공공 R&D 시설. 장비의 공동 활용 전략에 대한 연구: 사업별 서비스 품질 개선 및 운영주체의 역할 재조정 (A Study on the Strategic Management of the Public R&D Facilities: The Direction of Service Quality Improvement and Managerial Role Reformation)

  • 최근 연구개발투자의 확대와 더불어 첨단 분야 연구 활동이 활발해지고, 국가균형발전 및 지역혁신에 대한 관심이 증폭되면서 연구시설 장비 인프라가 크게 확대되고 있는 상황에 있으나 연구시설 장비의 중요성에 비하여 전략적 투자와 효율적인 운영체제 및 공동 활용을 위한 노력은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 국가 연구개발 사업 중 주요 부처에서 지원하고 있는 대표적 연구시설 장비 구축 사업들의 향후 개선 방향에 대한 정책적 제언을 제공하기 위하여 대외 공동 활용 서비스에 있어서 사업의 대외 사용자들이 인식하는 중요한 서비스 품질의 요인들과 각 요인들에서 느끼고 있는 만족도를 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 중요도-만족도 분석을 수행하여 각 사업별 집중 개선 대상이 되는 서비스 품질 요인을 파악하였다. 그리고 서비스 제공자들에 대한 심층인터뷰를 수행하여 설문 조사 결과의 확인과 원인 도출 및 개선방향 설정 등을 포함하는 분석활동을 수행한끝에 정부차원의 시설 장비 운영 자원제도의 수립에 있어서 함께 고려되어야 할 사항들을 파악하였다. 그 결과 대학의 경우 공동 활용 목적 보다는 자체 연구목적의 다양한 적용분야에 대한 시설 장비 지원 사업을 추진하는 것이 보다 적합하고, 독립법인의 경우에는 공동 활용 목적의 일반/범용수준의 장비들을 지원하는 사업을 추진하는 것이 효과적이며, 정부출연연구소의 경우에는 선도/개척 수준에 해당하는 고가 및 희귀한 장비들을 필요로 하는 자체연구 및 공동활용목적의 사업을 추진하는 것이 보다 적합하다는 사업 추진주체의 효과적 역할분담에 대한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

전북지역 초중고등학교 학교급식소의 내부시설 및 위생관리 실태 조사 (Survey on Internal Facilities and Sanitary Management of Elementary, Middle, and High School Foodservice in Chonbuk Area of Korea)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the situation of internal facilities and sanitary management of elementary, middle, and high school foodservice in Chonbuk area. Self administered questionnaires were collected from 252 nutrition teachers and school dietitians. Statistical data analysis was completed using a SPSS 11.5 program. The results are summarized as follows: Approximately 99.2% of the subjects were women and those who were married accounted for 76.6%. Those in their 30s to 40s accounted for over 87%, those with more than 11 years experience accounted for 56.8%, and those 69.0% were regular nutrition teachers. Among the 280 school foodservice systems, 51.6% of the schools were located in urban areas and 48.0% in rural areas. About 68% of the schools prepared meals the conventional way and 32.3% prepared them the commissary way. The number of employees accounted for in the schools was 37.7% with 1 to 3 employees, 27.8% with 4 to 6 employees, and 25.4% with 7 to 9 employees. About 54% of schools have an expectance of school meal service for more than 11 years. However 67.5% of their facilities had not been remodeled since the implementation of the foodservice. As a result of the conditions of the school foodservice facilities, there were significant differences between elementary and middle & high schools; preparation room (p<0.01), toilet (p<0.01), and boiler room (p<0.01). About 62% of the nutrition teachers responded that they were dissatisfied with the situation of the facilities (e.g. size and materials of the kitchen, heating and cooling systems). The washing and disinfection methods in elementary, middle and high schools were very different, because they had no sanitizers and disinfectant guidelines. Therefore the governmental regulating agencies must review and approve of the plans prior to new construction or extensive remodeling of the school foodservice facilities. In addition, we suggest that it is necessary to provide practical sanitizers and disinfectant guidelines and other useful education.

