Objectives : This study confirmed the limitation of long-term care insurance by analyzing media contents. Methods : Articles and reviews were searched with the article searching system (KINDS) from July 2008 to December, 2015. Results : Among the 155 articles examined, 61.1% highlighted the faults of suppliers, and 25.2% indicated the responsibility of the insurer. As for their purpose, 56.8% reported on accidents, and 32.3% provided information. Furthermore, 74.2% reported on negative contents and only 25.8% on neutral contents. The negative contents consisted of requesting false insurance benefits, amending the range and price indicating the very low salaries of the care givers, limitations on the care grade assessment, and problems related with assistive devices. The majority of neutral articles is for providing information. Conclusions : There were many problems starting from the early stage of the insurance. We must pay attention to these problems. Moreover, we should try to handle and prevent these problems with supportive responses from authorities.

Recently, the Social Internet of Things (IoT), the follow-up of the IoT, has been studied to expand the existing IoT services, by integrating devices into the social network of people. In the Social IoT environment, humans, devices and digital contents are connected with social relationships, to guarantee the network navigability and establish levels of trustworthiness. However, this environment handles massive data, including social data of humans (e.g., profile, interest and relationship), profiles of IoT devices, and digital contents. Hence, users and service providers in the Social IoT are exposed to arbitrary data when searching for specific information. A study about the recommender system for the Social IoT environment is therefore needed, to provide the required information only. In this paper, we propose the Social correlation group based Recommender System (SRS). The SRS generates a target group, depending on the social correlation of the service requirement. To generate the target group, we have designed an architecture, and proposed a procedure of the SRS based on features of social interest similarity and principles of the Collaborative Filtering and the Content-based Recommender System. With simulation results of the target scenario, we present the possibility of the SRS to be adapted to various Social IoT services.

This study examined the main concepts of SOA and Web Services, and conducted technical analysis of major Web Services protocols such as SOAP, REST, SRW/U, and OAI-PMH that realize SOA, and suggested examples of SOAP and REST based Web Services establishments in foreign and domestic libraries respectively. In addition, it introduced application examples of Library 2.0 using Web 2.0 technology in foreign and domestic libraries and suggested how to apply SOA based Web Services protocol in Library 2.0. Finally, it proposed how to put Library 2.0 into practice applying meta-searching system integrating library OPAC, online bookstores, web portal sites and library union catalogs using REST based Open API.

This paper proposes a service which searches goods by images and finds a shopping mall site that offers referral services. In the service, images are obtained in various types. For example, paint function, images search based on pattern and shape. For this shopping mall system, it will be modeled using UML use case and class diagram. Also it will be implemented in JSP. It supports functions that searched various types of images by pattern and shape. In addition to features which were mentioned above, we aim to implement a shopping mall system to search and buy goods by improved information searching techniques, ultimately providing a space that realizes user's painting.

Recently, improved capabilities of the mobile device is represented in a demand for same level services with the desktop device services but the service that is developed for desktop device is not compatible with mobile devices. To fulfill these demands, it is needed to provide services with considering features of mobile devices. This means that CP(Contents Provider) must do contents transformation in order to make suitable contents on mobile device. For managing some information that is required to do contents transformation, we need the DDR(Device Description Repository) which can store and search a variety of device information to grasp the constraints on the mobile device as compared with desktop devices. Also, defining standard API is required to offer a service regardless of platforms. Hereupon W3C(World Wide Web Consortium) introduced DDR Simple API. However that specifies the limited functions of DDR, which is inevitable to be added for more precise search services. In this paper, we expanded DDR Simple API and implemented DDR that supports DDL(Device Description Language) conversion and storing and searching device information.

