ursing as a profession is characterized by its holistic, mind-body-spirit approach to the patient. Also, nurses have historically been the leaders in health education and promotion. Parish nursing has a great potential for providing primary preventive health care. services as well as assisting people to access the health care system. While working in the community, parish nurses see the church as the new arena for delivering health care services. The parish nurse program was introduced by Granger Westberg in 1984. The concept of parish nursing is based on several beliefs; health is multidimensional and affects all aspects of an individual-physical, psychological, social, and spiritaul being. Parish nursing is one model in which churches can cooperatively work with health care institutions to address the needs of their parishioners. The role of the parish nurse is emphasized in four basic area: a) health education, b) health counseling, c) referal services, and d) facilitation and organization of support groups within the congregation. The parish nurse programs work chiefly in congregation or commuity where a certain language of faith is ready at hand. This means that the parish nurse works in an ecology of meanings and care which encourages the drawing on the message of God's grace, the practices and habits it encourages. The parish nurse may be involved in the church's health ministries and may work on either paid or volunteer basis; however, one of the most important qualification of the parish nurse is to have the nursing knowledge and skills to practice within the standards of Nursing Practice Act. The completion of standards of practice for professional nurses practicing as parish nurses had been identified as a priority by the HMA Executive Board (1996, HMA). In conclusion, parish nursing promotes health and healing by empowering the faith community, family, or individual to incorporate health and healing practices. There are several preconditions that should proceed to establish the foundation for successful development of the parish nursing program in Korea. First, reciprocal relationship with home health nursing should be considered. Second, correct terms and concepts of parish nursing should be studied and understood. Third, systematic study and investigation should be followed for further development of parish nursing. Fourth, strengths and weaknesses of different models should be studied to develop proper model of parish nursing for Korean situation. Finally, consensus of standardized education program and corporation with various religious communities as well as health institutions should be established. When these preconditions are met, the role of parish nursing as a new program for the promotion of holistic health will be established.

This study was carried out to develop a physics education program for foreign students of university in Korea to improve their ability to major in the field and to prevent them from becoming dropout. The subjects of the study are five Chinese students attending a natural science and engineering college. Prior to the development of the physics education program, the researchers developed basic physics textbooks for the foreign students and questionaries for diagnosis and summative evaluation, and utilized them to apply a total of seven classes. After the application of the classes, the results of the student's diagnosis and summative evaluation, the teacher's diaries, the observer's diaries, and the transcripts were analyzed by triangulation method. In addition, Nvivo12 was used for the analysis of the teacher's and observer's diaries to help with qualitative analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, the oder and contents of physics education program for students of the natural science and engineering college were presented in detail, and basic physics textbooks and tools for diagnosis and summative assessment were developed. Second, as a result of the analysis of the diagnosis and summative assessment results of the program, the students' basic physics achievement improved by an average of 40 points due to the application of the developed program. Third, as a result of the application of the program using Nvivo12, meaningful node and actual cases were extracted. There were 10 types of nodes created such as understanding of the students, teaching method, rate of the participation, level differences, language problems, relevance to majors, curriculum and methods of education in the country of origin, cooperative learning, and interest inducement. The researcher provided suggestions on physics education methods for students of science and engineering colleges in Korea based on the related cases.
This study surveyed the recognition on the Korean education for specific purposes targeting student-teachers majoring Korean language education in a Cyber University located in Seoul. 50 among 57 students taking the class participated in this survey. The participants were the students-teachers interested in Korean education for the mission purposes and took the class during the second term in 2020. At the end of the term they participated in this survey. 6 items were objective and 4 items were narrative. Among the narrative ones, one was excluded from analysis. The objective items were investigated by descriptive statics and the narrative items were analyzed with qualitative approach. As a result, most of the participants preferred the combined textbooks with others such as the ones for general and mission purposes rather than the bibles only. They had positive opinions on using the bibles, but proposed that the bibles themselves are not the best choice for improving communicative competence and the text combination is the better choice because of the difficulty of the bibles, the lack of teachers' competence, and the learners' needs. However, while taking this class, they became to be aware of the possibilities of the bibles as textbooks, to possess the concern about the mission areas, to consider the possibilities of application and the educational methods in it, and to reflect the ways for self development. This study suggested several points as follows: the development of diverse textbooks according to situations and learners, two directions of teacher education and the cooperative works, and the necessities of the related departments and classes with mission purposes.
