Recently as the interest on Esthetic Dental Prosthesis is arising, the domains of Esthetic Dentistry is being widely investigated. Esthetic Dental Prosthesis is influenced greatly by the shape, color, tooth arrangement of the teeth and the facial features(including the lips). So the degree to which these characters harmonize will be the professional esthetical standard while the satisfaction of the patient will be another esthetical measure. The reason for this is that each and every one of us has a different standard of what is considered beautiful. Of course it doesn't mean that every standard is correct. Then what does Esthetical Prosthesis mean and what should the standard be? This must be defined as a prosthesis that satisfies the basic requirements - margin, contour, occlusion, and at the same time it should restore the shape, color, and tooth arrangement which the client(patient) would love to have. As Esthetic Prosthesis contains its subjective meaning a great deal, it shouldn't be simply distinguished between the beauty of the teeth itself or ugliness. Also in some case, it needs surgical treatment to make it harmonious in the whole aspect so that one may keep the feeling of satisfaction and security. Then what is the shape, color, tooth arrangement that each individual wants? There is an indefinite variety. For example, considering arrangement both regular and irregular is considered beautiful by each different individual. Regular arrangement may be the standard of beauty for some, while irregular arrangement may be thought of as natural looking and beautiful. That is why there must be enough communication with the patient and an agreement be made at the clinic before a diagnostic plan and actual surgery. The treatment plan as mentioned above must be sent to the dental laboratory. In this research, by using case studies, I am going to the importance and appropriateness of the data and information for the dental technician's esthetic prosthesis.

Even if many studies for the prevention of accidents in chemical plant have been carried out, recently more severe accidents in chemical plants have occurred continuously. These have a large potential impact and the loss of casualties and economic can vary according to the activities of early emergency responses. Thus, in order to mitigate the impact of accidents, the studies preparing the guidelines for emergency response have to be urgently needed. In this study, the current emergency responses guidelines and regulations in Korea were investigated to find out the drawbacks. And, to tackle these, BCP(Business continuity plan) method was used to improve the activities of early emergency responses as suggesting the basic components, response steps, feedback and procedures of the emergency responses.

Therefore the transactions at the Internet e-commerce under hold specific gravity and rule in the future with the propection increase the interest concern about the security skill. A study on this paper presentation through the planning method about the analysis on the objective which e-commerce follow the inflection of efficiency strategy and induction the plan on the penetration's revitalization about Internet e-commerce.

As the WTO system launches through the agreement of Uruguay Round, the Government has to revise the office regulations or reform the system. Also, Integrating and Coordinating the like affair in health care (i. e., children's home, industry health, school health, health manpower, the administration of health center, the administration on food hygiene, health environmental education, and so on.) which is now scattered into some government departments like the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Environment, the Government has to prevent unspecialty, inefficiency, inconsistency, and uneconomy. The Government has to review and adopt above suggested the Proposal 1),2),3),4) of the Health Centers on the basis of the local autonomy law and it will help the successive settlement of the local autonomy system in Korea. According to the suggested proposal, the Central Government mainly takes charge of the Macro affairs as hardware, and transfer the Micro affairs as software into the Local Governments to attempt the appropriate functional allocation. To achieve it successfully, the Central Government also has to do the financial support, manpower training and technical support, allocation of health care resources, direction and control, research and development and the health care plan on the macro level. Local Governments which divided into the wide local government and basic local government also have to do their best for health improvement of the community societies like plan of health care program, implementation of health care service program, taking charge of the affairs of health insurance, activation of community residents' participation and security of health care resources etc. To achieve this goal, the Government have to be more active and reformative, the related social and health agencies and educational agencies have to cooperate and support for the goals, and especially, the community residents have to participate actively and voluntarily, When all these conditions promote, local health care administration will be developed, and health level of community residents will be secured. And going one step forward, the country and people will be more healthy

