Spread of smartphone creates various contents. Among many contents, AR application using Location Based Service(LBS) is needed widely. In this paper, we propose error correction algorithm for location-based Augmented Reality(AR) system using computer vision technology in android environment. This method that detects the early features with SURF(Speeded Up Robust Features) algorithm to minimize the mismatch and to reduce the operations, and tracks the detected, and applies it in mobile environment. We use the GPS data to retrieve the location information, and use the gyro sensor and G-sensor to get the pose estimation and direction information. However, the cumulative errors of location information cause the mismatch that and an object is not fixed, and we can not accept it the complete AR technology. Because AR needs many operations, implementation in mobile environment has many difficulties. The proposed approach minimizes the performance degradation in mobile environments, and are relatively simple to implement, and a variety of existing systems can be useful in a mobile environment.

Although it has been generally accepted that porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) induces weak and delayed protective immunity after infection, it is unclear that the same immunological features can be applicable to all PRRS viruses because huge genetic variation exists even among the same genotypes of PRRSV (Type 1 and 2). In the current study, two genetically distinct type 2 PRRSV strains (VR-2332 and JA142) which showed approximately 90% nucleotide homology based on ORF5 sequences were characterized by both in vitro and in vivo assessments to determine the immunological features of the viruses. For in vitro assessment, porcine alveolar macrophages (PAM) were infected with the viruses at $10^{-3}$ multiplicity of infection (MOI) and then supernatants and cells were collected separately at 36 hrs post infection to determine the relative expression levels of IL-$1{\alpha}$, IL-12, TNF-${\alpha}$ and INF-${\alpha}/{\beta}$ by quantitative RT-PCR. In addition, five PRRSV-free pigs were inoculated with either of JA142 or VR2332 for in vivo assessment. Serum samples were collected every week until 6 weeks post challenge. The serum samples were analyzed for the levels of viremia, PRRSV nucleocapsid-specific antibody and virus neutralizing antibody. Based on those assessments, the two viruses showed different patterns of cytokine expression in PAM and immune responses in pigs after infection. These results indicate that genetically distinct PRRSV strains have different immunological features, which might be criteria for virus classification and selection of candidate virus strains for vaccine development in the future.

This study was designed to examine the existing studies on Balanced Score Card(BSC) which is being spot-lighted as the performance system in hotel industries. In addition, this study also examines the effects of BSC on service qualities when applied in service industries. Services business have different features from other manufacturing industries and also highly value the importance of service quality as a factor which can directly affect the performance in service industries. Therefore, the performance system measuring service Qualify need to be developed in terms of BSC. This study is to prove the need of strategic approach to achieve improvements in service quality using BSC. For this study, Statistical similarities were used to prove the interrelationship between service quality and four factor in BSC. However, there was a limit on the statistical and study model. To overcome the problems, more related studies need to be followed up for a general use.

The purpose of the study was to identify user' satisfaction about universal design in public service center that will be needed for helping planning and design the public service center. This study conducted a questionnaire survey targeting visitor in five district's public service center in Gwangju metropolitan city. A total of 253 responses were analyzed for identifying the level of satisfaction about universal design in public service center. The study also analyzed of the respondents depending on their demographic characteristics. The features of universal design were categorized into supportive design, communicability, safety-oriented design and accessible design, and total 25 specific items were included in the evaluation. Most of the respondents were satisfied with the waiting space, however they showed a lower level of satisfaction toward the information materials space. Those with a higher education attainment tended to be associated with stronger satisfaction with common space and information materials space. Groups with a lower age were more likely to be satisfied with common space and public service space. Also female tended to show a stronger degree of satisfaction with common space than male. The findings from this study should provide a guideline for planning and design the public service center.

The requirements to use high speed internet under wireless environment are increased. To satisfy the requirements. the WiBro service combining high speed of wired internet service with mobility of wireless internet service will be launched as an alternative. This paper reviews and analyzes its overview, features, and comparison with existing mobile internet and wireless LAN in the information providing aspect. This paper also proposes how to adapt mobile information service and how to satisfy the requirements to construct mobile library based on the WiBro service. With the current problems in mobile-based information services provided by libraries. especially this paper proposes information service areas. considerations to provide information services, and service provisioning method based on the WiBro service.

Hyundai Electronics Industries Corp has developed a navigation system which automatically computes the current position and displays it on the map using GPS(Global Positioning System). This system has such features as follow : searching of destination by means of digital mapping, locating of the present position on the map and detecting of guidance timing through signals from the artificial satellites and vehicle's sensors, and having a few of functions as TV & VTR monitoring, tracing the route, displaying service information which include hotels, restaurants, entertainments, et al. This paper describes the operations and construction of this navigation system.
