This study examines the effect of abusive supervision on employees' engagement and commitment in the deluxe hotel. Based on total 272 hotel employees obtained from the empirical research, this study verified total 3 hypotheses. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using structural equation modelling. Abusive supervision perceived by employees had negative effect on engagement and employees' engagement had positive effect on organizational commitment. Also, abusive supervision perceived by employees did not have a significant effect on organizational commitment, full mediation effect through engagement existed. The study results are expected to be used as data for searching for effective responding ways at an organizational level and find practical ways to further increase employees' positive organizational behavior.

This paper proposes an optimization technique using Genetic Algorithm(GA) for service restoration in the distribution system. Restoration planning problem can be treated as a combinatorial optimization problem. So GA is appropriate to solve the service restoration problem in the distribution network. But searching capabilities of the GA can be enhanced by developing relevant repairing operation and modifying GA operations. In this paper, we aimed at finding appropriate open sectionalizing switch position for the restoration of distribution networks after disturbances using enhanced GA with repairing operation and modified mutation. Simulation results show that proposed method found the open sectionalizing switches with less out of service area and minimize transmission line losses and voltage drop.

In this paper, we analyze the DF's problem and propose the solution. We describe the service reservation and Reputation function for searching these services for late registration. Reputation function assume the presence of other agent who can provide ratings for other agents that are reflective of the performance or behavior of the corresponding agents.

본 논문에서는 예약주소를 사용한 HMIPv6로 각 통신 노드에 따른 그룹 군집화와 MIH 패킷의 Service Specific TLVs의 변형을 통해 기존의 핸드오버에서 좀 더 가볍고 빠른 Searching과 효율적인 인증을 이룰 수 있도록 하였다. 군집(Aggregate) 세션 단위로 자원예약을 하는 경우 종단간 SID(Session ID)와는 별도로 군집 SID를 사용하는데 MIH의 Service Specific TLVs를 통해 터널링을 이루고 변형된 Service Specific 공간을 통한 효율적인 핸드오버를 지원한다.

In this paper, we propose a design and implementation of a DB system for providing comprehensive information retrieval service about social economic information. We classify social economic organizations into 6 major categories and 35 small categories. The DB contains 25,938 social economic organizations in total. The DB system provides simple and intuitive interface for searching information such as keyword search, category search and initial search. Fully loaded time of webpage of implemented DB system achieved 2.3s by Vancouver, Canada Server.

The old couple household is also growing up with the growth of the aged so this is problem that needs to consider the home welfare service aspect. Otherwise, by the decrease of the number of the child and facilities' space availability, the government searching for proper usage of that kind of space in terms of financial and administration. So this study have combining of elementary school and home care for the aged facility especially for the increase of home care for the aged service facilities and improvement of using elementary school's space. That will increase the elderly cares and have need the homewelfare-service in the future, we select study elderly welfare facilities. We use analysis that analyze the trend of an elderly and social changes and conclude for the complexation of elderly welfare facilities, compound form of an elementary school, traffic line, space organization and interaction space organization.

Mobile devices do not need the fixed network infrastructure in ad-hoc network, these devices communicate each other through the distributed control. Accordingly, mobile devices can discover several services using dynamic searching method and provide safely public ownership of these services. Ad-hoc network needs the distributed control and topology of dynamic network because the limited power for processing and network communication. This paper is devoted to provide the secure protocol that provides efficient services discovery using SDP(Service Discovery Protocol) and considers the security requirements. Proposed protocol provides the distributed control based on PKI without central server, the discovery of trusted service, secure telecommunication, the identification among mobile devices, and service access control by user authority.

인쇄저널의 이미지베이스에서 출발한 전자저널의 발전방향을 전자저널의 매체라 할 수 있는 인터넷 또는 웹의 기본 기능과 기술적 배경을 전제로 추론하여 전자저널의 모델을 설정하여 보았다. 그간 전자저널에 대한 해석을 도서관의 단순한 매체 전환 및 관리 차원에서 해석하던 것을 새로운 형태의 전자저널 모형을 설계하여 제시하고 인쇄저널과의 공존과 향후 발전적 승계에 관한 방법도 아울러 제시하고 있다. 전자저널은 크게 관리자 공간, 커뮤니티 공간과 최신 게재논문 리스트 서비스, 카테고리 서비스, 정보검색 서비스 및 확장 검색 서비스 공간으로 되어 있으며 인쇄저널 발간에 따른 모든 요소적 특징을 상속하면서도 전자저널 만이 갖는 특징을 부각시킬 수 있도록 구성되었다. 그러나 논문의 결론 부분에서 결국은 이들 정보서비스 매체 및 인터페이스는 출판 및 교육의 영역까지 포함하여 새로운 형태로 발전할 것이라는 예측도 아울러 제시하고 있다.

The purpose of this study were to collect the data for searching the better day care service programs among the employed mothers of the urban low income class. The Subject were 280 low income class employed mothers with the child under age of six, who lived at the Gwang-ju City. The frequency, percentage, and χ2test were calculated for the analysis of the collected data. The Results were as follows ; 1) Most of the urban low income class employed mothers needed day care facilities. 2) Urban low income class employed mothers preferred a center-based day care program to any other type of day care program. They also preferred the whole-day day care service 8 A.M. to 6 pp.M. rather than the half-day care service. Mothers with the child at the age of 3 to 6 years mostly wanted day care program service. 3) They expected the government or their companies to support considerable amount of day care service fee. Most of mothers emphasized the child's every day life's and love for the children was most preferred. Mothers also wanted 14-16 years for teacher's education career.

Last March, the world Go competition between AlphaGo, AI Go program developed by Google Deep Mind and professional Go player Lee Sedol has shown us that the 4th industrial revolution using AI has come close. Especially, there ar many system combined with AI hae been developing including program for researching legal information, system for expecting jurisdiction, and processing big data, there is saying that even AI legal person is ready for its appearance. As legal field is mostly based on text-based document, such characteristic makes it easier to adopt artificial intelligence technology. When a legal person receives a case, the first thing to do is searching for legal information and judical precedent, which is the one of the strength of AI. It is very difficult for a human being to utilize a flow of legal knowledge and figures by analyzing them but for AI, this is nothing but a simple job. The ability of AI searching for regulation, precedent, and literature related to legal issue is way over our expectation. AI is evaluated to be able to review 1 billion pages of legal document per second and many people agree that lot of legal job will be replaced by AI. Along with development of AI service, legal service is becoming more advanced and if it devotes to ethical solving of legal issues, which is the final goal, not only the legal field but also it will help to gain nation's trust. If nations start to trust the legal service, it would never be completely replaced by AI. What is more, if it keeps offering advanced, ethical, and quick legal service, value of law devoting to the society will increase and finally, will make contribution to the nation. In this time where we have to compete with AI, we should try hard to increase value of traditional legal service provided by human. In the future, priority of good legal person will be his/her ability to use AI. The only field left to human will be understanding and recovering emotion of human caused by legal problem, which cannot be done by AI's controlling function. Then, what would be the attitude of legal people in this period? It would be to learn the new technology and applying in the field rather than going against it, this will be the way to survive in this new AI period.
