본 논문에서는 그리드 미들웨어인 글로버스 툴킷 4 상에서 그리드 서비스 개발자들이 효율적으로 서비스를 개발할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스(UI4GSD, User Interface for Grid Service Development)를 제시하고자 한다. 일반적으로 그리드 서비스를 개발하기 위해서는 개발에 필요한 전문 지식이 요구되며, 서비스 개발 및 개발된 서비스를 글로버스 컨테이너에 배치하고 테스트하기 위해서는 많은 시간이 필요하기 때문에 서비스 개발의 효율성이 매우 떨어진다. 그러나 UI4GSD는 GUI를 통해 개발자로부터 서비스 개발에 필요한 정보를 입력 받아 처리함으로써 그리드 서비스 개발에 필요한 서비스 인터페이스 파일, 빌드 파일, 서비스 클래스들과 클라이언트 클래스를 자동으로 생성한다. UI4GSD에서는 정형화된 5단계의 개발 프로세스에 따라 그리드 서비스 개발이 이루어지고, 단계별로 입력된 데이터를 기반으로 쉽게 서비스를 개발할 수 있다. 결과적으로 UI4GSD는 그리드 서비스 개발을 위한 쉽고 편리한 작업 환경을 제공함으로써 서비스 개발의 편리성과 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있다.

Purpose:This study aims to suggest the future direction for applying service design to improve the quality of healthcare as part of hospital service innovation and present implementation plans in Korea, based on a review of quality improvement activities and the current status of service design applications. Methods: Through a literature review, we examined the status of service design introduction and application in the healthcare field, focusing on cases in the US and Europe. The possibility and limitations of service design in the healthcare field were examined through a comparison of oversea and domestic cases. Results: Recently, service design has begun to be applied to the healthcare field worldwide. Service design shows the possibility of an alternative that alleviates and complements the limitations of existing quality improvement activities. It also offers the possibility of creating new organizational improvement and innovation approaches through integration and convergence with existing quality improvement activities and management innovation. Conclusion: To effectively apply service design to hospitals, it is necessary to integrate internal organizations related to service improvement, combine methods, and objectively measure and evaluate performance. To this end, we propose the operation of a nationwide education and training center for quality improvement and service design led by academic society. Service design will provide an opportunity to change the management innovation and organizational culture of hospitals beyond the scope of the current quality improvement, which deals only with micro-subjects of individual hospitals.

현재 및 미래의 다양한 통신망에서 멀티미디어 회의 관련 응용 서비스를 구현하기 위해서는 기본적인 회의 서비스에 관련된 규약이 필요하며 이와 관련하여 제정된 규약이 MCS(Multipoint Communication Service)이다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어 회의 시스템을 위하여 국제 표준으로 권고되어 있는 다지점 통신 서비스(MCS)를 구현하기 위하여 관련 자료를 분석하고, 이를 근간으로 하여 알고리즘의 제안하고 이를 UMX machine 및 windows/NT cachine에서 구현하였다.

Recent demands of market forces are causing considerable attention to be forced on logistics functions and revitalizing interest in outsourcing them. The need to efficiently and economically adjust support to meet market demands is growing significantly. Logistics is playing a role it has never played before. In light of this, outsourcing to third parties has become a strategic issue demanding greater attention in corporate boardrooms. From the perspective of TPL users, this paper focuses on how best to make a strategic plan for the effective utilization of TPL. And the results are as follows : First, after deciding their logistics outsourcing, the companies have to set up the aim of TPL through development of logistical strategies. Second, the companies must decide service provider that fits to their business environment and conditions. Third, they have to conclude a contract with logistics service provider. Fourth, after doing the preparatory implementation they carry into effect the original implementation. Fifth, they use the result of original implementation to fix a partnership.

This paper presents a new object model, LOM(Lightweight Object Model) and an implementation method for the distributed trader in heterogeneous distributed computing environment including mobile network. Trader is third party object that enables clients to find suitable servers, which provide the most appropriate services to client in distributed environment including dynamic reconfiguration of services and servers. Trading service requires simpler and more specific object model than genetic object models which provide richer multimedia data types and semantic characteristics with complex data structures. LOM supports a new reference attribute type instead of the relationship, inheritance and composite attribute types of the general object oriented models and so LOM has simple data structures. Also in LOM, the modelling step includes specifying of the information about users and the access right to objects for security in the mobile environment and development of the distributed storage for trading service. Also, we propose and implementation method of the distributed trader, which integrates the LOM-information object model and the OMG (object Management Group) computational object model.

