In this study, we focused on myomoduline A (MMA) released from the central nervous system of Aplysia kurodai. The primary structure of MMA is Pro-Met-Ser-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$. This peptide is the same as that of the myomodulin family peptide found in other mollusks. The purified MMA showed a modulating activity of phasic contraction on the anterior byssus retractor muscle (ABRM) of Mytilus edulis. In order to study the relationship between the structure and biological activity of MMA, we synthesized MMA, Des[$Pro^1$]-MMA, Des[$Pro^1,Met^2$]-MMA, Des[$Pro^1,Met^2,Ser^3$]-MMA, and MME. The amino acid sequences of Des[$Pro^1$]-MMA, Des[$Pro^1,Met^2$]-MMA, and Des[$Pro^1,Met^2,Ser^3$]-MMA were Met-Ser-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$, Ser-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$, and Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$, respectively. MMA and synthetic peptides were tested on ABRM in M. edulis as well as muscle preparations in Achatina fulica. At $1{\times}10^{-8}$ M or lower, MMA showed a potentiating effect on phasic contraction of the ABRM, but this peptide had an inhibitory effect at $1{\times}10^{-6}$ M or higher. Both MMA and its analogs stimulated a contractile response on the crop and a relaxed catch-relaxing response on the penial retractor muscle of A. fulica. These results suggest that Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$ in MMA is the minimum structure required for the regulation of the contraction of ABRM, as well as the reproductive and digestive activities of mollusks.

Various 3D-stacked DRAMs have been proposed to overcome the memory wall problem. Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC) is a true 3D-stacked DRAM with stacked DRAM layers on top of a logic layer. The logic die is mainly used to implement a memory controller for HMC, and it is connected through a high speed serial link called SerDes with a host that is either a processor or another HMC. In HMC, the serial link is crucial for both performance and power consumption. Therefore, it is important that the link is configured properly so that the required performance should be satisfied while the power consumption is minimized. In this paper, we propose a HMC system model included the high speed serial link to estimate performance accurately. Since the link modeling strictly follows the link flow control mechanism defined in the HMC spec, the actual HMC performance can be estimated accurately with respect to each link configuration. Various simulations are conducted in order to deduce the correlation between the HMC performance and the link configuration with regard to memory utilization. It is confirmed that there is a strong correlation between the achievable maximum performance of HMC and the link configuration in terms of both bandwidth and latency. Therefore, it is possible to find the best link configuration when the required HMC performance is known in advance, and finding the best configuration will lead to significant power saving while the performance requirement is satisfied.

The communications link in a space program is a crucial point for upgrading its performance by handling data between spacecraft bus and payloads, because spacecraft's missions are related to the data handling mechanism using communications ports such as a controlled area network bus (CAN Bus) and a universal asynchronous receiver and transmitter (UART). The NEXTSat-1 has a lot of communications ports for performing science and technology missions. However, the top level system requirements for the NEXTSat-1 are mass and volume limitations. Normally, the communications for units shall be conducted by using point to point link which require more mass and volume to interconnect. Thus, our approach for the novel communications link in the NEXTSat-1 program is to use CAN and serializer and deserializer low voltage differential signal (SerDesLVDS) to meet the system requirements of mass and volume. The CAN Bus and SerDesLVDS were confirmed by using already defined communications link for our missions in the NEXTSat-1 program and the analysis results were reported in this study in view of data flow and size analysis.

Bei den vorigen Untersuchungen von VP-Ellipsen handelte es sich urn Auxiliarverben, die im elliptischen Satz auftreten und auf die Wiederherstellung der elliptischen VP bezogen sind. Im Unterschied dazu, geht es bei der vorliegenden Arbeit urn die Partikel auch, die in den VP-Ellipsenkonstruktionen auftritt. Zuerst spielt die Partikel auch als ein Fokusoperator eine Rolle, d.h. sie identifiziert das Subjekt des elliptischen zweiten Satzes als eine Fokuskonstituente und addiert die Fokusbedeutung der Fokuskonstituente. Zweitens spielt die Partikel auch als ein $Pr\"{a}suppositionsausl\"{o}ser$ eine Rolle. Hierbei behauptete ich, dass sie eine einfachere Proposition 'Jemand anders als das Subjekt des elliptischen zweiten Satzes existiert.' als in den vorigen Untersuchungen $pr\"{a}supponiert$. Aufgrund von oben genannten Beobachtungen $repr\"{a}sentierte$ ich im Rahmen von $Diskursrepr\"{a}sentationstheorie$ die Bedeutung der VP-Ellipsenkonstruktionen. Insbesondere, indem ich nach Kamp et al. (2003) zweistufige Prozedure von DRS-Konstruktionen annehme, konnte ich einzelne Bedeutungen der Partikel auch erfassen und beschreiben.