보험유통채널에서 영업사원의 이직의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Turnover Intention of Salespeople in Insurance Distribution Channels)

  • Purpose - In the insurance distribution channel, the salespeople plays a role of representing the company, and recognizes the needs of the customers and plays a role in responding to them. Therefore, their turnover can have a great influence on the company performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between salespeople's personal - environmental fit and organizational commitment and turnover intention. Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was conducted a self-filling questionnaire for salespeople for about one month from July 24, 2017 to August 30, 2017. The subjects of the questionnaire were the insurance salespeople who work in the sales line such as K life, S fire. A total of 450 copies were distributed and 432 copies of the questionnaire were used for final analysis. The analysis program used SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. Analysis method was Frequency Analysis, Reliability & Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM). Results - As a result of Hypothesis 1, Person-Supervisor Fit had significant influence only on Continuance Commitment. Person-Job Fit did not have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Person-Coworker Fit had a significant effect on Continuance Commitment and Affective Commitment. Person-Organization Fit had a significant impact on Affective Commitment. Therefore, only , , , , were adopted. As a result of Hypothesis 2, Continuance Commitment had a significant effect on turnover intention. Therefore, only was adopted. Conclusions - This study suggests that it is necessary to manage the human resources in the sales field through studies related to salespeople's extension of the research scope and salespeople's turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, the conclusion suggests some implications for the efficient human resources management of insurance companies in sales channels. It is expected that it will be helpful for the salespeople to find out what kind of Person-Environment Fit affects the organizational commitment and how to manage the organizational commitment among the three dimensions of organizational commitment to reduce turnover intention.

문제중심학습 연계 시뮬레이션 기반 교육이 간호대학생의 학습동기, 학습전략 및 학업성취도에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Education based on Simulation with Problem-based Learning on Nursing Students' Learning Motivation, Learning Strategy, and Academic Achievement)

  • 본 연구는 문제중심학습 연계 시뮬레이션 기반 교육을 개발하고 적용하여 간호학생의 학습동기, 학습전략과 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 4학년 학생 69명으로 2015년 9월부터 10월까지 문제중심학습 연계 시뮬레이션 기반 교육을 개발, 적용하고 학습동기, 학습전략, 학업성취도를 설문조사하였다. 연구결과, 문제중심학습 연계 시뮬레이션 기반 교육 후 통제 동기(외재 동기)는 감소하고, 자율성 동기(확인된 동기, 내재 동기)는 증가하였으며, 자원관리전략 활용 정도가 향상되었다. 학업성취도(학업성과, 교육만족도) 모두 확인된 동기와 학습전략(인지전략, 메타인지전략, 자원관리전략)과 정상관관계가 있었다. 결론적으로 문제중심학습 연계 시뮬레이션 기반 교육은 간호대학생의 자율성 동기를 증진하고 자원관리전략의 활용 정도를 향상시키는데 효과적인 교육전략으로 볼 수 있다. 문제중심학습 연계 시뮬레이션 기반 교육을 다양한 간호 상황에서 적용하여 학습 관련 변인에 영향을 미치는 요인과 매개변수를 파악하는 연구가 필요하다.

제주특별자치도 사회복지시설종사자의 교육요구 조사 (Survey on Educational Needs for Workers in Social Welfare Facilities in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제주지역 사회복지시설 종사자들이 업무 수행 과정에서 겪고 있는 요구 중에서 지식, 기술, 태도의 결핍과 관련된 교육요구를 밝히고, 다양한 형태의 교육활동을 전개하기 위한 교육체계의 수립 및 향후 교육과정 설계의 기초 자료를 제시하고자 함이다. 교육요구분석 결과, 사회복지시설 종사자에게 필요한 상위 10개의 교육과정을 살펴보면, 위기(응급)상황 대처기술의 요구가 가장 높았으며 클라이언트에 대한 이해와 실천(특성, 인권, 안전, 건강 등), 사례관리(심화), 상담기법(기본), 사례관리(기본), 상담기법(심화), 사회복지 프로그램 기획과 운영, 민원대응 및 감정노동 관리, 의사소통 능력향상(직원 간, 클라이언트 등), 사업성과(사업 계획, 실행, 관리 및 평가 등) 순으로 나타났다. 또한 제주지역 사회복지시설 종사자들은 직무전문교육의 필요성은 매우 높게 인식하고 있었으나, 도내 직무교육의 다양성과 체계적 훈련과정에 대한 만족도는 매우 낮게 나타났다. 사회복지종사자를 위한 체계적 교육훈련이 이루어지기 위해서는 직무교육의 질적 성장, 직무중심의 교육과정 확대, 전문성 있는 우수한 강사진의 확보 등 다양한 결과들이 도출되었다.

