This is a case study on the new model of Graduate School recently established by 22 government-sponsored research institutes, focused on the University of Science and Technology(UST). It first deals with the necessity of authorized education system in government-sponsored research institutes not only for nourishing highly caliber manpower but also for activating research institutes. And then it analyzes the general status of the UST and Japanese graduate school model and its comparison. Finally it points out some suggestions for future development of the UST.

교육과학기술부는 고등교육 프로그램 평가인증기관에 대한 정부 인정 사업을 추진해왔다. 이에 본 연구는 정부가 프로그램 평가인증기관을 인정하는 평가모형을 설정하고, 평가부문 및 평가항목, 평가지표를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 프로그램 평가인증기관에 대한 정부인정의 개념을 설정하고, 프로그램 평가인증기관에 대한 정부인정 평가모형을 설계하였다. 평가 모형은 고등교육 프로그램 평가인증기관에 대한 정부인정사업의 절차를 반영하여 정부인정기관으로서의 기본적인 요건에 부합되는지 여부에 대한 적격성 검토를 수행하는 예비평가단계, 법령 및 관련 규정에 제시된 평가영역별 지정기준에 대한 충족 여부를 검증하는 본 평가단계의 과정으로 설정하였다. 아울러 평가영역에 따라 평가부문, 평가항목 및 평가지표들을 개발하였고, 심층적 검증을 위해 평가전문가들의 검토를 거쳐 2개 평가영역, 5개 평가부문, 24개 평가항목 및 33개 평가지표를 확정하였다.

과학기술 및 과학기술자를 소재로 TV에서 방영된 드라마 카이스트'를 비정규 과학학습의 관점에서 평가하기 위해 드라마 '카이스트'가 학생들에게 미친 영향과 이에 대한 교사들의 평가를 조사하였다. 드라마 '카이스트'는 컴퓨터, 로봇축구, 우리별과 같은 소재를 이용하여 과학기술과 과학기술자들의 생활을 묘사함으로써 학생들에게 많은 관심을 불러일으켰으며, 과학기술자에 대해 학생들이 평소에 생각하던 것과 다른 이미지를 제시했고, 특히 과학기술자 과학기술 전반, 과학기술의 사회성에 대한 태도를 긍정적으로 변화시켜 비정규 과학학습의 소재로서 대체로 긍정적인 역할을 하였다. 교사들은 드라마 '카이스트'가 과학에 대한 흥미와 관심을 유발하였지만, 비현실적인 내용을 다루거나 과학자의 천재성을 부각하는 것은 잠재적으로 부정적인 효과를 가져올 수 있으므로 흥미위주에서 탈피하여 실패와 좌절을 겪는 평범한 과학자의 모습을 제시해야 할 필요가 있다고 평가하였다.

직업가치관은 학생들의 직업동기 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 한다. 특히 지속가능한 미래 과학기술인력 공급과 육성을 위해서 과학영재들의 이공계 직업에 대한 직업가치관 형성은 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 이 연구는 사회네트워크 분석법을 통하여 중학교 과학영재와 일반학생들의 자신의 희망 직업과 관련된 직업 가치관을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 학생들이 희망하는 직업과 그 직업을 선택한 이유에 해당하는 직업가치관으로 구성된 네트워크를 구조화한 후, 사회 네트워크 분석법을 통해 산출된 네트워크의 구조적 지표들을 바탕으로 두 집단의 인식 네트워크의 특성을 확인하였다. 과학영재 학생들과 일반학생들의 네트워크를 비교분석한 결과, 첫째, 과학영재학생들은 창의성을 가장 중요한 직업가치관 요소로 생각하고 있었다. 둘째, 과학영재들은 직업선택 과정에서 일반학생들보다 다양한 직업가치관 요소들을 고려하고 있었다. 셋째, 과학영재들은 이공계열과 의약계열 직업 모두에 대해서 능력발휘와 같은 자아실현 관점을 중심으로 직업가치관을 고려했으나, 일반학생들은 사회봉사를 가장 큰 직업가치관 요소로 보고 있었다. 이 연구는 과학영재학생들의 희망 직업에 대한 직업가치관 구조가 일반학생과 많은 차이가 있음을 확인하고, 과학영재학생들의 진로 직업을 지도하는데 있어 직업가치관과 관련된 네트워크적 기초자료를 제공했다는데 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 유아교사의 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하기 위해 현재 재직 중인 유아교사를 대상으로 자료 수집하여 202명 자료를 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성과 공감, 회복탄력성, 교사효능감에 대한 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 유아교사의 교사효능감 영향요인은 교육경력, 직무성취도, 공감, 회복탄력성으로 확인되었으며 설명력은 57.2%로 나타났다(F=45.848, p<.001). 결론적으로 유아교사의 교사효능감은 회복탄력성(β=.480)이 높을수록, 직무성취도(β=.286)가 높을수록, 교육경력(β=.197)이 많을수록, 공감(β=.141)능력이 높을수록 증가되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유아교사의 교사효능감 증진을 위해 예비유아교사 시기부터 회복탄력성, 직무성취도, 공감능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 정규교육과 비정규교육과정을 융합한 교육과정 개발 및 교육이 요구된다.

