With the expansion of e-commerce, E-marketplace has become one of the most discussed topics in recent years. Limited theoretical works, however, have been done to optimize the practical use of e-marketplace systems. Other potential issues aside, this research has focused on this problem: 'the participants waste too much time, effort and cost to find out their best partner in B2B marketplace.' To solve this problem, this paper proposes a system which provides the user-company with the automated and customized brokering service. The system proposed in this paper assesses the weight on the priorities of a user-company, runs the two-stage clustering algorithm with self-organizing map and K-means clustering technique. Subsequently, the system shows the clustering result and user guide-line. This system enables B2B marketplace to have more efficiency on transaction with smaller pool of partners to be searched.

For the remarkable enhancement of high-speed rail passenger services, a system which provides various multimedia contents and Internet search functions was designed. The system gets inputs from a passenger and displays various multimedia contents on the touch sensitive LCD panel attached on a passenger seat. This kind of service is new in Korea and not easy to find in other countries, either. In this paper, we presented a design of a system which provides not only one-way broadcasting services but also searching capability of various information interactively. Informations to be provided are train schedule, transfer information, tour information, E-books, movies, music, ets. Successful completion of the system development in the following years is expected to strengthen international competitiveness of Korean railway industry.

Hybrid deployment under current cloud data centers is a combination of online and offline services, which improves the utilization of the cluster resources. However, the performance of the cluster is often affected by the online services in the hybrid deployment environment. To improve the response time of online service (e.g. search engine), an effective scheduling algorithm based on Storm is proposed. At the component level, the algorithm dispatches the component with more influence to the optimal performance node. Inside the component, a reasonable resource allocation strategy is used. By searching the compressed index first and then filtering the complete index, the execution speed of the component is improved with similar accuracy. Experiments show that our algorithm can guarantee search accuracy of 95.94%, while increasing the response speed by 68.03%.

On the internal based search, the big data inference, which is failed in the president's election in the United States of America in 2016, is failed, because the prediction method is used on the base of the searching numerical value of a candidate for the presidency. Also the Flu Trend service is opened by the Google in 2008. But the Google was embarrassed for the fame's failure for the killing flu prediction system in 2011 and the prediction of presidential election in 2016. In this paper, using the virtual vote algorithm for virtual election and data mining method, the election prediction algorithm is proposed and unpacked. And also the WEKA DB is unpacked. Especially in this paper, using the K means algorithm and XEDOS tools, the prediction of election results is unpacked efficiently. Also using the analysis of the WEKA DB, the smart election prediction system is proposed in this paper.

IoT is the network of physical objects or things embedded with electronics, software, sensors and connectivity to enable it to achieve greater value and service by exchanging data with the manufacturer, operator or other connected devices. Until now many researches have been studied for centering keyword for detecting emerging technology of future and scientometric analysis among the papers. This paper propose searching method of emerging technology for the IOT (internet of things) which is recently interesting area via dynamic analysis for keyword mapping.

전화를 통해 인터넷 정보를 들을 수 있는 보이스 포탈(Voice Portal) 서비스가 인기를 얻고 있다. Voice Portal 서비스란 알고자 하는 정보를 Speech Recognition System에 음성으로 명령하면 전화를 통해 음성으로 원하는 정보를 듣는 서비스이다. Authentication의 절차를 수행하는 SMS (Short Message Service) 서버 Module, PSTN과 Database 서버사이의 Interface를 제공하는 CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Module, CTI 서버와 WWW (World Wide Web) 사이의 Voice XML Module, 정보를 검색하기 위한 Searching Module들이 필요하다. 본 논문은 Speech Recognition technology를 기반으로 한 CTI Module 설계를 구현하였다. 또한 인정 방식으로 Random한 일회용 password를 기반으로 한 SMS Authentication을 택하므로 더욱 더 안정된 서비스 제공을 목적으로 하였다.

This study was fulfilled in the purpose of proposing construction strategies of fashion information industry through the analysis of information user's satisfaction/dissatisfaction on information quality. The research was performed through a depth interview. Data were collected from 18 fashion information users(designers and merchandisers) who were working at fashion apparel industry during October to November 2007. Results from the study showed that there were three dimensions and 18 components of satisfaction/dissatisfaction on fashion information quality: Information quality(understandability, value-added, level of detail, relevance, diversity, objectivity, completeness, accuracy, quantitativeness), Service quality(responsiveness, accessibility, cost efficiency, empathy, reliability), System quality(currency, ease of use, format, timeliness). And the information users were perceiving that there were some changes in notion of preferring information, searching for information and usage of information.

New and renewable energy information becomes one of the greatest issues because of serious environment problems and limited fossil resources. However, There are few system to manage and utilize new and renewable energy information efficiently. Therefore this study establish the GIS based Resource Map System to save and analyze new and renewable energy information about solar energy, wind power, small hydro, biomass, and geothermal. This Resource Map System is composed of the management system, practical system, field system, and Web-service system. This System can provide various spatial analysis tools such as data searching, creating thematic maps, evaluating location requirements for energy facilities.

There are a lot of shopping malls in Internet and most of consumers want to buy good goods in cheap price through the shopping malls. To support them, many sites for price comparison are constructed. But man or woman search many shopping malls and insert their price informations into database that the price comparison sites own. To overcome this disadvantage, virtual shopping malls are builded. These virtual shopping malls are connected and cooperated a lot of affiliated existing shopping malls for the cheapest price information. But, these virtual shopping mall are connected to those existing shopping malls in synchronous. So If they are connected to many existing shopping malls, we have to wait long time because of searching for many existing shopping malls. In this paper, we designed and implemented a virtual shopping mall that connect to many existing shopping malls in asynchronous. For a asynchronous communication between this virtual shopping mall and many existing shopping malls, we used JMS (Java Message Service) that is a standard Java API for MOM (Message-Oriented Middleware).

This study examines the vision/strategies of policy for the public services based ubiquitous-IT. That policy is for searching the ubiquitous based people-friendly public services and promoting the industry related u-IT. This article's purposes are below; first, making the policy for activating the ubiquitous based public services, second, looking for the core subjects focused on practical value, and finally, proposing the system for the cooperation between public and private sector.
