The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual understanding of ASP service for ERP implementation in small-to-medium enterprises under the current market situation in which the significance of information systems was standing out to respond to the rapid changes of managerial environment caused by the spread of Internet. In addition, it was to extract practical causes of introduction of ERP through ASP services by analyzing the causes and benefits considered by small-to-medium enterprises which use it. This study confirms that using ASP is better, faster and cheaper. Therefore, it is inevitable. The enterprises can reduce many risks of in-House ERP system such as excessive initial investment and operational expenses, lengthened constructional time, and the possibility of failure while achieving the benefit of ERP solution. However, there are many considerations which the enterprise carefully take into in order to implement the systems successfully such as selecting the system which is right for the enterprise's environment by setting the goal of implementing the system clearly, reducing the construction time by minimizing the customizing of the system, including the core people who knows the business process well, enough education before and after the implementation, and considering many aspect of ASP service provider. Also, the service provider should develop new way to provide customized service with cheap price while guaranteeing the reliability and supporting the customer's needs actively.

The purpose of this study was to suggest a guideline for systematic and practical critical success factors of the External IT audit. For this purpose, an integrated conceptual model is developed considers that the service quality, and the IS(Information Systems) success with a contingency viewpoint. The model is tested using 254 data of IS projects which procured the external IT auditing service in public sector of Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, service quality attributes of responsiveness, reliability, and tangibility have positive influence on IS implementation process quality. Second, the external IT audit quality obviously contributes to IS implementation success considering both IS implementation process quality and IS system quality. However it has positive influence on the process quality directly and the system quality indirectly.

This paper suggests the evaluation method of success factors of CRM implementation using AHP technique, and presents why firms implement CRM, how it could be successfully implemented, and what is the most important factor. For the purpose, this study applies the method to department stores' industry. AHP structure consists of three steps to determine CRM's key success factors. First of all, strengthening loyalty of customers, improvement of service quality, upgrade of intelligence system and advancement of management process are selected as superordinate object (i.e. CRM-implementation goal). The next project factor, technology/data factor and organizational factor were decided as success factor of CRM-implementation. Subordinate criteria of project factor consist of 11 criteria. The experimental results of this study show that department stores think advancement of management process and improvement of service quality as most important purposes for CRM implementation. The results also indicate that among the subordinate success factors, accuracy of customer information, conversion to customer-oriented business model, practical use of experienced consultant, and establishing IT infrastructure for CRM are evaluated as most important success factors for CRM implementation.

The construction of National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) started from 2008 and was completed at 2012, with the aim of co-utilizing public agencies' national spatial information by integrating and linking. Despite the existence of the NSDI, an update of spatial data is not fully reflected because the spatial information has not been updated simultaneously by NSDI and public agencies. By examining the public agencies' services using the spatial information, a national budget is wasted because the re-usable similar services are duplicated. These issues could be solved by adopting a cloud system, whose concept is co-utilizing IT resources, to the NSDI. This study examined the service cloud based expansion and development plan for NSDI. The plan included an implementation strategy for a spatial information service cloud system and an establishment plan for a governance system. The service scenarios, concept diagram, and service functions for the system were derived in a system implementation plan. For the service functions, the unit functions of two modules were proposed and specific functions were derived. In the establishment of a governance system, the business roles and business processes were defined for organizations managing service cloud based NSDI. The business role and process were defined and derived by each service life-cycle step. With the proposed system implementation plan, a detail system design and composition of the organization could be possible, and a service cloud-based NSDI system could be implemented.

In this study, The criteria for assessing the security-related functions and services using spatial information is deduced, and orders of priority a priority for the applicable alternatives of functions/services of intelligent security service application based on spatial information are suggested by calculating relative importance. Also this study suggested connection plan about service implementation of national security services by government ministry & local government. And, the intelligent security app service model which has possible substantiation and commercialization is proposed. This study performed the AHP as the final assessment criterions by 3 item in 1st class and 12 item in 2nd class. And, tried to implementation methods of the intelligent security service application(ex. control of emergency and the crime opportunity, real-time location tracking of protector, the device for missing child & dementia patient, user participation & provision of information).

Objectives: Several studies on hospital malnutrition have reported that malnutrition among patients is highly prevalent and that more than 40% of hospitalized patients have nutritional risk factors. The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of physicians' prescribed nutrition therapy before and after a protocol on nutrition therapy for malnourished inpatients was instituted. Methods: Data regarding the rates of physician implementation of nutritional therapy and the duration of therapy were collected and analyzed using SPSS version 20. Results: The percentages of physicians who prescribed nutrition therapy before and after the protocol was initiated were 47.5% and 74.6%, respectively, which statistically significant with 95% confidence. The rates of therapy lasting less than 24 hours before and after the protocol was in place were 100% and 86.4%, respectively, which was not statistically significant. This result suggests that the improvement activity was not effective. Conclusion : The percentage of physicians who prescribed nutritional therapy based on improved nutritional program was significantly increased. Nutrition therapy for malnourished inpatients can be advanced through this new model.

Under the worldwide booming internet environment, there has been increasing demand for various multimedia services. Especially the demand for effective video services has been rapidly increased. In this paper, we describe the implementation of video service system for internet use based on H/263 video compression technique and UDP socket on the TCP/IP environment. In addition, by using the plug-in-play technique, the implemented system improved user interface for correct retrieval and easy usage.

최근 SNS가 급속히 성장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 불특정 다수가 아닌 한 명을 대상으로 하는 안드로이드 기반 SNS 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 제안한 폐쇄형 SNS는 상대방 번호를 입력해 단 한명만 지정할 수 있는 어플리케이션이다. D-day기능을 이용한 기념일 관리와 사진 공유 관리가 가능하며 Wish List를 통해 상대방의 관심사도 알 수 있는 등 다양한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하다.

The paper describes the design and implementation of full-software videophone module for Korean Government's Ubiquitous Robotic Companion project 2007. The project shows the commercial feasibility of video service, particularly videophone service with 3G WCDMA cellular mobile phone.

We investigate the middleware technology which will take a major role of extending the usage of home networking. UPnP and Jini belong to the most important technologies among them. In this paper, we suggest the interoperability between UPnP and Jini. We describe the design and implementation of UPmp-to-Jini service which makes it possible for a Jini client to utilize a UPnP device.
