This study conducted a comparative analysis of awareness level of review standards, continuing education, and awareness about the need for speciality and educational courses in order to improve quality of Korean health insurance review work and to present directions for policies of personnel development and continuing education to smoothly perform hospital's insurance claim work and Agency's review work. The analysis unit of the study is individuals, and survey was conducted among hospital's claim officers and Agency' review officers by distributing questionnaires. The major results of the study are as follows: First, it is found that hospital's claim officers and Agency's review officers have conflicting awareness about review standards; more Agency's review officers think that current review standards are universal and reasonable, while more hospital's claim officers believe that they need to be revised. Especially, hospital's claim officers replied that it is possible that review results can differ according to government's policies. Second, there is no significant difference between the two groups in the opinion that there are individual differences in awareness level of review standard. In particular, both groups share the opinion that review results can differ according to officer's interpretation of review standards. Third, Both review officer groups feel the need for further training and continuing education. Fourth, there is no difference between the two groups in the opinion that both groups members should be educated in review related educational institutions. However, while 81.5% of Agency's review officers the education should be offered at the Agency, only 45.2% of hospital's claim officers agreed to it. Fifth, both review personnel do not show any difference in awareness of needed experience to successfully perform review work; both groups replied that three to four years experience is necessary to smoothly perform claim work and review work. This study was tried in order to search for directions to improve Korean insurance review work in quality rather than to explore characteristics themselves of individual factors. In this sense, this study presupposed an intention that the educational subjects for further training and continuing education for the two groups should be the same in order to narrow the awareness gap between hospital's claim officers and Agency's review officers. Thus, this study suggests that it is desirable to offer beginner courses at junior colleges or in undergraduate courses and advanced courses in professional graduate school for six to twelve months. In that a comparison of awareness level of hospital's claim officers and Agency's review officers who are actually in practice should precede appropriate presentation of directions for the qualitative improvement of insurance review work in Korea, the significance of this study lies in comparatively analyzing the awareness level of hospital's claim officers and Agency's review officers and in presenting the establishment of future further training and continuing education.

본 연구는 비판과학 관점에서 행동의 개념을 분석하고, 교사교육 측면에서 가정과 교사 행동주체성을 탐색하고자 하였으며, 다음과 같은 내용을 함축하고 있다. 첫째, 행동의 개념은 인간이 자신의 의도를 포함하는 활동이며, 설정된 목적과 결정에 도달하려는 고유한 정체성을 드러낼 수 있는 능력으로 공적 영역에서 상호의미에 의해 파악될 수 있다. 둘째, 교사 행위주체성은 교사가 가진 전문적인 경험과 문화적·구조적 측면에서 영향을 받고 있으며, 개인과 공동체의 자기주도적이고 협력적 관계를 촉진할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 나갈 수 있다. 가정과 교사는 행위주체성이 발휘되는 상황과 결과에 대한 성찰을 통해 이성적으로 판단하여 숙고하고 행동할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 가정과 교사는 행위주체성을 바탕으로 가정과 교육의 가치와 역할, 목적의식에 대해 비판적으로 성찰하고 사유할 수 있다. 교사의 행위주체성 자체는 완성되는 것이라기보다는 이루려고 하는 과정이 중요하며, 교사 서로 간의 지각된 상호이해를 통해 지속성을 갖고 발전해나갈 수 있다. 따라서 가정과 교사 행위주체성의 개념화는 교사의 행동에서 드러나는 실천을 이해하려는 것이며, 이는 전문적 지식과 경험을 공유하는 상호주체적 환경조성을 통해 교사의 사고와 성찰을 강화하는 기제로 작용할 수 있기에 학교 현장의 환경적 지원이 요구된다.

Virtual Reality (VR) has been widely used in various applications to generate realistic virtual environments. A sense of immersion can be increased by providing additional stimuli such as tactile sensation to VR contents. However, it is still challenging to provide a realistic feel for the wind blowing over the whole body by smoothly controlling the airflow. To address this issue, we employ a household electric fan as a wind generating device to provide users with wind experience in VR environments. The wind generating device targets the whole body to mimic the wind we feel outside in our daily life. To do so, we present a low-cost method to smoothly control household fan speed using an Arduino microcontroller. Here, we use the Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) technique to generate the sinusoidal voltage required to drive the fan motor. Our experimental results show how Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) is implemented at a low cost using our method for household fan speed control. The results can be applied to various VR applications to enhance the sense of immersion by providing users with realistic wind.

