사이버전 훈련 시스템에 현실감 있는 트래픽을 제공하기 위해서는 사전에 트래픽 유통계획 작성과 정상/위협 데이터셋을 이용한 훈련데이터셋 생성이 필요하다. 본 논문은 사이버전 훈련 시스템에 실제 환경과 같은 배경 트래픽을 제공하기 위한 트래픽 유통계획 저작과 훈련데이터셋을 생성하는 방법의 설계와 구현 결과를 제시한다. 트래픽 유통계획은 트래픽을 유통할 훈련 환경의 네트워크 토폴로지와 실제 및 모의환경에서 수집한 트래픽 속성 정보를 이용하여 저작하는 방법을 제안한다. 트래픽 유통계획에 따라 훈련데이터셋을 생성하는 방법은 단위트래픽을 이용하는 방법과 프로토콜의 비율을 이용하는 혼합트래픽 양상 방법을 제안한다. 구현한 도구를 이용하여 트래픽 유통계획을 저작하고, 유통계획에 따른 훈련데이터셋 생성결과를 확인하였다.

Recently, in the adoption of cloud computing are emerging as locations are key requirements of security and privacy, at home and abroad, several organizations recognize the importance of privacy in cloud computing environments and research-based transcription and systematic approach in progress have. The purpose of this study was to recognize the importance of privacy in the cloud computing environment based on personal information security methodology to the security of cloud computing, cloud computing, users must be verified, empirical research on the improvement plan. Therefore, for existing users of enhanced security in cloud computing security consisted framework of existing cloud computing environments. Personal information protection management system: This is important to strengthen security for existing users of cloud computing security through a variety of personal information security methodology and lead to positive word-of-mouth to create and foster the cloud industry ubiquitous expression, working environments.

최근 정보보안 환경 변화에 따른 사이버 침해, 사업 기밀유출, 글로벌 보안위협 등의 정보자산에 대한 지속적인 공격으로 위협이 되고 있다. 이는 기존 정보보호시스템에서 대응이 어려운 APT 공격, 우회접근공격 및 암호화 패킷에 대한 공격 등에 대한 탐지와 조치가 가능한 접근에 대해 지속적인 모니터링의 수행이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지능형지속위협 공격경로차단을 위한 예방통제(Prevention Control)로 중요한 자산 식별하고 위험을 미리 제거하기 위하여 취약성 분석, 위험분석을 통한 정보통제 정책을 수립하고 서버접근통제, 암호화통신 감시를 통해 탐지통제(Detection Control)를 수립하고 패킷 태깅, 보안플랫폼, 시스템백업과 복구를 통해 교정통제(Corrective Control)를 하여 지능화된 침해대응(Intelligent Violation of Response) 할 수 있도록 정보보호시스템 운영관리 방법을 제안한다.

미국에서 발생한 항공기 테러 사건이후 해상의 보안위험성이 높게 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 해상범죄 데이터를 바탕으로 해상보안위험의 현황을 파악하고 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 해상보안위협을 예방하고 효율적으로 대처하기 위한 대응 방안을 제안하였다.

The private security has been one of the fastest growing parts of the law enforcement industry, confronted with mutual coincidence or complementarity. Therefore, the primary factor in order to straighten it up should be bringing op a person, because he or she arranges the private security, based on the society in the end. In addition, it is suggested that further study of technical learning and its practice should be arranged. Because the education for agents undertaking the social security is comprehensive in space and limited in time, it may accompany hardship in arranging its content and curriculum Although this article leaves much to be desired, it has been analyzed end observed if a greater emphasis is placed on ample human resources supply for increased demand on social security in private law enforcement industry through institutional education system. A scientific advancement is expected to be attained in the majors related to the private security, with validity that the continuous studies should be implemented, and a social role of colleges as a specialized institute should be erected.