The development of technology in modern industrial world which grows and changes every day is shortening the cycle of life span of products, so there is a flood of products around us. It is enough to say that this phenomenon leads to further emphasis on the aspect of design for human being. It is not a new fact that to design for the rational function and the modeling from to make a combination and to satisfy consumers' desire is a short cut to gain competitive superiority in developing new products for MIS security. Therefore the design which plays a leading role in the activity of creating more convenient, more aesthetic, and more econemical products is called 'NEW CORPORATE WEAPON'. The amount of effort made for developing products is different in each company, but recently the plan to develope new products and its process arouse more interest. This thesis purports to improve objective understanding about the development of design by investigating products development research and the process of analysis and designing as a case study on developing a domestic supersonic humidifier. This thesis consists of five chapters in all. In chapter one as a preface, the purpose the method and the scope of the study is described. Chapter two contains my effort to grasp the background of study on the design and the basic structure of supersonic humidifier. Chapter three is an examination into the present conditions of supersonic humidifier used in domestic and foreign area, and the shape of design. In chapter four, a guide for the development of design is established. The idea sketch based on a fundamental shape and the drawing are added to this. In chapter five on the basis of the result of analysis in the preceding research I describe the development of design of products on the premise that marketing gives proof for them but the products oriented by manufacturer are not included in this case. In this thesis, I try to recognize the process of the develpment of design and the importance of the plan for design in developing products by examining an investigative and analytic study on the design of products.

Recent floodplain data are important for river master plan, storm and flood damage reduction comprehensive plan and pre-disaster impact assessment. Hazard map, base of floodplain data, is being emphasized as important method of non-structural flood prevention and consist of inundation trace map, inundation expected map and hazard information map. Inundation trace map describes distribution of area that damaged from typhoons, heavy rain and tsunamis and includes identified flood level, flood depth and flood time from flooding area. However due to lack of these data by local government, which are foundational and supposed to be well prepared nationwide, having hard time for making inundation trace map or hazard information map. To overcome this problem, time consumption and budget reduction is required through various research. From this study, DEM (Digital Elevation Model) from image material from UAVS (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System) and numeric geographic map from National Geographic Information Institute are used for calculating flooding damaged area and compared with inundation trace map. As results, inundation trace map DEM based on image material from UAVS had better accuracy than that used DEM based on numeric geographic map. And making hazard map could be easier and more accurate by utilizing image material from UAVS than before.

The mobile environment which is based on the Internet is expanding the area of the web information systems. The mobile Internet is expanding mobile content and services due to the development of wireless network technology, the proliferation of smart terminal devices, and the emergence of a variety of mobile services platforms. A mobile web is to access to the Internet service using a mobile network or other wireless network using a smart phone or a mobile device. Recently, it is to increase the smart phone usage rapidly in the country, and many companies is entering the mobile market. There are increasing need for this operation plan of a mobile web information system. In this paper, we compared the COBIT, ITIL, the SLA, which are the International Information Systems operation standards, and the information system operation standards of Korea Information Security Agency. We analyzed the suitability of the mobile environment and information system operating instructions, and we compared mobile web, operating environments and the ITIL V3.

This study surveyed the perception differences of business activities about disaster preparedness between Korea and Japan's companies. In Korea, the perception of disaster risk, existence of disaster plan, emergency support to staffs, and support willingness to local society are much lower than Japan's responses. But, Korean companies' planning rate about staffs' refuge and their returning to companies are higher than Japans'. The reason is seemed to be resulted from Korean 'civil defense' codes that define the composition of 'civil defense corps'. Japan has very highly specific guidelines and has continuous improvements about disaster preparedness plan. It seemed that these differences are resulted form the difference of both governments' perception about importance of business part in disaster preparedness.

According to the current legislation in Korea, some of national R&D reports cannot be disclosed or registered, when they need external security or the interested parties require them to be classified for a certain period of time. Therefore, there are some effects on the collection and circulation of information about R&D reports. Since those closed national R&D reports are the important outcomes from national R&D projects, they should be properly open, circulated and used by the public, when the reasons for closing those reports are removed. This study examines the present condition of the closure system of national R&D reports, and proposes a plan for collecting and utilizing the closed national R&D reports at the national level.

If the function of the national infrastructure is suspended due to natural disasters and social disasters, the damage of the national infrastructure can be a serious threat to the national security as well as the life, body and property damage of the people. In this paper, we examine the domestic and overseas trends of the national system protection system and examine the domestic and overseas trends of the national system protection system. The detailed function of the essential function continuity, essential function, succession order, authority delegation, continuity facility, continuity communication, We examined the specific issues related to testing, education and training, transferring control and directing authority, analyzing the system related to the national infrastructure protection plan, and examined the specific problems and suggested an effective improvement plan for the critical infrastructure protection system.
