본 연구의 목적은 항만 디지털 전환 수용성에 미치는 요인들을 도출하고, 항만 종사자들을 대상으로 설문을 통해 이러한 요인들이 디지털 전환의 수용성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 또한 이러한 요인들과 디지털 전환 수용성 간의 관계에 있어서 수용태도가 매개역할을 하는 지를 검정한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 변수는 다음과 같다. 개인 특성과 관련된 변수로 지식, 자기효능감, 관여도를 포함하였고, 혁신 특성과 관련된 변수로는 상대적 이점, 복잡성, 관찰 가능성을 포함하였으며, 그리고 환경 특성과 관련된 변수로는 정부 규제, 경쟁자 압박을 포함하여 총 8가지 잠재변수를 선택하였다. 이들 8가지 잠재변수와 디지털 전환 수용 태도의 인과관계를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 8가지 가설을 검정하였다. 또한 디지털 전환 수용 태도와 디지털 전환에 대한 개인적, 사회적 수용성과의 인과관계를 검정하기 위하여 2가지 가설을 설정하고 구조방정식 모형을 통해 검정하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 특성 중 자기효능감, 관여도 등 2가지 변수와 디지털 전환에 대한 태도는 정(+)의 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었지만, 지식은 애초 정(+)의 인과관계를 예상했으나 결과는 부(-)의 인과관계로 나타나서 해당 가설은 기각되었다. 둘째, 혁신 특성 중 복잡성은 디지털 전환 수용 태도에는 부(-)의 인과관계를 가지며, 상대적 이점과 기술 혁신성은 디지털 전환에 대한 태도에 정(+)의 인과관계로 나타났다. 마지막으로 환경 특성 중 정부 규제와 경쟁자 압박은 디지털 전환 수용 태도에 정(+)의 인과관계를 확인하였다. 또한 디지털 전환 수용 태도는 디지털 전환의 개인적 수용 및 사회적 수용에 정(+)의 인과관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 기혼여성들의 혼외관계 수용성에 자기지각이 미치는 영향에 TV 불륜 드라마에 대한 비판인식의 매개효과를 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 위해 기혼여성(304명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 얻은 자료를 구조방정식 모델(SEM: Structural Equational Model)에 기초하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 밝혀진 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답자들은 혼외관계 수용성(Mean=2.6346, 5점 척도) 수준은 전반적으로 낮은 편이다. 전체 응답자들 중에서 혼외관계를 수용하지 않는다고 밝힌 응답자는 46.7%였다. 혼인관계에 대해서 불분명한 입장을 보여준 응답자들이 43.8%였고, 혼외관계에 수용적인 입장을 보인 응답자들도 약 10%정도 되었다. 혼외관계문제가 기혼여성들에게 중요한 현실문제로 대두될 수 있음을 시사해준다. 둘째, 기혼여성의 '혼외관계 수용성'에 '자기지각성'은 직접적으로는 영향을 미치지는 않았지만, 불륜을 주제로 한 TV 드라마에 대한 '비판의식'을 완전매개(full mediation)로 하여, '자기지각성'은 '혼외관계 수용성'에 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 기혼여성들이 불륜 TV 드라마의 콘텐츠에 대해서 얼마나 비판적인 사고와 판단을 할 수 있는지 여부가 기혼여성들이 혼외관계에 대한 인식을 이해하는데, 매우 중요한 측면임을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 실천적 함의를 논의하며 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 장애인 삶 1차년도(2018) 패널데이터 중 20세이상의 성인 가구원데이터를 활용하여 장애인가구원의 우울과 자살생각 사이에 장애수용정도와 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was to identify the relationship between parental rearing attitudes and personality in nursing college students. Methods: A total of 297 subjects aged between 18 and 28 were selected through convenient sampling. Data were collected with a self-reported questionnaire from March 2 to 25, 2011. Collected data were analyzed with SpSS/pC Win 15.0. Results: Differences in parental rearing attitudes according to general characteristics were as follows. In parental rearing attitudes, acceptance were significantly different according to school record of their children. In maternal rearing attitudes, acceptance was significantly different according to economic status and paternal rearing attitudes perceived acceptance was significantly different according to parental education level. All of parental rearing attitudes perceived denial were significantly different according to the gender, grade, parental economic status, blood type, two income family. There was a positive correlation between parental rearing attitudes perceived acceptance and personality of their children except paternal rearing attitude perceived denial. 26.3% of variance in personality was explained by maternal rearing attitude perceived acceptance only. Conclusion: The findings of this study may be useful in understanding the personality of nursing college students and developing more specific personality and parental rearing attitudes programs.

