The article is devoted to the consideration of the features of the application of criminal and legal countermeasures against cybercrime in the conditions of martial law. While conducting this research, we found an opportunity to formulate the author's recommendations for solving the most complex law enforcement problems, as well as to propose changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine aimed at eliminating the flaws of the analyzed Law, the adoption of which will contribute to the achievement of higher efficiency of the relevant criminal law prescriptions. It is argued that the removal of the previously existing in the footnote of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of a fundamentally important caveat regarding the fact that when assessing "significant damage", the mentioned property equivalent was to be taken into account only when such damage consisted in causing material damage, which led to a significant and unjustified narrowing of the scope of potential application of Part 4 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code.

Today's world is experiencing rapid technological advancement like never before. The ever-changing technology space has overwhelmed citizens with a substantial load of information, which has made it difficult for them to keep up with the technology awareness. This review paper is written to provide information about the Internet of Things in a way that technical along with nontechnical individuals can understand the definition, historical evolution, components, and scope of IoT technology. Relevant literature published between January 2009 and February 2023 was included in this paper. The applications of the Internet of Things in healthcare have been a special focus of this paper as IoT has massive potential in this field and healthcare professionals often face significant issues in keeping their technology knowledge up to date. Moreover, some of the most common issues associated with IoT introduction in healthcare are also discussed in the paper along with some suitable recommendations. Although, IoT can significantly transform our lives and can introduce convenience and efficiency, particularly in the healthcare sector. However, its adoption in healthcare is still a major task due to various challenges presented by the health workforce. Thus, in-depth empirical research is suggested to assist the IoT technology transition.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the current operational status and problems of the Public Warning System (PWS) in China, and to propose feasible solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of the PWS through a comparative analysis with the Cell Broadcast Service (CBS)-based disaster SMS system adopted by other developed countries in the world. Design/methodology/approach In this study, the characteristics of PWS using SMS, applications, and CBS, respectively, are analyzed in detail, and compared and analyzed in terms of convenience, standardization, data security, speed, and location accuracy. In addition, CBS-based PWS in developed countries, such as U.S., E.U., Korea and Japan, were studied and their performance on key criteria was evaluated. Findings Based on the results of the study, the problems of China's PWS are summarized and recommendations are made to improve the PWS through the introduction of CBS technology. To this end, specific improvement measures are proposed in terms of the application of CBS technology, system construction and operation, and improvement of data security. In addition, the comparative analysis of PWSs in other developed countries is conducted to provide reference for the direction of PWS's improvement.

One of the goals of the Saudi Arabia 2030 vision is to ensure full employment of its citizens. Recruitment of graduates depends on the quality of skills that they may have gained during their study. Hence, the quality of education and ensuring that graduates have sufficient knowledge about the in-demand skills of the market are necessary. However, IT graduates are usually not aware of whether they are suitable for recruitment or not. This study builds a prediction model that can be deployed on the web, where users can input variables to generate predictions. Furthermore, it provides data-driven recommendations of the in-demand skills in the Saudi IT labor market to overcome the unemployment problem. Data were collected from two online job portals: LinkedIn and Bayt.com. Three machine learning algorithms, namely, Support Vector Machine, k-Nearest Neighbor, and Naïve Bayes were used to build the model. Furthermore, descriptive and data analysis methods were employed herein to evaluate the existing gap. Results showed that there existed a gap between labor market employers' expectations of Saudi workers and the skills that the workers were equipped with from their educational institutions. Planned collaboration between industry and education providers is required to narrow down this gap.

Super app is an application that provides a variety of services in a unified interface within a single platform. With the acceleration of digital transformation, super apps are becoming more prevalent. This study aims to suggest service enhancement measures by analyzing the user review data before and after the transition to a super app. To this end, user review data from a payment-based super app(Shinhan Play) were collected and studied via topic modeling. Moreover, a matrix for assessing the importance and usefulness of topics is introduced, which relies on the eigenvector centrality of the inter-topic network obtained through topic modeling and the number of review recommendations. This allowed us to identify and categorize topics with high utility and impact. Prior to the transition, the factors contributing to user satisfaction included 'payment service,' 'additional service,' and 'improvement.' Following the transition, user satisfaction was associated with 'payment service' and 'integrated UX.' Conversely, dissatisfaction factors before the transition encompassed issues related to 'signup/installation,' 'payment error/response,' 'security authentication,' and 'security error.' Following the transition, user dissatisfaction arose from concerns regarding 'update/error response' and 'UX/UI.' The research results are expected to be used as a basis for establishing strategies to strengthen service competitiveness by making super app services more user-oriented.

