The purpose of this research is to provide an available basis for marketing strategy by defining the cause-effect relation between the service level of staff members in dental clinic and purchasing behavior of the customers. This study was done in 10 days from November 2, 2009 to November 11, 2009 and the total 172 copies were used for the analysis. As a result of the correlation analysis, a significant positive correlation among all the measured variables was found. As a result of the structural model analysis, I found that the fair service among the variables of the service level significantly affects the building of relationship and the hospital image. The building of relationship and the hospital image significantly affect the positive oral spread. The building of relationship significantly affects the repurchase intentions but the hospital image does not affects the repurchase intentions. To sum up the result of this study, I found that the fair service and the building of relationship with patients are important variables in order to attract new patients and maintain existing customers. I recommend that the hospital continues to motivate staffs through internal marketing and conduct regular trainings. It is necessary to have patients satisfied with broadening responsibility and authority and set marketing strategy for the relationship with patients.

본 연구는 대통령경호실 직원 출신인 제9대 대통령경호실장 박상범, 제13대 대통령경호실장 염상국 등 2인에 대한 사례연구를 통하여 이들의 권력성과 전문성에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 통해 대통령경호실의 전문성을 제고하고 나아가 대통령과 국민으로부터 신뢰받는 대통령경호실로 성장하는데 필요한 대안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 대통령경호실장의 권력성과 전문성 분석은 문헌연구 중심의 질적 연구를 실시하였으며 전문가 그룹으로부터의 증언을 통해서도 자료를 획득하였다. 이와 같은 연구 목적과 방법에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제9대 대통령경호실장 박상범, 제13대 대통령경호실장 염상국은 모두 비권력형 대통령경호실장으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제9대 대통령경호실장 박상범, 제13대 대통령경호실장 염상국은 모두 전문형 대통령경호실장으로 나타났다. 대통령경호실장의 권력은 대통령과의 신임관계나 물리적 거리에 의한 권력이 아니라 합법적권력과 전문적권력으로부터 나온다는 것을 인식해야 한다. 따라서 대통령이 자신의 안전을 담당할 기관의 책임자를 임명할 때 성공하기 위한 준비된 대통령으로서 국가안보를 생각하고 전문성을 감안하여 국익을 위한 대통령경호실장을 임명해야 한다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

본 논문에서는 한국형 e-Navigation에서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 중소형 선박의 해양안전정보 서비스 개발에 앞서 소형어선의 운항환경, 항해장비 사용실태, 운항자의 해양안전정보에 대한 서비스 니즈를 조사하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 어선 운항자의 수요분석을 통하여 한국형 e-Navigation의 중소형 선박을 위한 서비스 개발을 위해 제공되는 안전정보에 대한 충실성, 사용자 중심의 정보제공, 실시간 업데이트를 통하여 정보의 그늘에 위치한 어선 운항자에게 정확한 정보를 제공해야하며, 항해장비에 대한 체계적인 관리체계와 교육프로그램 개발, 지역별 맞춤형 해양안정정보서비스 개발 등을 제안하였다.

Circulating various pieces of unlawful information that violate the law by leaking personal information or circulating violent/sexual materials or malignant programs in the cyberspace is unlawful, and blocking this beforehand is an important duty of the state. Preceding discussions on the legal restriction of unlawful information in the cyberspace have mostly been focused on the criminal responsibilities and civil responsibilities of information communications service providers, but this study has approached it with emphasis on the issue of police responsibility for the exercise of police authority to block unlawful information. It is because the principles of police responsibility to determine the target of police authority to block unlawful information provide the standards for the interpretation of existing laws and regulations and function as legislative principles for the enactment of new laws and regulations to prevent risks in the cyberspace.

