비 재귀모델을 이용한 외식기업 종사원의 고객지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입의 인과관계 연구 (A Study on the Causality among Customer Orientation, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment of Food Service Employees Using a Non-recursive Model)

  • 본 연구는 고객지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입의 인관관계를 비재귀모형을 이용하여 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 이론적 고찰과 실증분석을 실시하였다. 이론적 고찰에서 고객지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입과 관련된 선행연구를 고찰하였으며 실증분석에서는 설문지를 사용하여 외식기업에 종사하는 직원을 대상으로 설문지를 사용하여 분석 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객지향성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향(t=2.404, p=0.016)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향(t=8.555, p=0.000)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무몰입은 고객지향성에 유의한 영향(t=6.071, p=0.000)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 이론적 시사점으로는 고객지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입의 순환적 인과관계를 갖는다는 것을 검증하여 연구범위를 확대하였다는 데 의미를 둘 수 있다. 실무적인 시사점으로는 고객지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입이 선순환 작용을 한다는 것을 확인하였다는데 있다. 본 연구의 한계점으로는 제한된 지역에서 표본 추출하였다는 점과 편의표본추출 방식에 의해 이루어져 일반화에 문제가 있을 수 있다.

  • Recently, the importance of intelligent personalized services is increasing in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In this paper, we proposes design and implementation of the agent recruitment service system for the intelligent headhunting service. The proposed service system has designed and implemented an intelligent service system to efficiently recruit and manage applicants(job seekers). In addition, we develops the modules that can analyze the profile information of the applicant(job seeker), and implement the algorithm to predict the talent verification and analyze the talent type. The proposed service system is expected to contribute to designing the innovative and new service models for the intelligent agent recruitment service system.

병원행정직 종사자들의 창의적 행동이 직무열정에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Creative Behavior on Passion about One's Job for Hospital Administrative Staff Members)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the effectiveness of a hospital organization targeting both hospital administrative staff members and internal/external customers under a rapidly changing organizational environment, where the effect of creative behavior on passion about one's job was controlled with the participation of 55 people from two larger general hospitals, with 103 people from four general hospitals, with 51 people from eight regular hospitals. Thus, data from a total 209 people were collected. The creative behavior of hospital administrative staff members working for general hospitals and larger general hospitals significantly affected job engagement, showing that 'Relevant knowledge, maintaining status, and application appetite' were higher than the scores of 'new knowledge pursuit activities.' However, a weaker relationship between creative behavior and job engagement was found in medical institutions than for hospitals.

  • 최근 ERP시스템을 도입한 기업의 성과 분석 및 도입에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구가 사례 중심으로 제시되지만, ERP시스템을 도입한 기업이 성과를 거두기 위해서 ERP 시스템의 사용 만족에 마치는 품질 요인에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템을 사용하는 사용자들을 중심으로 ERP시스템의 서비스 품질과 시스템 품질을 측정하고 각각의 품질이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향을 측정하고, 사용자의 ERP시스템에 대한 만족도를 측정한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine impacts of psychological empowerment of dental hygienists who were employed to dental hospital or clinic on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention as strong predictors of turnover rate. Major findings in this study include that the more psychological empowerment increase, the more job satisfaction and organizational commitment will increase, which can decrease turnover intention after all. This result indicates that the managers of dental hospital and clinic should perceive that the consistent management effort to improve psychological empowerment can increase job satisfaction, and finally will increase the organizational commitment that means the loyalty to organization.

치과종사자의 근골격계 자각증상과 직무스트레스가 피로도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Musculoskeletal Symptoms and Job Stress on Fatigability of Dental Health Care Workers)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of musculoskeletal symptoms and job stress on the fatigability of 268 dental health care workers in Busan. Methods : A structured, self-administered questionnaire was given from Oct 1 through Oct 10, 2015. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 18.0 program. Results : The results were as follows. First, for musculoskeletal symptoms, job stress and fatigability, the highest scores were for low back pain (3.23), business stress (2.95) and physical fatigability (3.32), respectively. Second, physical fatigability increased with increasing myofascial pain syndrome, low back pain and business stress. Mental fatigability increased with increasing business stress, human relationships and social activities and decreasing age. Conclusions : Taking the above into consideration, this thesis suggests that there is definite influence from musculoskeletal symptoms and job stress factors on physical and mental fatigability.

