로짓모형을 이용한 통신 서비스품질 평가방법 (Evaluation Method of Quality of Service in Telecommunications Using Logit Model)

  • Quality of Service(QoS) in the telecommunications can be evaluated by analyzing the opinion data which result from the surveyed opinions of respondents and quantify subjective satisfaction on the QoS from the customers' viewpoints. For analyzing the opinion data, MOS(mean opinion score) method and Cumulative Probability Curve method are often used. The methods are based on the scoring method, and therefore, have the intrinsic deficiency due to the assignment of arbitrary scores. In this paper, we propose an analysis method of the opinion data using logit models which can be used to analyze the ordinal categorical data without assigning arbitrary scores to customers' opinion, and develop an analysis procedure considering the usage of procedures provided by SAS(Statistical Analysis System) statistical package. By the proposed method, we can estimate the relationship between customer satisfaction and network performance parameters, and provide guidelines for network planning. In addition, the proposed method is compared with Cumulative Probability Curve method with respect to prediction errors.

  • 최근 스마트폰 사용이 증가하면서 빅 데이터 서비스를 제공하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술이 발달하고 있으며, 빅 데이터 서비스를 제공받으려는 사용자 또한 증가하고 있다. 빅 데이터 서비스 중 하둡 프레임워크는 데이터 집약적인 분산 어플리케이션을 지원하는 하둡 파일 시스템과 하둡 맵리듀스로 서비스를 제공하고 있으나, 하둡 시스템을 이용하는 스마트폰 서비스는 데이터 인증시 보안에 매우 취약한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 서비스를 제공하는 하둡 시스템의 초기 과정의 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜은 하둡 시스템의 안전한 다중 데이터 처리를 지원하기 위해서 대칭키 암호 기술과 함께 ECC 기반의 알고리즘을 조합하였다. 특히, 제안 프로토콜은 사용자가 하둡 시스템에 접근하여 데이터를 처리할 때, 초기 인증키를 대칭키 대신 타원 곡선 기반의 공개키를 사용함으로써 안전성을 향상시켰다.

  • The major objective of this study is to investigate the effective maintenance system for the infrastructure on the conventional lines in which the tilting train runs. In order to the speed-up of conventional lines that have many curve lines, there needs a improvement construction of substructure such as the straight or double track work and so on. But in this case, it needs to have a plenty of the cost and the period. Therefore, the tilting train which provides the high-speed service effectively in curve tracks was developed. Besides, the efficiency prediction and the linear fitness of the existing conventional lines for a tiling train service were examined on the preceding study which was the development of track system innovation technology for speed-up of them. So, in this paper we propose the more effective maintenance method than the existing it in order to securing the high reliability and safety classified by the infrastructure, in analyzing foreign materials and the maintenance as well as the inspection cycle concerning domestic infrastructures of the track and the catenary etc. on the railway. And we look forward to playing a decisive role as reference material for the effective improvement of the existing maintenance about the infra on the conventional lines for the commercial service of the tilting train.

  • The methodology is suggested to measure the quality of service in telecommunications. Through questionnaire, the subjective evaluation of users is surveyed, and quantified by MOS method. The MOS mehtod has some problems in interpretation which are mentioned in this paper. The cumulative percent curve is proposed to evaluate the quality of service. As an example, the image quality of G3 facsimile is measured.

  • In general, estimates of average service lives and of mortality functions are less well-based than most types of economic statistics published by statistical offices. Therefore, hypotheses about service lives of tangible assets and their distribution are most difficult aspects to tackle. In this paper, estimates of service lives based on directly observed data on domestic industrial property and retirement rates are presented.

