Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing performance confidence by knowledge and experience of respiratory-assistant therapy in paramedic students. Methods: A descriptive survey study used a convenience sample comprising 387 students from September 15 to October 31, 2016. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. Results: Knowledge was statistically significant by college(3-year), acquired certification, and observation experience in respiratory-assistant therapy. Performance confidence was statistically significant by sex, academic grade($3.0{\leq}$), acquired certification, and observation and performance experience in respiratory-assistant therapy. There was a significant correlation between knowledge and acquired certification, clinical practice, and major satisfaction. There was a significant correlation between performance confidence and acquired certification, clinical practice, major satisfaction, and knowledge. Regression analysis revealed that performance confidence accounted for 22.9% of the variance by academic grade(3.0~3.99), acquired certification, and major satisfaction. Conclusion: For paramedic students in clinical practice and in-school classes, it is important to improve performance confidence by combining training instruction with experience and education of respiratory-assistant therapy.

An important issue for qualified science teacher education should be a proper system of pre-service education for the science teacher. There are various types of science teacher education systems in accordance with their socio-cultural backgrounds. In this paper, science teacher education systems were analysed into 3 different types: Focusing Undergraduate Certification of Education (FUCE), Open Undergraduate Certification of Education (OUCE), and Post Graduate Certification of Education (PGCE). Science teacher education systems and their outcomes, such as the quality of the science teacher, were discussed with their socio-cultural backgrounds, compared by the 3 types of science teacher education systems. For this the results of meta-analysis from TIMSS-R and OECD data sets were used. Special interests focused on countries; Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States, which would represent stereotypes of science teacher education systems and different backgrounds of oriental and western culture.

An extensive literature review has been made in this paper to build the evaluation hierarchy structure for the certification of electronic commerce services. In building the evaluation hierarchy structure, major candidate evaluation factors are selected by bench marking the various certification practices, including the Malcolm Baldrige award, ISO9000, and BSC(balanced scorecard) techniques. This paper deployed principal component analysis and factor analysis techniques to develop a statistically solid and systematic evaluation model. The final evaluation model, as presented in this paper as a model for the certification of electronic commerce services, produces a numeric score on the 100% scale, which can be served as a metric for the certification decision. The AHP technique was used in converting the various qualitative and quantitative evaluation values into a single measure for the certification decision.

Recently ubiquitous application services are developed plentifully using RFID techniques in the field of distribution and security industries. However, except these field the applications using RFID are not mature yet. In this study, we proposed a real-time context service model of the u-conference based on the real-time contextual information acquired from conference and exposition. With collection of real-time contextual information for u-conference, the model can provide a lot of information services on the state of session attendee, doorway control, affairs, user certification, presentation progress etc. For the verification of proposed real-time context service model of u-conference, we design and implement the conference progress state service included the state of session attendee, user certification and presentation progress etc. This service provides the presentation state information included the current presenter, the paper list, the number of session attendee, the schedule and place of each session using the collecting RFID tag and the related information.

Cloud services have become the core infrastructure of the digital economy as a basis for collecting, storing, and processing large amounts of data to trigger artificial intelligence-based services and industrial innovation. Recently, cloud services have been spotlighted as a means of responding to corporate crises and changes in the work environment in a national disaster caused by COVID-19. While the cloud is attracting attention, the speed of adoption and diffusion of cloud services is not being actively carried out due to the lack of trust among users and uncertainty about security, performance, and cost. This study compares and analyzes the "Cloud Service Quality and Performance Management System" and the "Cloud Service Certification System" and suggests complementary points and improvement measures for the cloud service quality and performance management system.

