This study is about the present condition of facilities for the disabled at elementary schools in Ulsan and improvement plan of facilities for the disabled. The important thing of tasks of societies and nations is rights to education for the disabled. If an education is natural rights that give people identification, Societies and nations do their best to adapting anyone no matter who has any circumstance to civilization. The more people are poor, the more Societies and nations support and give them chance to education. Among people who really need the chance to education, there was the disabled. Therefore, societies and nations support them carefully more than any others. Above all things, considering the fact that separation to integration of a education for the disabled, facilities for the disabled that can base on an integrated education must be improved as soon as possible. An integrated education contribute to growing sociality and security of human rights for the disabled. It is natural that basic facilities are necessary for the disabled. A systematic program development that make ordinary students look fairly disabled students is really demanded for that ordinary students give disabled students love and help.

The Anyang River which located in an urban area near Seoul had been managed focusing on supplying home and industrial water and preventing floods, coping with rapid industrialization and urbanization. Consequently, it was changed into a deadly river during 25 years. Its channel was straightened by concrete and water quality deteriorated to BOD 190mg/l. In addition, water quantity has been rapidly decreased and has been drying up. Also, as the river ecosystem, landscape, water-friendly function, and so forth were seriously deteriorated, people turn away from the urban river. From 2001, the master plan under the 10-year has been actively carried out centering on the preceding items, which are healthy river in which fishes inhabit, safe river free from floods and droughts, and pleasant river where citizens visit. As a result, its water quality was remarkably improved by BOD 5mg/l in 2005 and some upper zones were improved enough to allow people to swim. Moreover, various animals including fish and birds gather around the river. Now, the 'Anyang River Restoration Project' is recognized as the first comprehensive and systematic nature-friendly urban river improvement in Korea.

With international urgence of terror situation, many methods of terror techniques and skills are appearing and more intense and threatening terror is braking out not only in the air(plane), but also in the sea(ship). Korea is surrounded by 3 sides of sea and is a proud maritime nation that should advance to foreign country through the sea because South Korea and North Korea are confronting. Korea depend on the maritime transportation, 99.7% of exporting, importing material resources. Therefore, acquisition of the marine safety has the great affect on national security and economical life. On the high tension of situation about threat and possibility of maritime terroism, the potential ways of the improvement policy for counter-tactics against big maritime terror are the following. First, we should construct clear and well-organized network for accurate information about maritime terrorism Second, we should have the information of all domestic, foreign passenger's ships Third, national important facilities such as atomic energy plant, thermo-electric power plant, shipyard need policies to manage all emergency situation Fourth, government authorities should improve tactic abilitities by competing with support and budget inside of nation as well as outside of nation. To develop big maritime terror of our country, we will have to hold cooperative training & tactics contest of big maritime terror by cooperating educational industry organization with similar institute, improve the ability of members of big terror and acquire tactics information by excavating and exchanging a new technique through tactics seminar and public hearing.

대학의 정보화 예산을 체계적으로 편성하기 위하여 대학의 전산자원중에서 중요한 PC와 소프트웨어 관리 및 활용에 대한 모델과 네트워크의 적정 속도에 대한 모델을 제안한다. 보유 PC의 활용도 증진을 위한 대책, PC 유지 보수의 문제점과 대책, PC의 효율적인 확충과 교체 방안, 소프트웨어 구입과 효율적인 활용방안을 제안한다. 또한 정보 시스템의 마스터플랜 수립의 핵심부분인 네트워크 환경과 관리를 위한 적정한 모델을 제안한다. 네트워크를 내부망과 외부망으로 구분하여 네프워크의 적정 속도를 산정하기 위한 수석모델을 제안한다. 그리고 대학이라는 조직의 특성을 살리고 보안을 유지할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

Today distant oceans around the world are regarded as a major 'global commons' for international trade and transportation. Korea is not an exception, because Korea hugely depends on sea lines of communication (SLOC) for supplying vital commodities such as food and energy resource. As a result, assuring a free and safe use of distant ocean beyond territory is also an important agenda for Korea's maritime security. However there are a number of challenges for Korea to enjoy a free and safe use of distant ocean; dangers of regional maritime conflict in East Asia, naval arms race of China and Japan, and concerns on possible decline of U.S naval presence and power projection capabilities. These factors provide a reasonable basis for Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN) to pursue capabilities for major naval operations at distant ocean in a long-term perspective toward the year 2030. The introduction of aircraft carrier and nuclear-powered submarine is a key requirement for achieving this goal. ROKN needs to acquire a 'multi-role strategic landing platform' type of light aircraft carrier, which takes a role to escort naval task force by providing air superiority at distant ocean. Additionally nuclear-powered submarine will offer ROKN a formidable power to carry out offensive missions effectively at distant ocean.