Do CSR Activities Improve Short-Term Financial Performance? Competitive Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction

  • Companies are increasingly performing corporate social responsibility (CSR) as part of their strategic plans, but the effect of CSR activities on short-term financial performance is disputed. Researchers have found ambiguous relationships through mediating factors, but few studies have investigated internal stakeholders in this context and the firm characteristics that moderate these relationships. This study uses a competitive mediating model that examines job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between CSR and short-term financial performance for Korean companies. For the analysis, data from 195 companies covering 2014 to 2017 were collected and analyzed via panel regression. The findings indicate that CSR activities had a negative effect on short-term financial performance but a positive effect on job satisfaction; however, the larger the firm, the smaller the positive effect of CSR activities. Moreover, job satisfaction positively affects short-term financial performance, and this relationship is stronger in service firms.

영양사 직무기술서 내용 타당성 검증을 위한 각 직무의 빈도 , 중요도 , 난이도 분석 (Analysis of the Frequency , Criticality and Difficulty of Each Job Task Elements for the Validity of the Dietitian's Job Description)

  • This study was conducted a part of the project developing the standards of national board test for the dietitian's licence. The purpose of this study was to verify the dietitian's job description. To do this the survey was carried out for the frequency, criticality and difficulty of each job description with 4 point scales. The subjects was 521 dietitians, who have been working over 3 years at their position. The results are following ; 1. The each duty, task and task elements are verified with survey results. 2. Duties with high frequency and criticality were menu management, purchasing, storage and stock management, operational management for cooking, system management for distribution and sanitation management. 3. Duties with middle frequency and high criticality were managing equipment and facility, food service management, human resources management and self-development. 4. Duties with low frequency and high criticality were nutritional assessment for life cycles, nutrition therapy, nutrition education and disease management. 5. For difficulty, food service area show lower than of nutrition service area.

유아교사의 근골격계 작업부담과 직무 스트레스 (Musculoskeletal Workload and Job Stress in Early Childcare Teachers)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine the association between musculoskeletal workload and job stress in early childcare teachers. Methods : This study was based on The Korean Working Condition Survey conducted on wage workers. The total number of individuals included in the analysis was 395 (286 childcare teachers and 109 kindergarten teachers) early childcare teachers in 2011. The collected data were analyzed by frequency statistic, cross-tabulation analysis and logistic regression. Results : The adjusted odds ratio showed a statistically effective association for job stress exposure. The results were as follows: education level, service environment, emotional labor, fatigue or posture led to pain for a high level of job stress. Additionally, for childcare teachers, the results showed that fatigue or posture led to pain when moving a heavy object frequently. Conclusions : When childcare teachers are assigned a task to lift heavy or awkward or objects, care should be taken on who is assigned the task, and it should be done safely. An intervention program should be developed to train childcare teachers to safely and efficiency do heavy labor in early childcare education classes.

호텔 조직의 커뮤니케이션이 종사원의 만족과 이직에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Organizational Communication upon Employees' Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intent in the Deluxe Hotel)

  • This study investigated the effects of organizational communication upon employees' job satisfaction and turnover intent at deluxe hotels. The research model was tested with a survey administered to 310 employees, and adequate fit to the data was provided ($x^2=934.651$ (df=221), GFI=.816, NFI=.836, CFI=.869, RMSEA=.098). In the structural equation model, organizational communication (organization integration ${\beta}=.182$) showed a significant (+) influence on job satisfaction. However, personal feedback (${\beta}=-.263$), supervisory communication (${\beta}=-.260$), and organization integration (${\beta}=-.342$) had significant (-) effects on turnover intent. Employee job satisfaction (${\beta}=-.124$) had significant negative effects on employee turnover. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
