  • In this thesis, the algorithm of Fuzzy Logic Control(FLC) is applied to the Nonlinear system to implement a system response. Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID) controller is also used to control the various systems. Look-up table is applied to decide the control input, and the other look-up table is added for saving memories and inference time. Generally, FLC input variables are error(E) and error derivative($\Delta$E). In this algorithm. another Input variable error's second derivative($\Delta^2$E) is added for Robust Fine control.

  • We provide local convergence results in affine form for inexact Newton-like as well as quasi-Newton iterative methods in a Banach space setting. We use hypotheses on the second or on the first and mth Frechet-derivative (m≥2 an integer) of the operator involved. Our results allow a wider choice of starting points since our radius of convergence can be larger than the corresponding one given in earlier results using hypotheses on the first-Frechet-derivative only. A numerical example is provided to illustrate this fact. Our results apply when the method is, for example, a difference Newton-like or update-Newton method. Furthermore, our results have direct applications to the solution of autonomous differential equations.

  • We present a local convergence analysis of some Newton-like methods of R-order at least three in order to approximate a solution of a nonlinear equation in a Banach space. Our sufficient convergence conditions involve only hypotheses on the first and second $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$-derivative of the operator involved. These conditions are weaker that the corresponding ones given by Hernandez, Romero [10] and others [1], [4]-[9] requiring hypotheses up to the third $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ derivative. Numerical examples are also provided in this study.

  • In this paper, we obtain a new boundary version of the Schwarz lemma for analytic function. We give sharp upper bounds for |f'(0)| and sharp lower bounds for |f'(c)| with c ∈ ∂D = {z : |z| = 1}. Thus we present some new inequalities for analytic functions. Also, we estimate the modulus of the angular derivative of the function f(z) from below according to the second Taylor coefficients of f about z = 0 and z = z0 ≠ 0. Thanks to these inequalities, we see the relation between |f'(0)| and 𝕽f(0). Similarly, we see the relation between 𝕽f(0) and |f'(c)| for some c ∈ ∂D. The sharpness of these inequalities is also proved.

  • This paper presents a method for detecting faults in data obtained from the Automatic Identification System (AIS) of surface vessels. The data include latitude, longitude, Speed Over Ground (SOG), and Course Over Ground (COG). We derive two methods that utilize two models: a constant state model and a derivative augmented model. The constant state model incorporates noise variables to account for state changes, while the derivative augmented model employs explicit variables such as first or second derivatives, to model dynamic changes in state. Generally, the derivative augmented model detects faults more promptly than the constant state model, although it is vulnerable to potentially overlooking faults. The effectiveness of this method is validated using AIS data collected at a harbor. The results demonstrate that the proposed approach can automatically detect faults in AIS data, thus offering partial assistance for enhancing navigation safety.

  • In this paper, we work two different problems. First, we investigate a new class of fractional differential equations involving Caputo sequential derivative with some (e1, e2, θ)-periodic conditions. The existence and uniqueness of solutions are proven. The stability of solutions is also discussed. The second part includes studying traveling wave solutions of a conformable fractional Korteweg-de Vries-Burger (KdV Burger) equation through the Tanh method. Graphs of some of the waves are plotted and discussed, and a conclusion follows.

  • Viscoelastic damping materials are widely used to reduce noise and vibration because of its low cost and easy implementation, for examples, on the body structure of passenger cars, air planes, electric appliances and ships. To design the damped structures, the material property such as elastic modulus and loss factor is essential information. The four-parameter fractional derivative model well describes the dynamic characteristics of the viscoelastic damping materials with respect to both frequency and temperature. However, the identification procedure of the four-parameter is very time-consuming one. In this study a new identification procedure of the four-parameters is proposed by using an FE model and a gradient-based numerical search algorithm. The identification procedure goes two sequential steps to make measured frequency response functions(FRF) coincident with simulated FRFs: the first one is a peak alignment step and the second one is an amplitude adjustment step. A numerical example shows that the proposed method is useful in identifying the viscoelastic material parameters of fractional derivative model.

To design the damped structures, the material property such as elastic modulus and loss factor is essential information. The four-parameter fractional derivative model well describes the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the viscoelastic damping materials with respect to both frequency and temperature with fewer parameters than conventional spring-dashpot models. However the identification procedure of the four-parameter is very time-consuming one. The identification procedure goes two sequential steps to make measured FRFs coincident with simulated FRFs: the first one is a peak alignment step and the second one is an amplitude adjustment. • An improved derivative thermometric titration apparatus designed around operational amplifiers is described which is capable of monitoring the small temperature change and of computing the derivatives for accentuation of the titration end point that is difficult to locate by extrapolation methods. The instrument is constructed of four commercial operational amplifiers. A use of dummy cell provides the subtraction means for compensation of the initial temperature and random temperature fluctuations with a resultant gain in signal-to-noise ratio. The successive differentiation action of the computer has been nearly "perfect," so that the two breaks (blank or starting and end point of the titration curve can be located with the precision of 0.2% by observing two peak points on the second derivative curve. Arrangements useful in obtaining such a good derivative response that is exactly proportional to the input signal are discussed. Plots of the enthalphogram and its derivatives are presented, with the results of several titrations used to evaluate the performance of the apparatus.
