Environmental Impact Assessment System, ever since its enactment in Korea fourteen years ago, has been steadily improved by introduction and implementation of new concepts and methodologies which include Environmental Impact Statement(EIS) preparation technique, selection of environmental factors, and the like. However, current guideline requires that every EIS, regardless of the specifics of the project type or characteristics of the site, must evaluate and study for all twenty-two environmental factors as set forth in the regulation. The situation causes many undesirable problems like; lack of site specific evaluation in most EISs, over-sized EIS drafts, consuming too much time and costs for EIS preparation, and so on. The objectives of this study are: - To establish a set of criteria to classify the types of the projects in terms of features of the project content and the characteristics of the site area. - To establish a guideline for selecting major environmental factors of the project type criteria, and - To provide basic materials for the preparation of complets draft EIS of the Amendment of Environmental Impact Assessment Act.

The purpose of this study is to propose the building design guideline considering photovoltaic panel installation through the analysis of relevant guidelines from home and abroad in terms of building design and solar panel installation. Conclusions can be summarized as followings; Considerations in building design : selection of the site with high solar accessibility, avoidance of the shade from the adjacent building & trees, south facing orientation of solar panel in building design, removal of shade on the solar panel from the part of building itself, load consideration of solar panel & fixing materials, safe passage securement for solar system maintenance, and planning of piping and mechanical room for solar system. Considerations in solar panel installation : harmonizing of solar panel with surrounding environment, unity of solar panel orientation & slope, regular maintenance of solar system, (in case of flat roof installation) solar panel installation afloat over the roof, installation area within the roof floor, and lower than parapet height, (in case of sloped roof installation) solar panel installation parallel with the roof slope, ventilation space securement below the panel, installation area within the roof surface, and similar material installation in empty space.

In the development of executive information systems (EIS) the selection of an appropriate software package as a system building tool is regarded as a key technology. This paper attempts to shed some light on the evolving field of EIS software packages and provides a helpful Guideline for selecting the most suitable product by addressing significant considerations. A framework is presented that includes a six-step evaluation process: need analysis, team building, vendor survey, identification of decision criteria, and building an evaluation model and its verification. The major evaluation criteria of the full-featured software include: special functionality, reporting, graphics. decision support capability user friendliness, general functionality physical requirements, communication linkage, vendor support, cost related factors, performance, and documentation capability. An illustrative model using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is also discussed to prove the appropriateness of our approach.

The number of disabled person is increasing, and also the demand of welfare is increasing. In the developed country, the range of disabled person is broad, because the definition of disability is different among countries. On 10/Apr, 2007, the law to forbid discrimination against disabled person was announced and then it will be operated on 11/Apr, 2008, in Korea. It will need to evaluate conflict between this law and underwriting guideline. There is obvious difference between disabled and non-disabled on risk selection of medical and environmental aspect. More than 50% of disabilities are related to the diseases rather than accident. The role of underwriter is to evaluate the future risk of morbidity (admission and/or operation etc). The insurance company is required to make new product for disabled person and the underwriter has to examine the application of disabled without discrimination, and with respect for the disabled as a human right.

Industrial design aiming the mutual benefit of both user and manufacturer demands grasping and analyzing the needa and wants of consumer for the establishrment of the optimum plan and production by attribute oriented approach. Inspite of its usefulness, however, it might be impossible to help industrial designers to develop a new product effectively without full understanding of industrial design activity in attributes of products and using the appropriate methodology for grasping the main attributes. This thesis is purposed for developing the guideline of research models of consumer for industrial design by studying characteristics of industrial design activity in attributes of products through bibliography and defining the clear limit of design research focused on consumer selection through comparison with real purchase decision making procedure at every phase. Through the observation and analysis of the real purchase decision making procedure following the proposed guideline, the possibility of difference between the two cases has been shown in both theoretical and practical aspects.

