군소인 Aplysia kurodai의 중추신경절로부터 정제된 myomodulin A (MMA)가 정제되었다. MMA의 일차구조는 Pro-Met-Ser-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$이며, 이 펩타이드는 다른 연체동물에서 발견된 myomodulin 계열의 펩타이드와 같은 구조를 지닌다. 정제된 MMA는 Mytilus edulis의 anterior byssus retractor muscle (ABRM)에서 phasic contraction을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. MMA의 구조와 활성간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해서 MMA, Des[$Pro^1$]-MMA, Des[$Pro^1,Met^2$]-MMA, Des[$Pro^1,Met^2,Ser^3$]-MMA 및 MME를 합성하였다. Des[$Pro^1$]-MMA, Des[$Pro^1,Met^2$]-MMA 및 Des[$Pro^1,Met^2,Ser^3$]-MMA의 일차구조는 각각 Met-Ser-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$, Ser-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$ 및 Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$이다. MMA 및 합성 물질들을 사용하여 ABRM 및 Achatinafulica의 소낭과 penial retractor muscle에 대해 활성을 측정하였다. MMA는 $1{\times}10^{-8}$ M 또는 더 낮은 농도에서 ABRM의 수축활성을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났지만, $1{\times}10^{-8}$ M 또는 고농도에서는 phasic contraction을 억제하였다. MMA와 유도체들은 소낭에 대해서는 수축반응을 보였지만, penial retractor muscle에 대해서는 이완 활성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과들은 MMA의 C-말단부위에 있는 Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$가 ABRM의 수축반응뿐만 아니라 연체동물의 생식기능 및 소화 활성을 조절하기 필요한 최소한의 구조라는 것을 나타낸다.

Various 3D-stacked DRAMs have been proposed to overcome the memory wall problem. Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC) is a true 3D-stacked DRAM with stacked DRAM layers on top of a logic layer. The logic die is mainly used to implement a memory controller for HMC, and it is connected through a high speed serial link called SerDes with a host that is either a processor or another HMC. In HMC, the serial link is crucial for both performance and power consumption. Therefore, it is important that the link is configured properly so that the required performance should be satisfied while the power consumption is minimized. In this paper, we propose a HMC system model included the high speed serial link to estimate performance accurately. Since the link modeling strictly follows the link flow control mechanism defined in the HMC spec, the actual HMC performance can be estimated accurately with respect to each link configuration. Various simulations are conducted in order to deduce the correlation between the HMC performance and the link configuration with regard to memory utilization. It is confirmed that there is a strong correlation between the achievable maximum performance of HMC and the link configuration in terms of both bandwidth and latency. Therefore, it is possible to find the best link configuration when the required HMC performance is known in advance, and finding the best configuration will lead to significant power saving while the performance requirement is satisfied.

The communications link in a space program is a crucial point for upgrading its performance by handling data between spacecraft bus and payloads, because spacecraft's missions are related to the data handling mechanism using communications ports such as a controlled area network bus (CAN Bus) and a universal asynchronous receiver and transmitter (UART). The NEXTSat-1 has a lot of communications ports for performing science and technology missions. However, the top level system requirements for the NEXTSat-1 are mass and volume limitations. Normally, the communications for units shall be conducted by using point to point link which require more mass and volume to interconnect. Thus, our approach for the novel communications link in the NEXTSat-1 program is to use CAN and serializer and deserializer low voltage differential signal (SerDesLVDS) to meet the system requirements of mass and volume. The CAN Bus and SerDesLVDS were confirmed by using already defined communications link for our missions in the NEXTSat-1 program and the analysis results were reported in this study in view of data flow and size analysis.

Bei den vorigen Untersuchungen von VP-Ellipsen handelte es sich urn Auxiliarverben, die im elliptischen Satz auftreten und auf die Wiederherstellung der elliptischen VP bezogen sind. Im Unterschied dazu, geht es bei der vorliegenden Arbeit urn die Partikel auch, die in den VP-Ellipsenkonstruktionen auftritt. Zuerst spielt die Partikel auch als ein Fokusoperator eine Rolle, d.h. sie identifiziert das Subjekt des elliptischen zweiten Satzes als eine Fokuskonstituente und addiert die Fokusbedeutung der Fokuskonstituente. Zweitens spielt die Partikel auch als ein $Pr\"{a}suppositionsausl\"{o}ser$ eine Rolle. Hierbei behauptete ich, dass sie eine einfachere Proposition 'Jemand anders als das Subjekt des elliptischen zweiten Satzes existiert.' als in den vorigen Untersuchungen $pr\"{a}supponiert$. Aufgrund von oben genannten Beobachtungen $repr\"{a}sentierte$ ich im Rahmen von $Diskursrepr\"{a}sentationstheorie$ die Bedeutung der VP-Ellipsenkonstruktionen. Insbesondere, indem ich nach Kamp et al. (2003) zweistufige Prozedure von DRS-Konstruktionen annehme, konnte ich einzelne Bedeutungen der Partikel auch erfassen und beschreiben.