This study aims to analyze older adults's intention to use digital financial services. To verify the purpose, the '2022 Korean Senior Technology Acceptance Panel Survey' data were used. And a shortened Senior Technology Acceptance Model(STAM) reflecting the characteristics of older adults was applied. The results of Structural Equation Model analysis are as follows. First, the lower gerontechnology anxiety, the higher control beliefs reflecting perceived ease of use, self-efficacy and facilitating conditions and the intention to use digital financial services. Second, the health factor had a positive effect on the control beliefs. Third, the higher the control beliefs, the higher the attitudinal beliefs reflecting perceived usefulness and attitude and the intention to use digital financial services. Lastly, the higher attitudinal beliefs, the higher the intention to use digital financial services. The results suggest the need for interventions that can relieve gerontechnology anxiety and strengthen positive perceptions about control beliefs and attitudinal beliefs in order to increase older adults's intention to use digital financial services.

This study examined the interaction between children's peer experiences and familial support in relation to their psychosocial adjustment(self-esteem and lonelitness). Peer experiences were examined in terms of children's perceptions of peer acceptance and the reciprocity of best friendship. The subjects were 2754th or 5th graders residing in Seoul. It was found that the interaction between children's perceptions of peer acceptance and familial support, and that between the reciprocity of bort friendship and familial support were both significant predictors of children's loneliness whereas only the former was a significant predictor of children's self-esteem. The study results suggest that children's experiences from one type of interpersonal relationship should be examined in conjunction with their experiences in other types of relationships in order to better understand the psychosocial domains of child development.

The period of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is our near future and the ongoing changes in this age. We need to strive to adapt to this changes and also try to create new values. This study focuses on workers' perceptions and attitudes (self-efficacy, expectancy, and acceptance of change) toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These positive attitudes toward the upcoming future and the Fourth Industrial Revolution will influence on both the future and the current attitude, behavior and performance of employees. People have certain attitudes to the future, and these attitudes have an impact on current behavior. This paper tries to examine the positive attitudes toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution era and the influence of positive attitudes toward this new age on the current job satisfaction. Through this process, this paper explains what kinds of attitudes the workers should have in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, and also sheds light on significance and purpose of this paper to explain how these specific attitudes toward the future influence the present performance such as job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of fashion companies' micro-blogging marketing activities on Chinese consumer attitudes and purchasing intentions. In this research, the technology acceptance model (TAM) was used as the research framework, and innovativeness, self-efficacy, and perceived enjoyment variables were included in the model. Through an online survey, 195 respondents participated in this study. The results were as follows: fashion innovation and self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness, as well as ease of use. These two factors have a significant positive effect on perceived enjoyment. Furthermore, and most significantly, this perceived enjoyment has a significant effect on the consumer's attitude toward the company, and intention to purchase the fashion company's products.

This study examined the effect of resilience on the adjustment of retired husbands and their wives. Data was collected from 174 retired husbands and their wives in the Seoul metropolitan area. Collected data were analyzed by mean score, percentile, paired-t tests and regression analyses. The major findings were as follows : 1. There was no significant difference in the adjustments between retired husbands and their wives. 2. Individual resilience, family resilience and social resilience had a strong impact on the adjustment of retired husbands and their wives. Self-esteem, acceptance of retirement, communication between the couple, family cohesion, and retirement policy had a significantly positive impact on the husbands' adjustment. 3. As for the adjustment of the wives, self-esteem, communication between the couple, family cohesion, acceptance of husbands' retirement and religious activity had a significantly positive impact. In summary, this study shows the importance of resilience in the adjustment of retired husbands and their wives.

Purpose This study aims to identify and empirically prove the factors and influence relationships that affect the intention to continue using the video conferencing solution. Design/methodology/approach This study designed a research model by integrating self-efficacy, facilitation condition, event-related fear, and social influencing factors based on the post-acceptance model of IT continuance that explained the relationship between disconfirmation, post-usage usefulness, satisfaction, and continuance intention. Findings As a result of empirical analysis, in this study, it was confirmed that positive disconfirmation and post-usage usefulness had a positive effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction had a positive effect on continuance intention. In addition, we confirmed that self-efficacy and social influence had a positive effect on continuance intention, but event-related fear and facilitating condition had no significant effect.