In this era of globally competitive world market, many business firms have been using ISO 9000 quality management system, whose principles are leadership, customer focus, people involvement, etc., which are expected and desired to be attained for the various long/short term goals of the business firms. This paper studies whether and how those principles are implemented in the areas of service, manufacturing, etc., and researches the regression relations between business firm's performance and those principles. Using hypothesis testing, we found and showed results which can be referenced for the higher performance of business firms and those can be added to the pool of knowledge about the ISO principles implementation in service and manufacturing industries.

지식기반사회에서 국가경쟁력을 이끌 미래성장분야인 과학기반산업은 기술개발시 과학의존도가 높은 분야이며, 기술개발시 핵심 학술문헌에 대한 의존도가 절대적이다. 연구개발자들의 기술개발과 관련된 학술논문에 대한 요구와 링크서비스 기술의 발전은 유럽특허와 이 특허에 인용된 학술논문간 연계서비스를 가능하게 하였다. 이 논문은 유럽특허의 서치리포트에 수록된 과학논문을 이용하여 과학논문간 연계서비스를 구현한 사례를 기술하는데 목적이 있다. 해외에서 제공되는 특허와 문헌간연계서비스 현황을 살펴보고, 특허와 문헌간 원문연계서비스를 위해 필요한 데이터를 기술하며, 이종 콘텐트간 연계서비스의 구현사례를 기술한다.

ISDN에서 다자간 동시 접속을 통하여 회의형 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 통신망 요소로서 서비스노드의 개념을 선행 연구로 제안한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 앞서 제안한 서비스노드의 개념, 절차, 기능 및 구조 등을 바탕으로 다자간 접속 서비스시스팀(서비스노드 및 단말)을 설계하는 한편, 이를 토대로 다자간 호접속 기능과 음성 서비스를 제어 기능만을 갖는 소규모 실험 모델을 제작하여 시험함으로써 이러한 개념의 적정성과 설정한 절차의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서의 실험 모델은 전체적인 기능 확인 측면에 역점을 두고 4 가입자 규모의 서비스노드 에뮬레이터 및 범용 S-인터페이스 카드를 이용한 서비스 노드용 단말로 구성하였으며, 이에 대한 기능 확인 시험을 통하여 호 처리 관련 기능 절차, 다자간 음성 서비스 제어 기능 등이 원활히 수행될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 XML을 이용하여 웹 지리정보 서비스 시스템을 개선하기 위한 방법을 살펴보고, 구체적인 구현 결과를 제시하였다. 이는 인터넷을 통해 제공하는 다양한 지리 정보를 이기종 시스템 환경의 제약을 받지 않는 지도 서비스의 형태로 설계하였고, 사용자가 필요로 하는 지리 정보에 대한 서비스를 요청할 때 쉽고 빠르게 전달해 주는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 기존의 웹 지리정보 서비스를 보완하고 개선하기 위해 확장 가능하고 표준화된 형태의 XML을 이용하여 개발하였고, 고가의 GIS 소프트웨어를 구입하거나 각 업체에서 제공하는 응용 프로그램의 설치 없이 웹 브라우저에서도 지도 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

The primary objective of this research is to explain how to implement the Service Oriented Architecture (hereafter SOA) enabled Enterprise Resource Planning (hereafter ERP) system successfully for service industries. An implementation of the ERP system help many organizations to alleviate the difficult job of supporting inflexible or legacy systems that in most cases result in cost increases, data redundancy and inaccuracy, and various inefficiencies. However, the ERP system is losing its market share rapidly to the cloud computing system which utilizes the Software-as-a-service (hereafter SaaS) and SOA. The SOA is an approach to integrate various types of IT resources to leverage existing ERP system, while at the same time building an infrastructure that can readily respond to new business environment and offer new dynamic applications. The companies that implement this system have less of a need for the kinds of all-in-one ERP system that have dominated the back office for decades and can move freely to best-of-breed applications. This research will identify the benefits and costs of the SOA enabled ERP system through case studies and its impact on competitive priorities such as cost, quality, delivery, and flexibility.