User authentication is an important requirement to provide secure network service. Therefore, many authentication schemes have been proposed to provide secure authentication, such as key agreement and anonymity. However, authority of scheme is limited to one's self. It is inefficient when authenticated users grant a certification to other users who are in an organization which has a hierarchical structure, such as a company or school. In this paper, we propose the first authentication scheme to use Attributes-Based Re-encryption that creates a certification to other users with specified attributes. The scheme, which has expanded from Rhee et al. scheme, has optimized computation performance on a smart card, ensuring the user's anonymity and key agreement between users and server.

Cloud computing is cost-effective in terms of system configuration and maintenance and does not require special IT skills for management. Also, cloud computing provides an access control setting where SSO is adopted to secure user convenience and availability. As the SSO user authentication structure of cloud computing is exposed to quite a few external security threats in wire/wireless network integrated service environment, researchers explore technologies drawing on distributed SSO agents. Yet, although the cloud computing access control using the distributed SSO agents enhances security, it impacts on the availability of services. That is, if any single agent responsible for providing the authentication information fails to offer normal services, the cloud computing services become unavailable. To rectify the environment compromising the availability of cloud computing services, and to protect resources, the current paper proposes a security policy that controls the authority to access the resources for cloud computing services by applying the authentication policy of user authentication agents. The proposed system with its policy of the authority to access the resources ensures seamless and secure cloud computing services for users.

오늘날의 선박은 디지털 선박(Digital-ship)으로 변화하고 있으며, 일부 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitos) 기술을 기반으로 e-Navigation 및 VTS(Vessel Traffic Service) 등 안전 항해 및 편의를 제공하고 있다. 하지만, 아직까지 선박에 대한 안전시스템이 미비하고, 선박의 주요 설비를 실시간으로 관리하기 위한 안전 관리 시스템의 개발이 매우 필요한 시기라 할 수 있다. 지금까지 선박 연구에 있어서 안전을 극대화시키기 위한 노력은 많았으나 선박의 재질(철판) 및 밀폐환경에 의해 무선 통신(Wireless Communication)을 이용한 시스템 개발은 많이 이루어지고 있지 않은 상태이다. 본 논문은 선박 내의 전파 특성을 분석하여 무선 통신을 하기 위한 최적의 조건을 찾고, 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용한 지그비 네트워크 구성으로 선박 내 엔진관리를 위한 무선 센서 네트워크(Wireless Sensor Network)의 적용 가능성을 검증하였다.

This study examined the existing issues and current status of how to best approach the establishment of railroad asset of the corporation in the long run. It also explored some preventative measures for further problems. Based on the law of state property and related railroad statutes, the research referred to basic plans for railroad management of Korea Rail Network Authority, the outcome of file research, handbook of asset management, guidelines and policy of Ministry of Finance and Economy for state property management, recommendations of the Board of Audit and Inspection and fact-finding research of state property (miscellaneous properties). The findings are making a few suggestions on the service of the Korea Rail Network Authority and Korail.

This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of firm size. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 322 employees in small business, showed that almost internal marketing factors effects positively on incremental innovation. All internal marketing factors(CEO support, compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) appeared to be related positively with process innovation and service innovation. And all other factors(compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) except CEO support showed to have positive relationship with operation innovation. In the moderating effects, internal communication effects more positively on incremental innovation in large firm-size than in small firm-size. But delegation effects more positively on incremental innovation in small firm-size than in large firm-size.

선박의 안전 확보를 위해 각종 규제를 만들고 시행하였으나, 규제만으로 안전을 확보하는 것은 이제 한계점에 도달해 있다. 소형선사 안전관리컨설팅은 규제 위주의 정책이 아니라 선사에서 자발적으로 안전관리체제를 수립 및 시행 할 수 있도록 도와주는 제도이며, 본 연구를 통해 소형선사 안전관리컨설팅 서비스 체계를 구축하였다. 안전관리컨설팅 서비스 체계 구축을 통해 영세한 소형선사의 안전관리 역량 향상이 기대 되며, 현장중심의 컨설팅 수행을 통한 안전관리(책임)자 및 해상종사자의 안전관리 능력 향상이 기대된다.
