  • ZigBee based on the most vulnerable part of u-Healthcare system that uses the ZigBee communication is the wireless section. ZigBee communication sectors to identify vulnerabilities in this paper, we propose to compensate. ZigBee has been raised from the existing vulnerabilities organize and ZigBee also uses the 64bit address that uniquely identifies a vulnerability that was defined as exposure. And to prevent the exposure of a unique identifying address was used to address a temporary identification. ZigBee security services, the proposed system during the Network Key for encryption only use one mechanism of Residential Mode is used. Residential Mode on all nodes of the entire network because they use a common key, the key is stolen, your network's security system at a time are at risk of collapse. Therefore, in order to guard against these risks to the security policy Network Key updated periodically depending on the method used to. The proposed evaluation and comparative analysis of the system were exposed in the existing system can hide the address that uniquely identifies a public key Network Key also updated periodically, so that leaks can occur due to reduced risk.

A Study on Introduction of Bike Exclusive Signal Focused on Traffic Condition (국내 교통여건을 고려한 자전거전용신호 도입방안 연구)

  • The bikes are conflicted with the cars and the pedestrian at the intersection and the road with the bike crossing. To establish the bike signal at this section is one method to solve this conflict. According to the survey for the bike road status and the biker's characters which are crossing the road at the intersection, the bike crossing are established with beside the pedestrian crossing and most of the bikers are crossing the street by the pedestrian signal. Also, the bike queue which is waiting the signal change at the stop line was cleared before the closing the pedestrian signal. Considering the result of this survey, TOUCAN crossing signal type in England for bike signal at the place where the bike crossing are established with beside the pedestrian crossing, in which bike rider and pedestrian can cross by the pedestrian signal operation, is suggested. However, at the place where the bike crossing is apart from the pedestrian crossing, the bike signal which is connected to the vehicle signal is suggested. All these types of bike signals can be accepted for the present bike crossing equipments and the biker's characters and be adapted to the police standard traffic signal controller by adjusting the signal time only without any function change.

  • Road accidents are considered as the result of a complex interplay between road, vehicle, environments, and human factors. Little study, however, has been carried out on the attributes of human factor compared to the road geometric conditions and traffic conditions. The previous researches focused on mainly both traffic and geometric conditions on specific location. Therefore, it's hard to explain phenomenon of the high traffic accident rates where road and traffic conditions are good. Because of these reasons, accident analysis has contributed on geometric improvement and has not contributed on traffic management such as selection of attention section, driver napping alert, etc. The freeway incident management is also associated with reliable prediction of incident occurrences on freeway sections. This paper presents a method for estimating the effect of trip length on freeway accident rate. A PAR (Potential Accident Ratio), the new concept of accident analysis, considering TLFDs (Trip Length Frequency Distributions) is suggested in this paper. This approach can help to strengthen freeway management and to reduce the likelihood of accidents.

Safety and Health Culture Change Stages: A Reflection on 40 years of Hearing Conservation History at a Multinational Company (일개 기업의 40년 소음으로 인한 청력 손실 예방 활동을 통해 본 청력보존문화의 변화 단계)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate stages of safety and health culture change through a reflection on 40 years of hearing conservation history at a multinational company. Methods: The target workplaces were multinational companies with more than 1,000 employees. The research used the clinical case study and system analysis methods based on direct observation of the research from 1994 to 2009. The latter method performed an analysis of the equilibrium state of the cross-section in the given period and the longitudinal profile of the change during the given period. Results: The stages of cultural change are divided into five stages and summarized as follows. In the first stage, workplace noise was not widely recognized as a hazard, while in the second stage, the measurement of noise levels and audiometric testing were conducted under the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act (KOSHA). The driving force for change in the second stage was the amendment of the KOSHA. In the third stage, noise came to be recognized as a hazard factor through awareness training. The driving force of change during the third stage was the strong executive power exerted by the audit of the industrial hygiene program from the US head office. In the fourth step, there was a change to actually reduce noise. The driving force in this stage was a change in company executives' risk perception resulting from lawsuits over noise-induced hearing loss and the task force team activities for culture change based on the action learning protocol. At the fifth stage, a 'buy quiet policy' was institutionalized. The management's experience that noise reduction was difficult was the motivation to manage noise from the time of purchase of equipment. Conclusions: The activities of a hearing conservation program are determined by the improvement of the legal system and by the way it is enforced. Noise control activities to reduce noise areas may be possible through the shared risk perception of noise-induced hearing loss and by a change agent role as a facilitator to implement noise control.

