The purpose of this explanatory study was to provide baseline information on the secondary prevention health behavior of cervical cancer in Korea which was related to the utilization of the Papanicolaou (Pap) smear screening test. The secondary data from the 1992 Korean Health Behavior Survey was used for analysis in order to determine sociodemographic profiles and the predictor variables. The sample analyzed for this study contained 1,489 Korean women residing in Korea aged 20-59 selected by multi-stage sampling method from the 1990 Korean census. Univariate, bivariate, and logistic regression analysis were performed to produce the findings of this study. Only 27.9% of the study sample had had a Pap test in 1992. It was found that the relative sociodemographic profiles of the Pap test between users and non-users were distinctive. The predictors variables were age, marital status, educational status, usual source of care, perceived household economic status, health check-up, and presence of chronic diseases

In this paper we present Multiple-Channel Active Noise Control[ANC] system by employing Independent Component Analysis[ICA] and Adaptive Network Fuzzy Inference System[ANFIS]. ICA is widely used in signal processing and communication and it use prewhiting and appropriate choice of non-linearities, ICA can separate mixed signal. ANFIS controller is trained with the hybrid learning algorithm to optimize its parameters for adaptively canceling noise. This new method which minimizes a statistical dependency of mutual information(MI) in mixed low frequency noise signal and there is no need to secondary path modeling. The proposed implementations achieve more powerful and stable noise reduction than Filtered-X LMS algorithms which is needed for LTI assumption and precise secondary error

인지전파 기술은 지역과 시간에 따라 일시적으로 사용하지 않는 주파수 대역을 자동으로 인지하고 찾아서 환경에 맞게 통신방식, 주파수 대역폭 등을 능동적으로 판단하여 통신함으로서 한정적인 주파수 자원을 효율적으로 사용하고자 하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 오검출과 오경보의 불완전한 센싱 환경하의 인지 전파망에서 주사용자나 부사용자의 세션 큐가 스펙트럼 사용효율에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 연속시간 마르코프 체인 분석을 통하여 정량적으로 규명하였다. 큐가 있을 경우 주 사용자는 최대 18% 까지, 부 사용자는 최대 50% 까지 스펙트럼 사용 효율을 높일 수 있었다.

Purpose: Professional quality of life is the quality one feels in relation to their work as a helper. The purpose of this study was to describe professional quality of life among emergency nurses. Methods: A total of 15 emergency rooms were selected in three cities. Among 263 nurses working at these emergency rooms, 178 nurses consented to participate in this cross-sectional survey. Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) Scale version 5 was used to measure compassion satisfaction, burnout and secondary traumatic stress. Cluster analysis was used to classify nurses according to professional quality of life. Results: The mean scores (SD) for compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress were 32.12 (5.45), 28.27 (4.28), and 28.20 (5.07), respectively. The result of cluster analysis according to standardized score of compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress yielded three clusters. Over 50% of participants showed low professional quality of life. Nurses who were included in a cluster representing low professional quality of life were younger, had shorter periods of nursing experience, and perceivedlower social support than other cluster. Conclusion: Education or support programs for emergency nurses are needed to enhance their professional quality of life.

HP1298 (Swiss-Prot ID ; P65108) is an 72-residue protein from Helicobacter pylori strain 26695. The function of HP1298 was identified as Translation initiation factor IF-l based on sequence homology, and HP1298 is included in IF-l family. Here, we report the sequence-specific backbone resonance assignments of HP1298. About 97% of all the $^{1}HN$, $^{15}N$, $^{13}C{\alpha}$, $^{13}C{\beta}$, and $^{13}CO$ resonances could be assigned unambiguously. We could predict the secondary structure of HP1298, by analyzing the deviation of the $^{13}C{\alpha}$ and $^{13}C{\beta}$ shemical shifts from their respective random coil values. Secondary structure prediction shows that HP1298 consists of six $\beta$-strands. This study is a prerequisite for determining the solution structure of HP1298 and investigating the structure-function relationship of HP1298. Assigned chemical shift can be used for the study on interaction between HP1298 and other Helicobacter pylori proteins.

