노년기 여성의 의복구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Clothing Purchasing Behavior of Elderly Women)

  • The increasing number of senior citizens, combined with the power of purchasing due to discretionary income have vaulted the elderly into the position of an attractive future target market. Therefore, it would be crucial for marketers to understand elderly's purchasing behavior. The purpose of this study was to identify clothing purchasing behavior of elderly women. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 600 women over 55 years of age. However, the sample that was analyzed fer statistical analysis was involved 418 elderly women. Statistical analysis were majorly descriptives such as frequencies and percentages. The major results of this study were summarized as follows. 1. In relation to problem recognition in purchasing process, motives of purchasing apparel were identified as a happy event in home such as a wedding and a birthday, a change of seasons and a casual discovery of a suitable clothing in shopping, in orders. 2. In relation to information search, important information on apparel and fashionability were thought as display racks in a store, opinion from friends and family and fashionability from others or streets, in orders. 3. In relation to selecting a store in purchasing process, older consumers assessed that attractive price, design suited to my age, variety in one store and apparel product quality were important store attributes, in orders. In terms of a purchase place, older consumers purchased clothing mainly on department stores, wholesale stores such as Namdaemoon or Dongdaemoon market, mainly retail stores located close to home and discount stores of well known brand, in orders. 4. In relation to alternative evaluation in purchasing process, older consumeres considered that style or appearance suited to me, color, design, comfort and fitness were important selection criteria, in orders. 5. In relation to purchase choice, 61.7% of the respondents paid money by themselves and 68.9% paid on cash in purchasing apparel. 6. In relation to outcomes of purchase, older consumers solved their complaint against a unsatisfactory product mainly by returning the unsatisfactory clothing. Also, there were those who took no action against the unsatisfactory product and who altered the clothing for fitness by themselves.

도시철도 철도안전사상사고 대응체계현황 분석을 통한 개선방향 도출 (Improvement Directions through the Analysis of the Current States of Response Systems against Railway Casualties and Accidents of Urban Railways)

  • 본 논문에서는 철도안전과 관련된 규정들을 검토하고 역 근무자 인터뷰, 8개의 도시철도 운영기관(서울도시시철도공사, 서울메트로, 인천교통고사 등)의 현재 실시하고 있는 예방대책 현황조사를 통하여 사고감소를 위한 적극적인 예방대책 수행에 어려움을 미치는 근본원인을 관련 규정의 미흡, 조직문화와 근무환경, 소극적인 운영기관의 예방대책으로 도출하고 이를 통하여 3가지 개선방향을 도출하였다. 우선 도시철도 철도안전사상사고 행동 규정 제작을 제안하였으며, 대학생 안전도우미 활용 및 운영기관 고위 관리자의 안전 교육 등 조직문화와 근무환경 개선을 위한 방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 적극적인 사고예방캠페인, 이용객의 교육 참여를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 사고감소를 위한 개선방향은 향후 운영기관의 예방대책 수립시 가이드라인의 역할을 담당할 것이라 사료된다.

노인복지시설의 급식관리 및 영양 건강 증진에 관한 연구 - 급식과 건강관리 - (Management of Food Service and Health Care in Long-Term Care in Korea - Food Service and Health Care -)

  • With increases in senior citizens and changes in family structure, the need for long-term care system for elderly is increasing, however, the capacity and environment of Korean facilities are very limited. Health and nutritional status of long-term care residents are worse than free-living elderly. In this study, general food service management and health care practices in long-term care systems were investigated. Questionnaire were sent to the directors of all 162 long-term care facilities in Korea and 81 returned the complete answers. The results showed 1) There are slow but steady increase in long-term care systems in Korea, however, the capacity is far from adequate. Less than 10,000 elderly were resided in the facilities. Most of the systems were free-nursing homes and supported by the goverment. Staffing structure revealed that most of the facilities had a director, a secretary, nurses, but only 21% of the systerm hired a dietitian. It showed the shortage of nurses, physical therapists, and dietitians. Therefore, food purchasing, menu planning, food delivery, and the other food service management processes are handled by non-professionals, such as director, secretary, or cooks. Modified fool frequency questionnaire were used to get the frequencies of each food items used in menu and a menu-analysis was made on the one-day menu provided by the facilities. The results showed relatively satisfactory in nutrients content and food frequencies., however, this was about what was used in menu, not what was eaten by the residents. Therefore this results did not tell that the food intake status of individuals. In most facilities general health checkup was done on a regular basis, and had residents with various chronic degenerative diseases, such as hypertension, neuralgia, stroke, arthritis, diabetes. But the items checked on health checkup included weight, height, blood and urine tests, X-ray test, which suggested that the checkup lists should be revised to accomodate the health problem of the aged today.