임상간호사의 인성, 회복탄력성이 행복지수에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Clinical Nurses' Personality and Resilience on Happiness Index)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 인성, 회복탄력성, 행복지수 간의 관계를 분석하고 일반적 특성과 인성, 회복탄력성 정도가 간호사의 행복지수에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 실시되었다. 2019년 5월 1일부터 15일까지 P-광역시와 K-지역에 위치한 10개 병원의 임상 간호사 307명에게 자기보고 설문지를 배부하여 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 인성정도는 3.67, 회복탄력성 3.28점, 행복지수 3.28점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 행복지수 정도는 실무경력이 높을수록, 근무형태, 여가활동에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 행복지수는 인성과 회복탄력성간에 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 특히 행복지수에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 실무경력 '1-5년 미만'(${\beta}=-.41$), '10년 이상'(${\beta}=-.39$) '5-10년 미만'(${\beta}=-.34$), 회복탄력성(${\beta}=.35$), 인성(${\beta}=.29$), 교대근무(${\beta}=.12$), 여가활동(${\beta}=.10$) 순이었고, 설명력은 41%였다. 결론적으로 간호사의 행복지수를 올리기 위해 간호사 경력관리 및 근무형태관리, 인성함량 교육, 회복탄력성 증진 프로그램과 여가활동을 즐길 수 있는 지원 정책이 요구된다.

A Survey on the Perception of Companion Plants for Eco-Friendly Urban Agriculture among Urban Residents

  • Background and objective: This study was conducted as part of research to promote garden diversity and seek sustainable garden management plans, as well as to determine the trends in understanding and use of companion plants as an eco-friendly farming method and provide the results as the basic data for sustainable urban agriculture. Methods: To determine the trends in garden activities, eco-friendly pest control, and use of companion plants, a survey was conducted on 230 urban residents participating in the Urban Agriculture Expert course. 223 copies of the questionnaire were collected excluding missing values, and IBM SPSS statistics Ver. 25 Program was used for frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis. Results: Most of the respondents were female (71.3%), homemakers (26.5%), were in their 50s (29.1%), and had 2 members in the family (27.8%). 164 respondents (73.5%) had experience in gardening, most of them once a week (31.7%) and for self-consumption (55.5%). Both men and women raised crops for safe food production (32.3%), and they most preferred the city garden type (39.9%). For the preparation of nourishment for eco-friendly garden management, most respondents (60.1%) purchased fertilizers from the market. For the reason why eco-friendly pest control is necessary, all respondents except 4 of them (98.2%) responded that it is necessary 'because it affects my health as I eat it (73.5%)', indicating that they still had a high level of interest in health. Only 43.9% of the respondents said that they had heard of companion plants, 89.2% responded that companion plants were effective in eco-friendly management, and 87.4% showed the will to participate in gardening using companion plants in the future. Finally, the regression analysis confirmed that the awareness of companion plants and satisfaction with gardening activities are key variables that increase the intention to participate in gardening activities in the future. Conclusion: Since plants require special care depending on the period and various diseases and insect pests occur, there must be continuous research on companion plants as an eco-friendly farming method. Moreover, by actively using companion plants in urban gardens with the utility value in not only eco-friendly pest control but also in helping plant growth, urban agriculture is expected to be continuously activated and promoted by increasing satisfaction in gardening activities with aesthetic landscaping and pest control.

진정성 리더십이 종업원의 조직열의, 직무만족, 창의성, 그리고 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 프랜차이즈 호텔을 중심으로 (Effect of Authentic Leadership on Organizational Engagement, Job Satisfaction, Creativity, and Job Performance in Franchising Hotels)

  • Purpose - In hotel business, how to build the relationship between leader and employees is very important, because it affects on the customer satisfaction. Thus, this research examines the effect of authentic leadership on job performance in the context of hotel industry and identifies mediating roles of organizational engagement, job satisfaction, and creativity in the relationship between authentic leadership and job performance. This study suggests the guidelines for how hotel companies should improve employee productivity and build a desirable organizational culture by presenting employee attitudes and behavioral models that explain the relationship between leaders and employees. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between authentic leadership, organizational engagement, job satisfaction, creativity, and job performance from the employee's perspective. Authentic leadership divide into four sub-dimensions such as self-awareness, balanced process of informations, internalized moral perspective, and relational transparency. In order to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. The data were collected from 114 franchise hotel employees and were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. program. Result - The results of this study are as follows. First, authentic leadership have significant impacts on organizational engagement and creativity, but does not have impact on job satisfaction directly. Second, organizational engagement have significant impacts on job satisfaction and job performance, but does not have impact on creativity directly. Third, job satisfaction has significant impact on creativity, but does not have impact on job performance. Fourth, creativity has significant impact on job performance. Conclusions - The findings of this study indicate that hotel leaders should properly implement the authentic leadership and consider how to build a corporate culture to improve an organizational and employee productivity through authentic leadership. Due to the nature of the hotel industry, which relies heavily on human resources, hotel companies must manage their employees with authenticity in order to increase organizational engagement, job satisfaction, and creativity that affect hotel and employee productivity. If hotel employees perceive their leader's authentic leadership, they show more organizational engagement that increases creativity and leads to job performance. Finally, hotel employees can propose creative ideas only if they will be satisfied with their jobs. Therefore, the leader should develop non-monetary or monetary reward system for the employees and, make an efforts to foster creativity of the employees.

