패션 매장의 정보통신기술(ICT) 서비스 중요도가 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A study on the effect of importance of information and communication technology service in fashion stores on behavior intention)

  • Recent developments in information and communication technologies (ICT) can be applied in stores, and the number of fashion stores that have introduced and utilized ICT are increasing. By applying a literature review and empirical research, the types of ICT service factors of fashion stores were identified and categorized. The effect of their importance on consumer behavioral intentions was analyzed. Next, using factor analysis on the ICT service factors, five factors were identified and named as follows: smart space services, smart payment services, virtual image services, product information services, and smart access services. The importance of these factors was then analyzed. The importance of each factor and detailed questions was rated above average. After examining the effect of ICT service on behavior intention, issues such as purchase intention, revisit intention, and word of mouth intention were found to have significant influence. This study is meaningful in that it derives the importance factors of ICT services that can be used in fashion stores in a situation where retail techniques become important and expand, and provides marketing strategies related to consumer behavior according to detailed factors. With retail tech becoming more important and expanding, it is necessary to provide various services that consumers value by utilizing ICT in fashion stores. Considering the results of this study, ICT technology and services of various fashion stores can be effectively utilized and retail tech utilization performance can be improved.

병원 위탁급식의 질적 향상을 위한 병원과 위탁회사 영양사간의 급식업무에 대한 중요도 및 수행도 조사 (A Study on the Importance and Performance of Foodservice Tasks between Dietitian from Hospitals and Contract Managed Foodservice Companies)

  • This study compared he importance of food service, views to the performance, management objectives, and recognition gap about the contract contents towards the dietetic departments of hospitals that manage the patients' food service and managers of contract managed companies, and dieticians. It conducted questionnaires and survey towards the vice director and dieticians of 17 hospitals, over 500 beds, and the persons responsible for contract managed companies and dietitians who were in charge of food service. The hospitals showed significantly(p<0.05) higher the importance scores in menu planning, the distribution of meal, sanitation management, and leadership than those of the contract managed companies. In the difference of hospitals and contract managed companies about performance, it appeared high in the contract managed companies. In the importance of the foodservice management objective, the hospital had significantly(p<0.05) higher scores in the management of client's satisfaction and quality improvement element through management innovation than those of the contract managed companies. In the importance of contract term, the contract method, expense, and payment condition of commission fee were significantly(p<0.05) high scores in the contract managed companies, compared to the hospital.

Identifying Relative Importance of Quality Attributes of Dining Service for Older Adults Using Conjoint Analysis

  • Identifying quality attributes with the greatest value to the residents is important if the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is to increase the frequency of residents' dining. However, it is not known which specific attribute is relatively more important than others to evaluate foodservice. The purpose of this study is to identify the relative importance of food and service quality attributes in the evaluation of foodservice in CCRe. This study surveyed the independent living residents of three CCRCs in the Midwestern states. Respondents placed great importance on taste and flavor of food which has the highest percentage of utility range ($28.28\%$) and the second greatest on appearance of the server ($23.46\%$) . The important attributes were ultimately used to predict the most preferred choice of food-service for residents. Knowledge of the importance of the attributes would enable the foodservice managers in CCRCs to manipulate those attributes to enhance the residents' perceptions of quality and identify strategies for continuous improvement.

외식 이벤트 속성의 참여자-주최자간 중요도와 만족도의 비교 연구 (A Study on the Importance-Performance Analysis of Food Service Event Attributes in Participants and Organizers)

  • 외식의 관심도가 높아지면서 지역경제의 활성화전략으로 외식이벤트를 적극적으로 활용하면서 대부분의 외식이벤트 주체자는 참여고객의 만족에 초점을 두기보다는 대외 홍보와 언론노출이 용이한 일회성 이벤트와 광고에 치중하고 있는 것에 대해서 문제의식과 필요성을 가지고 탐색적인 차원에서 외식이벤트 주최자의 중요 점과 진행후의 성취도, 외식이벤트 참여자가 중요하게 생각하며 참여 후에 느끼는 만족도를 IPA분석 통해 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 참여자와 진행 주최자의 양측 면에서 중요도와 만족도를 심도 있게 논외하고 외식 이벤트를 성공적으로 이끌기 위한 참여자와 주최자간의 차이를 밝히고자 함이며, 외식이벤트 주최자와 참여자간의 연구에서 제시된 자료를 토대로 외식이벤트에 대한 학문적 접근을 시도하고자 함에 있다. 이에 따른 연구방법으로는 서문지 작성으로 조사 시기는 2008년 5월 9일에서 10일까지 이틀에 걸쳐 이루어졌고 총 200매의 설문지가 배포되었으며 회수된 설문지는 176매로 88% 회수율을 보였으며 이중 불성실하거나 누락된 항목이 많은 설문지를 제외하고 분석에 사용된 설문지는 171부(85.5%)가 SPSS프로그램을 통하여 빈도분석(Frequency)과 기술 분석 (Descriptive Statistics), 대응표본 T-test(paired Samples)등을 실시하였고 중요도와 성취도의 IPA 그래프를 작성하기 위하여 IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) 분석을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과는 외식이벤트 주최자는 새로움, 예약서비스, 가격, 조명, 고객수준이 유지되어야 한다고 나타났고 외식이벤트 참가자는 소스 맛 주최측서비스 수준, 주차 서비스, 예약 서비스, 고객수준은 유지되어야 한다고 나타났으며 불만족을 느끼는 것은 참가자는 '천연 조미료사용', '음식 맛', '세련된 분위기로 나타났으며 배경음악, 공간청결, 환송서비스, 주방장명성, 세련된 분위기로 나타났다. 결과적으로 주최자는 참여고객들이 불만족을 갖는 '천연 조미료사용' '음식 맛', '세련된 분위기를 보강하는데 노력을 하여야하며 보완 수정이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 '배경음악', '색다른 음식'은 참가자가 관심을 두지 않는 부분으로 나타났고 서비스과잉은 계산서비스, 환송 서비스로 나타났으므로 이에 따른 수정보완이 필요 시 된다.