본 연구는 중등학교를 대상으로 학교도서관의 이용주체인 중학생과 고등학생의 학교도서관에 대한 인식과 요구를 규명하고, 이용주체의 특성에 따른 학교 급에 따른 효과적인 학교도서관 운영 개선 방향을 제시함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구를 위해 중학생과 고등학생을 대상으로 학교도서관에 대한 시설 및 환경, 장서 및 자료, 프로그램, 기타사항, 학교생활에 필요한 다양한 정보에 접근하는 방법 등에 대한 인식과 요구수준의 차이를 비교 분석하였으며, 결과를 바탕으로 효율적인 학교도서관 운영 방향으로 중학교와 고등학교의 차이에 기반을 둔 학교도서관의 지향점 설정 및 학교도서관 운영 전반을 제시하였다. 후속 연구로 중등학교 학교도서관에 대한 동일 학교급내 학년별 차이에 대한 규명의 필요성을 제안하였다.

In the present paper we studied experimentally fundamental optimization of oxygen enriched pyrolysis melting incinerator, Characteristics of this system was confirmed dealing with the gas flow and combustion properties for the inside secondary air injection. The experiment setup has a disposal rate of 30kg/hr which was measured by the inside temperature and gas. Along with above experiments, the three-dimensional computation was employed to analyse the combustion fluid dynamics and gas residence time. Equations for turbulence and heat - transmission as well as chemical reactions were solved by using common codes. The experimental combustion chamber was composed of staged combustion types structure for reducing NOx. Finally, it was verified that the control of the secondary air and air ratio of thermo stack were important. In the computational analysis, it showed reasonable agreement with the experimental results regarding the temperature and discharged gas concentration.

Structural information has been a major concern for biological and pharmaceutical studies for its intimate relationship to the function of a protein. Three-dimensional representation of the positions of protein atoms is utilized among many structural information repositories that have been published. The reliability of the torsional system, which represents the native processes of structural change in the structural analysis, was partially proven with previous structural alignment studies. Here, a web server providing structural information and analysis based on the backbone torsional representation of a protein structure is newly introduced. The web server offers functions of secondary structure database search, secondary structure calculation, and pair-wise protein structure comparison, based on a backbone torsion angle representation system. Application of the implementation in pair-wise structural alignment showed highly accurate results. The information derived from this web server might be further utilized in the field of ab initio protein structure modeling or protein homology-related analyses.

본연구에서는 핵연료집합체의 검증계획의 일환으로 2차측 배관파단의 영향을 조사하였다. 원자로노심의 상세모델을 이용한 동적해석으로 배관파단에 의한 응답을 구하였다. 파단적 누설개념의 적용으로 10인치 이상의 고에너지 배관에 대하여 양단 파단이 설계에서 배제됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 주증기관과 급수관의 파단을 가정 하였다. 핵연료 집합체의 전단력, 굽힘모우멘트, 변위 및 지지격자체의 충격하중에 대하여 자세히 고찰하였고 이들 동적해석 결과를 이용하여 핵연료집합체의 구조적 건전성을 평가하였으며 사고조건에서 2차측 배관파단이 핵연료집합체의 구조적 건전성 에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다.

The purpose of the study were to: (1) determine important home management concepts in the secondary home economics education curriculum, (2) identify the educational needs related to home management perceived by students, home economics teachers, and university professors, (3) identify the factor structure of the home management concepts, (4) use the findings to make recommendations for defining the area of home management in the secondary home economics curriculum. Three versions of the questionnaire were used to assess the needs. One questionnaire was for students, one for home economics teachers, and one for professors. A total of 1,029 students, 385 home economics teachers, and 45 professors responded to the questionnaires. the data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA with scheff -test, and factor analysis. Forty home management concepts were selected based on the related literatures. The respondants perceived these important for the secondary home economics curriculum. However, 36 home management concepts had differences in perceived importance among students, teachers, and professors. Nine factors emerged from the factor analysis. The three factors that were judged of most importance by students were communication and stress management, making money and helping household tasks, and leisure time activities. The professors and teachers perceived decision making and management process and knowing and utilizing resources most important.