With rapid social change, security industries were diversified and universities related total security service were founded for training of specialist with a theory and practical affairs. Today, universities must provide an education which fits to job characteristics in rapidly changing society. Also students through this education must find their job properly. The purposes of this study, therefore, are to search a career selection of students majoring in total security service related departments and to study a role of universities for development of specialist related security industries. Revitalization plan of human resources for departments related security services are as follows ; roles of universities: a specialization of curriculum and a diversification of training method. 'academic-industrial cooperation', role of government: 'a legal and institutional policy on academic-industrial cooperation';. Universities, cooperations, government must cooperate mutually for development of specialist related security service field.

최근 들어 산업기술 유출 문제의 심각성이 대두됨에 따라 보안에 대한 중요성도 나날이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업기술 보안에 대한 연구 동향과 산업기술 유출 실태에 대해 조사하여 여러 가지 측면에서 분석하였으며, 산업기술 유출 문제의 심각성과 그에 따른 보안의 시급성을 보였다. 마지막으로 산업기술 보안에 필요한 개선 방안을 법률적, 경영 방식, 기술적 측면으로 나누어 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 업무현장에서 다양한 경험을 하고 있는 특수경비원들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 특수경비업무의 발전방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 특수경비업무에 10년 이상 종사하고 있는 현장전문가 7명에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 특수경비업무를 몸소 수행하고 있는 특수경비원들은 특수경비업무의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 현재의 특수경비원 신임교육 제도는 특수경비업무 실무와 관련된 교과목으로 재편성하여 60시간 정도의 교육프로그램으로 개선이 요구된다. 둘째, 특수경비원 직무교육도 국가에서 관할하는 교육기관을 통하여 3개월에 9시간의 교육프로그램으로 전환하여 시행하되 교육이수여부관리에 중점을 두는 것이 적합하다. 셋째, 특수경비원들에게는 실무에서 필요로 하는 교육프로그램과 능력 있고 전문적인 강사진을 통한 분야별 양질의 교육이 진행되어져야 한다. 넷째, 경비업법에 규정되어 있는 특수경비원의 정년은 사회적 환경을 고려하여 상향조정되어져야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 특수경비업체와 경찰 서로간의 인식전환이 필요하다. 여섯째, 특수경비업무와 관련한 발전방안과 특수경비원들의 권익보호를 할 수 있는 특수경비협회의 창설이 요구되어진다.

A nuclear energy has been one of the most important sources to securely supply electricity in South Korea. Its weight in the national electricity supply has kept increasing since the first nuclear reactor was built in 1978. The country relies on the nuclear approximately 31.4% in 2012 and it is expected to increase to 48.5% in 2024 based on the long-term electricity supply plan announced by the Korean government. However, Fukushima disaster due to 9.0 magnitude earthquake followed by the tsunami has raised deep concerns on the security of the nuclear power plants. The policy makers of the country are much interested in analyzing the cost structure of the power supply in the case that the nuclear is diminished from the current supply portion. This research uses a stochastic model that aims to evaluate the long-term power supply plan and provides an extensive cost analysis on the changes of the nuclear power supply. To evaluate a power supply plan, the research develops a few plausible energy mix scenarios by changing the installed capacities of energy sources from the long-term electricity supply plan. The analyses show that the nuclear is still the most attractive energy source since its fuel cost is very much stable compared to the other sources. Also the results demonstrate that a large amount of financial expenditure is additionally required every year if Koreans agree on the reduction of nuclear to increase national security against a nuclear disaster.

현재 사용되고 있는 국방 PKI 시스템은 앞으로 전력화 될 무선 네트워크 환경에서 보다 많은 위협요소들이 발생할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 위치정보를 이용한 장소에 대한 접근제어 및 암호화를 통해 군 정보시스템에 접근 가능한 인증 체계를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. GPS, 센서와 같은 위치정보 수집 장치를 통하여 정보를 수집하고 인증을 위한 새로운 키를 생성한다. 이렇게 생성된 키로부터 접근제어를 위한 인증코드 생성과 데이터를 암호화한다. 본 논문은 제안된 기법을 통하여 허가되지 않은 장소에서 군 기밀정보의 접근을 통제하고 권한이 없는 사용자의 인증을 방지할 수 있을 것이다. 아울러 기존의 국방 PKI 시스템을 적극적으로 활용함으로써 다단계 접근제어가 가능하다.
