The hypothesized relationships in the model test simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit the data, ${\chi}^2$=252.876(p<0.001), df=143, CMIN/DF=1.768, GFI=0.914, AGFI=0.873, NFI=0.936, CFI=0.971, RMSEA=0.056. The model's fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory, thus providing a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed that the emotion oriented(${\beta}$=-.181, p<0.01) and avoidance oriented(${\beta}$=-.129, p<0.05) had a negative significant influence on job satisfaction. The multi-group analysis effects on division and status did. Also, job satisfaction(${\beta}$=.599, p<0.01) had a positive significant influence on customer orientation. • The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of a government-supported project developed to improve the quality and hygiene levels of food, service, and restaurant facilities for foreign customers in Chungnam province. Data was collected from 53 restaurant owners and restaurant managers. This study empirically analyzes and presents a mode with key factors influencing transfer of training and training satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis methods were used to test the relationships among four factors for transfer of training, training satisfaction, and retraining intentions. There are three main findings. First, teaching methods and relevance factors had a significant effect on transfer, but instructor and education environment factors did not. Second, the teaching methods, instructor and education environment factors had a direct influence on training satisfaction, but the relevance factor didn't. Third, transfer and satisfaction both were influenced significantly by retraining. Based on the findings of this study, a trainer, designing training curriculum for a production environment, should emphasize the role of the trainer and focus on learning tools. Finally, a thorough learning design is needed for learner's satisfaction.

General component analysis showed that, with increase in the Omija content, water content, crude ash and crude protein decreased, and crude fat was not detected As to color, L-value gradually increased with Omija content increased, and a-value indicating redness also increased as Omija extract added increased The higher the Omija content was, the lower pH and salinity were and the higher viscosity was. In the quantitative descriptive analysis of Omija Bulgogi sauce, with increase in the Omija content, color, flavor, taste and aftertaste grew stronger, and in the results of palatability test, the sauce containing Omija 5% was preferred most in all the evaluated items. In the quantitative descriptive analysis of Omija Bulgogi, with increase in the amount of Onija extract added, the strength of color, the flavor of sauce, and the taste of Omija grew stronger and the unpleasant smell, saltiness, sweetness and unpleasant taste grew weaker. Summing up the result of this study, when we tested five specimens of different Omija contents including a control, the specimen of 5% content was preferred most This result suggests that other kinds of fruit juice may be usable in soy sauce Bulgogi sauce and continuous efforts should be made to develop new types of Bulgogi sauce.

In the noodle containing tomato powder (0.5~2% of flour in volume), the water content was lower in the 1.5% and 2% tomato powder addition groups, and with increase in the tomato powder addition ratio the crude protein content and the crude fat content decreased and the carbohydrate content increased. The weight and volume of boiled noodle decreased with increase in the tomato powder addition ratio, and the pH of the water that boiled the noodle decreased and its turbidity increased with increase in the tomato powder addition ratio. Value L went down, and as to value a, the tendency of (-) green was stronger in the tomato powder addition groups than in the control. In addition, value b went up with increase in the tomato powder addition ratio. All the measurements of mechanical texture became significantly higher with increase in the tomato powder addition ratio, and DPPH radical scavenging activity and the total polyphenol content also went up. As to sensory palatability, the tomato powder addition groups were significantly higher than the control group in color, chewiness, and overall palatability. Specifically, palatability in terms of color and chewiness was highest in the 1.5% and 2% tomato powder addition groups, and overall palatability was highest in the 1.5% tomato powder addition group.

For this aim, the types of disputes were analyzed on the basis of the cases reported by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, and whether there are any differences from the relevant corporate information was analyzed using SPSS WIN(V.17.0). According to analysis results, the most often seen types of disputes were failure to provide the information disclosure sheet (58.5%) and failure to deposit franchising fee (15.1%). In Kruskal-Wallis test between the type of disputes and related corporate information variables, significant difference was found under significance level p<.05 for sales volume, the establishment period and the number of franchisees, and under p<.1 for the number of full-time employees. In correlation coefficient, the establishment period, the number of full-time employees and the number of franchisees showed positive correlation(p<.05), and the number of full-time employees showed correlation in the number of franchisees and the number of brands under the significance level p<.05. As a solution for the dispute, there should be franchisors' responsibility to comply with the principle of good faith, the authorities' strengthening exemplary transaction criteria and legal systems, as well as experts' consulting for prospective franchisees prior to establishing business.

The survey was conducted from February 5, 2023 to April 5, 2023, among experimental fishing villages with excellent ratings for scenery (environment), service, experience, accommodation, and food, and four villages that can experience tidal flats and manage customers online. The results of this study are as follows. First, the factors of authenticity in experiential fishing villages include three sub-factors: objective authenticity, constructive authenticity, and existential authenticity. The factors of experience value include two sub-factors: emotional values and functional values. Subjective well-being is derived from positive emotion and life satisfaction. Second, upon examining the importance of authenticity in experiential fishing villages, it was found that existential authenticity and objective authenticity, in that order, have a significant impact on emotional values. However, constructive authenticity did not have a significant impact on emotional values. Third, in terms of functional values, constructive authenticity, existential authenticity, and objective authenticity, in that order, had a significant impact. Fourth, experience value, in the order of emotional values and functional values, had a significant impact on positive emotion and life satisfaction of subjective well-being. Therefore, it was confirmed that the authenticity of experiential fishing villages is important as a strategy to enhance experience value and subjective well-being. Especially, considering that the majority of visitors to experiential fishing villages are family-centered (86.5%), applying marketing management strategies to develop programs that enhance existential authenticity and improve emotional values could elevate the subjective well-being of experiential visitors.