For the development of UFS device test system, M-PHY specifications should be matched with MIPI-standard which is analog signal protocol. In this paper, the implementation methodology and hardware structure for the M-PHY AFE (Analog Front End) Block was suggested that it can be implemented using universal components without ASIC process. The testing procedure has a jitter problem so to solve the problems we using ASIC process, normally but the ASIC process needs a lot of developing cost making the UFS device test system. In is paper, the suggestion was verified by the output signal which was compared to the MIPI-standard on the Prototype-board using universal components. The board was reduced the jitter on the condition of HS-TX and 5.824 Gbps Mode in SerDes (Serialize-deserializer). Finally, the suggestion and developed AFE block have a useful better than ASIC process on developing costs of the industrial UFS device test system.

본 논문은 위상 변조를 이용한 직렬 인터페이스 입출력 회로를 설계 하였다. 설계된 직렬 입출력 인터페이스 회로는 수신부와 송신부로 구성되어 있다. 제안하는 위상변조 데이터 전송 방식은 상승 에지 위상은 고정시켜 클록 정보로 사용하고 하강에지 위상을 전송되는 데이터에 따라 변조하여 오프-칩 인터페이스에서도 적용 가능한 효율적인 데이터 전송 방식을 사용한다. 제안하는 회로는 16개의 하강 에지 위상을 사용하여 한 클록 주기마다 4비트씩 데이터를 전송함으로써 시스템에서 사용되는 클록 속도보다 4배 빠른 전송 속도를 갖는 저 전력 회로다. 본 논문에서는 0.13um CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계 및 검증을 수행 하였고, 칩 면적 $2mm^2$ 하에서 1Gb/s 전송 속도와 12mW의 소비 전력을 갖는다.

본 논문에서는 ×32 LPDDR2 메모리를 지원하는 컨트롤러를 위한 830-Mb/s/pin 송수신기가 설계된다. 여덟 개의 단위 회로로 구성된 송신단은 34Ω ∽ 240Ω 범위의 임피던스를 가지고 임피던스 보정 회로에 의해 제어된다. 송신되는 DQS의 신호는 DQ의 신호들 대비 90° 이동된 위상을 가진다. 수신 동작시 read time 보정은 바이트 내에서 per-pin 스큐 보정과 클록-도메인 전환을 통해 수행된다. 구현된 LPDDR2 메모리 컨트롤러를 위한 송수신기는 1.2V 공급 전압을 사용하는 55-nm 공정에서 설계되었으며 830-Mb/s/pin의 신호 전송률을 가진다. 각 lane의 면적과 전력 소모는 각각 0.664 mm²과 22.3 mW이다.

This study's purpose is to find the ancient costume of the folk song's words on Dunhuang manuscripts in the background wass-carvings sculptures and several art works. Dunhuang had played the part of major route between ancient China and Europe. It is located on kam-suksong the west of China. 1. In the aspect of costume arrangement hair Styling is represented by Naegagyo, Wangyesa, Kyongburak, Bonkwyun, Pogurak, Chonsonja, Namgaja, Tongson-ga, Ojesa, Chanboja in Dunhuang manuscripts. tugue is sim-ilar to Sabyokkwanja in Naegagyo as of that time these kinds of Kwan-ja was very popular. It was told that emperor's wife concubine and maid of honor would wear kwnaja favorably. And the kinds of Tugeu is PuyongKwyunkye, Aangunkye, Chunkye from Kyuwanjon except Sangunkye, Ounkye in Dunhuangsa. 2. Jangdaegy is guoted from Kyuw-anjon -A series of the chinese history book-tells us about women's make-up . The narmes of make-up are Hongjang Unjan--g, Yiljang chwejang, Tam-ajang Murgjang, Sanagjang, Light-make up are referred in Naegagyo is included as packjang Besides we can find other make-up skills Huphwaro and Rujang from the Kaewonch onbon-wisa which was Yangkwibi's episodes. As the same time it reflects ancient China's characteristics directly. I would endeavor to development for the history of the costume furher creative design and participat-ed in research activity with concerns forward continuously.