The polymerization of a cyclopolymerizable disubstituted dipropargyl ether, his(3-trimethylsilyl-2-propynyl)ether (BTPE), was attempted by various transition metal catalysts. The yield for the polymerization of BTPE was generally low, which is possibly due to the steric hindrance of bulky substituents. In general, the catalytic activities of Mo-based catalysts were found to be greater than those of W-based catalysts. The highest yield was obtained when the MoCl$_{5}$,-EtAlCl$_2$(1:2) catalyst system was used. The copolymerization of BTPE and diethyl dipropargylmalonate yielded a random copolymer with conjugated polymer backbone. However the polymers were partially desilylated, depending on the reaction conditions. The thermal and morphological properties of the resulting polymers were also discussed.d.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the awareness survey on the experience of fire fighting safety education and living safety consciousness of college students in the department of noncommissioned officer. Additionally, making provision of basic references and the effective fire fighting safety education is another important purpose of this study. In order to evaluate the awareness, the survey consist of 43 queries based on 6 queries for general characters, 9 queries for experiences of fire fighting safety education and 30 queries for living safety consciousness. The collected data from survey was analyzed using SPSS 20.0 win program. The interrelationship for general characters was confirmed using analysis of frequency, percentage, independent T-tset, ANONVA analysis, and regression analysis. The results show that the experience of fire fighting safety education and living safety consciousness of students from the combatant branch and ordnance corps are higher than those students from quartermaster corps. This may be attributed to the presence or absence of safety relevant courses on a curriculum. Therefore, the presence of safety courses on a curriculum should be one of important points for improving the experience of fire fighting safety education and living safety consciousness of these college students.

At a time when mathematics is becoming more important in our everyday lives and more relevant in applications in industry and the emerging technologies, there are signs of a decrease in numbers of students and their interest in the subject. Teachers must be encouraged to take a new approach to generating enthusiasm amongst students by showing them that mathematics is an integral part of the future. To achieve this, opportunities for renewal of teachers' knowledge and updating of skills should be made available. In this paper, emphasis is placed on mathematics in the real world and how it can be used to develop the more general skills such as self-teaching and communication which are an essential part of preparation for entry into higher education or the workplace.

연구의 주요 목적은 정보활용능력과 수사학의 융합을 통해 정보활용능력 교육이 대학에서 필수적인 교양과목의 요건을 갖출 수 있는지를 논증하는 것이다. 연구 결과 수사학적 정보활용능력의 성격을 1) 발견법을 이용한 상황적 활용능력, 2) 탐구를 중시하는 과정 중심 활용능력, 3) 편재성에 적합한 활용능력으로 정리하였다. 이렇게 하여 수사학적 정보활용능력이 학제성을 띠는 민주시민의 핵심 교양이 될 수 있음을 논증하였다. 정보활용능력의 교육에는 기술 이용 중심의 방법도 있는 등 다양성이 존재하는 만큼 이 부분과의 비교가 필요하다. 수사학적 정보활용능력 교육의 실제 프로그램으로는 '문제 발견을 위한 상황적 질문하기', '학습론 책 선별해서 읽고 서평 쓰기', '실제 도서관 탐방 보고서 쓰기', '민주시민을 위한 정보윤리 교육하기' 등을 제시하였다.

Applying Information Technology (IT) in practical engineering has become one of the most important issues in the past few decades, especially on internal solitary wave, intelligent robot interaction, artificial intelligence, fuzzy Lyapunov, tension leg platform (TLP), consumer and service quality. Other than affecting the traditional teaching mode or increasing the inter-relation with users, IT can also be connected with the current society by collecting the latest information from the internet. It is apparently a fashion-catching-up technology. Therefore, the learning of how to use IT facilities is becoming one of engineers' skills nowadays. In addition to studying how well engineers learn to operate IT facilities and apply them into teaching, how engineers' general capacity of information effects the results of learning IT are also discussed. This research introduces the "Combined TAM and TPB mode," to understand the situation of engineers using IT facilities.