This study aimed to explore phonological retrieval and phonological memory skills in second to third graders with dyslexia, poor comprehension, and typical development. The participants included 17 children with dyslexia, 17 children with poor comprehension, and 24 typically developing children. Children with dyslexia scored below 85 on the word decoding test, poor comprehender scored above 90 on the word decoding, and below 85 on the reading comprehension test and typical children scored above 90 on both reading tests. All participants were assessed on rapid automatized naming (RAN) and nonword repetition (NWR). The result indicated that children with dyslexia performed significantly worse on RAN and NWR tasks than other groups. However, there was significant differences between poor comprehender and typically developing children. Furthermore, only RAN were significantly correlated with word decoding and reading comprehension in children with dyslexia. For typically developing children, RAN was correlated with word decoding and reading comprehension, while NWR had a significant correlation with reading comprehension. No correlations were found between these variables for poor comprehender. The finding suggests that children with dyslexia showed difficulties on phonological retrieval and phonological memory, which are essential for reading development while poor comprehender do not have difficulties with phonological processing skills. Phonological processing deficits may underlie word decoding difficulties in dyslexia.
The purpose of this study is to discover unique personality traits which the children of 5 social status types using 10 clinical scales of Korea Children's personality test (KCPI-S) in order to define the characteristics of 5 social status types developed as the Korean type. For this purpose, two hypotheses were set and tested. The subjects of this study were 502 children who were 4, 5th and 6th grade elementary school boys and girls in A city. 5 social status types and gender of children were set as the independent variables each, and 10 clinical scales of Korea Children's personality test as the dependent variables. The research hypotheses were analyzed in turn by the multivariate analysis (MANOVA) and t-test. The results are as follows: First, the results of analyzing differences in 10 clinical scales in accordance with 5 social status types how the significant differences in all 9 clinical scales except for language development scale, and ${\eta}^2$ representing the explanatory power of the independent variables to dependent variables was found to be in the range of the lowest at 2% up to 10% for each scale. Second, the results of analysis of the gender difference show that in the case of the children with controversial and neglected children, the significant difference was appeared between boys and girls in 8-9 scales among the 10 clinical scales, but in the case of rest 3 social status types (average, popular, rejected children) the difference was appeared between boys and girls only in 2-3 scales. Depending on these results it seems that each of 5 social status types of the children has its own unique personality structure. It is necessary to attend to the fact that in the case of the children with controversial and neglected children, the average value of boys are significantly higher than that of the girls. There is a big possibility that the boys have more psychological problems that the girls. It is judged that in case of these two types the personal traits applying gender should be interpreted. Therefore, the follow-up study should conduct the exploratory research on the structure of the relationship between children's language development and sociality measure. Further, it is necessary to conduct the psychological comparison between genders in the children with controversial and neglected children, and to study the structure of their relationship with rest social status types by genders.
This study tried to propose a smart farm technology strategy suitable for the domestic situation, focusing on the differentiation suitable for the domestic situation of ICT technology. In the case of advanced countries in the overseas agricultural industry, it was confirmed that they focused on the development of a specific stage that reflected the geographical characteristics of each country, the characteristics of the agricultural industry, and the characteristics of the people's demand. Confirmed that no enemy development is being performed. Therefore, in response to problems such as a rapid decrease in the domestic rural population, aging population, loss of agricultural price competitiveness, increase in fallow land, and decrease in use rate of arable land, this study aims to develop smart farm ICT technology in the future to create quality agricultural products and have price competitiveness. It was suggested that the smart farm should be promoted by paying attention to the excellent performance, ease of use due to the aging of the labor force, and economic feasibility suitable for a small business scale. First, in terms of economic feasibility, the ICT technology is configured by selecting only the functions necessary for the small farm household (primary) business environment, and the smooth communication system with these is applied to the ICT technology to gradually update the functions required by the actual farmhouse. suggested that it may contribute to the reduction. Second, in terms of performance, it is suggested that the operation accuracy can be increased if attention is paid to improving the communication function of ICT, such as adjusting the difficulty of big data suitable for the aging population in Korea, using a language suitable for them, and setting an algorithm that reflects their prediction tendencies. Third, the level of ease of use. Smart farms based on ICT technology for the development of the Industry6.0 (1.0(Agriculture, Forestry) + 2.0(Agricultural and Water & Water Processing) + 3.0 (Service, Rural Experience, SCM)) perform operations according to specific commands, finally suggested that ease of use can be promoted by presetting and standardizing devices based on big data configuration customized for each regional environment.