The main purpose of this study is to derive the implications for managing effectively the leadership of hospital organization, by analyzing the effect of hospital employees' perception of the types of leadership on the organizational efficacy, and the controlling effect of individual and organizational characteristics. To test the model, survey was conducted using structural and self-administering questionnaires for 400 employees of the hospitals that have over 100 beds, in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, and Ulsan, from 29 March to 17 April, 2010, and 310 were used in final analysis. The results of the study suggest that the management methods to build the innovating leadership of managers are required in order to raise the organizational efficacy, and that searching of the methods to improve the achievement desire, self-esteem, and locus of control is required in order to maximize the effect of the innovating leadership.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to present several proposals for future pulse diagnosis practice and research by investigating the trend of pulse diagnosis studies in Korea. Methods: We searched online medical databases, including National Discovery for Science Leaders (NDSL), the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), and the Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal (KTKP), for pulse diagnosis articles in Korea. We selected articles on pulse diagnosis but excluded duplicate articles, articles irrelevant to pulse diagnosis, and articles published in foreign countries. Results: In the first screening, 801 articles were selected. We found 251 articles and classified them according to category. The medical engineering field had 148 articles. A total of 24 articles were related to algorithms for pulse wave detection, 34 to sensors, five to pressurization technology, 16 to systems, 11 to remote medical service, five to mobiles, nine to trends, and 44 to basic research. The Korean medicine field had 103 articles. A total of 41 articles were devoted to literature reviews, 20 to case reports, 11 to constitutional medicine, six to experimental studies, and 25 to relevant research. Conclusion: More efforts to practice pulse diagnosis for various diseases should be made and the results actively published.

This study was performed to investigate the status of using agricultural information and develope desirable strategy to offer agricultural information for leaf vegetables farmers. 187 farmers are surveyed to collect data. Many farmers get agricultural information through various channel. They satisfied with agricultural information contents, rightness of time but dissatisfied with the easiness of gain, fitness of information relatively. And the mean score of farmer's information needs on agricultural information were higher than that of theoretical mean. relatively high items were new seed information, technology of cultivation, pesticide purchase and prevention, laborer finding, consumer information, the trend of leaf vegetables price, marketing place, government's agricultural policy and laws etc. To make farmers get information easily, we recommend to gather information at one place and provide them on internet portal site composed with information related for paddy rice farmers. To make desirable information service system, farmers should bring up their internet searching ability, and agricultural extension officers in count/city have to make effort to provide useful information more often by various communication methods such as visiting farmers, using internet or e-mail service, pamphlet, and so on.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture for Endometriosis. So providing a clinical basis for abdominal acupuncture treatment helping to develop clinical practice guideline. Methods: Clinical studies applying acupuncture on Endometriosis were searched through Pubmed, China Academic journal (CAJ), Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS), Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). Interventions and results of the selected clinical studies were analyzed. Results: 8 Clinical studies were finally included according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Those were randomized controlled studies. All of those studies were searched in China Academic journal (CAJ) in Chinese. Interventions of control group were made with simple acupuncture and oral administration of Danazol or herbal medicine. Outcome measurements included Treat effect, Relief in related symptoms, and CA-125. All studies reported statistically significant results on abdominal acupuncture and there were no serious adverse effects. Conclusions: This study suggested abdominal acupuncture has statistically significant treat effect. Thus this treat helps improve quality of life for patients. However the results should be taken cautiously as more clinical studies are needed.

Shipping industry continues to face dramatic changes in its environment ranging from development in containerization, computerization and telecommunications to the emergence of global marketplace. Perhaps the most significant trend - representing both a threat and opportunity - is the increasingly competitive nature of shipping service market. In order for the shipping companies to cope with those improvements and challenges, they should analyze and clarify customer's DM(decision making) process for the purchase of container shipping service. The major research findings from the study were found as follows; 1) The degree of shipper's involvement in purchasing shipping services was found to be a discriminating variable affecting the information sources consisting of personal and non-personal information sources. 2) The positive relationship was found between the experiences on shipping services and non-personal information sources. 3) It was observed that as people had more experience searching for information, the more in depth their searches became. 4) There existed a positive relationship between knowledges on shipping services and information search. 5) According to the SEM analysis, the shipper's information search on shipping services was also found to have a great influence on the shipper's purchasing behavior. The shipper's search was resulted in positive customer satisfaction.
