As cloud computing services become popular, the concern on the data security of cloud services increases and the efforts for the data security become essential. In this paper, we describe the pros and cons of cloud computing including the definition of cloud. Then, we discuss the regulations about the protection of user data defined in cloud promotion act. Previous studies related to the privacy protection and the entrustment of personal information in cloud computing are reviewed. We examine how to store the personal information depending on the cloud service model. As a result, we argue that the entrustment of personal information should vary according to the cloud service model and we propose how to protect the personal information on IaaS and SaaS cloud service models.
The purpose of this study is to find the development of the personal protection business plan based on the problem that guards are now aware of personal protection service. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyzed the data after expert survey and interview conducted by seven experts engaged in personal protection services more than 15 years. The guard who perform personal protection service proposed a development plan of personal protection services as follows. First, the current education system for new employees' training is required to improve the educational program of 40 hours in subjects related to personal protection duties by reorganization Second, the personal protection service training for guards also appropriate to switch to 8-hour training program for three months through an educational organization controlled by country. Third, the personal protection guards should be proceeding the practical programs required in the field and quality education in the different section by competent and professional instructors. Fourth, it should be revised Regulating that on the site of collective civil petition including in Events related to events across the board in the security services law. Fifth, there needs to be a change of recognition between police and private security firms, and to be set up the organization for supervision of management by police and private security firms jointly. Sixth, there needs to be organized a subcommittee which is consisting of experts in each task on Korea Security Association, and founded Korea Personal Protection Association for development associated with the personal protection service and to protect the rights of personal protection guards.

This study, in particular, aims to regulate the core techniques of ubiquitous computing, such as the use of an ad hoc network and the smart-tag technique, and to look more closely into RFID Tag's smart-tag-related security service. The study aims to do so because several important technical factors and structures must be taken into account for RFID Tag to be applied in the ubiquitous-computing-related infrastructure, and the security of the tag is considered one of the core technologies. To realize secure ubiquitous computing in the case of the Passive-tag-Performing RF communication, a less costly security service, the technical items needed to carry this out, a security service to be applied to passive tags, and network management techniques are required. Therefore, the passive-tag-based networks as the authentication level is established based on the secure authentication of each tag and the service that the tag delivers in the passive-tag-based networks and as the same service and authentication levels are applied, and the active-tag-based network system proposed herein is not merely a security service against illegal RFID tags by performing a current-location and service registration process after the secure authentication process of the active RFID tag, but is also a secure protocol for single and group services, is proposed in this study.
Financial service industry has introduced and operated management systems such as information security management system (ISMS), personal information security management system, business continuity management system to protect and maintain suitably customer's financial information and financial service. This study started that it's desirable financial industry takes consideration of ISMS and it can be different types among various organizations taking consideration of culture, practical work, and guideline of information security. The study derives primary control areas of ISMS through analyzing non-conformity trends and control factors according to certification audit for finance-related organizations introduced international ISMS of ISO27001 which is well known and commonly applicable irrespective of areas in financial service industry. Through case analyses for five finance-related organizations operating ISMS, this study analyzed improvement effects of ISMS. It has a meaning as an initial research though it was difficulty in acquiring data for empirical study because of rare organizations maintaining certification in financial sector. As a result, number of non-confirmity from the first audit to three years' elapse was decreased every year. Physical and environmental security, communication and operations management, and access control having the highest frequency of non-conformity each presented 23%, 19%, and 17%, which reached 59% in total and they are derived into primary control areas. ISMS can fulfill technical, managerial, physical security issues, which have not been treated importantly in financial industry. In addition, this study presented that ISMS can be an effective management system applicable for financial service industry.
In the 1960s, economic growth served to step up industrialization and urbanization, which was concurrent with th e urban concentration of population, and this phenomenon led to an increase in crime, and there was a rapid increase in demand for security at the same time. So the law enforcement authorities instituted the security service act in a move to secure quasi-police force. The enactment of the security service act has been put in force up to now, fueling the growth of security business. Mean while, the security industry has attained a splendid growth as one of growth industries, and it's required to look back on the past to determine new directions for the industry to make a new leap forward. Thus, the 1970s was a period to lay the groundwork for Korean private security, and the purpose of this study was to examine the social environments of the 1970s related to private security and what accelerated the development of private security.
Purpose - This paper investigates whether one's occupation influences one's attitude toward people with HIV/AIDS and suggests ways to counter HIV-related stigma in different work settings. Two samples comprising workers in different environments and occupations with contrasting personalities were chosen. Thus, security guards (authoritarian types) and catering workers (social types) were included. Research design, data, and methodology - The sample comprised246 service staff from the Rhodes University Catering Division and the Hi-Tec Security company, both in Grahamstown, South Africa, a small Eastern Cape province town. All employees at these organizations during the survey were eligible to participate. Results -The security sample displays significantly higher personal stigma scores than the catering sample, according to the Visser personal stigma scale (mean scores of 4.01 and 1.37, respectively; t=10.30, df=244, p=0.00). Similar results were found using Visser subscales. Conclusions - This study shows that occupation is a strong predictor of HIV-related stigma in the workplace, suggesting that workplace settings, by attracting particular personalities and influencing workers, may shape attitudes towards those who are HIV positive.
According to the current record of Private Security in Korea, more than 110,231 private security guards and around 2,213 security guard associations are engaged in the private security industries. However, there is no a professional license for the private security. In order to be provided a high quality service from private security industries, the security guard should be required his/her professional qualification which can be upgraded by establishing a professional license system. For introducing the license system the government and security guard associations need to support the suitable training program including curriculum and method, and all associations related to the private security have to require people involved in any kinds of private security matters to complete obligatorily some educational training programs. And also, to complete a college should be the minimum requirement.

Existing research on security technology related to network attack response has focused on research using hardware network security technology, network attacks that wiretap and wiretap network packets, denial of service attack that consumes server resources to bring down the system, and network by identifying vulnerabilities before attack. It is classified as a scanning attack. In addition, methods for increasing network security, antivirus vaccines and antivirus systems have been mainly proposed and designed. In particular, many users do not fully utilize the security function of the router. In order to overcome this problem, it is classified according to the network security level to block external attacks through layered security management through layer-by-layer experiments. The scope of the study was presented by examining the security technology trends of edge routers, and suggested methods and implementation examples to protect from threats related to edge router-based network attacks.

In this paper, related studies were investigated by dividing them into cost-benefit analysis, security continuity services, and SW-centric calculations. The case analysis was conducted on A institutions in the United States, Japan and South Korea. Based on this, an improvement model was prepared through comparison with the current system. The SCS(Security Continuity Service) performance evaluation system-based information protection service cost calculation model is proposed. This method applies a service level agreement(SLA) and NIST Cybersecurity framework that are highly effective through cost-effectiveness analysis and calculates consideration based on characteristics, performance criteria, and weights by information protection service. This model can be used as a tool to objectively calculate the cost of information protection services at public institutions. It is also expected that this system can be established by strengthening the current recommended statutory level to the enforceability level, improving the evaluation system of state agencies and public institutions, introducing a verification system of information protection services by national certification bodies, and expanding its scope to all systems.
