  • This study utilized importance and performance analysis (IPA) in order to improve and plan tangible (menu) and intangible (service) products at dumpling shops. Menu attributes for tangible products were classified into sensory factor, health factor, hygiene factor, and external factor. Attributes for intangible products were classified into response factor, visual factor, spatial factor, package factor, and promotion factor. In IPA analysis of tangible products, sensory factor and hygiene factor were located in Quadrant I (Keep up the good work). Health factor was located in Quadrant III (Low priority for management) and the external factor was located in Quadrant II (Possible overkill). In IPA analysis of intangible products, response factor and visual factor were located in Quadrant I, whereas promotion factor was located in Quadrant III. The attributes related to kindness of staff and space for customers in the store were more important, but due to their low performance level, they were located in Quadrant IV (Concentrate management here). Thus, the product planner should improve attributes of the related product immediately. As a result, the development of competitive products within the market is possible.

Total number of patients is 600,000 persons for inpatients and 550,000 patients for outpatients. The degree of the factors, which is combined with personnel factor and hospital factor, can be analyzed by Intra-Class Correlation (ICC). The percentage of group(hospital) level variance of the total variance for out-bound moving case are 30.6% at inpatients, and 28.3% at outpatients. And the percentage of hospital level variance of the total variance for moving distance, are 26.7%, 32,5% respectively. Conclusionally, although the main factor of moving is patient level, hospital is also very important factor to make decision to go out-bound. It contributed to about 1/3 for hospital choice. And, when the one make decision, he will consider the hospital type, number of bed, and training institute in hospital level. Through this study to find out hospital factors affecting patient moving for medical service, it must be continued to find out which factors have more influence to choice the hospital among disease type after this.

In the gap analysis on the 20 properties constituting nursing service, providers almost all perceived higher than consumer in quality. Among them, the number of properties being statistically significant was 7 in the expectation, 18 in the important and 7 in the performance. 2. In the comparison analysis of the perception gap on the expectation-performance and the important-performance, it turned out that the subjected hospitals had to improve their equipment and facilities immediately. It was suggested a good strategy to strengthen the responsiveness factor and the assurance factor of nursing service. Also, we intended to explore significant factors on use performance of SNS through causal model analysis in the viewpoint of total effect. Methods: As a survey tool, questionnaire has obtained validity and reliability through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 403 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Two factors (precision and reciprocal action) have an effect on user satisfaction, initial trust, reuse intention and prosumer activity. We found that with an importance of initial trust, prosumer activity can be a useful and significant factor in causal relationship of SNS. Conclusion: The present study shows that two factors(precision and reciprocal action) in via of initial trust, were important factors that related companies have to emphasize to raise performance, And also we confirmed new factor 'prosumer activity' through this study. However, the present study has some limitations to be studied in the future.
