국가자격증 취득을 위한 효율적 학습요인 연구 - 전공교육과정과 연계한 실내건축기사 국가자격증반 운영을 중심으로 - (Study on Effective Learning Factors to Obtain National Certifications - Focusing on Operation of Interior Architecture Engineers Certifications in Connection with Major Curriculum -)

  • The objective of this study is to address Effective Learning Methodology by subjects to acquire National Certification which is an essential requirement to get employed. For this purpose, analysis was completed after conducting a survey on the class to obtain Interior Architecture Engineer Certification. 23 applicants were selected based on effectiveness of each subject, level of difficulty, degree of understanding, mentoring effect, self-driven learning, and group discussion. Results are as below. Upon the first written test, Interior Design Theory and Chromatics showed a high learning effectiveness in self-driven learning and mentoring. Ergonomics showed a high learning effectiveness in mentoring, self-driven learning and group discussion while Building Materials, Architecture Construction presented a high effectiveness only in mentoring and group discussion. Architecture Environment showed average learning effectiveness in mentoring and group discussion and showed a low effectiveness in self-driven learning. Upon the second practice test, Interior Architecture Construction and Planning/Management of Construction Materials presented an average learning effectiveness in mentoring and group discussion. Process Control and Adding Up(Supply Calculation) showed a low learning effectiveness in self-driven learning and presented an average to below average learning effectiveness in mentoring and group discussion. Lastly, Interior Design Plan, Interior Design Drawings presented average learning effectiveness in mentoring and group discussion however they showed a high effectiveness in self-driven learning.

  • As coffee's taste and scent are emphasized, and interior atmosphere has changed along with sale of brand's own products, there are also epochal trend changes in interior. So, changes within the space should be focused onto open type self coffee shop, a new cultural space distinguishable from existing coffee shops. Therefore, in this study, the following results could be obtained by performing customer-centered, spatial structural characteristics research on 5 take-out coffee shops opened after 2005 that are practicing self service in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do regions. In this study, it was shown in the above results that location of the entrance, kitchen, and condiment bar, area per person, size and positioning of furniture, area of windows and doors, etc have strong influences for self service which customers themselves carry their food. Therefore, in planning the interior of self coffee ship in the future, presentation of more effective and practical space based on this analysis will be required.

  • This paper proposes an infeasible interior-point algorithm with full-Newton step for linear programming. We introduce a special self-regular proximity to induce the feasibility step and also to measure proximity to the central path. The result of polynomial complexity coincides with the best-known iteration bound for infeasible interior-point methods, namely, O(n log n/${\varepsilon}$).

주생활양식이 주택구매 의사결정에 미치는 영향분석 (A Study on Housing Life-Style and Decision Making for Purchasing House)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of demographic and housing life-style variables on evaluation or choice criteria to the decision making for purchasing house. The results of this research were as follows ; 1) In analysis on housing life-style according to demographic variables, it showed that the age group had significant difference in decoration pursuits ; the educational group had significant difference in self-expression ; the income group had significant difference in self-expression and interior function. 2) In analysis on evaluation or choice criteria of decision making for purchasing house according to demographic variables, it showed that : the age group had significant difference in surrounding environment ; the educational group had significant difference in interior environment, interior or exterior facilty, apartment management, economics and surrounding environment ; the income group had significant difference in avail of approach, convenience facilities, apartment management, economics and surrounding environment. 3) In analysis the influence of demographic and housing life-style variables on evaluation or choice criteria to decision making for purchasing house, it was effected on educational level, decoration pursuit, practicality and ostentation in interior environment ; decoration pursuit, self-expression, interior function and practicality in interior or exterior facility ; decoration pursuit, practicality and ostentation in avail ability of approach and convenience facilities ; self-expression, practicality and ostentation in apartment management and economics ; age level, income level, decoration pursuit, self-expression, practicality and ostentation in surrounding environment.

자동조절자 내부점 방법을 위한 선형방정식 해법 (Computational Experience of Linear Equation Solvers for Self-Regular Interior-Point Methods)