Sometimes, literary therapy is to create an abscission layer at the mind and remove the signifier of love, by the abscission layer. The purpose of this study is to reveal the mechanism of literary therapy by mutation in human-created sentences and to activate literary therapy. In Gosijo, the abscission layer of Seo Gyeongdok's mind is present in the layer of the "falling leaf" of the his Sijo's last sentence, and the abscission layer of Hwang Jin-yi's mind exists in the layer of the "falling leaf" of the her Sijo's last sentence. The "falling leaf" created by the abscission layer of Seo Gyeongdok's sentence acts as an action potential to the nervous system of Hwang Jin-yi. In Hwang Jin-yi's Sijo, the abscission layer is also activated, forming a "leaf". Hwang Jin-yi's Sijo constructs a new sensory layer that is extended and mutated more than the meaning of space between lines of Seo Gyeongdok's Sijo. In her Sijo, Hwang Jin-yi twists and twists Seo Gyeongdok's sentences to squeeze the sound. She accepts the Seo Gyeongdok's sentences and twists in the first sentence and twists out of the second sentence once more to produce the mutation in the last sentence. As a result of her sentence twist, Seo Kyung-duk's visual sense of "falling leaf" is mutated into a "falling leaf's sound" of auditory sense. This mutation process works as a healing mechanism in the human body. If this study will continue in the future, it will be possible to activate literary therapy by Sijo.

This study investigates the characteristics of VR stores that emerged as new fashion communication media. Two case studies on Hyundai and eBay VR Department stores were conducted along with a discussion of the function and meaning of the fashion VR store. The results showed that both stores provide novel shopping experiences; however, the two were differentiated in terms of production method and technology implementation level. Functional aspects such as providing shopping efficiency and purchasing service was insufficient in both stores. Instead, they were complementing by means of product rotation, recommendation system, voice guidance, or linkage with an online shopping mall. In experiential aspects, both stores provided a strong sense of immersion. Hyundai VR store enhanced immersion with a high resolution image of a real offline store; however, it lacked in the ability to provide multisensory stimulation such as kinetic sense or auditory stimulation. The eBay VR Department store intensified the immersion experience by providing auditory stimulation as well as visual stimulation that enhanced the speed and distance sense through the utilization of animation. However, the extent of experience was limited in terms of agency and transformation because of the low interactivity found in both store systems.

본 연구는 Cakewalk By Bandlab(이하 Cakewalk)과 TTS-1의 접근성 평가의 후속연구로, Cakewalk가 기본으로 제공하는 VSTi 형식의 SI-Drum의 기본 접근성을 평가하고 접근방법을 연구하기 위한 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 스크린리더 사용자가 SI-Drum을 사용하여 국가직무능력표준(NCS) [가상악기 에디팅하기] 작업을 수행할 수 있는 지에 대한 기본 접근성이 소프트웨어 개발자 관점에서 평가되었다. 또한, Cakewalk 단축키 등록 기능, MIDI 기능, 센스리더 기능을 활용한 확장된 접근성이 평가되고 접근방법이 모색되었다. 본 연구 결과, SI-Drum의 기본 접근성은 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 센스리더의 마우스 기능과 위치기억 기능을 중심으로 사용하는 확장된 접근 기능을 활용하면 [가상악기 에디팅하기] 작업을 수행할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 이 작업도 각 컨트롤에 접근할 수 있는 위치기억 목록을 만들고 저장하기 위한 정안인의 도움이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 스크린리더 사용자가 더 효율적으로 작업을 수행하기 위해서는 기본 접근성 확보가 우선 필요하고, 이를 위한 Cakewalk와 센스리더의 개선사항이 제안되었다.

