  • This study surveyed customers regarding their recognition and preference attributes for Japanese food. The results showed that the percentage preferring Japanese food was approximately 41.2%. The primary reason for this preference was 'taste' with 72.7% and 'sanitation' with 6.5%. The favorite Japanese food was sushi(41.3%) costing in the range of \$10,000{\sim}20,000$. Correlations analysis on the satisfaction between general characteristics and Japanese food showed there were significant differences among ages(p<0.l), and men rather than women those residing in Seoul rather than other areas, and university graduates rather than those with other educational degrees showed higher satisfaction with Japanese food. Regarding occupation, office workers with monthly incomes from \$2,000,000{\sim}3,000,000$ showed higher satisfaction. The trend for using Japanese take-out food was low(59.4%) and the drawbacks for using take-out food were 'poor quality' (39.3%) and 'expensive price'(24.7%).

The preference analysis on food sensitivity adjectives is measured on 5-point scale by preferring degree on each adjectives. And it is calculated on the sensitivities for the SD method that is used for finding whether it is strong or not on food image stimulus which was photographed on the 8 restaurants in Seoul. We found the outcome as follows. The most preferred sensitivity adjective is 'cleanness', and the worst preferred one is 'unshapliness'. It is differed on genders by $95\%$ confidence interval. The attractiveness, simplicity, richness, comfort and elegance are derived from the result of factor analysis for food color sensitivity. The yellow or orange color foods are main one for the simplicity and comfort. The orange color food are fit on richness and elegance factor, and it will be most effective if choosing the color more similar to brown one.

  • Purpose: With the rapid information distribution of sport-related SNS, sport industry has utilized SNS as technical solution to distribute sport and health-related information. The current study examined the effect of SNS information use for running-specific content on running engagement and psychological well-being. Research design, data and methodology: Data were collected via online survey of participants in marathon events of United States. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square test were conducted to compare demographics and psycho-behavioral outcomes among SNS information users and non-users for running-specific contents. Multivariate hierarchical regression was next employed to examine research hypotheses. Results: A mass-participant running event was used to test seven hypotheses related to the potential role of SNS for running content in promoting running engagement and life satisfaction. In general, findings revealed that use of SNS for running content along with frequency of use can perhaps facilitate running intensity and influence participation in running-related outdoor activities. Furthermore, while overall life satisfaction did not appear to be influenced by use of SNS for running content, there was a demonstrated influence on the individual satisfaction domains. Conclusions: The findings of current study suggest that sport SNS is information distribution media enhancing users' engagement and their six life satisfaction domains. Further implications were discussed.

Population with multiplicity type out of the above-stated three types accounted for the highest conflict rates, while population with 'adaptation' type accounted for the lowest conflict rates. Lastly, expectations to family counselors' cultural competence made the significant difference among each population. Population with multiplicity type showed the highest expectation levels on expectations to family counselors' cultural competence, while population with undifferentiated type showed the lowest levels.

  • An experiment on strawberry (Fragaria Grandflora EHRH) was conducted in order to compare the effect of two compound fertilizers made for this crop, by Kyonggi Chemical Crop. LTD. with that of muriate of potash, sulfate of potash and ammonium nitrate in a farmer's vinylhouse during the winter period of 1984 to 1985. Results obtained are as follows; 1. The effect of compound fertilizers on the growth, number of inflorescences and yield of strawberry showed no significant difference from the effect of muriate of potash, sulfate of potash and ammonium nitrate. But the former increased the content of reduced, and total sugars soluble in diluted acid in the juice of strawberry. 2. As a whole, sulfate of potash increased sugar content in strawberry juice more than muriate of potash, which became the reason to increase the sugar content in the strawberry juice harvested from the compound fertilizer plots.

  • A clubfoot is a kind of congenital deformity of foot, which is internally rotated at the ankle. In this paper, we are going to cluster the curves of relative differences between regular and operated feet. Since these curves are irregular and sparsely sampled, general clustering models could not be applied. So the clustering model for sparsely sampled functional data by James and Sugar (2003) are applied and parameters are estimated using EM algorithm. The number of clusters is determined by the distortion function (Sugar and James, 2003) and two clusters of the curves are found.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the case of 'drive-thru' services newly introduced and tried in libraries in Korea under the influence of COVID-19, and to develop and propose a service model so that this service can be continuously applied to all libraries in the future. Therefore, the method of study was selected and analyzed by selecting one of the representative libraries that provide related services in Seoul Special City, Incheon Metropolitan City, and Anyang City of Gyeonggi Province. In addition, a focus group interview was conducted with twelve people in charge to find a way to apply the drive-thru service to the library. As a result, the library's drive-thru service is a way to fulfill the library's original purpose of providing information materials while minimizing faceto-face contact with users. It was concluded that it is a suitable method for a library of complex buildings, where there is a lack of parking space. In addition, it was deduced that it may be one of the ways to use the library efficiently for office workers who are unable to use library services during the opening hours. Therefore, if the drive-thru service is implemented according to the developed model, it is expected to increase the library visit rate and data utilization rate.

  • Purpose - This study empirically analyzes the effects of social responsibility activities (legal, charitable, environmental, ethical) of franchised chain hotels on customer value and SNS citizenship behavior. Furthermore, this study examines mediating role of customer value on SNS citizenship behavior. Design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted on customers residing in Korea who had visited the franchised chain hotels in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and other regions, over a period of three months (from October 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016). There were a total of 426 valid samples, and the hypotheses were tested through hierarchical analysis. Results - First, among the social responsibility activities of franchised chain hotels, all four factors of legal, charitable, environmental, and ethical responsibilities had a statistically significant positive effect on customer value. Second, among the social responsibility activities of franchised chain hotels, all four factors had a statistically significant positive effect on SNS citizenship behavior. Third, customer value had a statistically significant positive effect on SNS citizenship behavior. Conclusions - Since social responsibility activities are utilized as a means of direct marketing, for creating and selling images of products and services of franchised chain hotels, it is necessary to become a fixed form of corporate culture.