Workplace influenza vaccination in private hospital setting: a cost-benefit analysis

  • Background: Influenza illness causes several disruptions to the workforce. The absenteeism that often ensues has economic implications for employers. This study aimed to estimate the cost-benefit of influenza vaccination in a healthcare setting from the employer's perspective. Methods: A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted in a private hospital in 2018-2019 comparing voluntary vaccinated with non-vaccinated employees with influenza vaccine. The analyses were made based on self-reporting on absenteeism and presenteeism from Influenza-like illnesses (ILIs). The costs incurred, both direct and indirect costs, were included in the study. A cost-benefit analysis was performed by measuring the cost of the vaccination program. The costs of absenteeism and reduced productivity were calculated using 3 hypothesised levels of effectiveness in the following percentage of productivity of 30%, 50%, and 70%. The costs were also calculated based on four scenarios: with and without operating income and with and without replacement. The benefits of the influenza vaccination from the employer's perspective were analysed. The benefit to cost ratio was determined. Results: A total of four hundred and twenty-one respondents participated. The influenza vaccination rate was 63.0%. The rate of ILI of 38.1% was significantly lower among vaccinated. The ILI-related absenteeism reported was also significantly lower amongst vaccinated employees at 30% compared to 70% non-vaccinated. Employers could save up to USD 18.95 per vaccinated employee when only labour cost was included or 54.0% of cost savings. The cost-saving rose to USD 155.56 when the operating income per employee was also included. The benefit to cost ratio confirmed that the net cost-benefit gained from the vaccination was more than the net cost of vaccination. Conclusions: Influenza vaccination for working adults was cost-saving and cost-beneficial when translated into financial investments for the employer. A workplace vaccination demonstrates a significant cost-benefit strategy to be applied in any institutional setting.

한국간호의 현재 (Present Situation of Korean Nursing)

  • This thesis explores the actual circumstances of Korean nursing by investigating its present situations. Ultimately, the intent of this study aims to establish a future direction of Korean Nursing. As such, the current conditions of Korean nursing is analyzed in the following categories: education, practice, research, nursing policy, expansion of nursing field, and entrepreneurship. In the final conclusion, an appropriate orientation of the future of Korean nursing is discussed. There are two primary Nursing programs, a three-year(63) and a four-year(53), in Korean Nursing education. Master's programs are available at 32 nursing schools or 32 professional graduate schools. A total of 15 nursing schools have a doctoral program in Korea. The ratio of graduates between the three-year and four year programs is 76:24. Hence, it is highly encouraged to expand four-year nursing programs, because it will help raise the social status of nursing professionals as well as the quality of nursing. In the clinical nursing field, independency and self regulation are critical. As such, organizational change, implementation of a standardized nursing m information system, appropriate workforce, and improvement of the reimbursement system in nursing is recommended. In community nursing, the following should be resolved to provide better nursing services: improvement of working condition and benefits, establishment of a law enforcing the hiring of nurses, and providing continuing education. The number of nursing research has increased and nursing studies are in great quantity. However, research in practices and theories are more in demanded. Hence, research that integrates theories and practices are very significant. Ultimately, it is critical to support nursing studies that will influence nursing policy. The Korean Nurses Association(KNA) is an organization that supervises the nation's nursing policy. The primary focus of KNA is to combine the three and four year undergraduate education systems into 4 years and to establish the Nursing Practice Act. The Ministry of Health and Welfare has adapted a system to educate and certify nurse specialists in 10 nursing areas in 21 nursing graduate schools expecting high-quality nursing services and a decrease of cost. The government also allowed nurses to operate facilities for health management or welfare agencies.
