전북지역 대학생의 전라북도 향토 음식에 대한 인식과 의식에 관한 연구 (Perception and Concerns Regarding Jeollabuk-do Local Foods among University Students in Jeollabuk-do)

  • 'Local food' is defined as food that has been cooked using local specialities or food prepared with the application of special cooking method associated with a particular locale. In Korea, much of what is considered 'traditional food' is derived from local foods. Therefore, much attention has recently been focused on the role of local foods in terms of the development of Korean traditional foods. The primary objective of this study was to characterize the perception concerns regrading Jeollabuk-do local foods held by university students in Jeollabuk-do, a province which is famous for its delicious local foods. The majority of students felt sympathy toward the succession and development of Jeollabuk-do local foods and generally appeared to feel that Jeollabuk-do local food was representative of a vital cultural heritage. Summing up answers to questions regarding the reasons for the succession and development of local food in Jeollabuk-do, it seems clear that in order to augment the popularity of Jeollabuk-do local foods, a variety of schemes should be implemented rather than any specific strategy.

Study of Danger-Theory-Based Intrusion Detection Technology in Virtual Machines of Cloud Computing Environment

  • In existing cloud services, information security and privacy concerns have been worried, and have become one of the major factors that hinder the popularization and promotion of cloud computing. As the cloud computing infrastructure, the security of virtual machine systems is very important. This paper presents an immune-inspired intrusion detection model in virtual machines of cloud computing environment, denoted I-VMIDS, to ensure the safety of user-level applications in client virtual machines. The model extracts system call sequences of programs, abstracts them into antigens, fuses environmental information of client virtual machines into danger signals, and implements intrusion detection by immune mechanisms. The model is capable of detecting attacks on processes which are statically tampered, and is able to detect attacks on processes which are dynamically running. Therefore, the model supports high real time. During the detection process, the model introduces information monitoring mechanism to supervise intrusion detection program, which ensures the authenticity of the test data. Experimental results show that the model does not bring much spending to the virtual machine system, and achieves good detection performance. It is feasible to apply I-VMIDS to the cloud computing platform.

  • ${\ll}$Bangyakhappyeon(方藥合編)${\gg}$ was written by Hwang Do-Yeon (黃度淵) and his son Hwang Pil-Soo (黃泌秀) in the late days of Chosun Dynasty, when the country was in a state of social confusion by the first introduced western civilization and invasion of the foreign powers. In response to this situation where realistic knowledge and solution was of importance than theological review, Hwang and his son wrote the book to satisfy the needs. The book, ${\ll}$Bangyakhappyeon(方藥合編)${\gg}$ furthered new publishment of abstract asian medical science in a more compact form, emphasizing more realistic means of it. This new publishment were a significant counter-measure to cope with the inflow of practical western medicine, which the move has moreover enhanced popularization of Han Medicine(韓醫學). After reviewing ${\ll}$Bangyakhappyeon(方藥合編)${\gg}$ in xylographical approach, I have acquired conclusions as below.

Research on the Application of VR Technology in Meteorological Simulation

  • Recent years, due to the direct or indirect damages caused by meteorological disasters more and more attention have been paid to natural disasters. At same time, diversified and multi-sensory interactive meteorological services is increasingly demanded. In this study, novel interactive meteorological service was compared with the traditional communication methods. Combining with case studies and systems creation, a virtual reality weather simulation framework was proposed, and a realistic virtual game environment providing real-time and historical weather information was created. The primary goal of this study is to build a weather display cabinet game system by using virtual reality technology, and promoting public's understanding of the principles of weather changes. With the interactive games in realistic scenarios, public's awareness for disasters prevention could be promoted. It is helping to change public's traditional understanding of meteorological theories, and will provide a more convenient way for the public to explore more effective weather forecasts. The simulation system is supported by VR technology. It was combined with Leap Motion interactive equipment to make popularization games for weather science. T-test data analysis showed that the application of VR technology in weather games has strong operability and interactivity.

프랑스 시민대학, "대학 밖 대학" 특성과 운영 (Study of Operation of Civil College, "the College outside College," in France)

  • Civil college is a public educational institute for theoretical and practical learning. This study examines the social context behind France's civil college and how it is being operated. Many studies have been conducted in Korea to examine Germany in terms of lifelong learning or adult learning, but there is almost no study on France. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the history and operation of civil college, the "college outside college," in France and what Korea should learn from it. The civil college of France can be discussed in two contexts: first, it is AUPF, which stands for the French association of civil colleges, and it was mostly influenced by Northern Europe and Germany. Second, it is Caen Civil College, which was established by M. Onfray based his philosophical collaboration. The European civil college opened almost 1,000 courses in 2010-2011 for a variety of subjects, including Foreign Languages, Mother Tongue, the Dialects of Alsace, Philosophy, Cosmology, History, Art History, Psychology, Sociology, Astronomy, Botany, and Natural Science. Courses in Fine Arts include drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, music, and theater. For another form of civil college, Philosopher M. Onfray has been operating Caen Civil College since 2002 for general education and cultural education. It is not acknowledged by conventional philosophers, but it is contributing to the popularization of philosophy. In conclusion, the civil college in France has brought in-depth philosophical discussions out of the lecture rooms in an effort to popularize learning, making lifelong learning more accessible to the general public.

실리카 퓸을 이용한 자동차용 탄소섬유강화복합재의 인성 강화 (Toughness Enhancement of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composites for Automobile using Silica Fume)

  • The age of electric vehicle is coming. One of the most important problems to be solved for popularization of electric vehicle is fuel economy. To increase fuel economy of electric vehicles, it is necessary to improve the performance of the battery or the car body should be lighter than now. To solve the problem of the car body, change the car body's material to carbon fiber reinforced composites can be an excellent answer. However, the part made from carbon fiber reinforced composites is vulnerable to accidents due to their high brittleness. In this study, ductile silica fume was added into the carbon fiber composites to enhance toughness. To examine this, various amounts and sizes of silica fume were considered and the toughness enhancement was examined by performing tensile tests.