전통음료 인지도에 관련된 제요인 분석 (Analytic Study on Various Factors Related to Perception of Traditional Beverage)

  • Traditional Korean beverage can be divided into Jang, Gahl Soo, Mi Su, Soo Jung Gwa, Shick Hae, Tahng, Hwa Chae, Sook Su, and Tea according to ingredients and how it is proccessed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Korean beverage percetpion and to analyze the factors (sociodemographic factors and life-style related factors) which influence percetpion of Korean beverage. Questionnaries were hand delivered to 2,200 subject residing in Seoul and 1,884 questionnaris were collected : resulting in 84% response rate. Statistical data analysis was completed using SAS Package program for the analysis of covariance(ANOCOVA).The results are as follows: (a) Survey on Korean beverage perception showed that the recognition rates of ShickHae(58.4%), Cition Tea(53.5%), Sung Nung(48.7%) and Soo Jung Gwa(40.8%) were high, whereas those for Tahng, Jang, and Gahl Soo were low.(b) About 40% of respondents performing 4 kinds of Korean traditional ceremony a year The percentage that reported they purchased Korean beverages was 44.0%, higher than the 38.5% that answered they made Korean beverage at home.(c) In analyzing the factors which influence beverage perception, the sociodemographic factors variously influenced perception rate depending on beverage. Age and sex had influenced on perception rate of Shick Hae and Donggulre Tea. Income level influenced on the perception rate of Sung Nung and Citron Tea. Sociodemograhpic factors like senior over 50s, female and extended family size had positive influence on the perception rate.

조리·외식 전공자의 일반적 특성에 따른 학교지원, 진로결정 자기효능감, 학교만족 및 학습지속의향 차이 분석 (Analysis of Differences in School Support, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, School Satisfaction and Learning Persistence Perceived by University Students - Targeting Students Majoring in Culinary Art and Food Service -)

  • This study evaluated methods of improving sustained learning participation by examining the structural relationship of school support consisting of professor support, friend-senior support and educational environment support, career decisionmaking self-efficacy, school satisfaction, and learning persistence depending on the characteristics of college students majoring in culinary art and food service. The study findings were as follows. First, the general characteristics of college students majoring in culinary art and food service were perceived significantly more by female students than by male students. Second, school support directly influenced the career decision-making self-efficacy and school satisfaction, but did not directly influence the learning persistence. Instead, school support influenced school satisfaction and learning persistence indirectly by the medium of career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy directly influenced school satisfaction and learning persistence and indirectly influenced learning persistence by the medium of school satisfaction. Lastly, school satisfaction directly influenced the learning persistence, implying that school satisfaction is an important factor for the learning persistence of college students majoring in culinary art and food service. These results show that, because school members and environmental support cannot exclusively make learning persistence, diverse systems and programs must be developed and applied to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy and school satisfaction of college students majoring in culinary art and food service.

자가 테이핑요법이 노인의 무릎통증과 신체기능에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Self Taping Therapy on Knee Pain and Physical Functions in Older Adult)

  • 본 연구는 자가 테이핑 요법이 노인의 무릎통증과 신체기능에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위해 시도된 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 이용한 유사 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 본 연구에 참여하기로 동의한 무릎통증이 있는 노인 69명(실험군 33명, 대조군 36명)이다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 카이제곱검증과 t-test로 분석하였다. 69명의 연구대상자에게 무릎통증과 신체기능을 측정한 후 실험군을 대상으로 무릎테이핑 방법에 대한 사항을 교육한 후 1일 1회 교체방식으로 일주일 동안 스스로 무릎에 테이핑을 적용한 결과 실험군의 무릎통증이 감소되고 신체기능의 어려움이 감소된 결과를 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 자가 테이핑 요법이 노인의 무릎통증 감소와 신체기능의 어려움 감소에 효과가 있음이 확인되었으므로, 무릎통증이 있는 노인들을 대상으로 본 연구에 사용된 자가 테이핑 요법을 교육할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하기 위해 노력하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구 대상은 80세 미만의 노인이었으므로 초기, 중기, 후기 등 다양한 연령의 노인들을 대상으로 연구를 실시하여 연령별 효과를 확인하는 연구를 제언한다.