This research aims to highlight the determinants of the intention to purchase Halal foods. In the conceptual framework we examine the different antecedents that might affect the consumer intention to choose the Halal foods. For this, we evocate the role of constructs attitude towards Halal certification, consumption habits and the subjective norm. Moreover, we attempt to study the role mediating role of the religiosity in this purchase decision process of the Muslim consumer. The empirical study will be implemented in the Saudi Halal Foods Market. Thus, we interviewed 200 invidious in the exploratory study to purify the measurements of the selected constructs that may contribute in the explanation of the intention to consume Halal. The confirmatory phase require a second sample that count 400 interviewees. The software of the data analyses that we have used were SPSS and AMOS to purify measurements, to test the research hypotheses and to validate the developed model. At the end of this research we hope to characterize and define the most important determinants' Muslim purchase intention of Halal foods. Therefore, we advance the necessary recommendations to the academicians interesting in this business field and the practices who enquiry to improve theirs offerings and theirs transactions turnover within this emerging consumption sector.

Botswana is a middle-income developing country in Southern Africa with an economy mainly reliant on mineral resources, particularly diamonds. Other sectors of the economy like energy are trailing behind in this country's development. For a long time, Botswana has been relying on imported energy from her neighboring countries. Due to this great dependence, the country has had little control over sufficiency of energy supply, especially during times of shortages in the neighboring countries. As a result, Botswana came up with a number of initiatives over the years to ensure security of supply and self-sufficiency in the energy sector. However, even with the efforts made, currently Botswana is still not self-sufficient and is facing challenges of energy shortages mainly in the power sector. This paper therefore, seeks to review the various policy instruments that have been adopted in Botswana from 1996 to date, identify challenges that come with them and make recommendations on the identified challenges.

The fact that cloud computing services have been proposed in recent years, organizations and individuals face with various challenges and problems such as how to migrate applications and software platforms into cloud or how to ensure security of migrated applications. This study reviews the current challenges and open issues in cloud computing, with the focus on autonomic resource management especially in federated clouds. In addition, this study provides recommendations and research roadmaps for scientific activities, as well as potential improvements in federated cloud computing. This survey study covers results achieved through 190 literatures including books, journal and conference papers, industrial reports, forums, and project reports. A solution is proposed for autonomic resource management in the federated clouds, using machine learning and statistical analysis in order to provide better and efficient resource management.

Tourism businesses use chat services to provide immediate customer support and to help users navigate within a website, but there are more outcomes of this interaction that should be examined. The current study aimed to discover if the online travel chat service quality and information value of the online travel chat service lead to user satisfaction with the service and visit intention to a recommended destination by Korea Tourism Organization's 1330 Live Chat. The results indicate that information value (functional and innovation) and online travel chat service quality (reliability, assurance, and security) lead to satisfaction with the live chat service and visit intention to a recommended destination. The results can benefit practitioners who want to expand and improve their customer service interaction and recommendations, and to scholars who study the relationship between customer services in tourism recommendation and sales context.

We develop guidelines for the quality assurance of radiation treatment planning systems (TPS) by comparing and reviewing recommendations from major countries and organizations, as well as by analyzing the AAPM, ESTRO, and IAEA TPS quality assurance guidelines. We establish quality assurance items for acceptance testing, commissioning, periodic testing, system management, and security, and propose methods to perform each item within acceptable standards. Acceptance includes tests of hardware and network environments, data transmission, software, and benchmarking as specified by the system supplier, and apply the IAEA classification criteria. Commissioning includes dosimetric and non-dosimetric items for assessing TPS performance by applying the AAPM classification criteria and the latest technical items from the IAEA. Periodic quality assurance tests include daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and occasional items by applying the AAPM classification criteria. System management and security items include the state and network connectivity of TPS, periodic data backup, and data access security. The guidelines for TPS quality assurance proposed in this study will help to improve the safety and quality of radiotherapy by preventing incidents related to radiotherapy.