본 연구에서는 학습자의 인식적 행위주체성을 촉진하기 위하여 인식적 목표를 명시화하는 지식 구성 활동을 설계하여 초등 예비교사를 위한 생물학 강좌에 도입하였고, 이 활동에 참여한 예비교사들이 어떠한 유형의 인식적 목표를 어떻게 고안하였으며, 이 목표를 중심으로 정교한 수준의 인식적 특성을 지닌 지식 구성 활동이 형성되도록 촉진하거나 이를 제한한 요인을 탐색했다. 이를 위해 활동에 참여한 예비교사들의 실행 및 산출물을 녹음 및 수집했으며, 녹음 자료는 전사하여 본 연구의 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 예비교사들이 고안한 인식적 목표의 유형은 '자연 현상에 대한 의미 형성하기', '실용적 선택안 제시하기', '문제 현상의 기작에 기반한 해결책 제시하기'로 도출되었다. 각 인식적 목표 유형은 예비교사들이 탐구하기로 선정한 자연 현상에 대한 지식을 바탕으로 어떠한 결론을 얻고자 하는가에 따라 서로 다르게 고안되었다. 예비교사가 인식적 목표를 명시화하는 활동 구조는 이들이 근거 기반의 지식 주장 정당화가 수반되는 지식 구성 활동을 고안하도록 촉진할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 예비교사가 고안한 지식은 지식의 본성 측면에서 주로 현상에 관한 기술에 그쳤으며, 현상의 기작에 관한 설명 구성은 자연 현상이 일어나는 기작에 대한 의미를 형성하고자 하거나 현상의 기작에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 문제해결을 위한 해결책을 제시하고자 계획할 때 나타났다. 그러나 예비교사들이 활용 가능한 시간적·물리적 자원의 한계에 따라 기작에 대한 설명 산출 과정에서 정교한 수준의 인식적 특성을 지닌 지식 구성 활동이 제한될 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 학습자의 인식적 행위주체성을 촉진하는 교수학습 전략의 고안 및 인식적 행위주체성을 중심으로 한 예비교사 교육에 대한 논의에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 정부의 국제환경규범 결정과정에 영향을 줄 수 있는 이익집단들의 정치적 행동을 조감하는데 필요한 정치경제학 모형을 제시한다. 복잡하고 다양한 이익집단의 집단행동을 분석하기 위해서 본 연구는 최근 유행하는 메뉴 옥션 유형의 선거비용 기부 모형으로부터 시작하여 다수 조정자-다수 대리인 이론에 근거하는 국제 이익집단 정치와 더불어 공동 대리인 모형과 다수 조정자-다수 대리인 모델이 혼재되어 있는 경우까지 조감하였다. 국제무역이론의 특정생산요소 모형을 바탕으로 다양한 이익집단 정치경제모형에서 결정될 수 있는 균형 환경규범의 수준을 분석하여 근래 점증하는 환경주의자 이익집단의 정치적 역할 등을 가늠하도록 한다. 2국 소국가 개방경제를 가정하여 각국의 일방적인 환경규범입안은 매우 완화된 수준에서 이루어질 것이고 이 때문에 초래되는 외부효과는 정부 간 협력을 통하여 내재화될 수 있다는 종래의 이론적 주장에서 탈피하여 국가 간 협력을 통하여 달성될 수 있는 최적의 국제환경규범 수준이 동일한 이익을 추구하는 각국의 이익집단 간의 협력을 통해서도 가능함을 지적한다.

본 연구는 소구경 화기의 총열 수명 신뢰성 분석에 대한 내용이다. 연구의 진행은 총열의 잔여수명을 예측할 수 있는 변수를 선정하는 것에서 출발하였으며 기존의 예측기법인 총열의 내경을 Gage 계측을 통해 확인하여 마모정도를 측정하는 방법과는 달리, 야전에서 사용가능한 분산도와 사격량과의 관계를 예측하여 총열의 신뢰성 및 잔여수명 예측에 대한 가설을 설정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 실사격을 통해 수행한 선행시험을 통해 나온 결과를 바탕으로 회귀분석 기법을 통해 적합한 실험식을 유도한 이후 검증시험을 통해 수식이 사용 가능함을 확인하였으며, 사용군의 운용시험을 통해 검증하고 결과를 분석하였다.

코로나-19를 계기로 비대면 서비스를 선호하는 소비자가 많아지고 배달 앱 이용이 폭발적으로 증가하면서 새로운 배달 문화를 형성하고 있다. 한편, 민간배달 앱의 플랫폼 독점과 중개 수수료 인상 등의 사회적 문제가 등장하자 이를 해결하고자 2020년부터 많은 지자체에서는 공공배달 앱을 출시하고 있다. 그러나, 기존 민간배달 앱 사용에 익숙한 소비자는 거주하는 지역의 공공 배달 앱 존재를 인지하지 못하고 있으며 이용율이 낮은 편이다. 본 연구에서는 지역공동체의식과 서비스 품질(정보품질, 배달품질)이 공공배달 앱 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구결과 지역공동체의식과 정보품질은 공공배달 앱 이용태도에 유의한 영향을 주지만 배달품질은 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공공배달 앱 이용태도는 공공배달 앱 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 동시에 지역공동체의식, 정보품질과 공공배달 앱 이용의도의 관계에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 공공배달 앱 활성화를 위해서는 홍보와 마케팅뿐만 아니라 지역공동체의식 강화 노력과 함께 정보품질 향상을 위한 상품 검색, 사용자 리뷰 조회 등 사용자 편의성 개선을 위한 노력도 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