차량 조건 변화에 따른 승차 만족도 및 동작분석에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Satisfaction and a Motion analysis when Entering a Car through Change of Vehicle Conditions)

  • As national income increases, consumers began to place a great deal of weight on products or quality of their life. They would like to have products which are more convenient to use and could meet their emotional desire in addition to its basic functional requirements. An automobile is one of the transportation system for human beings and the factor such as safety or environmentaly-friendly is regarded as important things resulting from it's popularization. In fact, domestic design technology leaves much to be desired compared with excellent manufacturing techniques. For this reason, some problems, like lowering of usage, could be caused by introducing technological data as it is from overseas. A survey of domestic car users has found that the most preferred condition (step height) is 460~495cm when they get in and out of their car. Men use their visual information and then get in the car, taking motion fit for each condition when automobile condition is changed. In other words, men get in cars actively within the range of conditions used for this study. These results were found from a motion study, when getting in a car, and checking the possibility of getting injury in accordance with the change of condition as well.

향토음식의 산업화가치 평가를 위한 지표 개발 연구 (Development of Evaluation Indicators for Industrialization of Local Cuisine)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation indicator for the industrialization of local cuisine. We conducted a literature study, interviews with experts, and a Delphi survey. The resulting evaluation indicator was divided into four groups and nine sub-groups. The four groups were locality, taste and functionality, industrial base, and business value. The nine sub-groups were traditionality, regionality, eating quality, nutrition and functionality, condition of development, technological level, rights and policy, marketability, and ripple effects. Also 22 items were created as indicators for evaluating classes ; historicity, sustainability, rarity, awareness of local resident, the number of similar restaurant, appearance, taste, nutritional balance, health functionality, availability of raw materials, suitability of environmental exchange of market, standardization of recipe, simplification of recipe, storability, intellectual property rights, government's policy, appropriacy of price, popularization, possibility of franchise, globalization, improvement of local image, vitalization of local economy. The four most important classes corresponded to one of the four groups. These classes were sustainability, taste, state (local autonomy) policy, vitalization of local economy. The implications of this study are that the possibility of industrializing the local cuisine of each region can be evaluated and applied. Moreover, these indicators could promote the discovery of local cuisines, support planning for the commercialization of local cuisine.

임신진단검사기술의 발전사 (Development History of Pregnancy Test Technology)

  • 임신진단검사는 고대 이집트에서 밀과 보리를 이용한 발아시험으로 시작하였다. 이후 Hippocrates와 Galen을 거쳐 uroscopy를 활용하던 중세를 넘어 1800년대 초반까지도 비과학적 방법들이 사용되었다. 그러나 1800년대 중반 이후 과학적 실험방법과 근거들이 나타나기 시작하면서 임신의 생리학적 특성에 대한 과학적 연구들이 시작되었다. 이와 같은 과학적 연구결과를 활용하려는 최초 시도는1927년 Aschheim와 Zondek의 rat와 mouse를 이용한 bioassay로 시작되었고, 이후 토끼와 개구리를 이용하는 실험으로 발전하였다. 1960년대부터 시작된 면역검사방법은 bioassay의 문제점을 개선하면서 임신진단검사를 일반화하는데 크게 기여하였다. 1976년에는 가정에서 사용할 수 있는 임신진단키트가 출시되어 임신진단을 대중화하는데 기여하였다. 1980년대 이후 진단검사의 기술적 진보는 임신진단검사에도 활용되어 임신진단의 검사신뢰도는 더욱 향상되었으며, 2000년대에는 가정용 임신진단키트의 정확도와 사용편리성이 혁신적으로 향상되었다. 본 조사에서는 임신진단검사의 역사와 과학적 발전과정을 고찰하였다.

초등학교 아침활동시간에 '사이언스 TV'를 활용한 과학 커뮤니케이션 활동 적용 및 학생들의 반응분석 (Application and Analysis of Students' Responses to Utilize 'Science TV' in Science Communication Activities at Early Morning Classes on Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 과학의 대중화에 중요한 역할을 하는 과학 커뮤니케이션 중에서 '사이언스TV'라는 과학방송을 과학 커뮤니케이션 자료로 활용하여 초등학교 저학년에게 적용하고, 이러한 과학 커뮤니케이션 활동이 초등학교 저학년 학생들의 과학에 대한 인식과 흥미에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 관련 문헌을 조사하였고, '사이언스TV'의 다양한 프로그램 중에서 초등학교 저학년 학생들이 이해할 수 있는 실생활 주제 중심의 내용인 '과학의 숲에서 만나는 과학향기' 프로그램을 선정하고, 내용을 분석하여 총 15차시의 주제를 정하였다. 이 주제를 토대로 '사이언스TV'를 초등학교 저학년을 위한 과학 커뮤니케이션 자료로 활용하는 전략을 개발하였다. 이 자료를 초등학교 2학년 1개 반 21명 학생을 대상으로 과학 커뮤니케이션 활동에 적용하였다. 과학 커뮤니케이션 활동 후에는 활동에 대한 반응 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 설문지, 활동 학습지 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학방송인 '사이언스 TV'를 과학 커뮤니케이션 자료로 활용하여 초등학교 아침활동시간에 과학 커뮤니케이션 활동을 전개할 수 있다. 둘째, '사이언스 TV'를 활용한 과학 커뮤니케이션 활동은 초등학교 저학년 학생들에게 과학이 실생활과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 인식시켜주고, 결국 과학 대중화에 기여할 수 있음을 보여주었다.
