This study aims to validate a tool evaluating MOOCs for higher education from the perspective of education service. Based on the results of related researches, a potential model for evaluating MOOCs (4 factors and 8 sub-factors) was made. An evaluation tool consisting of 18 survey items was delivered to 138 college students. After data cleaning, 136 surveys were used for exploratory factor analysis (principal component analysis. varimax rotation) and reliability analysis that confirmed the fitness of the potential model. Four exploratory constructs and seven sub-factors were extracted: Factor I was labeled as 'Systemic Learning Experience,' Factor II, 'Value Experience,' Factor III, 'Co-creation of Value Experience,' and Factor IV, 'High Order Learning Experience.' Reliability estimates using Cronbach's alpha indicated that the evaluation tool had good internal consistency. In conclusion, the evaluation tool for MOOCs in higher education was proven to be valid and reliable.
The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting rural experience by applying the unified push-pull-mooring model. The theoretical model is an unified PPM model that introduces new variables based on PPM. The pull factor of the newly introduced variables were reconstructed based on the Schmitt's Experience model and ServQual model. The hypothesis is set as follows. The push factor will have a negative effect on experience satisfaction and the pull factor(experience attributes, service quality)will have a positive effect on experience satisfaction. Also, mooring factors will have a negative effect on experience satisfaction. The research model of this study was tested by structural equation model based on 314 effective questionnaire data. Service quality had a positive effect on experience satisfaction. Mooring factors have a negative effect on experience satisfaction. Push factor and experience attributes factor were analyzed to have a no significance effect on experience satisfaction. These results theoretically test that the mooring factors also have an important effect on the experience satisfaction in the rural experience. Based on the Schmitt's Experience model and ServQual model introduced as a pull factor, the proposed unified PPM model proved to be a useful analysis framework. In practice, it was able to provide implications on what factors should be strategically and marketingly focused to activate the 6th industry experience.This study examined the impact of start-up education and mentoring on the intentions of business start-up, and verified through empirical analysis whether self-efficacy and resilience were mediated between them. The study surveyed 178 people in their 20s to 50s. The result analysis used the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 Statistical Package Program. The analysis performed a regression analysis for factor analysis, correlation analysis, and hypothesis verification. Empirical Research Results. First, it was confirmed that start-up education and mentoring affect on the intentions of business start-up. Second, study shows self-efficacy and resilience has an affect on the intentions of business start-up. Third, start-up education and mentoring affect on self-efficacy and resilience. Fourth, self-efficacy and resilience have been proven to be mediated when entrepreneurship education and mentoring affect on the intentions of business start-up. The results of the research proved that start-up education and mentoring provides and acts as a major role in improving the entrepreneurs' willingness when preparing a start-up. Furthermore, the study also shows the importance of start-up education and mentoring as a proactive variable to promote their will to start-up business. In addition, it was confirmed that the self-efficacy investigated in the preceding study translated into the will to start a business. It was particularly meaningful in that it tested the role of resilience, which was mainly studied in new variables, education and psychology.
Purpose: The first purpose of this study is deriving in-store characteristics that affect the experience of customers using unmanned stores and reveals the value of major services that customers feel and experience. Also, an empirical analysis is conducted on the effect of intelligent consumption value after using unmanned stores on consumption emotions and continuous use intention, and the modulating effect of customers' untact tendency on environmental characteristics and the value of intelligent services is verified. Research design, data and methodology: Samples were taken from 186 people who visited the unmanned store from April to June 2022 to investigate the research model. Results: It was found that the environmental characteristics of unmanned stores had a positive effect on the intelligent service value. Also, the higher the value of intelligent service, the stronger the influence on consumption emotions, and the higher the value of the intelligence service and consumption emotions, the stronger the impact on the intention to use intention. The untact propensity played a role in controlling the relationship between ease of using technology and the intelligent service value and the relationship between spatial arrangement and functionality and intelligent service value. Conclusion: In order to improve unmanned store service in the trend of spreading unmanned stores, it is necessary to not only improve the technology using convenience in terms of store environmental characteristics but also create innovative consumption experiences in terms of space layout, function, and convenience of payment.
The purpose of this study was to propose a "user experience (UX)-centered product development process" so that the product design development process using the service design process can be systematized and used in practice. In a situation in which usability research on office phones is lacking compared to general home phones, this study expands to a product-based service design point of view rather than simple product development, intending to research ways to provide user experience value through office phone design in smart office. This study focused on extracting UX-centered user needs using the service design process and developing product design that realizes user experience value. In particular, the service design process was applied to systematically extract user needs and experience value elements in the product development process and to discover ideas that were converged with product-based services. For this purpose, the "Double Diamond Design Process Model," which is widely used in the service design field, was adopted. In addition, a product design development process was established so that usability improvement plans, user experience value elements, and product-service connected ideas could be extracted through a work-flow in which real users and people from various fields participate. Based on the double diamond design process, in the "Discover" information collection stage, design trends were identified mainly in the office phone markets. In the "Define" analysis and extraction stage, user needs were analyzed through user observation, interview, and usability survey, and design requirements and user experience issues were extracted. Persona was set through user type analysis, and user scenarios were presented. In the "Develop" development stage, ideation workshops and concept renderings were conducted to embody the design, and people from various fields within the company participated to set the design direction reflecting design preference and usability improvement plans. In the "Deliver" improvement/prototype development/evaluation stage, a working mock-up of a design prototype was produced and design and usability evaluation were conducted through consultation with external design experts. It is meaningful that it established a "UX-centered product development process" model that converged with the existing product design development process and service design process. Ultimately, service design-based product design development process was presented so that I Corp.'s products could realize user experience value through service convergence.