MANET( Mobile Ad Hoc Network)은 노드들의 자유적인 이동을 지원하고, 고정된 인프라에 의존하지 않으며, 신속한 네트워크 구축이 가능한 점 등 다양한 장점들이 있는 반면 보안에 있어서는 많은 문제점이 존재한다. 특히 보안에 있어서 기존의 전통적인 인증서비스는 안전성, 확장성, 가용성 등의 이유로 MANET 환경에는 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 MANET상의 인증서비스에서 Secret Sharing방식과 Threshold Digital Signature방식을 이용하여 안전하고, 효과적인 분산 인증서비스를 제안하였다. 제안된 분산 인증서비스 방안에서는 MANET을 구성하고 있는 모바일 노드들 중 일정한 수량의 안전성이 비교적 높은 노드들을 특권노드로 설정하고, 이러한 특권노드들로부터 인증서 발급이 진행된다. 인증서발급의 역할을 특권노드들에게 부여한 분산 인증시스템은 기존의 Centralized Architecture, Hierarchical Architecture에서 노드 하나의 침해로 인해 네트워크 전체의 보안에 손상을 입히는 문제점을 해결하였으며, 개인키에 대한 부분 비밀정보들을 가지고 있는 노드의 수가 줄어들면서 기존의 Fully Distributed Architecture에서의 개인키 노출 위험성을 줄여준다. 네트워크 시뮬레이션을 통해서 제안한 인증서비스 방식의 성능, 가용성을 평가하였으며, 시스템 파라메타간의 관계를 분석하였다.

사물인터넷(IoT) 제품 등의 보안이 허술해 각종 해킹 사고가 발생하고 있다. 보안위협을 막기 위해서는 기업이 먼저 보안수준이 높은 제품을 만들고 이용자도 안전한 제품을 선택하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 한국인터넷진흥원은 IoT제품 및 연동 모바일 앱의 보안을 시험하여 등급을 부과하고 있다. 보안인증서비스는 IoT 제품 및 연동 모바일 앱에 대해 일정 수준의 보안을 갖추었는지 시험하여 기준 충족 시 인증서를 발급해주는 서비스이다. IoT제품의 자율적 보안강화를 유도할 수 있고 국내 IoT기업 보안역량 강화 및 해외진출 활성화에 기여할 수 있으며, IoT제품에 대한 국민의 불안감 해소의 기대효과를 가질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 IoT보안인증기준이 제시되어있지만 보다 강화해야 하는 평가 항목에 대한 중요도 우선순위를 도출하고자 한다. 이는 국내 사물인터넷기업 보안역량 강화 및 해외진출 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

TAn E-Mail system is one of the most important services for enterprise and electronic commerce end users on the Internet. However, security for an E-Mail service is not satisfied yet, an E-Mail system with security service is definitely required especially in electronic commerce system. In this paper, an E-Mail system with confirmation of e-mail delivery is proposed, The certification of delivery of E-Mail message is not provided in conventional E-Mail systems. The proposed E-Mail system is composed of this certification of delivery and basic security services. The certification of delivery can prove sender's E-Mail message is securely sent to legitimate receivers. The system is designed and implemented by Java Cryptography API.

In the last decade many advanced home network services have been provided by construction industry, and many researches on the area have been carried out. One of the problems we are confronted with is that we do not have a standard classification scheme for home network services yet. In this paper a more stable classification scheme is suggested after comparative analysis of many different schemes in previous researches. More commonly highly attended service categories in the scheme is selected, and those are examined in terms of how commonly they are supplied by construction industry. In the later part of this paper the current home network building certification code is reviewed if the code complies with the highly attended categories in the classification scheme suggested in this paper. Some ideas to improve the current certification code is suggested by adding or optionally adding the highly attended categories.

The purpose of this study is localization of safety relief valves fur Nuclear Service through technical development with overall design, fabrication, inspection, capacity certification test and functional qualification test of safety relief valves in accordance with KEPIC MN Code(or ASME Sec.III ). The safely relief valve is the important equipment used to protect the pressure vessel, the steam generator and the other pressure facility from overpressure by discharging the operating medium when the pressure of system is reaching the design pressure of the system. But we're depending on technology of the other country up to the present time. Because we don't have our own technologies, we have been spent the great time and money on installing and repairing safety relief valve at nuclear power plant. Therefore we have to achieve the development of safety relief valves for Nuclear Service with our own technologies.