In this paper, we propose an effective software education scheme for universities. The key idea of this software education scheme is to analyze software curriculum of QS world university rankings Top 10, SW-oriented university, and regional main national university. And based on the results, we propose five improvements for the effective SW education method of universities. The first is to enhance the adaptability of the industry by developing courses based on the SW developer's job analysis in the curriculum development process. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the curriculum of the 4th industrial revolution core technologies(cloud computing, big data, virtual/augmented reality, Internet of things, etc.) and integrate them with various fields such as medical, bio, sensor, human, and cognitive science. Third, programming language education should be included in software convergence course after basic syntax education to implement projects in various fields. In addition, the curriculum for developing system programming developers and back-end developers should be strengthened rather than application program developers. Fourth, it offers opportunities to participate in industrial projects by reinforcing courses such as capstone design and comprehensive design, which enables product-based self-directed learning. Fifth, it is necessary to develop university-specific curriculum based on local industry by reinforcing internship or industry-academic program that can acquire skills in local industry field.
In this research, Integrated program base on heat transfer & numerical analysis was developed. Also, reaction of gifted student and possibility of application of this program was surveyed. This program consist in three parts. The first part is computer programing language, the second part is numerical modeling of physical phenomena, and the third part is numerical analysis. 4 students are selected who belong to mathematic class of CNUE(Cheoungju National Univ. of Edu.)'s Gifted Student Education Center. The Program consists in 15th lessens, and each lessen need 4hr. Application possibility and student's satisfaction of the program are studied through the interview and report of the student. Three of four students are accomplish the goal of the progarm. Computer programing and numerical analysis parts were relatively well understood, but numerical modeling part was difficult to students. The satisfaction of the program is dependent on the characteristics of the student. Most of the student thought that this program was one of the science education program. The student who have interested in only mathematics shows that low satisfaction but the one who have interested in science or information technology shows that high satisfaction.
As embedded system becomes more complex, software development becomes more important in the entire design process. Most embedded applications consist of multi -tasks, that are executed in parallel. So, dataflow model that expresses concurrency naturally is preferred than sequential programming language to develop multitask software. For the execution of multitasking codes, operating system is essential to schedule multi-tasks and to deal with the communication between tasks. But, it is needed to execute multitasking code without as when the target hardware platform cannot execute as or target platforms are candidates of design space exploration, because it is very costly to port as for all candidate platforms of DSE. For this reason, we propose the serialized multitasking code generation technique from dataflow specification. In the proposed technique, a task is specified with dataflow model, and generated as a C code. Code generation consists of two steps: First, a block in a task is generated as a separate function. Second, generated functions are scheduled by a multitasking scheduler that is also generated automatically. To make it easy to write customized scheduler manually, the data structure and information of each task are defined. With the preliminary experiment of DivX player, it is confirmed that the generated code from the proposed framework is efficiently and correctly executed on the target system.
Internet is absolutely contributed to information technology revolution nowadays. Internet services such as voice and data, etc. are provided home or small office via home gateway. The development of communication equipment via home gateway is implemented rapidly, and its product various. This paper presents the design and implementation of the VoIP equipment including the telephone function based on the embedded environment and being connected to the home gateway and the PC because of taking 2-ethernet LAN ports. As developing environment, the STLC1502 developed at ST Microelectronics as single chip solution, VxWorks as RTOS, and C language as coding mechanism are used. The verification of the developed systems for the voice test is carried out for the gatekeeper via Internet. The performance parameter is considered as the call processing capacity measuring the time of the call setup and clearing, and the data processing capacity for the file transfer. As a call setup and clearing is about 95ms, the call processing capacity is about 10 calls per second. The data processing capacity is 5.7Mbps in case of file transfer of server and client environment. Therefore the performance result is satisfied in the aspect of the call processing time and the data transfer time in Internet.
