Augmentation System (SBAS). One-year data from a particular site was chosen as the test case. Tropospheric delays were computed using the GPT and SBAS models and compared with the International GNSS Service tropospheric product. The bias of SBAS model computations was 3.4 cm, which is four times lower than that of the GPT model. The cause of higher biases observed in the GPT model is the fact that one cannot get wet delays from the model. If SBAS-based wet delays are added to the hydrostatic delays computed using the GPT model, then the accuracy is similar to that of the full SBAS model. From this study, one can conclude that it is better to use the SBAS model than to use the GPT model in the standard code-pseudorange data processing.

  • The compressor is used for many fields not only in the industrial sector, but also as a general household product. The energy consumption required for the compressor operation is very large. The reciprocation compressor is widely used as an air compressor. Regarding the reciprocating air compressor, the discharge of the gas compacted by the method of compressing the gas by using the oscillation of the piston is generated by the piston reciprocation 1 church 1 number. When compressing after compressing the air by the oscillation of the piston, the marine reciprocating air compressor is the vibration generated in the compressor and surrounding structure due to the energy of the generated inertia. If the effect of these harmful elements can be reduced, it supports the service of the vessel. In addition, accidents generated by the noise of the vibration can be prevented. Therefore, in this research, firstly, the structural analysis of the piston part was performed, the safety factor in all results was drawn based upon this, and the reliability of the interpretation was examined in order to create the optimal design for the air compressor.

  • This study performs an empirical analysis of relationships between business start-up factors, product/service level, and business performance of restaurant business start-up. This study has some limitations in that it covers only the restaurants in Kangwon-Do province instead of nationwide, it considers only four start-up factors, and it measures the business performance only by the increase in net-profit and customers excluding other financial performance factors. Some in-depth case study for successful versus nonsuccessful groups considering the features of industrial types is left for further study.

Store Patronage Mix Behavior between Fashion Outlet and Department Store Consumers (패션아웃렛과 백화점 이용 소비자의 점포혼합애고행동)

  • The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the consumer patronage mix of department and fashion outlet stores, 2) to compare the clothing and price attitudes among store patronage groups and 3) to compare the importance of the stores' attributes among the store patronage groups. The subjects were 381 female consumers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data was analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range Test and Cronbach's Alpha. The results were as follows. First, clothing purchasing attitudes of the total respondents were classified by three factors: fashion/confident oriented, appearance oriented, and brand-name oriented. Also, clothing price attitudes were composed of three factors: price/quality-prestige inference, discount/low price pursuit and benefit/value pursuit. In addition, the importance of the store's attributes was composed of five factors: convenience/service, concern of fashion outlet store, brand-name/fashionability, awareness of fashion outlet store, and practical advantage of the store. Second, the department store patronage group was significantly different from the fashion outlet store patronage group in clothing attitude, price attitude, and the importance of the store attribute. Third, the responses of the department store patronage group were significantly different from those of the fashion outlet store patronage group in product reliability and awareness of the fashion outlet store.

A Survey on the Perception and Consumption of Processed Meat Products by Students in Seoul and Gangwon Province (서울과 강원지역 학생들의 육가공품에 대한 인식 및 섭취 조사)

  • In this study the perception and consumption of processed meat products by students in food service schools was investigated. The total number of subjects in Seoul and Gangwon province used for this survey was 569. The most preferred processed meat product for students was the fried pork cutlet(17.7%), followed by bacon(11.4%), ham(7.9%) and sausage(7.6%). The main reasons for the consumption of these processed meat products were 'good taste'(52.5%), 'convenience in eating'(18.8%) and 'as the parent buy'(18.8%). The preference for the processed meat products had a relatively high perception value(4.0). However, the effect of consuming processed meat products on nutrition and health had a relatively low perception value(2.9). Reasons for distrusting the processed meat products were attributed to 'bad influence by media'(25.9%) and the 'unsanitary manufacture'(23.6%). In regards to the question about sodium nitrite, most of the students(56.2%) replied that they had 'never heard of it' or 'didn't know it well'. In conclusion, an improvement in public information would be a prerequisite for expanding wholesome use of processed meat products.

  • Along with the rapid emergence of the Internet and e-commerce, online auctions are hitting the spotlights. The inconveniences found in off-line auctions, such as time and place restriction and limited number of items, are solved in the online auction. However, not so many auction sites have integrated auction information systems, which monitor the present status of auctions, resulting in greater inconvenience for the online auction users. Moreover, there is no auction site that suggests the appropriate starting or closing price that is useful for users when they make, their bids, What the online auction users need is an auction system that can solve such problems. This study is purported for solving the problems by designing and implementing a real time auction system that applies the comparison search functions and the agent functions. In other words, an integrated database system using a bidder-oriented agent for providing information is built so that the users can search and compare the information on the item they are interested in and make a faster and more accurate purchase. Also the appropriate starting and closing prices are offered to the sellers and bidders through the integrated system for a closer and more accurate comparison and analysis of the prices. For future work, the product recommendation service, which accurately reflects the bidding patterns, and the methods for studying the multi bidding pattern will be applied to the suggested system to realize a real time auction information system that supports CRM(Customer Relationship Management) .

  • The IoT technology and sensors used for collecting the environment information has rapidly increased the number and type. With the increasing need for this type of sensor effective system for selecting and testing the sensor nodes for the IoT to develop products and services. In this study, we design and implement IoT sensor testing system for IoT service and product. In order to support rapid prototyping, the proposed system provides testing and management tools for IoT sensor nodes. We analyze the requirements of the proposed system and design the system based on the functional component-specific design. Finally, we implement testing application to verify the functional elements of the proposed system.

  • In information society, Convergence was combined with a word 'digital'. Digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. Nowadays, manufacturing field are facing new challenges, through digital information and global integration, toward sophisticated production. This paper presents the system configuration and issues of current manufacturing execution system(MES), and describes major issues and solving elements to establish a MES system for cloud services. Also, we propose a method for building a manufacturing information system to have the optimized production flow and to respond appropriately to consumer market.

Characteristics of Brown Sauce Made with Various Amount of Chungkukjang Powder (청국장 가루를 첨가한 브라운 소스의 품질 특성)

  • The study examined the quality characteristics of brown sauce made with various amounts (2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%) of Chungkukjang powder. Sensory tests and measurements of viscosity, moistness, and color done and the antioxidant effects of Chungkukjang powder in brown sauce were examined by measurements of acid, peroxide, TBA during 12 days storage at $24^{\circ}C$. Overall sensory preference was highest in brown sauce made with 6% Chungkukjang powder. As the powder content increased the Lightness, Redness and Yellowness values decreased as did viscosity. Acid, peroxide and full term for TBA values increased to a low level that produced an edible product even at 12 days.
