The railway is a public transportation system that provides large-scale passenger transportation and service, whose reliability and safety is the top priority. The wiring of railway vehicles is classified into train control lines (train lines) and communication lines. The train lines are used for input / output signals related to vehicle driving and safety functions, and the communication lines are used for the input / output signals for passenger services such as broadcasting. In order to measure the reliability of railway vehicles, a train line is applied to the input / output interface of the control signals between the electric control devices in the vehicle, and there are many electromechanical devices such as relays and contactors for the control logic. In fact, since the vehicle control circuit is composed of several thousand contacts, it is difficult to check for errors such as contact failure, and it is impossible to check the real-time status, so a lot of manpower and time is required for regular maintenance. Therefore, we analyze the current state of the train line design of the electric equipment used for driving and services in domestic railway cars and propose three wiring reduction methods to improve it. Based on the analysis of domestic electric vehicles, it was confirmed that the wiring reduction effect is 35% or more.
This study was to investigate the effects of interpersonal relationships on job satisfaction of home-visiting care helpers and the category of interpersonal relationships was subdivided into elderly clients, guardians, colleagues and directors considering the person-to-person nature of home-visiting care helper's job characteristics. A group of 336 care helpers who engaged in home-visiting care service providing facilities in Daejeon City was selected as a research subject, and the data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program using reliability, frequency, correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The results for the final analysis revealed that the effect of socio-demographic features was not significant while, among characteristics of job performances, work priority, turnover experience, and career choice reasons turned out to have significant impacts on job satisfaction. In particular, interpersonal relationships except the one with guardians were found to be the most influential variables and the effects of those relationships on job satisfaction were significant. The influencing power was stronger in relationships with director, elderly clients, and colleagues in order, and the job satisfaction level was higher as they were in better relationships with director, elderly clients, and colleagues. The results of this research shows that it is necessary to set an atmosphere where harmonious interpersonal relationships can be formed inside and outside of facilities in order to improve job satisfaction of home-visiting care helpers.

The functions of urban park including health related benefit and climate adaptation and mitigation are expanding. However, in-depth research and discourse on the equitable distribution of expanded park function has been limited so far. Following research suggests Green Welfare concept to reflect distributive equity and multifunctionality in the process of urban park policy development and execution. This study developed park welfare indices to analyze disparities of neighborhood urban park(NUP) distribution viewed from green welfare by literature review. The findings analyzed through the Correlation Analysis and Cluster Analysis by SPSS 18.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, green welfare is defined as "to receive equitable benefits and participate in the delivery process of green services which are promoting health and securing safety from climate change risks for every citizen by life cycle regardless of socioeconomic status". Second, NUP per person in Seoul indicate meaningful differences by socioeconomic and environmental status of Seoul administrative districts. Park welfare indices correlated to NUP per person were shown population density(negative), percentage of individuals $aged{\geq}65$(positive), percentage of self-reliance of local finance(positive), flood and air pollution vulnerability by climate change(negative). Third, the cluster analysis identifies three significant clusters that indicate differences of park welfare level. Thus, it was found that NUP in Seoul from a green welfare perspective was provided disproportionately. Future urban park policy in Seoul was required equitable distribution of multifunctionality of park beyond quantitative expansion, and priority consideration should be given to park service consumer.

The new preventive control mechanisms for traffic management in BISDN/ATM networks can be divided into Connection Admission Control(CAC), Usage Parameter Control (UPC), and Priority Control. Of these mechanism, Usage Parameter Control continuously monitors the parameters admitted in the network's entry point to guarantee quality of service of connections already admitted. Upon detecting traffic that violates the negotiated parameter, it takes the necessary control measures to prevent congestion. Among these traffic control methods, this paper focuses on the Usage Parameter Control method, and proposes and designs GRACE-LB(Guaranteed Rate Acceptance & Control Element-using Leaky Bucket) which improves upon existing UPC models. GRACE-LB modifies the previous LB model by eliminating the cell buffer, dividing the token Pool into two pools, Long-term pool, Short-term pool, and changing the long-term token generating form using 'Cycle Token' into the same bursty form as the traffic source. Through this, GRACE-LB achieves effective control of the Average Bit Rate(ABR) and burst duration of bursty multimedia traffic which previous LB models found difficult to control. Also, since GRACE-LB can e implemented using only simple operations and there are no cell buffers in it, it has the merit of being easily installed at any place.