Based on literature relating to the TAM (technology acceptance model) and TPB (theory of planned behavior), this study extends the TAM in a mobile banking context. The extended model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 222 users who have experience with the banking service. The model was partially supported in a mobile banking context, accounting for 49% of the variance in the usage intention. The results showed that the perceived usefulness, the perceived credibility, and the perceived financial cost play a significant role in influencing the usage intention of the mobile banking service. In addition, instant connectivity and perceived credibility were found to influence the perceived usefulness, and self-efficacy and instant connectivity were found to influence the perceived ease of use. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.
Recently, many business organizations have been increasingly expanding the utilization of the intelligent chatbot services for effective customer relation management. The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the factors which affect the use of the intelligent chatbot services. Above all, the research model and the hypotheses were derived through reviewing the major relevant theories such as UX(user experience) theory(Honeycomb model), TRA(theory of reasoned action), TAM(technology acceptance model) and ETAM(extended TAM). And then, structural equation analyses using SmartPLS 3.0 for 233 valid questionnaires replies collected through the field survey was performed to test the hypotheses. Theoretically, this study can contribute to providing the conceptual framework with regard to enhancing the use of intelligent chatbot services. And practically, this study sheds new light on suggesting the guidelines to designing the UX(user experience) of the intelligent chatbot services.
This study is about comparing and analyzing the representative fintech application service, Toss, and Kakaobank from the user's point of view and suggest development according to the main factors of user experience. The experimental group who have used both mobile application was recruited to do a task about deposit and withdrawal service. After the task, an in-depth interview was conducted by reorganizing the "Creating Pleasurable Interface model" by Stephen P. Anderson. Interview questionnaire is based on propensity and feature of generation 2030. As a result of the experiment, the user showed satisfaction with usability and showed different application usage experience depend on financial transaction propensity and money management. Therefore, the application needs features that could grasp the propensity and also service to manage money in everyday life. Based on this study, it is expected to develop be user-based fintech application service in related fields.
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between experience marketing using makeup services and theme park users' satisfaction, loyalty, and revisit intention. This is because it can identify the usefulness of makeup services and provide implications for effective field marketing strategies. In order to achieve the purpose, 668 users of the theme park were surveyed after convenience screening as research participants. The main theme was the makeup service for visitors to Lotte world, Everland, and Hapcheon Ghost theme park. this study reviewed previous studies and applied them to the makeup service. Based on this, the research model and the hypothesis were established, and as part of the empirical research, the hypothesis was verified through analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability verification, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The summary of the research results based on empirical analysis is as follows. First, as a result of analyzing experience marketing using makeup services has a positive impact on the satisfaction of customers using theme parks. Second, experience marketing using makeup services has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Third, experience marketing using makeup services has a positive effect on intention to return. Fourth, satisfaction and loyalty were found to affect the intention to return. Based on this research, we hope that the makeup service as experiential marketing can be effectively applied in various fields, and that the research can be used as basic data to make the makeup service into the representative cultural contents marketing.

Today, with the advent and development of Social Network Service (SNS), various types of information that have been difficult to observe have been pouring out. Recently, Vertical Social Networking Service (SNS), a service that shares specific interests with users' Vertical Social Networking Service) is emerging as a major research area. Especially, various human, social and spatial characteristics can be observed through geolocation data and social data collected through mobile GPS, and it is used in various studies. In this study, we analyze the social data collected through the image - based vertical SNS Instagram, and measure the user 's experience based on the social media based on the user' s spatial context. Therefore, in this study, we investigate what types of spatial patterns exist between experiential elements of sharing experiences and geographical characteristics through social data, and examine a new model of shared experience structure through extracted data.

The purpose of this study is to define the concept of value-added services on online music platforms, put forward a model of users' willingness to use value-added services on online music platforms, and explore the way its influencing factors affect users' willingness to use. This study is based on the stimulus-response model, combined with the characteristics of online music service platforms, using information value, social value, and entertainment value as independent variables, using flow experience as a mediating variable, and self-awareness as a moderator variable, and then researches on the use of users. influence of will. Empirical analysis was carried out in this study using SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools. It is verified that the value-added services of online music platforms have a positive and positive impact on consumers' flow experience and usage intention. This research can fill in the theoretical defects of online music platform service, which has positive and important significance for music platform operators to improve their service capabilities and improve their income.
