Design of Automatic Database Schema Generator Based on XML Schema (XML 스키마 기반의 데이터베이스 스키마 생성기 설계)

  • B2B e-business is an economic transaction formed between companies through various networks including internet. At present, e-business between companies partly applies information distribution between companies, but many enterprises expect that a corporate basic system will be gradually changed into XML basis if web service is earnestly materialized, so they are competing with each other in developing XML DBMS. Existing XML DBMS studies used XML DTD in order to represent the structure of XML document. Such XML DTD defines the expression of a simple type, so there are many difficulties in defining the structure of XML document. To cope with this, in this paper, the author will develop database schema generator utilizing relational database generally used in storing contents of data, on the basis of XML schema selected as a standard of W3C. Also, to store XML data, the author proposed the automatic conversion method of relational database schema that used XML schema.

  • It is important to manage and correctly evaluate the performance of server in order to improve he performance of server. That is, with the aim of finding whether resources are properly utilized, it is a method to improve both software and hardware aspects. Conventional method in evaluating the server performance involved installing software between server and client and generating the load and by simulating the process, it evaluated the handing efficiency of work load generated per packet volume. Therefore, this paper aims to pro-vide precise measurement method by distinguishing the characteristics of web server and the users' usage pattern and by evaluating the work load management through applying various standards. Specially, it presents the evaluation method from web service of personal and business.

  • In this study, we propose a cryptographic module quality evaluation system referenced by ISO/IEC 9000 quality system with Quality, Quality Factor, Quality Subfactor, Metric. Practical application process encryption algorithm based on the encryption algorithm to encrypt the pros and cons valuation of diagnosis, point selection algorithm, analysis, and quality items(quality factor), eliciting constraints derived, such as the cryptographic module design quality evaluation system is set to step 5. The five steps are examples of field-based diagnostic tool for cryptographic operations, the most essential work to be done in order to derive one will work. 2-Factor encryption module for connection between indicator items(quality factor) to identify and ensure the quality of the item the constraints of the environment are two kinds of cryptographic operations. This study is an encryption module and a practical field application system, it presents the standardized model. We have to meet the rapid changes in information technology. The environment, development and the encryption algorithm applied to model a wide variety of on-site development encryption will be able to expect the efficiency.

  • This research analyze the current status pertaining to the sport industry's information system and information network in Korea to propose integrated information network of sport industry construction measures with the goal of optimizing vertical and horizontal network formation, and knowledge information sharing and dissemination. To construct integrated information network of sport industry, literature examination and meeting of experts to search for measures are utilized. This paper analyze the realities of the sport industry's information system and information network in Korea to propose the following when it comes to the measures to realize sport industry's information integration. First, DB for sport industry relate information that factored in the Ontology is being developed. In other words, it is necessary to design a DB that factors in the Semantic Web. Second, once the DB relate to the sport industry that factored in the Ontology is developed, it is necessary to build RSS/Atom based active network that enables exchange of organic information among them.

  • Clustering is required to configure clustering interdependent structural technology. Clustering handles variable workloads or impede continuity of service to continue operating in the event of a failure. Long as high-availability clustering feature focuses on server operating systems. Active-standby state of two systems when the active server fails, all services are running on the standby server, it takes the service. This function switching or switchover is called failover. Long as high-availability clustering feature focuses on server operating systems. The cluster node that is running on multiple systems and services have to duplicate each other so you can keep track of. In the event of a node failure within a few seconds the second node, the node shall perform the duties broken. Structure for high-availability clustering efficiency should be measured. System performance of infrastructure systems performance, latency, response time, CPU load factor(CPU utilization), CPU processes on the system (system process) channels are represented.

  • In today's mobile computing environment, there are many threats, such as device loss or theft, malware, to the sensitive information stored on end user device. To prevent disclosure of information, encryption and authentication method are properly adjusted to the device. In cryptographic file systems, CBC mode of operation has been commonly used. It requires an IV need not be secret, but must be unpredictable and protect integrity of the IV. In this paper, we propose file system-level encryption mechanism with HSM that satisfy the requirement of the IV and improve the performance. Moreover, Design and experimental results prove the efficiency of our proposed method.

  • The area of business applications in the internet are extended enormously in result of fast development of computing and communication technologies, increase of internet use, and use of intranet/extranet in enterprise information system. Widely spread the use of the internet, there are various applications for Business to Business (B to B) or Business to Customer(B to C) model that are based on the intranet or extranet. This paper designed and implemented the Web-based Electronic Bidding System for Business to Business (B to B) model. The technical issues of electronic bidding system in the internet are involved in the connection between web client and server, electronic data interchange for the contract document, and security solution during the bidding and contracting processes. The web-based electronic bidding system in this paper is implemented using Java applet and servlet as a connection interface for web client and sewer, XML/EDI-based documents for a bid and a contract, and bidding server and notary server for enhancing the security using PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based public key cryptography, digital signature and Certification Authority (CA).

  • As the logistic environment of digital contents is rapidly changing, the protection of the digital rights for digital content has been recognized as one of critical Issues. Digital Right Management(DRM) has taken much interest Internet Service Provider(ISP), authors and publishers of digital content as an interested approach to create a trusted environment for access and use of digital resources. This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme using license agent to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

  • While researches and studies on short distance wireless communications have been actively carried out, studies on many applications of short distance wireless communications focusing on user-oriented Mobile device are also in progress. Since Bluetooth has several advantages that existing short distance communication does not have, studies on standardization have been carried out focusing on SIG, and IEEE has also jointly studied on this. Bluetooth is a short distance wireless communication technology that can be usefully applied to various kinds of applications. In this regard, this thesis presents payment system using Bluetooth, out of several application technologies of Bluetooth. This payment system is based on the scenario in which secure piconet is formed focusing on the user, the user gets in the car, fill up the gas at the gas station using his own Mobile device and pay The secure payment system presented in this thesis is designed to complement the weakness of existing Bluetooth in terms of security and to secure several requirements of security required for payment using short distance wireless communication.