This paper presents the window-based permit distribution scheme for efficient medium access control to support multiclass traffic in APON(ATM over passive optical network). The proposed MAC protocol considers the characteristics of QoS(Quality of Service) for various traffic classes. A periodic RAU(request access unit) in upstream direction, includes dedicative request fields for each traffic category within the request slot. The transmission of upstream cell is permitted by the proposed window-based spacing scheme which distributes the requested traffic into several segments in the unit of one spacing window. The delay sensitive traffic source such as CBR or VBR with the stringent requirements on CDV and delay, is allocated prior to any other class. In order to reduce the CDV, so that the permit arrival rate close to the cell arrival rate, Running-Window algorithm is applied to permit distribution processing for these classes. The ABR traffic, which has not-strict CDV or delay criteria, is allocated flexibly to the residual bandwidth in FIFO manner. UBR traffic is allocated with the lowest priority for the remaining capacity. The performance of proposed protocol is evaluated in terms of transfer delay and 1-point CDV according to various offered load. The simulation results show that our protocol has the prominent improvement on CDV and delay performance with compared to the previous protocol.

This study suggests that prior to construction of the 2nd Changwon tunnel and implementation of the demanded free of charge on Changwon tunnel, it is recommended to improve the traffic facilities and management of the traffic condition in order to create an efficient road that will keep traffic flow to a minimum and maintain the facilities proper working order. It has been generally accepted that the 2nd Changwon tunnel is necessary to construct and open as soon as possible. This is due to the service level of current traffic volume in the Changwon tunnel pay toll road which have been so congested that the fees have increased causing a public complaint to be filed, demanding a early free of charge be implemented for the Changwon tunnel. Furthermore, the objective and impartial analysis of the traffic situation based on a simulation of the alternative and traffic congestion fees has been provided to make the early free of charge on toll road as soon as possible. Finally, careful attention should be paid to seek to make the early free of charge on toll road in order to minimize the damages both specified and unspecified that may arise the prompt settlement of construction repayments and security of minimum management fees should be given priority over other alternatives.

In this paper, we present a new video management technique using forward timeline to efficiently store and delete the videos on a local server. The proposed method is based on capturing the changing preference of the videos according to recentness, frequency, and playback length of the requested videos. For this purpose, we utilize the forward timeline which represents the time area within a number of predefined intervals. The local server periodically measures time popularity and request segment of all videos. Based on the measured data, time popularity and request segment, the local server calculates the mean time popularity and mean request segment of a video using forward timeline. Using mean time popularity and mean request segment of video, we estimate the ranking and allocated storage space of a video. The ranking represents the priority of deletion when the storage area of local server is running out of space and the allocated storage space means the maximum size of storage space to be allocated to a video. In addition, we propose an efficient storage space partitioning technique in order to stably store videos and present a time based free-up storage space technique using the expected variation of video data in order for avoiding the overflow on a local server in advance. The simulation results show that the proposed method performs better than other methods in terms of hit rate and number of deletion. Therefore, our video management technique for local server provides the lowest user start-up latency and the highest bandwidth saving significantly.
It is said that stress is the threat of peace and excess of resources which man has from special relationship between individual and environment. This study is for suggesting the method of intervention of the clinical social work service concerning stress for the adolescents who can conceive looking into the relationship between adolescent pregnancy and stress through the sundry records for them. When the change of making into parents from pregnancy overlapped with stress in the cycle of life as an adolescent period itself, the accumulated stress grows much bigger. The repeated change causes an obscurity of individual role and worsens stress and brings confusion on a priority ranking of developmental task. The pregnancy of adolescence has a demoralizing influence upon the adolescents themselves who are going to be adults, their children, and society. These negative effects won't be end in a short period so the effort of intervention in necessary to improve the coping skills and adaptability of pregnant adolescents. In case of pregnant adolescents, the approach of personal counsel is not just enough and effective prevention program can be better alternative and purpose at the same time. This intervention protects adolescents from the distress which can be easily disclosed after delivery and contribute to promote a good mental health of adolescents who will grow to be adults later. After all it implies the necessity of stress management program which can improve the coping ability against stress and develop positive recognition for the pregnant adolescents. Therefore much profounder study for practical intervention program, implementation, and evaluation is necessary with the conclusion which has the results of this literature study.