For the development of UFS device test system, M-PHY specifications should be matched with MIPI-standard which is analog signal protocol. In this paper, the implementation methodology and hardware structure for the M-PHY AFE (Analog Front End) Block was suggested that it can be implemented using universal components without ASIC process. The testing procedure has a jitter problem so to solve the problems we using ASIC process, normally but the ASIC process needs a lot of developing cost making the UFS device test system. In is paper, the suggestion was verified by the output signal which was compared to the MIPI-standard on the Prototype-board using universal components. The board was reduced the jitter on the condition of HS-TX and 5.824 Gbps Mode in SerDes (Serialize-deserializer). Finally, the suggestion and developed AFE block have a useful better than ASIC process on developing costs of the industrial UFS device test system.

This paper describes a phase modulation I/O (PMIO) serial interface circuit that supports 1Gbps transfer rate with 12mW power consumption at 1.2V supply. The proposed PMIO which consists of TX and RX blocks utilizes a phase modulation technique. The rising edge is fixed to get the clock phase information and falling edge has multi positions for the multi-data information to increase the transfer rate. The designed circuit use the 16 possible falling edge positions. The data transfer rate is four times faster than the clock rate. The circuit has been implemented using $0.13{\mu}m$ CMOS process. Measured results show the circuit exhibits peak-to-peak jitters of transfer data (phase data) and recovery data.

An 830-Mb/s/pin transceiver for a controller supporting ×32 LPDDR2 memory is designed. The transmitter consists of eight unit circuits has an impedance in the range of 34Ω ∽ 240Ω, and its impedance is controlled by an impedance correction circuit. The transmitted DQS signal has a phase shifted by 90° compared to the DQ signals. In the receive operation, the read time calibration is performed by per-pin skew calibration and clock-domain crossing within a byte. The implemented transceiver for the LPDDR2 memory controller is designed by using a 55-nm process using a 1.2V supply voltage and has a maximum signal transmission rate of 830 Mb/s/pin. The area and power consumption of each lane are 0.664 mm² and 22.3 mW, respectively.

This study's purpose is to find the ancient costume of the folk song's words on Dunhuang manuscripts in the background wass-carvings sculptures and several art works. Dunhuang had played the part of major route between ancient China and Europe. It is located on kam-suksong the west of China. 1. In the aspect of costume arrangement hair Styling is represented by Naegagyo, Wangyesa, Kyongburak, Bonkwyun, Pogurak, Chonsonja, Namgaja, Tongson-ga, Ojesa, Chanboja in Dunhuang manuscripts. tugue is sim-ilar to Sabyokkwanja in Naegagyo as of that time these kinds of Kwan-ja was very popular. It was told that emperor's wife concubine and maid of honor would wear kwnaja favorably. And the kinds of Tugeu is PuyongKwyunkye, Aangunkye, Chunkye from Kyuwanjon except Sangunkye, Ounkye in Dunhuangsa. 2. Jangdaegy is guoted from Kyuw-anjon -A series of the chinese history book-tells us about women's make-up . The narmes of make-up are Hongjang Unjan--g, Yiljang chwejang, Tam-ajang Murgjang, Sanagjang, Light-make up are referred in Naegagyo is included as packjang Besides we can find other make-up skills Huphwaro and Rujang from the Kaewonch onbon-wisa which was Yangkwibi's episodes. Sometimes it is painted with Giakchun Its arms of fly-dnacing in heaven with colored belt on body has almost the form of play on the musical instrument, We can see seasily the form in the painting of Buddist ser-mon. It was progressed and changed with the background of chinese traditional culture. When Dang's period came the color was chan-ged lighting dark blue has rhythmical and viv-id power of life. 4. Among the corpus of song's words which express the singers' system and rites of their tradition or habits. Dunhuang manuscripts des-cribes on behalf of the folk song's words in tra-ditional costume. As the same time it reflects ancient China's characteristics directly. I would endeavor to development for the history of the costume furher creative design and participat-ed in research activity with concerns forward continuously.