  • Every iteration of interior-point methods of large scale optimization requires computing at least one orthogonal projection. In the practice, symmetric variants of the Gaussian elimination such as Cholesky factorization are accepted as the most efficient and sufficiently stable method. In this paper several specific implementation issues of the symmetric factorization that can be applied for solving such equations are discussed. The code called McSML being the result of this work is shown to produce comparably sparse factors as another implementations in the $MATLAB^{***}$ environment. It has been used for computing projections in an efficient implementation of self-regular based interior-point methods, McIPM. Although primary aim of developing McSML was to embed it into an interior-point methods optimizer, the code may equally well be used to solve general large sparse systems arising in different applications.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the interior architecture design studio through the pedagogical method of educational technology for college students who lack self-directed learning. The pedagogical method has been organized to make a student-centered class based on the operation of existing architectural design studios. This teaching and learning method emphasizes the role of teachers as facilitators to help students lacking in self-directed learning in the design process, the BIM visualization to give students an expression of design project and the critics to give students an experience of working circumstances. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, This pedagogical model can improve the self-directed learning of students, accomplish the design process well through teamwork, and provide problem based learning (PBL) to settle obstacles that come up during the project. Second, through this model, students can improve their field design capacity by instructor, design feedback and criticism. Finally, This model can suggest new pedagogical methods for interior architectural design studios and management of student-centered studios.

  • In this paper, we present a fuzzy ICC using a self-tuning method. To provide robustness and adaptiveness over the vehicle nonlinearities and changes of the driving environments, an on-line self-tuning scheme based on 'Interior Penalty Function' was developed. Road test and computer simulation results verify the feasible performance of the suggested ICC algorithm.

도시 아파트거주자의 주생활양식과 실내분위기 선호 연구 (A Study on the Life Style and the Interior Preference of Urban Residents in Apartments)

  • The Purpose of this study is to classify the life styles of urban residents in apartments and to find out possible correlation with their preferences on interior ambience.The selected samples were 3,000 residents from Seoul, Pusan, Kwaungju and Cheonan, and 2,750 of them were analyzed.'The results can be summarized as follows.1.The life style patterns were classified into S types, namely organized type, decoration-oriented type, self expression type, practicality-oriented type and fashion-oriented type. 2. Interior image were classified into 4 types, namely characteristic image, contemporary image, classic image and rich image.3. The interior preference was correlated with the life style patterns, such as organizd type preferred to contemporary image, decoration-oriented type preferred to rich image, self expression type preferred to classic image and practicality-oriented type preferred to characteristic type.4. The patterns of life style and the interior preference differed significantly according to the size of apartment and the age of owner.

실시간 인테리어 공유를 위한 가상현실 기반 가구 배치 애플리케이션 (Application for Furniture Arrangement based on Virtual Reality to Share Interior Design in Real-time)

  • 최근 1인 가구 수의 급증으로 인해 셀프 인테리어에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 인테리어 중에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 것은 가구 배치이다. 그런데 간혹 적정한 위치에, 공간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 위치에 가구를 배치하기 위해 전문가의 도움이 필요한 때가 있다는 것이 셀프 인테리어의 단점이다. 이런 상황에서 사람들은 개인 SNS를 통해 인테리어에 대한 정보를 공유하거나 조언을 주고받으며, 전문가에게 직접 도움을 받기도 한다. 하지만 이러한 방법들은 2D 사진이나 영상을 통해 공간을 보기 때문에 세밀하고 정확한 조언이 어렵거나, 전문가가 직접 방문을 해야만 하는 시간적, 물리적 번거로움이 있다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 가상현실 상에서 실시간으로 가구 배치를 공유할 수 있는 애플리케이션을 제안한다. 제안하는 애플리케이션을 통해 인테리어에 관한 정보와 조언을 더 생생하고 정확하게 공유할 수 있으며, 실시간으로 공유가 되기 때문에 두 사용자의 시간과 체력의 소비가 최소한으로 줄어들 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

패션 셀렉트샵 인테리어 디스플레이의 VMD 구성요소에 관한 연구 (A study on the VMD elements of fashion select shop interior displays)

  • This study examines the role of visual merchandising (VMD) in creating effective interior displays for fashion "select shops"(shops that carry a wide selection of brands) amid the recent changes in consumption trends, with consumer needs becoming increasingly individualized and diversified. Fashion select shop interior displays can be categorized as self-service, showcase, counter, and environmental display spaces. Regarding the VMD elements that contribute to effective interior displays, we reached the following conclusions. First, in self-service displays, in order to heighten sales efficacy, display elements should be presented in such a way as to enable customers to select products with ease by themselves. Second, the mere presence of showcase displays was found to be insufficient; if, however, select shops use showcase displays to arrange products according to the flow of customer traffic, enabling the creation of a gentrified atmosphere for products, this may contribute to a differentiated image of brands, heightening perceived product value. Third, in counter displays, having a harmonious arrangement of display and presentation elements promotes sales by inspiring customer confidence. Fourth, regarding environmental displays, it is important for stores to have attractive interior designs and decorations in order to reproduce settings in which products are actually used, as this can inspire interest in products and promote customers' purchasing intention.