노년기 외래의료서비스 이용 궤적 및 예측요인 : 연령 차이를 중심으로 (The Trajectory of Outpatient Medical Service Use and Its Predictors: Focusing on Age Variations)

  • 본 연구는 고령사회 준비를 위한 현황이해 차원에서 앤더슨 모형을 이용하여 노년기 외래의료 서비스 이용궤적 및 예측요인을 살펴보고, 초기노년기와 후기노년기 간에 궤적이나 예측요인이 차이가 있는지를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 한국복지패널의 1, 2, 3차년도 자료를 사용하여, 궤적 및 예측 요인은 잠재성장모형을 이용해서 분석하였고 연령 차이는 다중집단분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 60세 이상 노인들은 해가 지남에 따라서 외래이용 횟수를 증가시키는 경향을 보였는데, 75세 미만의 초기 노년기의 노인들이 75세 이상의 후기노년기의 노인들 보다가 이용 횟수를 상대적으로 빨리 증가시켰다. 예측요인에 있어서는 선행요인, 자원요인, 욕구요인들의 상당수가 궤적과 유의미한 관계가 있었는데, 자원요인 보다는 욕구요인들이 의료서비스 이용궤적에 크게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 예측요인에 있어서 초기 및 후기 노년기 사이에 큰 차이는 없었다. 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의 및 함의를 논의하였다.

  • DAS(Distribution Automation System) is equipped with several software applications such as service restoration, loss minimization, and protective relay coordination. The software applications of DAS are very sensitive to the amount of section load being carried by a particular section of distribution lines. Moreover, each software application requires a different parameter of the section load according to its purpose. Therefore, This paper proposes a new section load management method using real-time measurement data of the distribution lines. In order to provide accurate data to DAS applications, this method considers section loads in terms of the relationship of power versus time. In order to establish that the proposed method is feasible, a performance-testing simulator was developed, and case studies were conducted for a modified real distribution network.

  • To predict the service life of an organic vapor respirator cartridge, the breakthrough curve of respirator was simulated using a fixed-bed adsorption model and compared with that of sampling tube. And the effects of bed porosity, length to diameter ratio and flow rate of the sampling tube were studied. The life time of respirator cartridge was increased with the decrease of particle size and bed porosity. And the breakthrough time of sampling tube was affected by the flow rate, however not by the length to diameter ratio. The 10% breakthrough time of the sampling tube was corresponded with that of cartridge.

정량적 위험성 평가를 통한 고속도로 휴게소 수소 충전소 안전 가이드라인 연구 (A Study on Safety Guidelines for Hydrogen Refueling Stations at Expressway Service Area using Quantitative Risk Assessment)

  • The use of clean energy based on the hydrogen economy is increasing rapidly due to the greenhouse gas reduction policies and the increase in the need for hydrogen. Currently, South Korea government have been considering a plan to construct hydrogen refueling stations at expressway service area for the purpose of supplying hydrogen vehicles. In the case of a hydrogen refueling stations, a quantitative risk assessment (QRA) must be performed because it includs and uses a high pressurized hydrogen storage tank. In this study, QRA was conducted using societal risk and F-N curve by the consequence assessment (CA) of jet fire and explosion according to the population density, capacity of the high pressurized hydrogen storage tank and frequency assessment (FA) data to the general hydrogen refueling stations systems in expressway service area. In the cases of jet with a leak diameter of 7.16 mm, regardless of expressway service area location, the societal risk was over 1E-04 that was acceptable for as Low As reasonably practicable (ALARP) region (workforce), but unacceptable for ALARP region (public). In the cases of gas explosion, all expressway service area satisfy ALARP region. In the case of the population density is over 0.0727, QRA for constructing the hydrogen refueling stations, must be conducted.

In order to the speed-up of conventional lines that have many curve lines, there needs a improvement construction of substructure such as the straight or double track work and so on. But in this case, it needs to have a plenty of the cost and the period. Therefore, the tilting train which provides the high-speed service effectively in curve tracks was developed. Besides, the efficiency prediction and the linear synthesis of the existing conventional line for a tiling train service were examined on the preceding studies. So, in this paper we propose the measuring plan and the design of the improvement sections in the testing curved track which was decided as a results of material analysis and field research concerning the extension possibility of transition curves and the bearing of track due to the new developed train traveling. And we look forward to playing a decisive role as reference data on the improvement construction project for the commercial service of the tilting train.