대학도서관 OPAC2.0 서비스 이용자 만족도와 중요도에 관한 연구 - A와 B대학도서관 도서검색결과를 중심으로 - (A Study on User Satisfaction and Importance of OPAC2.0 Services in University Libraries: Focusing on Book Search Result of A and B University Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관에서의 도서검색결과 제공되는 OPAC2.0 서비스에 대한 만족도 중요도를 조사하였다. 대학도서관에서 도서검색결과 제공되는 OPAC2.0 서비스, 서비스의 만족도 중요도, 만족도와 중요도 차이 그리고 학년과 만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 조사 및 분석결과, 가장 많이 제공하고 있는 OPAC2.0 서비스는 '포털사이트 연계' 서비스이다. 전반적인 OPAC2.0 서비스 만족도는 평균 2.07로 '매우 불만족'으로 나타났으며 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있는 서비스는 '서비스 항목'이다. 만족도와 중요도 차이는 전반적으로 중요도에 비해 불만족스러운 결과를 보여 주고 있다. 학년과 전반적 만족도 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 도서검색결과 OPAC2.0 서비스 개선을 위해서는 각 서비스에 대한 도서관 홍보 및 이용방법 소개, 다양한 서비스 제공 및 질적 개선, 도서관에서만 제공해 줄 수 있는 정보 제공을 통한 꾸준한 이용자 관리가 필요함을 제안하였다.

예비유아교사의 유아환경교육에 대한 개념도 연구 (A Study on Pre-Service Early Childhood Teachers' Perception on Children's Environmental Education Using Concept Mapping)

  • Objective: This study aimed to reveal pre-service early childhood teachers' perception of children's environmental education using concept mapping and demonstrating its importance. Methods: Based on Kane and Trochim's(2007) procedure, 33 pre-service early childhood teachers conducted brainstorming and statement writing, and then the importance of selected statements were rated by 202 pre-service early childhood teachers. Selected statements were analyzed through multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis. Results: Pre-service early childhood teachers perceived children's environmental education as concept mapping with 2-dimensions and eight clusters. The following eight clusters were established (1) daily practice through hands on experience, (2) nature environment, (3) recognizing and coping with environmental issues, (4) environmental preservation practices, (5) environmental sensitivity and consideration, (6) purpose of children's environmental education, (7) necessity for children's environmental education (8) Practice through connection with child's home and community. And then among the eight clusters, the most important was recognized as 'daily practice through hands on experience', and among the statements 'young children learn through the method of playing in nature and experience nature' was considered the most important. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these results, we discuss the importance of children's environmental education of pre-service early childhood teachers and how to support to develop teacher's training program.

일부 산업체 급식대상자의 구내식당과 외부 식당에 대한 서비스 품질 중요도-만족도 조사 (A survey on customers' importance-performance of service qualities when using an cafeteria and outside restaurant in some company cafeteria)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the level of importance of service quality provided by restaurant when industry meal service recipients used the restaurant. Additionally, the purpose was to compare the level of satisfaction on the respective service qualities of company cafeteria and outside restaurant. The level of relative importance and satisfaction of service quality attributes are comparatively analyzed using the Important-Performance Analysis (IPA) of customers in order to provide basic information on the direction of marketing to efficiently operate company foodservice facilities. Restaurant service qualities were divided into the six factors of hygiene, convenience, food, environment, subsidiary services and food distribution process. The results revealed that the 'environment' of both company cafeteria and outside restaurant was needed to improve as quickly as possible. Additionally, it was found that the level of satisfaction was higher in the 'food' and 'environment' factors when using company cafeteria and outside restaurants, which would become an important attribute for the company foodservice recipients to use outside restaurants than using company cafeteria. Accordingly, it could be said that company cafeteria will need further control of the 'food' and 'environment' factors.

