Objectives: This qualitative research was conducted to clearly find and clinically understand dental hygienists' work experience in order to lay the legal foundation for their work range and safe execution. Methods: From March 1 to April 30, 2019, seven study participants were selected and participated in-depth interviews. Phenomenological research methodology was applied for intensive analysis. Results: They performed jobs that required no professionalism, such as dental assistance, except for scaling. Dental hygienists, nurses' aids, and dental technicians performed the same jobs regardless of difficulty level and legal work range. Dental hygienists failed to accurately recognize their legal work range. Since there was the wide gap between their legal work range and actual work range, it was necessary to expand the work range in line with actual conditions. Conclusions: Given the results, it is necessary to conduct in-depth discussions within the dental circle to make dental hygienists' work execution in line with reality by improving and discussing a legal system for job assignment and expansion of workers. Therefore, it is required to form a plan for the many jobs dental hygienists executed in a clinical setting.

70년대 이후 급속히 건설된 공동주택은 시간이 경과함에 따라 구조체와 시설이 노후화 되면서 유지관리 비용이 상승하였고 또한 경제성장에 따른 생활수준의 향상으로 인해 주거공간으로의 기능을 상실하게 되었다. 이러한 이유로 인해 공동주택 재건축 수요가 창출되었고 90년대를 기점으로 활성화되었다. 그러나, 사업시행주체인 조합임원의 대부분이 비전문인이기 때문에 사업시행에 않은 문제점들이 발생하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 재건축조합의 전반적인 업무를 대행하고, 공정하고 투명한 절차에. 의해 사업을 추진할 수 있도록 공동주택 재건축사업에 대한 CM의 적용방안을 모색하고자 하며, 특히 재건축사업 추진단계별 CM업무를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 향후 재건축사업의 CM적용시 현실적으로 활용 가능한 업무를 중심으로 제안하여 조합과 CM회사에서 이를 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

In this paper, regulation for form work in standard specification among Korea and foreign countries are studied and compared. Within the scope of this paper, regulation regarding fabrication of form and form removal are mainly focused on. Standard specification prescribed by construction temporary equipment association provides detailed regulations and well arranged. ACI 347-04, CEB-FIP and BS EN 13670 had different style and scope compared to domestic specification. Especially, regulation for form removal in ACI prescribed in terms of minimum period.

국내 건설산업은 국가 경쟁력과 생산성의 확대를 위해 민간자본을 유치하여 SOC시설을 확충하고 있다. 하지만 민간주체가 발주자의 역활을 수행하는 민자 SOC사업의 수행과정 중 시공단계에서 기존의 재정사업과 같은 업무체계의 적용으로 인해 민자 SOC사업의 장점이 충분히 활용되지 못하고 있으며 참여 주체들 사이에 비효율적인 업무 부담이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 수행 중인 2개 민자 SOC사업의 시공단계를 대상으로 관계법령과 실시 협약서를 분석하여 각 참여주체들간의 계약구조와 업무범위 및 수행체계를 분석하고 문제점을 파악하였다. 민자 SOC사업의 문제점을 개선하는 방향으로서, 감리자의 업무 범위와 체계를 개선하여 과중한 업무부담을 줄이고 주무관청의 총체적 사업관리를 위해 감리를 대신할 전문조직을 설치하여 최적의 업무체계를 구축할 것을 제시한다.

우리나라의 구강보조인력 중 치과위생사 업무와 치과 근무 간호조무사의 업무가 상당히 겹쳐 있고, 진료실 내부로 치과기공사 및 병원코디네이터가 깊숙이 들어와 있어 각 직종간의 업무영역으로 인해 마찰을 빗고 있다. 그리하여 이러한 직종 간 명확한 업무의 구분과 업무범위에 대한 정책적 방안을 제시할 목적으로, 치과 병 의원에 근무하는 치과보조인력의 업무 실태에 대해서 치과위생사의 법정업무를 중심으로 한 10개의 업무를 빈도분석 및 분산분석을 이용하여 비교 제시하였다. 치과위생사의 법정 업무를 중심으로 한 10개의 업무 중 대표적인 항목 스켈링을 비교한 결과, 치과기공사가 9(75%)명, 간호조무사가 64(87.67%)명, 기타에 체크한 사람이 11(64.71%)명이 시행하고 있어, 치과위생사를 제외한 치과보조인력이 치과위생사의 법정고유 업무를 많이 시행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 치과의료기관이 필요한 인력을 충분히 갖추고, 구강보조인력의 역할과 업무범위에 대한 정책적 방안이 제시될 필요성이 권장된다.

