연구목적: 본 연구는 에너지산업현장에서 재난 발생에 대비하여 훈련하는 안전한국훈련 상황에서 훈련시 사용할 수 있는 재난훈련시스템을 필요한 곳에 적절하게 사용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 논문, 보고서, 통계자료 등을 조사하고 현장방문하여 훈련상황을 조사하였다. 연구결과: 재난훈련시스템을 활용한 토론기반 훈련과 실행기반 훈련이 계획수립부터 자체평가까지 가능하게 잘 이루어지고 있었다. 결론: 재난훈련시스템은 재난 발생에 대비하는 기관의 자체 훈련, 재난대응안전한국훈련시에는 평가활동까지 복합적으로 활용할 수 있는 시스템으로 그 사용성을 높여 평소 활용 범위를 넓혀야 한다.

As the WTO system launches through the agreement of Uruguay Round, the Government has to revise the office regulations or reform the system. Also, Integrating and Coordinating the like affair in health care (i. e., children's home, industry health, school health, health manpower, the administration of health center, the administration on food hygiene, health environmental education, and so on.) which is now scattered into some government departments like the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Environment, the Government has to prevent unspecialty, inefficiency, inconsistency, and uneconomy. The Government has to review and adopt above suggested the Proposal 1),2),3),4) of the Health Centers on the basis of the local autonomy law and it will help the successive settlement of the local autonomy system in Korea. According to the suggested proposal, the Central Government mainly takes charge of the Macro affairs as hardware, and transfer the Micro affairs as software into the Local Governments to attempt the appropriate functional allocation. To achieve it successfully, the Central Government also has to do the financial support, manpower training and technical support, allocation of health care resources, direction and control, research and development and the health care plan on the macro level. Local Governments which divided into the wide local government and basic local government also have to do their best for health improvement of the community societies like plan of health care program, implementation of health care service program, taking charge of the affairs of health insurance, activation of community residents' participation and security of health care resources etc. To achieve this goal, the Government have to be more active and reformative, the related social and health agencies and educational agencies have to cooperate and support for the goals, and especially, the community residents have to participate actively and voluntarily, When all these conditions promote, local health care administration will be developed, and health level of community residents will be secured. And going one step forward, the country and people will be more healthy

This study aims to analyze the cases of storage space outside housing unit and propose the activation plan. The issue of storage in residential complex has continued to be reported. This is more salient due to the recent preference trend for small houses, the constant increase of living goods and the limitation of the available space inside housing unit. Although more apartment houses are trying to have individual storage in the exterior space to address these issues, there is still a paucity of the related studies and more studies are required. In this study, we conducted on-site investigation and user interview of each case to propose active usage of the storage space outside housing unit. Result of this study shows that the most crucial factor to improve is 'accessibility' in order to activate the storage space. Storage room should be located close to each household or the individual parking space. The second factor is the size and the structure of the storage room. The sufficient space for keeping and taking large objects out are required. The front of the storage room should have a clogged structure to insure privacy. The third is the provision of suitable support programs such as the system that occupants can check remotely what items are in their storage rooms, garage sale, laundry service, auto cleaning system and rental program. Those programs are required for efficient management and activation of space. Another requirement is to improve environmental factors which include maintenance of optimal temperature and humidity, automatic ventilation system, control of individual lights, and security enhancement. Based on the results of the survey, we provide basic data which can be used for practical space planning to activate exterior storage space of the housing unit. Further surveys are required to develop this study by obtaining more data for generalization.

Background : Recently, Medical Act was amended to encourage the induction of combined treatment between Oriental Medicine doctors and Western doctors. As yet, the information infra for combined treatment has not been studied. Objectives : This study aimed to design the architecture of information system for combined treatment of the Oriental and the Western Medicine. Methods : First, we defined the information of combined treatment through the analysis of research trends from the inside and outside of the country. Because the data compatibility is very important, the definition of information must be ahead of anything else. Second, we designed the architecture of information system based on the prior definition. Results : We classified the information for combined treatment by subject such as law, clinic, research, manpower, facilities, and education. In this paper information system examined in three aspects. First the infra layer is organized as hardware, netware, and security. Second is data warehouse layer for the storing, filtering, and extraction of data. Third is service layer which is related to data transmission. And Finally all information for combined treatment is provided through the portal system for medical consumer, political planner, and R&D researcher. Conclusion : In this paper, we studied the essential factors of combined treatment information in the view point of information system. But the detailed design and implementation of information system must be followed to effect this results.

트래픽 지역화는 전통적인 패킷 네트워크의 종단에서 트래픽이 발생하도록 함으로써 물리적 네트워크의 부하 부담을 줄이고, 사물 인터넷 기반의 민감한 센서 데이터 관련 보안 이슈에도 효율적으로 지원할 수 있으며, 기존 네트워크 인프라의 변경 없이 차세대 융 복합 스마트 네트워크 환경에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 네트워크 기반의 IoT 데이터에 콘텐츠 우선순위 기법을 적용하였다. 사물 인터넷 콘텐츠를 지역화시킴으로써 네트워크상에서 트래픽의 흐름을 효율적으로 지역화 하여 스마트 포워딩을 가능하게 하는 연구를 수행하였다. 또한, 콘텐츠 지역화를 통해 효과적인 네트워크 트래픽 경로를 결정하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 네트워크 부하를 줄일 수 있었으며 이용자 품질을 보장 할 수 있는 사물 인터넷 서비스에 유용한 네트워크 구조임을 증명 할 수 있었다. 또한, 스마트 네트워크기반 환경에서 사물 인터넷 서비스를 효과적으로 수용할 수 있음을 증명하였다.