A bidirectional dc-dc converter is used in battery energy storage systems owing to the growing requirements of a charging and discharging mode of battery. The magnetic coupling of output or input inductors in parallel-connected multi modules of a bidirectional dc-dc converter is often utilized to reduce the peak-to-peak ripple size of the inductor current. This study proposes a novel design guideline to achieve minimal ripple size of the inductor current under bidirectional power flow. The newly proposed design guideline of optimized coupling factor is applicable to the buck and boost operation modes of a bidirectional dc-dc converter. Therefore, the coupling factor value of the coupled inductor does not have to be optimized separately for buck and boost operation modes. This new observation is explained using the theoretical model of coupled inductor and confirmed through simulation and experimental test.

본 논문에서는 CDMA 단말기에서 요구하는 교차변조 잡음의 레벨을 분석하고 최적설계를 위한 기준을 제시하였다. 표준안의 분석으로부터 교차변조 잡음의 레벨은 시스템 잡음지수와 VCO 위상잡음에 의해서 결정되며, 서로 트레이드-오프 관계에 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 시스템 설계 시 앞의 레벨을 만족시키기 위한 LNA의 IIP3와 듀플렉서의 격리도 값을 결정하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 cdma2000 단말기 설계 시 부품선정을 위한 기준이 될 것이다.

In 2021, a new chapter on the general management of glomerulonephritis (GN) was added to the Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO). It emphasizes the importance of early general management of GN for improving long-term kidney outcomes and prognosis. The chapter introduces the management of glomerular diseases in 18 subchapters. Here, kidney biopsy for the diagnosis and evaluation of kidney function and the management of complications, such as hypertension, infection, and thrombosis, are presented. Moreover, the adverse effects of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive therapy, which are commonly used drugs for glomerular disease, are mentioned, and a guideline for drug selection is presented. Each subtheme focused on items reflecting the interpretation of the "practice points" of the expert working group are introduced. In this review of the general treatment for GN in the KDIGO guidelines, excluding pregnancy and reproductive health, we focused on and compared various references pertaining to pediatric GN management.

본 연구는 캠핑장 선택속성의 의사결정 융복합 프레임워크 구축을 위해 의사결정의 세부단계를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 첫째, 캠핑참여동기 및 캠핑장 선택속성을 파악하기 위하여 요인분석이 수행되었고, 둘째, 캠핑참여동기 유형에 따른 캠핑장 선택속성에 미치는 영향관계 분석, 셋째, 캠핑장 선택속성이 만족과 행동의도에 어떠한 영향관계를 미치는지를 검정하기 위해 회귀분석이 수행되었다. 캠핑참여동기로 5개 요인이 도출, 캠핑장 선택속성은 4개 요인이 도출되었으며, 이 캠핑참여동기의 유형에 따라 캠핑장 선택속성에 미치는 영향력이 다르다는 것을 알게 되었다, 그리고 마지막으로 캠핑장 선택속성은 캠핑객의 만족 및 행동의도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 캠핑장 운영자들은 세분화된 캠핑참여동기를 바탕으로 운영하고 있는 캠핑장이 반드시 갖추어야할 속성들에 대해 알게 해 주었고, 실제 캠핑객의 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 선택 속성들을 파악함으로써 캠핑 사이트 개발자들의 개발계획 수립을 위한 가이드라인을 제시해 준다.

본 연구는 다음과 같이 진행된다. 첫째, 청주지역 대학생들이 지각하는 패밀리 레스토랑과 패스트푸드 레스토랑의 선택속성을 살펴본다. 둘째, 청주지역 대학생들이 레스토랑 이용 후 지각하는 패밀리 레스토랑과 패스트푸드 레스토랑의 만족도를 조사한다. 셋째, 패밀리 레스토랑과 패스트푸드 레스토랑의 선택속성에 대해 요인분석을 실시, 어떠한 선택속성 요인이 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 가설검증을 실시한다. 연구가설은 다음과 같다. HI: 패밀리 레스토랑의 선택속성요인은 고객의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. H2: 패스트푸드 레스토랑의 선택속성요인은 고객의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설 검증 결과 가설 1, 2는 모두 부분적으로 채택되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 패밀리 레스토랑과 패스트푸드 레스토랑 경영자들은 마케팅적 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 극심한 경쟁환경을 극복할 대안을 탐색하고, 후속연구를 위한 기초자료를 획득할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