Dentists and dental hygienists are major collaborators, as expressed by the concept of "Four-handed dentistry." Dentists are guaranteed their legal duties and rights in accordance with the Medical Act, whereas dental hygienists are currently stipulated in the scope of their legal duties under the Act on Medical Technicians. However, there is a difference between the actual work and the legal work performed by dental hygienists; therefore, the work is dependent on many legal controversies and authoritative interpretations. The purpose of this study is, first, to develop a reliable questionnaire tool regarding the actual work performed by dental hygienists in dental hospitals and clinics, and second, to examine the awareness of the appropriateness of legal work based on the developed questionnaire. The target subjects of the survey were dental hygienists and dentists, and the dental hygienists were those who worked in dental hospitals and clinics as license reporters of the Korean Dental Hygienists Association. A total of 1,294 dental hygienists and 39 dentists were included in the final analysis. In the dental hygienist group, 19 items received the response "appropriate for legal work" in over 90% of cases, accounting for 25% of the total 76 items. In addition, in a total of 31 items, more than 80% of the responses were appropriate for legal work. Among them, the highest was 'Scailing' (97.7%), followed by "Extraoral-Panorama" (97.1%). In the dentist group, 10 out of 76 items showed over 90% adequacy for legal work, and among them, "instrument cleaning and sterilization" was the highest at 100%. It was followed by "Intraoral radiography," "Scailing," and "Toothpick method, TPM" with 97.4%. In the case of dentists, 28 out of a total of 76 items showed an appropriateness of more than 80% for legal work. This study comprehensively investigated the actual work of dental hygienists in line with timely and appropriate social issues and provided reliable statistics in evidence-based dentistry.

안과검안인력의 근무 환경 및 업무 범위에 대한 연구는 보고된 바 없다. 우리는 온라인 설문 조사를 이용하여 이러한 점들을 조사하였다. 또한, 연구 결과를 토대로 임상병리사 관점에서 대학-협회-학회에 정책 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 대상자의 연령은 20대가 40.7%로 가장 많았고, 30대(28.4%), 40대(23.5%), 50대(7.4%) 순이었다. 대상자의 56.0%가 여성이었으며, 임상 경력은 1년 미만에서 15년 이상까지 고르게 분포되어 있었다. 안과검안인력의 업무 스트레스는 높았고, 직업병은 빈번하였으며, 업무 범위는 넓은 것으로 나타났다. 업무 스트레스를 줄이고 만족도를 높이기 위한 최적의 방안은 인력 확충이었다. 검사실 내 임상병리사가 선임 직종인 경우는 48%로 다른 직종에 비해 높았고, 검사실 내 직종 분포는 선임의 직종과 밀접한 관련이 있었다(P<0.001). 임상병리사는 약 30가지의 안과검사를 담당하고 있었다. 하루에 가장 많이 시행되는 검사는 굴절검사였으며, 색각경검사가 27분으로 가장 긴 소요시간을 보였다. 종합하면, 임상병리사는 매우 다양한 안과 검사를 수행한다. 검안에서 임상병리사의 중요성을 감안할 때 대학-협회-학회 차원의 다각적인 노력이 요구된다.

Apartments construction is a one of largest parts in buildings construction. In apartments construction, work interferences are frequently occurred in work processing because workspaces are very various and numerous. However, though work process is important for mainly influencing to the schedule, quality and cost of apartments construction, these work interferences are considered a kind of uncertainty, which is difficult to anticipate at construction planning stage, in work processing. Therefore, this study proposed the measures for work interference reduction in apartment buildings construction and the actual planning for practices. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) the standard of work process is checked regularly. (2) The scope of work and work process is adjusted. (3) The standard of drawings process and cost about work interferences work profess is established.

The IB is normally defined in terms of BA, OA, security system, information processing and telecommunications services However, the buildings being already in existence are deficient in two areas. One of these areas is building envelope and plan. The other area is mechanical, electrical and structural systems which do not provide the environmental quality required by IB. Existing technology and design knowledge are available to address these deficiencies. Especially, the office buildings being already in existence must meet IB requirement in order to achieve desirable office environment. They are a building envelope, moisture control, properly-located windows, shafts for duct, telephone and electric closets and acoustical environments. In this paper, a new approach to construct the work scope of remodelling the office building being already existence is described by contrasting the building performance criteria of IB. It concludes by speculating on the consequences of extrapolating the results of study to remodelling the office building being already existence.
