The senior welfare centers should provide integrated welfare services to the elderly whose needs are in change. So this paper tried to find a direction for improvement by identifying the spatial organization of the centers which are in Yeosu, Suncheon and Gwangyang. Classification of spaces of senior welfare center followed the guidelines 2020 for senior welfare center from Ministry of Health and Welfare which are consultation, medical rehabilitation, day or short-term protection, social education, home welfare, employment, welfare and public relations and PR planning and by adding management and public space. The above factors are invested and analyzed. The results of the survey and analysis of seven senior welfare centers are as follows. First, in the survey, the spatial organization of the senior welfare centers surveyed showed that the larger the size is, the dominantly lager the social education space is. Second, the space for day or short-term care, and employment is less than 1% of the total area, and most senior welfare centers do not have a basic space for this. Third, the space related to home welfare and counseling is very small, and more than half of the senior welfare centers do not have space related to it.

Project managers play a key role in cost, time, and quality of a project. Selection of an appropriate project manager, therefore, is considered as one of the most important decisions in any construction project. It should be noted that most important decision makings are carried out by the project manager throughout the project. Traditionally, project manager selection in construction companies in Iran is through organizing an interview with candidates and selecting the most appropriate choice in accordance with the capabilities, potentials and individual specifications coupled with the requirements of the project. In the same direction, organizing interview on selection of appropriate candidate is usually carried out by senior managers of companies. Determination of the most important criteria for selection of project managers and also identification of significance coefficient of each criterion can highly help senior managers of companies to make sound selection decisions. In this paper, a numerical model has been considered for determination of significance of each criterion, details of which are submitted for selection of project manager in Iranian petrochemical, oil and gas sector companies. For this reason, all criteria- considered by senior managers of the companies under study- are first determined. Then, information obtained through 38 interviews, conducted by senior managers of the mentioned companies while selecting project manager, is analyzed. Significant coefficient of each criterion is calculated through the accumulated data using fuzzy curves method.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the preliminary data for the improvement of the senior centers' indoor environment and the upcoming progress located in rural areas. In wanju county, 81.8% of seniors were enrolled in senior centers, and used the facility everyday. Also, most of the users tended to use the facilities between 12 a.m. and 6 p.m. The majority of users had lunch at the senior centers. The facilities of most senior centers were in poor condition, and some had their restroom outdoor. Also, most senior centers are exposed to high concentrations of carbon dioxide during winter. During this season, the thermal environment in the restroom was bad. However, the users' level of the facilities' satisfaction was positive. Senior centers have been operating the facilities with difficulties, due to the low financial support from the local autonomous organization. The indoor temperature in most centers, especially, was above $30^{\circ}C$ during summer on account of lack of funding for airconditioning. Therefore, it could be recommended that the local autonomous entity start regular check-ups and repairs for the poor indoor environment and facilities, with more financial support and active supervision of the management.
Purpose: The purposes of this study were to develop a nursing assessment tool for senior center nurses, and to test its feasibility and content validity. Methods: The study utilized a psychometric test design. Preliminary items were developed based on geriatric health needs and Gordon's 11 domains of functioning health. Initially, the tool was evaluated for content validity and feasibility. Then, it was administered among 195 older adults in a senior center by a gerontological nurse practitioner. Data were analyzed to describe the nursing problems of the senior center older adults. Results: The final version of the nursing assessment tool consisted of 27 items. The internal consistency, measured with the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, was .74. The result of the assessment showed that senior center older adults had high nursing needs in the area of management of chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, and lipids), dental care, community relations, safety, elder abuse, health behaviors (such as drinking), mental health (depression, suicide, and cognitive function), and health consultations. Conclusion: The new tool was feasible for use with senior center participants, and it was evaluated as having high content validity by senior center nurses.
In this paper, we suggest a new spatial information system called video GIS where video is used for spatial data construction and is integrated with map. We develop a prototype system of video GIS and apply it to roadside facility management. The main functions supported by the suggested system are data collection, coordinate calculation and conversion, data construction, analysis, searching, and browsing. The stereo images and corresponding position data are collected by a vehicle named 4S-Van that has GPS, IMU, and cameras. The 3-D coordinates of the objects in the images, such as road sign, signal lamp, and building, can be calculated and constructed from the collected data. The spatial objects are displayed on both image and map, and can be searched and browsed, which enables visual and realistic browsing and management of spatial objects. Compared to conventional field survey used in roadside facility management, the method enables faster, easier, and more efficient construction of spatial data. The suggested video GIS can be applied not only to roadside facility management but also to many similar projects of central or local governments that are related to GIS.