환경조경 이동통신용 웹의 서비스 품질 연구 - 전문포털사이트 라펜트를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Quality of Mobile Web Service for Environment Landscape Architecture - Focus on Korean Professional Portal Site, Lafent -)

  • In the field of environmental landscape architecture, the internet medium is used as an effective communication tool not only in the private level but also in the policy level. Recently, the active utilization of mobile web service is emphasized as the time changes, but there is not much improvement or advance in services due to lack of relevant studies. Therefore, this study is intended to provide basic data needed for improvement and advance by researching the quality of mobile web service among multichannel services provided in environmental landscape architecture related internet media. The model for measuring service quality is SERVQUAL, which was verified in the study of Choi(2015), Choi and Koo(2016), and the final valid samples are total 230. First, the subjects were analyzed as the representative media that are possible to acquire comprehensive knowledge related to environmental landscape architecture. Second, the highest importance level in each subsection was 'protection and security maintenance of customer information' followed by 'Reliability about accurate information supply'. Regarding performance level, 'Reliability about accurate information supply' and 'professional knowledge to communicate with users' are highly evaluated. Third, regarding Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), the first priority management should is 'Tangibles', and the next are 'Responsibility' and 'Empathy'. The ones for maintenance of the status quo are 'Reliability' and 'Assurance', and there is none for effort reduction. Meanwhile, regarding the importance of each factor and difference in the quality of PC web service and mobile web service studied before, the biggest difference is in 'Tangibles', followed by 'Assurance', 'Empathy', 'Responsibility' and 'Reliability'. It is suggested that the revitalization of Landscape information science(LB1106) presented in the National Science&Technology Standard Classification System is needed. In the future, it is necessary to research the change trend on users' response through continuous evaluation of improved mobile web service.

최초반응자의 특성에 따른 "구조 및 응급처치 교육"에 대한 분석 (Analysis on the effects of first aid and emergency rescue in-service program for the first respondents(drivers))

  • This study is implemented in the Department of Emergency Medical Technology of the Cheju Halla College in to evaluate behavioral changes in the recognition of the importance of the first aid, coping ability in the field, and competence of the first aid skills after taking the in-service program. The in-service program was hold from December 14 to December 22, 1998 under the title of "1998 First Aid and Emergency Rescue Training" for 176 drivers. The Questionnaire was distributed to 176 drivers, among them, 88 drivers took in-service program and 88 ones did not. After the data analysis, following conclusions we re made. 1. There are no significant statistical differences among demographic factors such as the level of education, age, career, and marital state of the subjects in the recognition of the importance of the first aid and competence of the first aid skills. 2. The drivers, who were the in-service program, significantly higher score in educated in represented all the area of recognition of the importance of first aid than non-educated drivers. 3. The drivers, who were educated in the in-service program, showed also significantly high score in competence of the first aid skills. According to the conclusions, there were significant change made In the recognition of the importance of the first aid and competence of the first aid skills after the in-service program. Therefore, nationwide emergency training program should be considered to improve emergency care ability of the nation. To make the program more effective for drivers, the in-service program should be required to newly licensed drivers during orientations or licence issuing.

환자만족도 평가에 대한 방법론적 접근: IPA기법을 중심으로 (A Methodological Approach on the Evaluation of Patient Satisfaction: Focused on the Importance Performance Analysis(IPA))

  • The measurement and management of patient satisfaction has become one of the key issues in the last two decades. Hospitals must thoroughly understand the needs of their customers and design products and health services that meet and exceed their expectations. The importance-performance analysis(IPA) is a widely used analytical technique that yields strategies for managing customer satisfaction in a variety of applications. IP A is a two-dimensional grid based on customer-perceived importance of quality attributes and attribute performance. Depending on the interplay of these two dimensions, four strategies can be derived. The aim of this study is to develop the management strategies for improving patient satisfaction in university hospitals using the I-P analysis. The attributes on inpatient service quality in 4 university hospitals was investigated using the Martilla and James(l977)' s a mean adjusted I-P grid where the axes of the grid cross at the average rating point of all items. The patient satisfaction questionnaires were completed by 600 hospital inpatients. The main statistical methods are path analysis and IPA with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 statistical softwares. The two attributes, physician and medical service, administrative staff kindness attributes position in first quadrant(Keep Up the Good domain). The nurse and nursing service attributes position in second quadrant(Possible Overkill domain). The two attributes, convenience of check-in service, facilities and physical environment position in third quadrant(Low Priority domain). Finally the quality of inpatient service(food etc.) attributes position in fourth quadrant(Concentrate Here domain). These findings show various implications on the development of strategies in university hospitals in the future. It was determined that quality of inpatient service(food etc.) need to concentrate more on investments. These investments include a taste, price, proper provision of food service and quick response of pain management. A low priority was given to investment in streamlining the check-in process of inpatient and hospital facilities and physical environment in the long run.