The purpose of this study is to classify the cities on sustainability assessment score studied in advance using cluster analysis, to present efficient management and policy direction based on analysis of sustainability index in 45 cities of all over Gyeongsangnam and Gyeongsangbuk-do. According to the results of cluster analysis, 45 cities were classed into 4 clusters by "livable-welfare city", "environmental -ecological city", "scientific-technological city", and "industrial-economic city". The livable-welfare cities must keep superior environmental sustainability, promote small and medium sized business on regional characteristic. The environmental-ecological cities have to change agriculture into future environmental industry such as ecotourism, bio-industry and landscape agriculture. The scientific-technological cities are going to need support of government scale such as income enlargement of citizen and stable job security. Finally, the industrial-economic cities must increase environmental management plants and improve quality of life through securing green spaces, maintaining public peace and applying UIS because of low quality of environment and life.

This study is an investigation for the ADS optimum design by using FEM. We write out program which express ADS perfectly and reduce the required time for correcting of model to the minimum in solution and manufacture result. We complete algorithm which can plan optimum forming of model by feedback error information in CAE. For that, we draw up ADS program which modeling rachet wheel by using visual LISP and telegraph to ANSYS, structural solution program, we can solve stress solution. Then we correct model by feedback date obtaining in solution process, repeat course following stress solution again and do modeling rachet wheel for optimum forming. That is our aim. As a result of experience, we can develope automatic design program using Visual LISP and exhibit ADS as modeling third dimension CAD for optimum design. Also, we develop optimum design algorithm using ADS and FEM. In rachet wheel, greatest equivalence stress originates in key groove comer and KS standard is proved the design for security.

지난 8년간 세계 태양광 시장은 연평균 40% 이상 성장하여 2006년 200억 불 규모로 초고속성장을 지속하고 있으며 2010년 1,300억 불, 2012년에는 2,000억 불에 이를 것으로 전망되며, 2015년에는 메모리반도체 시장규모를 추월할 것으로 예상된다. 국내 태양광 산업은2004년 이후 적극적인 기술개발 및 보급정책의 결과 2008년 현재 산업 기반이 조성되었으며 수출산업으로 전환단계에 있다. 태양광 분야는 반도체/디스플레이 시장과 같이 기술력과 자금력을 보유한 소수의 기업이 이익을 독점하는 구조로서 2007년 상위 5개국이 전체 생산량의 85%를 차지하는 실정이다. 이것은 우리가 조기에 기술 및 규모를 확보하지 못할 경우 추후 경쟁에서 매우 불리함을 인식하고 실리콘 소재 기술력의 국산화 및 박막형 태양전지의 양산화 조성 등 세부기술의 분류를 나열하고 2-3년 이내에 상용화 가능한 요소기술, 4-5년 이내에 양산구동력을 구축할 수 있는 핵심기술, 10년 이내에 글로벌경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 원천기술력을 발굴하고 정부-기업-연구소(대학)가 공동의 지원책을 강구하여 융합된 미래 글로벌 기술력을 확보한 신성장 동력원으로 가치창출 요소를 발굴할 필요성이 있다.

현재 공공기관에서 시행되고 있는 각종 부동산전자상거래 관련 서비스 현황을 분석하고, 부동산전자상거래를 우선적으로 적용 시행한 사례를 선택하여 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 정부 주도의 부동산전자상거래 시스템의 구성단위별 구축방안을 모색하고, 단위시스템 구축의 우선 순위를 검토하였으며 부동산컨텐츠정보를 DRM 서버에 전달하고 인증받은 후 복호키와 라이선스만 다운로드 받기 때문에 P2P기술이 가지고 있는 장점을 최대한 살리면서 콘텐츠의 가장 큰 문제점인 저작권 문제를 해결 할 수 있도록 한다.