Development of Deep Learning Based Deterioration Prediction Model for the Maintenance Planning of Highway Pavement (도로포장의 유지관리 계획 수립을 위한 딥러닝 기반 열화 예측 모델 개발)

  • The maintenance cost for road pavement is gradually increasing due to the continuous increase in road extension as well as increase in the number of old routes that have passed the public period. As a result, there is a need for a method of minimizing costs through preventative grievance preventive maintenance requires the establishment of a strategic plan through accurate prediction of road pavement. Hence, In this study, the deep neural network(DNN) and the recurrent neural network(RNN) were used in order to develop the expressway pavement damage prediction model. A superior model among these two network models was then suggested by comparing and analyzing their performance. In order to solve the RNN's vanishing gradient problem, the LSTM (Long short-term memory) circuits which are a more complicated form of the RNN structure were used. The learning result showed that the RMSE value of the RNN-LSTM model was 0.102 which was lower than the RMSE value of the DNN model, indicating that the performance of the RNN-LSTM model was superior. In addition, high accuracy of the RNN-LSTM model was verified through the comparison between the estimated average road pavement condition and the actually measured road pavement condition of the target section over time.

  • 효율적 물관리란 거대한 물순환 과정에서 인간이 편안한 삶을 사는데 필요한 물의 이용효율을 극대화하는 것이다. 과거의 물관리는 이원화된 수량과 수질관리, 수량중심에서는 용수공급과 홍수조절이 주요한 관심사였다. 현재는 과거의 물관리에 친수와 환경을 더한 복잡한 분야로 확대되고 있다. 통합물관리란 물을 최적으로 관리하기 위해 물관리 이해당사자간의 소통과 물 기술의 고도화를 기반으로 기존에 분산된 물관리 구성요소들(시설 정보, 수량 수질 등)을 권역적으로 관리하는 것을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 대청댐 방류에 따른 금강 하류부의 홍수추적을 위해 수행한 댐하류 소유역별 강우량 빈도분석 과정, 용담댐 방류를 고려한 대청댐 홍수도달시간 검토, Poincare Section과 신경망기법을 이용한 수문자료 예측, 추계학적 다변량 해석과 다변량 신경망해석에 의한 대청댐 유입량 산정과정, 보조여수로 건설에 따른 주여수로와 보조여수로간의 연계운영방안, 단계(관심, 주의, 경계, 심각)를 고려한 대청댐 확보수위 산정, 저수지 중장기 운영계획 수립과 댐 운영 기준수위를 결정하기 위해 누가차분방식으로 적용되는 갈수기 유입량 빈도분석에 대한 실무적용 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 강우량 빈도분석 과정은 L-모멘트방법(Hosking과 Wallis, 1993)을 적용하였고, 홍수도달시간 검토는 평균유속, 하류 수위상승 기점 영향검토, 수리학적 모형(FLDWAV, Progressive lag method 등)을 활용하였다. 카오스 이론을 도입하여 대청댐 수문자료의 상관성 검토 및 추계학적 모형을 이용한 모의발생을 유도하여 수문자료 예측을 시행하였다. 추계학적 모형과 신경망모형 연구의 대상은 대청댐으로, 시계열 자료는 댐의 월강우량, 월유입량, 최고기온, 평균기온, 최소기온, 습도, 증발량 등의 자료를 기반으로 하였다. 적용기간은 1981~2009년의 자료를 이용하여 2010년 1월부터 12월까지 12개월 동안의 월유입량을 예측하였다. 수문자료 해석의 기본이 되는 약 30년간의 자료를 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 대청댐의 유입량 예측을 위해 적용된 모형으로는 추계학적 모형인 ARMA모형, TF모형, TFN 모형 등이 적용되었고, 또한 신경망 모형의 종류인 다층 퍼셉트론, PCA모형 등을 활용하여 실측치와 가장 가깝게 근사화시키는 방법론을 찾고자 하였다. 또한, 기존여수로와 보조여수로 연계운영을 위해 3차원 수치해석을 통한 댐하류 안정성 검토 및 확보수위 산정을 통해 단계(관심, 주의, 경계, 심각)별로 대처가 가능한 수위를 산정하였다.