최근 다양한 형태의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 스마트폰의 활용도가 증가함에 따라 안드로이드 앱의 활용에 대한 안전성과 신뢰성 등 보안 문제가 이슈화되고 있다. 안드로이드 앱은 apk 파일 형태로 활용되며, 몇몇의 중요 파일에 의해 실행이 된다. 하지만 이러한 apk파일에 악의적인 소스코드가 삽입되어 통제권 상실이나 권한탈취 등 부정사용에 대한 대상이 될 수 있다. 본 논문은 안드로이드 환경에서 앱의 소스코드 부정사용에 관한 위협을 정의하고, 분석 결과를 기반으로 안드로이드 앱 소스코드 부정사용을 방지하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 불법으로 위변조된 안드로이드 앱을 탐지하고 일반 사용자의 안드로이드 디바이스에 설치되는 것을 방지하기 위한 제 3기관을 이용하여 안드로이드 앱의 무결성을 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 일반 사용자와 안드로이드 앱을 제공하는 서비스 서버로만 구성되어 있는 기존의 안드로이드 앱 제공 서비스 시스템과 다르게 안드로이드 앱의 무결성 검증과 사용자 등록을 위한 신뢰할 수 있는 제 3기관을 추가하여 안전한 안드로이드 앱을 제공한다.

최근 전 세계적으로 다양한 유형의 재난이 발생하고 있으며, 재난으로 인한 피해를 최소화하기 위한 재난관리 체계구축의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 국내에서도 마우나리조트, 세월호 사건 이후 국민안전처 신설, 국가안전관리기본계획 발표 등 재난안전과 관련하여 많은 정책적 개선을 추진하였으며, 재난거점병원을 확충하는 등 시설 확보에도 많은 노력을 기울였다. 그러나 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 선진국과 비교하여 인구 당 응급의료시설이 부족한 실정이며, 재난 시 다양한 기관의 미흡한 협조체계로 효율적 재난관리가 이행되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재난상황에 요구되는 응급의료시설의 효율적 구축과 체계적 운영방안을 제시하고자 하며, 이를 위해 선진국 대비 국내 응급의료시설의 현황을 파악하고, 재난현장 응급의료시설 유형 및 상황별 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

모바일 인터넷 사용자의 급성장으로 모바일 인터넷의 응용에 의한 모바일비즈니스가 관련 산업계와 학계의 관심을 끌고 있으나 대부분의 연구는 홈쇼핑 등 B2C관련 시장동향 분석이 주를 이루었다. 본 논문은 모바일 B2B의 독특한 시장영역이 있음을 지적하고 한국에서 모바일 B2B의 동향과 함께 수요에 대한 조사 분석 연구로서 모바일 B2B의 활성화방안을 모색하였다. 수요조사는 사용자, 공급자, 대학, 연구소등의 관련 전문가들의 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 조사 영역은 사업, 시장, 콘텐츠/응용, 기술개발, 그리고 법제도를 포함한 5개 영역으로 하였다. 조사 분석 결과 모바일 B2B산업은 2005년부터 무선 PDA 등을 이용한 유통, 금융, 영업, 물류 업종을 중심으로 활성화 될 것이며, 보안, 인증, 그리고 표준화 분야가 모바일 B2B 활성화의 중요 요소로 분석되었다.

해양분야의 새로운 패러다임으로 논의되고 있는 e-navigation 정책의 핵심은 공간적으로 연속된 정보의 제공 기술과 제공될 정보의 수집, 분석, 표현 기술이라 할 수 있으며, 핵심 구성요소로 해상통신 서비스의 연속적인 제공을 위해서는 기존 통신 장비와 앞으로 요구되는 광대역 통신 장비 간에 Seamless한 통신 서비스가 제공될 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 SDR 기술을 통한 다중모드 해상 무선통신 지원이 필요하며, 원거리 통신의 주요 기술 중 하나인 위성통신망을 독자적으로 보유하지 못한 우리나라의 현실을 감안할 때, 기존 지상파 무선통신 기술을 e-navigation 체계 내에 도입하여 활용할 수 있도록 관련 기술과 적용 방안이 필요하다. 본고에서는 해상무선통신 기술 및 서비스 제공 체계 분석을 통하여 해상 무선통신 기술 특성을 파악하고, SDR 제공 플랫폼의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 구조 분석을 통하여 해상무선통신 다중모드 운영을 위한 SDR 적용 범위를 도출하였으며, 향후 SDR 기반 해상 통신시스템 플랫폼 제공 방안을 도출하고자 한다.

멀티캐스트 서비스들이 점차 다양해지고, 서비스 사용자의 폭도 넓어지고 있다. 이에 비례하여 공격자들의 주목을 받게되고 정보의 누출 가능성도 높아진다. 따라서 멀티캐스트 서비스 활용과 동시에 그에 대한 보안 연구도 함께 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 멤버의 동적인 가입 탈퇴가 발생하는 그룹에서 효율적인 그룹 관리를 적용하여 안전한 멀티캐스트 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 구조를 제안한다. 제안한 구조는 한 명의 송신자와 다수의 수신자로 구성된 멀티캐스트 통신 상황에서, 보안 측면을 고려하여 많은 이용자들에게 안전한 멀티캐스트 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 구조와 성능을 비교·분석한 결과, 제안하는 구조는 멤버 관리가 효율적이고, 전송 지연을 줄이면서 보다 안전하게 데이터를 전송할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