In order to get the practical suggestions concerning the development of the domestic senior facilities in the rural area, a survey was made in the Philippines and Thailand to grip the policies and programs for senior, by visiting the government institute and senior village facilities. As for the Philippines, Philippine Retirement Authority was attracting investment of foreigners and individuals having Philippine citizenship, by issuing SRRV(the Special Resident Retiree's Visa), and as for Thailand, the Thai Longstay Management Company Limited was providing membership system for the abode of foreigners. In case of the domestic residence for seniors, it is suggested that the development of the senior housing community be designed in accordance with the diversified purposes of residence; that is, the prime concern of the community should be reflected on the characteristics of the retiree group (such as the lifestyle, health situation, etc), and at the same time, special concern also be showed on managing the community club house facilities, and keeping the amicable relations between the retiree residents and the local villagers.

This study explores the reporting tendencies of project managers when sending a status reports to their respective senior managers in information systems development project. It also examines the effect of selective reporting on report quality and systems development performance. The research model is proposed based on literature survey as well as key points from Iacovou et al. [2009] which is an extension of selective reporting in information systems project. Analysis of responses from 257 project managers in information systems industry indicates that pessimistic reporting by project managers has negative effect on both report quality (mediator variable) and systems development performance, while optimistic reporting has no significant effect on systems development performance. The CEO interest has an impact on the senior manager's power, which in turn leads to optimistic reporting by project managers. The senior manager's character has an impact on the senior manager's leadership, which in turn leads to pessimistic reporting. No direct relationship exists either between CEO interest and optimistic reporting or between senior manager's character and pessimistic reporting. In addition, trust toward the senior managers is significantly related to pessimistic reporting. Finally, report tendencies are also found to be affected by the active/passive characteristics of project managers.

The purpose of this study was to find out the moving motivation of senior cohousing inhabitants in Scandinavian countries, which experienced change of typical nuclear family structure and higher vocational activity rates of women, earlier than East Asian countries. Cohousing schemes were evolved as an alternative housing to reduce housework for working women, and to reduce loneliness of elderly people by promoting active mutual relationship among inhabitants in the community. This paper described why the elderly moved to senior cohousing in Sweden and Denmark. The project was carried out by social survey. 935 postal questionnaires were sent from April to May 2002 to 28 senior cohousing communities throughout Denmark and Sweden. Of those, 536 replies (57.3%) were collected and analyzed by SPSS program. 19 moving motivations were discussed connected with the variables such as characteristics of residents, community-initiative, and dwelling size. As a result ideology of senior cohousing, wanting to be free from housing management and physical attraction of the building could be interpreted as main reasons to make inhabitants move to senior cohousing community. The important variables affecting moving motivation were found out as living situation and community-initiative. This findings could be used for some information to architects, designers and decision makers who intend to develope senior cohousing projects in the near future in Korea as well as Scandinavian countries.
The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics such as spatial composition, areas, location of functional unit space and comparing the type and the number of operating programs by type of managements of multipurpose senior center in Youngnam metro area. first, the consignation management facilities had functional unit space of 152 things and the direct management facilities had 115 things. When comparing average areas composition ratio, direct management is public welfare, social education, public part, medical and rehabilitation order and consignation management is public part, social education, public welfare and rest part order. Second, medical part must be located around the first floor or the elevator, because many people can frequently use this area at the same time. Third, as a result of analysis of management programs indicated that the total number of programs is as a whole 74 things a range of $min12\~max20$ in the each direct management facilities and 111 things a range of $min20\~max24$ in the each in the each consignation management facilities. This fact shows that consignation management provided many people with more various programs than direct management. Finally, the number of staff in the direct management is less than consignation management. When comparing programs per staff and space, the direct and consignation management each appeared (2.74, 0.64) and (1.35, 0.73). This fact implied that the consignation management was more specialized than direct management in the service and function.
The Homeshare program, which was introduced in 2012, has been implemented with the purpose of reduction of housing costs for young students and economic support for the senior to prevent isolation and help themselves. Nonetheless, the program has not being activated and the research about it has not progressed well. Therefore, this study as a basic research of the program aims to analyze and evaluate the program in progress in district offices to push it forward. This study was undertaken on documentary research and interviews, which analyzed advanced researches and open materials from the websites of district offices. The interviews were conducted in 4 gu-district offices (Nowon-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Seodaemun-gu, and Seongdong-gu) and did interviews with officials in charge on July in 2015. The result of this study is as follows. First, the Homeshare is being activated around the university town, which has advantage of housing welfare aspects for young students and social welfare aspects for the senior. Second, the support structures of the Homeshare can be categorized as the gu-districts offices, local resources and different structures funded by the Seoul City. Third, the process of the Homeshare takes 5 steps consisted of advertisement, reception/counseling, matching, contract, follow-up management. Fourth, the matching makes it a rule to match the same gender considering safety. In the case of the participation of the official in charge, it has a advantage of solving problems that can occur when the matching, which can lead to smooth progress. Fifth, joint consultation is divided into the contract among participants and the contract between participants and the gu-district office. Sixth, the follow-up management takes rather passive approaches such as calls once or twice a month and visits when necessary. For the activation of the Homeshare, it is required to improve it through the various methods such as regular visits, satisfaction researches and so on. This study resulted from investigating and analyzing the Homeshare operation system between generations will be considered to be a reference to the underlying management.