Towards Integrating the Knowledge Management Mechanisms to Employ Innovation Factors within Universities: Critical Appraisal Study

  • The knowledge management was considered as the inevitable result of the rule of knowledge in this era, and its importance became clear in being the main source for achieving success, the need to consider and manage knowledge as an independent field that must be addressed with a clear scientific methodology has become intangible - they are very valuable and a strategic asset. On the other hand, the innovation process relates to all parts of the organization, and helps to improve the behavioral patterns of individuals and their attitudes towards adopting modern and innovative ideas, it is a purposeful process adopted by the senior management and works to provide the capabilities and requirements for embodying the innovative behavior in it. In the field of dealing with the market, it is a product of the organization's innovative approach, which aims at advancement, change, and intended and organized renewal. The main objective of this article is to determine the most appropriate ways to integrate knowledge management mechanisms to employ innovation factors within universities based on the role of universities in supporting innovation. This was achieved through reviewing many relevant research and listing the most prominent concepts of knowledge management, its importance, objectives, and processes determining the stages of knowledge management application, the requirements for applying knowledge management, and the obstacles that impede its application; Then the statement "Innovation in universities, through which it addressed the concept of innovation, its importance, stages, and requirements for its application, as well as identifying the most prominent models of innovation, and obstacles to innovation, in addition to that the role of universities in supporting innovation will be identified. From the surveyed study done in this article, we concluded that the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge management and innovation capability can provide useful insights for managers regarding developing a strong culture, promote knowledge management practices effectively and eventually enhance the whole organization's innovation capability. Also, we found that different components of Knowledge Management as Knowledge activities, Knowledge types, transformation of knowledge and technology have a significant positive effect in bringing innovation through transformation of knowledge into knowledge assets in universities.

간호대학생의 코로나19 예방접종의도 영향요인: 건강신념모델을 중심으로 (Factors Associated with COVID-19 Vaccination intention among Nursing Students: Applying the Health Belief Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 코로나19 예방접종 의도에 미치는 영향요인을 건강신념모델에 근거하여 확인하기 위함이다. 일개 간호학과 1-4학생 169명을 대상으로 구조화된 자가보고식 온라인 설문지를 사용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Window 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였고, 코로나19 예방접종 의도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 연구대상자의 코로나19 예방접종 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 자기효능감(β=.345, p<.001), 행동의 계기(β=.307, p<.001), 지각된 유익성(β=.143, p=.034)과 지식(β=.116, p=.042)이었고, 모형의 설명력은 50.8%이었다. 간호대학생의 코로나19 예방접종 행위 증진을 위해 특히 자기효능감과 코로나19 관련 지식 향상을 위한 전략적 중재가 중요하다.

간호대학생 대상 안전 관련 국내 연구 동향 (Literature Review of the Safety Studies among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 국내 간호대학생의 안전에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 7개의 데이터 베이스를 통해 'safety', 'safety*', 'patient safety', 'patient safety*' 'nursing students', and 'nursing * students' 검색한 결과 총 29개의 논문이 추출되었다. 연구결과, '2015-2019년' 69.0%, '기타 저널' 79.3%, 대상자는 평균 242.4 명으로 '200명 이하' 51.7%, 대상지역은 '1개 지역' 48.2%, 참여 학교는 '3개 학교이상' 42.3%, 학년은 '4학년' 56.2%, 대상자 산출근거는 'G*power' 86.2%, IRB '미승인' 58.6%, 분석방법은 '회귀분석' 75.9%, 저자는 '2명' 58.6%로 대다수를 차지하였다. 키워드 분석에서도 지식중심에서 환자중심으로 변화하였다. 간호대학생의 안전역량을 파악하기 위한 전국적인 실태조사와 간호학적인 안전역량 함양을 위한 실무중심의 교육이 요구된다.

운동프로그램이 중기 노인의 악력과 균형능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Exercise Program on Grip Strength and Postural Balance in Middle Older Adults)

  • 본 연구는 운동프로그램이 중기 노인(75~84세)의 악력과 균형능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위하여 시도된 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 이용한 유사 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 본 연구에 참여를 동의한 중기 노인(75~84세) 67명(실험군 33명, 대조군 34명)이다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 카이제곱검정과 t-test로 분석하였다. 67명의 중기 노인들에게 주 2회, 60분씩 16주 운동프로그램을 제공한 결과 실험군의 악력과 균형능력이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 운동프로그램이 악력과 균형능력을 향상시켜 노인의 건강증진에 효과가 있음이 확인되었으므로, 지역사회 많은 노인들에게 운동프로그램을 적용하기 위해 노력해야 할 것이다. 본 연구 대상은 75세에서 84세까지의 중기 노인이었으므로 다양한 연령층의 노인들을 대상으로 하여 반복 연구를 실시 후 연령별 효과를 확인하고, 적어도 6개월 이상의 장기적인 프로그램을 실시하고 기간에 따른 운동의 효과를 평가하는 연구를 제언한다.