Korea has made a rapid economic development since the last three decades. This has helped Korea narrow the gap in health service differences in resource availability and in quality of care. However urban and rural differentials are still remarkable. This study has maintained that health status of rural residents is inferior to that of urban dwellers. Therefore, this study was carried out to develop policy measures for improving health services in rural areas. In order to achieve the objective of this study the authors collaborated closely and made field visits, interviews and conducted an extensive literature review regarding rural health services. The following policy options are recommended as a summary ; First, the quality of rural health personnel is a single most important factor influencing the level of rural health services. An innovative program for public health doctors to the internship and/or residency training program such as specialty board program of family medicine. Second, dissatisfaction regarding employment of public health doctors is problematic. More rational employment and deployment programs are needed to meet their personal desire. One way to do this is to make it wide open and competitive. Third this study shows how to increase physician productivity in the rural public health sector. Incentive system needs to be elaborated for the career development of rural health workers. University linked job opportunity as clinical professor is an example. Fourth, without straightening the function of health centers and subcenters, the future of rural health services is doomed to failure. Straightening primary health care is one way to enrich the program of public health facilities and reactivating the operation of health center/hospital is another. A close linkage of public facilities with private hospitals is a minimum requirement for the operation of health delivery system within a health district. Fifth, some measures are urgently required to enhance hospital services in medically underserved areas. Financial subsidy, tax exemption, long-term public loans and higher priority of health manpower deployment are some of them. Sixth, new health programs should be in tiated to meet changing needs of peoples in rural areas. Home health care program, hospice program, nursing home, residential program for the elderly are recommended.

In order to analytically evaluate buffeting responses, the analysis of wind characteristics such as turbulence intensity, turbulence length, gust, roughness coefficient, etc must be a priority. Static aerodynamic force coefficients, flutter coefficients, structural damping ratios, aerodynamic damping ratios and natural frequencies affect the analytical responses. The bridge interested in this paper has being been used for 32 years. As the time passes, current terrain conditions around the bridge are different markedly from the conditions it was built 32 years ago. Also, wind environments were considerably varied by the climate change. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the turbulence intensity, length, spectrum and roughness coefficient of the bridge site from full-scale measurements using the structural health monitoring system. The evaluation results indicate that wind characteristics of bridge site is analogous to that of open terrain although the bridge is located on the coastal area. To calculate buffeting responses, the analysis variables such as damping ratios, static aerodynamic force coefficients and natural frequency were evaluated from measured data. The analysis was performed with regard to 4 cases. The evaluated variables from measured data are applied to the first and second analysis cases. And the other analysis cases were performed based on Design Guidelines for Steel Cable Supported Bridges. The calculated responses of each analysis cases are compared with the buffeting response measured at less than 25m/s wind speed. It is verified that the responses by the numerical analysis applying the estimated variables based on full-scale measurements are well agreed with the measured actual buffeting responses under wind speed 25m/s. Also, the extreme wind speed corresponding to a recurrence interval 200 years is derived from Gumbel distribution. The derived wind speed for return period of 200 years is 45m/s. Therefore the buffeting responses at wind speed 45m/s is determined by the analysis applying the estimated variables.