An Experimental Study on Tensile Properties of Steel Fiber-Reinforced Ultra High Strength Concrete (강섬유 보강 초고강도 콘크리트의 인장 특성 실험 연구)

  • In this study, an experimental study on the tensile properties of steel fiber-reinforced ultra high strength concrete(UHSC) with a standard compressive strength of 180MPa was performed. Steel fibers with a volume ratio of 1% were mixed to prepare direct tensile strength specimens and prism specimens for the three-point bending test. The fabricated specimens were set up in the middle section of the specimen to induce cracks, and the test was carried out according to each evaluation method. First, the stress-strain curves were analyzed by performing direct tensile strength tests to investigate the behavior characteristics of concrete after cracking. In addition, the load-CMOD curve was obtained through the three-point bending test, and the inverse analysis was performed to evaluate the stress-strain curve. Tensile behavior characteristics of the direct tensile test and the three-point bending test of the indirect test were similar. In addition, the tensile stress-strain curve modeling presented in the SC structural design guidelines was performed, and the comparative analysis of the measured and predicted values was performed. When the material reduction factor of 1.0 was applied, the predicted value was similar to the measured value up to the strain of 0.02, but when the material reduction factor of 0.8 was applied, the predicted value was close to the lower limit of the measured value. In addition, when the strain was greater than 0.02, the predicted value by SC structural design guideline to underestimated the measured value.

Is judged that need examination about wide area rapid-transit railway combined application operation that take advantage of rail track reserve capacity of High-speed railway for utilization efficiency elevation of country and efficient investment of national finance according as High-speed railway and Gangnam rapid-transit railway route that is suggested in Kyonggi Province are overlaped. Therefore, in this research, I wish to quote investment efficiency plan of railroad business by that different kind's train is run in uniformity track by presenting combined application operation plan and working expenses curtailment effect etc. that is optimized through analysis of roadbed and E & M technology condition, intermediate station plan, train operation planning etc. in case of wide area rapid-transit railway and high-speed railway run combined application.

  • We have developed a random heterogeneous velocity model with bimodal distribution in methane hydrate-bearing Bones. The P-wave well-log data have a von Karman type autocorrelation function and non-Gaussian distribution. The velocity histogram has two peaks separated by several hundred metres per second. A random heterogeneous medium with bimodal distribution is generated by mapping of a medium with a Gaussian probability distribution, yielded by the normal spectral-based generation method. By using an ellipsoidal autocorrelation function, the random medium also incorporates anisotropy of autocorrelation lengths. A simulated P-wave velocity log reproduces well the features of the field data. This model is applied to two simulations of elastic wane propagation. Synthetic reflection sections with source signals in two different frequency bands imply that the velocity fluctuation of the random model with bimodal distribution causes the frequency dependence of the Bottom Simulating Reflector (BSR) by affecting wave field scattering. A synthetic cross-well section suggests that the strong attenuation observed in field data might be caused by the extrinsic attenuation in scattering. We conclude that random heterogeneity with bimodal distribution is a key issue in modelling hydrate-bearing Bones, and that it can explain the frequency dependence and scattering observed in seismic sections in such areas.

Development of Eco-friendly Combustion Process for Waste 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (폐 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene의 환경 친화적 연소처리공정 개발)

  • In this study, an eco-friendly combustion process of waste 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT: 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene) was developed, and fundamental data for the quantity of the organic matter in the final combustion residues is presented. Because complete combustion of TNT is not possible theoretically, the combustion process was optimized to reduce organic matter content in the combustion residue by performing measures such as heating time changes, addition of propellant material, and after treatment using a high-temp electrical furnace. From the results, it was confirmed that the organic matter content in the residue could be decreased to 7 ~ 10% with each method. The quantity of the organic matter could be minimized by optimizing the combustion conditions of the process. With only a combustion time increase, the amount of organic matter in the combustion residues was measured at about 9 wt%. The environmental friendliness of the final exhaust gas was also confirmed by real time gas component analyses. In addition, the organic contents could be reduced by a further 2 wt% by applying an additional heat treatment using an external electric furnace after the first incineration treatment. In the combustion process of propellant added waste TNT, it was found that various TNT wastes could be treated using the same eco-friendly protocols because the organic content in the residue decreased in accordance with the amount of propellant. The amount of the organic matter content produced by all these methods fulfilled the requirements under the Waste Management Act.
